5 star rating just from a good local- customer service standpoint. Went in here to ask a couple questions. Cia and Lloyd were very friendly and I look forward to checking out their artwork on Instagram.

I came in there to get something that was very simple that was just a CB and he obviously didn’t do that instead it just looks like a whole mess and not what I wanted

I got a tounge piercing at a tattoo shop and they did it wrong so I started uncontrollably bleeding. Luckily Silo was able to get the piercing out in a pinch and told me what to do afterwards for healing but he did scold me for getting a piercing at a tattoo shop because this happens all the time apparently. 10/10 recommend coming here he was a great guy who knows what hes doing.

Cilo gave me the most phenomenal nose, piercing along, with very simple and easy aftercare for my nose piercing as someone who’s narrow divergent, he explained it really well, and I was very happy with it overall

Stay away from here! got my nose piercing done today and the guy who did it put an earring instead of a nose stud. he’s also mean. called me a wuss when i teared up

The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to my 13 year old daughter. My daughter was wanting a daith piercing and he told her “if it’s not for migraines you’re so stupid for getting it because you won’t even see it” said this more than twice. It’s never okay to call a child or your client names. Additionally, many people get daiths in general, most have proven it doesn’t even work for migraines. This whole situation should’ve never happened. We ended up leaving, my daughter cried the rest of the day for how she was treated. We went back down to El Paso to Savage Piercing at the Cielo Vista, the owner there is amazing , sweet, talented and worth the drive!

Had to bring in the 7 year old cause she had a reaction getting her ears peirced in cruses. Took her in within 5 mins cleaned her ear and popped new ones it! Definitely recommend!!!!!!!

This past weekend the backs of my daughters earrings were stuck did everything to try to get them out at home. I took her there so he could help me out. He was suuppperrrr patient with her and she’s 4 he got them out with ease. Very good service!

He was extremely heavy handed. I have many tats and know how to care for them. This tattoo was very small on my wrist. He changed the design without asking me. Then got annoyed I wanted it they way I asked for it. The scare he left is about half inch deep and ink fell out in chunks. I’ve seen better prison tats. He’s great at piercings but I’d never let him near me with a tattoo gun. Now I get to go pay for it to be fixed.

Got my nose and ears and tongue pierced and both my tattoos. No complains at all. All good things about this place. He is very informative and detailed about everything. Wouldn’t go anywhere else In town. Definitely recommend this place.Lloyd and his wife are awesome and supper funny 😂 always make you feel at home and like family

He was okay. Was suppose to get a cross on the side of my hand and gentleman kept trying to talk me out of that placement and eventually placed it somewhere else. Extremely heavy-handed. Couple year later and the tattoo looks like the ink is “seeping” into my skin. Was an okay dude, otherwise.

I got my nose and belly done here. the man is amazing in my opinion and never has had issues with either of them since 🫶🏼

Was able to go in and get my bridge, septum and lip pierced. Very nice people, very knowledgeable about piercings and obviously care for their craft. Will definitely come back if I decide on any more piercings or tattoos.

Been coming to Cilo since I was 18. Im now 35. He is always polite and informative about my piercings and tattoos. Love that I can go to his shop to buy extra jewelry for a very good price.

Me and my friend took a trip to New Mexico and decided to get tattoos the owner was rude through out the entire visit after repeatedly telling him what we wanted with a pre drawn picture he continued making changed to the drawing even after we said we wanted exactly what was pictured we ended up leaving unhappy with our tattoos but couldn’t argue because he clearly didn’t care what we wanted it has now been about a week and out tattoos are healed and the ink came out completely grey and splotchy when we wanted a solid black tattoo keep in mind we are both heavily tattooed and know how to properly care for our tattoos I’ve never had such a unprofessional and disappointing tattoo experience I wish I would have just walked out and never let them touch me
