Went in for my third lobe and tragus piercings. Sandy is super friendly and kind! Kept me engaged in a conversation, which had helped to distract me. Sandy is professional and is great at what she does. Will be back for more piercings!

Sandy is awesome. I came in with an idea and she helped it make sense. She was direct, informative, and demonstrated what I needed to know to visualize what I wanted. Honestly was afraid to get the piercing (pain), but couldnt have went to a better person. Quick (pain not as bad as I was thinking), precise, and clean. Go to her, seriously, shes awesome. Got a triple helix done 2 years ago. Recently, the hoops fell out and I was looking for replacements but none of them fit. She put NOSE RINGS in my helix piercings. Now no helix hoops fit. Now I can only use nose rings for my helix or have them repeirced by another piercer.

Planned on going so I called about the material of piercing since Ive seen people use plastic. A simple we dont recommend plastic for initial piercings wouldve sufficed instead of a rude I dont do that. And when I tried to get more information, she seemed like she was in a rush- which I could understand- but was very dismissive of my question. Im not a piercer, Im not gonna know things that a piercer or people with piercings would know since this was going to be my first. So first impression customer service was not it. Cant judge on her ability as a piercer, but I would not feel comfortable going here considering the judgement. Reading the reviews, it seems to be her normal behavior even after x amount of years.

I went in this afternoon to get my second ear piercing and Sandy was great! Very informative, paid attention to the placement of my first piercing to make them look even. I will definitely be going back for more!

Sandy is the best. There is so much selection, and she really cares about her craft and is very knowledgeable and experienced. Most people I ask where they got their dermal piercing from said Sandy, which is also how I found about her.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Sandy was friendly and the piercings were quick. My BFF came with me and also got her nose pierced. She was nervous and Sandy included her in every step of the process. I am also getting a small hand tattoo there in a few days. I’m super excited to have Richard tattoo me!!!! I’m visiting from Virginia and I definitely had a great experience here and would come back on my next vacation. Thank you Sandy for being awesome!!! Loved it so much ! Got my septum piercing done today and I loved it ! Such a home-y feeling, felt really comfortable around Sandy! I loved how she offered 3 types of payments (cash, card or Venmo. I’ll definitely will come back another time!!

Sandy is awesome. I like that she made sure my daughter was of age to get pierced. Looked at my documents carefully. Myself and daughter got our nose pierced. She explained everything to both of us. So thorough and patient. When we were done we stayed and talked for about 15 minutes about random stuff. She was not in a rush to get rid of us. Definitely recommending her to anyone who wants a piercing.

Sandy is awesome she did my daughters piercing and her husband just did my daughters tattoo. They are both so unbelievably talented and awesome. Thats why they deserve 5 stars. They make you feel so comfortable.

This is probably the best experience that Ive had for customer service in a really long time.The reviews about Sandy being rude, is so far from the truth.She was really kind, professional, and very good at what she does.I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here to get pierced by her. She has lots of experience, a ton of options for different types of rings.Also her prices are super good, theyre not super expensive or super cheap, so you know youre getting a good deal.Cant help pain level, but ear lobes were super fast and easy, shes very clean, and changes all her instruments and stuff before each client, and there were three of us.Overall great experience.Totally recommended and Wednesday and Thursdays are slower, so if you dont want to wait outside, come early and on those days.

I was super nervous to get more piercings, but Sandy was awesome! She helped me stay calm and answered all my questions. Her work was quick and precise and they turned out looking great!

Sandy was very sweet and awesome. Had trouble getting my nipple ring back in, after having to take them out for X-rays earlier this week. Sandy took great care of me. Helping me pick out new rings & getting them back in. After this great experience, Im looking forward to returning for a tattoo.

Sandy is an absolute sweetheart 💜 She did 3 of my piercings here on the island and they all healed nicely and look great! I highly recommend her. She kept me calm because Im afraid of needles (but have 13 tattoos and 10 piercings 😂) and had a great sense of humor. The shop opened late though (VERY LATE) !

Completely new to ear piercing, and wanted an experienced and friendly place to goto...and Lord did I not get disappointed! Sandy did the job in a short amount of time, kept me engaged in conversation and was so nice it she felt like family or like a close auntie. She did both ears with the expertise that you would expect from a veteran and the people skills that come from years of experience. The process started with cleaning and marking the location and she happily answered all my questions knowing full well I was a novice into the whole piercing world. The actual piercing process was quick but the transition into pain was short and didnt hurt any where near as bad because of her technique. I went in last week to get a nose piercing &’ I love it. She is the nicest person! I’m not much of a talker so the fact that she told me stories to keep me distracted (even if it was unintentional) it really helped me. I’d go back to her when I plan to get more piercings done!

Called on the phone for advice on piercing my ear lobes after getting surgery done to get them closed (previously had gauged ears.) Sandy told me to come in so she could look at the condition of my earlobes. After looking at my ears she gave me her suggestions on what location of the lobe would be safe to pierce. She highly suggested not to pierce directly on the scared tissue and thoroughly explained why it’s a bad idea. She cleaned me up and marked out her suggested locations. She’s very OCD and used a ruler to make the locations symmetrical, which shows she pays close attention to detail. After the markings, I looked in the mirror and felt comfortable with it. We went ahead with the piercings and it went super smooth. Looked in the mirror again and was hella stoked with my piercings. She has an after care regimen that you could purchase which is super convenient. Would definitely recommend coming here for all your piercing needs. She also has 20 years of experience if anyone is wondering. Thanks again Sandy!

