I got pierced by both Adrianna and Jason at the same time. Adrianna had such a fun and infectious personality. Jason was also great and had a way that made me feel comfortable the whole process. The whole experience was easy and comfortable, would recommend either one of them for any piercing needs.

Adrianna was so professional and sweet. She made the experience of getting pierced stress-free and fun. I will definitely be back for more and recommend her and this shop to everyone I know.

Adrianna pierced my conch not too long ago, and just also just recently installed some jewelry in my lobes for me!! i could not have asked for better service. it was such a great piercing process and i felt informed and in the loop with each step. everything is kept nice and sterile and you get explanations along the way. they have a great jewelry selection and such good staff, i would definitely recommend them if you are looking for something new and sparkly!!

Adrianna did an amazing job on my nose piercing today. She made my day and she definitely was super professional and took the time to explain each jewelry pieces i was interested in and how it would look on the piercing! Facility was clean and welcoming and her personality definitely put me at ease :)

My daughter wanted to get her lip pierced, And I have seen the great work done at Imperial. Adrianna Davis was the piercer and I couldnt have asked for anyone better. I went to imperial to get some body jewelry. They are very knowledgeable about the jewelry they sale and piercings. The jewelry they have in the shop is high quality. They changed my jewelry out for me. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

Went in to get a daith piercing and words do not express the great service I received! The first thing I noticed was how friendly everyone is and how clean it is! I got an appointment the same day. Adrianna did my piercing and she was phenomenal, very sweet and kind, thorough and informative on how to care for my piercing as well as making sure everything is sterile and clean as it is supposed to be. I absolutely love my piercing and cannot recommend this place enough! I can absolutely see why they have 5 stars across the board.

Every artist at Imperial is incredible. I always see Patrick, but all of these guys and gals are providing amazing tattoos (and piercings) on a daily basis. On top of that, they make you feel at home. If you need a tattoo, youd be hard pressed to find a better group of artists or a better group of people.

I never write reviews but I got my conch done by Adrianna yesterday and it was such a great experience I just had to talk about it! My younger sister came with me to get her second lobes done so my mom was there too, and the selection of titanium and gold jewelry they have was so extensive and tempting that my mom decided to get hers there as well! From the get go Adrianna was super patient and kind, willing to explain anything and everything (sometimes multiple times haha). She showed us that everything was sterilized, made sure we liked the placement, talked us through the piercing, and explained the aftercare. I found the piercing itself to be barely painful, probably because of how great she was with the process :) She gave me major Jess from New Girl vibes (in the best way possible!) Overall, a wonderful experience and will 100% be back!

My wife and I got a matching tattoo here. They are very friendly and professional! Great staff and artists. Patrick did our tattoos and he did an amazing job! very nice, clean and made sure it was exactly how we wanted it. My wife got a facial piercing and the girl who did it, I think her name was Brittany, made sure she wasnt in any pain and was awesome. She even customized the jewelry my wife wanted in house and took less than 10 minutes. They made sure that we understood how to properly take care of the tattoos and the piercing and was very patient when we had questions. I dont normally write reviews on places or people but this place was so good we had to.

I went to get a nose piercing and a tattoo appointment. Cashier was super nice and knowledgeable. The place was immaculately clean. I talked with Jason about after care and everything was in place before we did it. He was nice, clean, accurate, knowledgeable, and did not make me feel anxious and had no perv vibes. Travis was my artist, dude is absolutely AMAZING. My design was really meaningful, but the concern was if it would be difficult to translate, Travis absolutely made it happen. We discussed my design twice before he even put the stencil on. No problems with scheduling or communication, he was very professional, easy to talk to and just all around a great dude to work with. Shop was very clean. Nice inside plenty of space. Just an all around wonderful experience. I absolutely love my piece, and plan to be back.

Wonderfully staffed with kind and supportive workers. They make sure you understand aftercare work to make sure you are calm (even if you look visibly calm. No my crying wasnt real I was...calm) and make sure you make it home with the proper utensils to keep your piercings or tattoos well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend and I think Ill be in for another visit as soon as I have healed up from the first.

Ive been to this tattoo shop on two separate occasions with multiple members of my family. Patrick performed the work both times and he is so personable and makes you at ease. Everyone that works there is always so welcoming. Also, the shop is clean. I havent been into a shop that stays so clean and organized. Best experience with a tattoo artist ever. Hubby gifted me a tattoo for my bday. Matthew was the best! Although I think every tattoo artist there is highly skilled. The place was clean and everything was sanitized. I waited a couple of days over a week since getting my tattoo to leave a review to insure there would t be anything bad with it. Its by far the prettiest and best tattoo on me. I will be going back. Please note that because they are so awesome and like to take time with their art to make it perfect for you, all of the artists are booked up between a month or two and some even as far as a year. If you want an apponitment, I would book it NOW!

Why do they charge so much for a simple nose or ear piercing? Theyre charging $65! I have literally called Everyone in the Bristol, Kingsport and Johnson City area and everyone else is charging $25-$30. With the same qualifications as other shops, I dont understand the price hike. Cleanliness and competency is My top priority when getting a piercing but I also refuse to pay obnoxious prices for a max 15 minute procedure. Im just mindblown at the prices.

Went to Imperial for a daith piercing from Jason. It was my first real piercing experience and he made it super easy. The building was clean and everyone was very friendly. If I caught the bug, I will come back here. Sanitary, separated, clean, just a great experience overall.

First time going to Imperial Tattoo, it was an amazing, relaxed atmosphere. I got my nips done, I was super, extremely nervous lol to the point I was shaking. Jason Mosley did them, super-nice, chill guy. I felt comfortable with him, he was very patient, he talked me through it, and relaxed me as much as he could lol it was easy and fast, he even let me sit there for a moment afterward, thats very important to me. This is a great place. I recently had a piercing done here last month and the piercer here was really nice and made me comfortable during the process, the piercing itself turned out beautifully. This week I had one older tattoo redone (it was done elsewhere and had plenty of mistakes that needed corrected) & a new tattoo done by Roman. His work is amazing, I cant say enough to give him the credit he deserves. These artists arent going to send you out with any halfassed work. Theyre talented. Another bonus, I was surprised by how fast it went by, especially considering the detail he put into it. Ill definitely be back.

Ive only been tattooed by Roman so far. He did my cover up and I went back for two more tattoos. I highly recommend the shop. Everyone is super chill and welcoming. Ive seen the work on social media of other artists other than Roman and everyone is super talented. I also love how you can book and pay with a card because other tattoo shops always want cash.

My sister and I went in today as walk ins for an often talked about but never acted upon tattoo that we wanted. I live in NC and we rarely see each other and never managed to get together at the right time to make it happen. We were together for an event earlier and decided to go ahead and try to get it finally. I am pleased to say we were lucky enough to get there at such a time where they could work us in and we both got beautiful tattoos from the very talented Matt and have already started planning our next one

They want $65 to pierce and even more to customize your piece. Thats a rip off and Id be daft to pay that when I could go to Wytheville the same distance away from where I live as Abingdon and get it $15 cheaper with the same option to customize.

Never got a tattoo here so I cant say anything about the tattoos. But the guy who does the piercings Jason he is awesome and he does know what he is talking about and he will answer all your questions about anything and tell you it will or will not work...

Go see Travy at imperial he is the best around ! Clean professional and just a down to earth great guy. I’ve had my head ,chest, ribs and etc tattooed by him and it is always better than I even thought it would be. He will listen to my idea of what I want and make it even better.

To be completely honest I cant think of anywhere else in this area that I would let put ink on my skin. Travis, Matt, and Roman are the three best tattoo artist in our area without question.
