Dandy Walrus Electric Tattoo

Went in to get a daith piercing. The guy was super nice but pierced me with a banana bar. The piercing developed huge piercing bumps and was painful a month later(I cleaned it regularly). I went to a local piercer and she told me that daiths are always pierced with a hoop or a horse shoe, she also said that the it was initially pierced was crooked. If I wouldn’t have gone in for a jewelry change I wouldn’t have been able to keep the piercing.

Vegan did an astounding job with my piercings. He was very friendly and easy to talk to while remaining professional. I was a bit nervous because it was my first piercings, but he talked me down and walked me through the process before getting started.My body is sensitive, and after he pierced me, I became a little dizzy and pale. Vegan did not hesitate to lay me down, get me a wet rag, and a bottled water. He let me lay there as much as I needed and then helped me up after making sure I was 100% ready to go.I could not have asked for a better piercing experience and would recommend Vegan to anyone. I hope to come back before college for my septum.

Went in to get a nose piercing. Called ahead to make an appointment, they were very accommodating. Place was very clean and not too busy. Only $30 and in and out, no biggie. Everyone was also super chill. Would recommend.

Vegan done a great job piercing my ears! I had previously had them pierced at one of the places in the mall, but they werent even, so I let them close up a couple of years ago. Vegan used a needle instead of the piercing gun that they used at the mall. Had both my ears pierced twice. No soreness at all! Very sterile and clean. Highly recommend

Jason did an amazing job on my tattoo. I had a half sleeve tattoo done many years ago. He free handed my lower sleeve to match the much older upper and did an amazing job. I would recommend him to any one. The shop was very clean and the staff were very professional. I will be getting more work done buy him.

Jason did a bang up job with my last tattoo and was very professional. He listened to my ideas and designed beautiful large side piece that I absolutely love. Vegan has done my last 4 piercings and even pierced my daughters ears. Jason, Vegan and Danny all create masterpieces I trust them with all my tattoo and piecing needs.

Always a wonderful experience no matter the reason you are there, piercings and tattoos are always down professionally and with a great atmosphere and attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Will be going back for more tattoos soon and maybe more piercings.

This place is awesome and VERY CLEAN. My daughter wanted her nose pierced and they fit us right in. I did not catch the guys name that did it for us but he made us feel so comfortable and talked us threw it. Definitely would recommend these guys!

I went in a couple months ago and got my nose pierced. My nose started to become red and bleed on random occasions. I had to take the piercing out because the pain became so very unbearable. I waited a few days for it to clear up on its own but it didn’t so I decided to consult my physician. He looked into it and claimed that I had gotten a major infection and that it was because of a certain harmful bacteria on the piercing Gun which obviously wasn’t sterilized properly. This had happened before in the past when I went to get a small tattoo in remembrance of my grandmother who had past away and the skin where the tattoo was started to grow bumps and become all red and itchy. I decided to overlook this when I went to get my piercing considering it didn’t seem that major but when I asked my doctor about it he said that it too was an infection. The man who did my tattoo and ironically enough my piercing also goes by the name of Anthony ( B/gen - as a nickname) This experience was horrific enough and has caused me major stress and anxiety worried about my health and the pain has been excruciating. I will definitely not ever be back and will never recommend this to anyone. It would be a shame for someone else to have to go through this terrible experience.

I got double nostril piercings here recently, and my lobes pierced a few years ago, and both times Vegan was awesome! During my nose piercing appointment I almost passed out the pain and the fact I hadnt eaten that day, Vegan quickly had me lay down, got me a cold towel and a water bottle and then had me stay in the store until I felt better. Overall great experience pain was worth it and Im super happy with the placement!

Danny Helms is amazing! His attention to detail, quality of work and artistic interpretation is top notch, and you can tell hes passionate about his work. Clean shop. Chill atmosphere. Will absolutely be my go-to place!

Danny did mine and my boyfriend’s tattoos and we LOVED him! he was super fun and got us in with no problem. we kind of had a difficult design and he did the most to get us both in before we had to leave. great guy & great place!! will come back next time we’re in locust!!

Called this morning to schedule a daith piercing. I was told that they were doing everything by appointment only. No problem. I scheduled an appointment for 2pm. Walked in at 1:55p. Was told I would need to wait a few minutes because this person had just started a tattoo. I was annoyed but eh it was fine. When 2:30p rolled around I was officially irritated. What’s the point in making appointments???

I just got a piercing here, VERY clean shop and nice staff. Anthony did my piercing, he was very helpful and opened all his sterile material in front of me, which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this place! I came in here for the first time last week for a piercing and came back today and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They make you feel welcomed and I love the atmosphere they got going on. Be back soon!

Went in back in May to have a daith piercing done and my daughters ears pierced. They did a fantastic job on my daughters ears. My daith piercing on the other hand, wasn’t! I didn’t realize until almost 2 weeks later that they had pierced all the way down into my ear. (Not just the innermost cartilage fold). I kept it in for a month thinking maybe it was just due to swelling the reason it looked like that. Then a huge bump started inside my ear due to the curved barbell being so snug because it went so far down. I ended up having to take it out because it looked ridiculous and wasn’t a true daith piercing. The first pic is right after it was done. You can tell he came out way below his mark. Second pic is after a month, right before I took it out.Edited: For some reason my first pic was taken down (I’m guessing because it was still bloody, but you can tell from the second pic it wasn’t done correctly)

Ive suffered from migraines for years, and recently a colleague recommended Dandy Walrus for daith piercing. Although I thought perhaps it was more of a fad, my colleague expressed satisfaction and almost immediate relief. Sure enough, I visited Vegan at the shop and have had a similar experience. Not only was Vegan professional, the shop was immaculate, and everything used on me was packaged and sanitary. He actually dropped the marker on the floor and refused to use it. I was quite impressed and would recommend Vegan and Dandy Walrus for piercing.

Called to see if they had any available appointments to do a tattoo after my bf was able to just walk in and get a tattoo without an appointment and was told they were booked out until September. How is that possible if my bf was a spur of the moment walk in?