Brought my daughter here. Sandy had very rude customer service! Lady definitely had an anger problem. I wouldn’t recommend her piercing anything with that frustration.

My daughter in law (dil) came to this establishment to get a piercing below her lip. She had come in previously to inquire about it and ask questions. She talked to a woman named Sandy who seemed professional but bragged that she was the best on the island. My dil thought about it a few days and decided that she did want to get the piercing. Sandy took her to the back and my dil asked her a few more questions. Sandy asked my dil where did she want it done and to put a mark on the spot where she wanted it. My dil complied based on a picture she saw from the ad of her establishment. Sandy told her that that spot was ugly and it would cost her twice as much. My dil said that was ok she would pay extra and that she would have Sandy put it where she thought best. At that point Sandy said that she would not do it, gave her money back to her and told her to have a nice day (or at least the tattoo artist said it). My dil was stunned and did not have a clue what happened. After having relayed the story to me I decided to call Sandy to find out what happened as I thought maybe there was a communication problem and we could solve whatever miscommunication there was. English is my dil’s second language. When I talked to Sandy on the phone I told her who I was and before I could finish she yelled at me and said “I DON’T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU GUYS. “ and promptly hung up on me. Wow.... I was shocked! So buyer beware and if you want a piercing done go to someone who lives “Aloha”. Apparently Sandy does not!

Dont bother! Take your business to another shop.Horrible customer service, Sandy (the piercer) is rude for no reason. She did one of my peircings a while ago, and it went fine. Came back to her shop to ask questions about piercings and she went off. She was yelling about the fact that she didnt do the peircing she thought I was talking about and kicked me out. Not for a second thinking that maybe since she did my piercing in the past I may have just been looking for her professional opinion on peircings. She did not know that I wanted another, she kicked me put of the store for asking her questions. She was extremely rude and loud about it even thought there was no other client in the shop, only her tat artist, who allowed her to walk all over them as well when they tried to help me. I feel sorry for the tattoo guys!

Sandy super caring my daughter and I got our nose pierced and gave all of us some candy, then my daughter got dizzy, Sandy quickly went back into shop to get her some water and Gummi candy and she felt better, thank you Sandy well be coming back soon.

Store was opened up 14 minutes late, the cashier dude was texting the piercer lady who apparently told him that she wasnt coming in until 1 (the place was supposed to be opened at 12) and then a few minutes later she said she was maybe going to come at 2 or not at all. The place looked clean, decent temperature, the cashier was polite and they had netflix so thats great. Legit 12 people were turned away though because all the employees were late. Its cash only and first come first serve walk-ins for basic piercings. I think once they get themselves on a schedule it could be a pretty sweet place. TL;DR: Go somewhere with punctual employees and better reviews I guess. I had high hopes for this place....

Seems that the piercer over here has some kind of on and off thing (sometimes being rude and other times being very sweet and friendly to customers) based on the reviews for this. But we (me and my cousin) were able to catch her on her sweet and friendly side today. My cousin got her naval piercing ($40 with a blue rhinestone, wouldve been 30 with a simple stud) with from her and it looks super cute. The tattoo guy, Ikaika, was so sweet and helped me get my first tattoo. I was really nervous but he helped me through and was so nice. The tattoo came out better than I could ever dream.They do accept walk-ins and if you wanted to schedule an appointment dont do it through the phone because it seems the piercer yells at the phone. They accept cash only so make sure to hit up your bank or your atm before hand.TLDR; Sandy is sweet depending on when you catch her and how busy she is, and if getting a tattoo be on the look out for a guy named Ikaika.Thank you!

The lady there was yelling as I was coming in and telling me not to come in because they were still opening....with the door open and the open sign on and flashing (so that means open right?). That was at 12:17 and they were supposed to open at 12. Then customer waiting outside told me they just arrived. Mom and pop owners get to their store half an hour early to open stores promptly for customers, I thought. Also, they should be more hospitable.

Lady who I assume was sandy was rude on the phone and in person. Sign said open and doors were locked. Didn’t seem to know what they were talking about when I asked questions about a problem I was having. Cash only which wasn’t a problem but no ATM on site

The rude women that answered the phone, not only hung up on me as I was asking a question, but was yelling. So I called right back thinking to myself this had to of been a mistake because no professional acts in that manner. So I called right back and this B@&$h yells in the phone Im in a middle of a piercing call back. THAT BUSINESS will never get a dime from me nor my time... and just to let you know you wasnt recommended you was stumbled across... Be careful how you act and speak as a professional to a paying customer because this is going on many sites so customers know how you act. Definitely not my loss.

Just got my tattoo done by Stan he did a very good job. You can see he loves what he does he puts alot of effort into his work. I will definitely recommend getting your ink done by him.

Not a very good place. they only take cash. I asked the woman to do a double medusa on my upper lip and she said it was too small to do that. I went to a place called rock star tattoos and piercings in waikiki and they were able to do it just fine and charged me less too.

Called to see if they take appointments, she had an attitude when she said no. Asked how much a single nipple piercing would be (since I already have 1) she rudely said “no no I dont do singles so yeah no”RUDE

Amazing place sandy did my nose and she did a fantastic job, even when I was allergic to my jewelry because I am very sensitive I came back a few weeks later walked in and not only did sandy remember me but she also took me back cleaned me up and got me a nose ring that does not cause me any problems I will not go anywhere else very trust worthy!!
