I’m here to say you won’t do better than Crossroads. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. The technique and equipment is absolutely sterile and definitely up to my standards (I work in healthcare so I’m a little crazy about cleanliness too!). The work is 100% top tier quality. I literally could not have had a better experience. I am RIDICULOUSLY happy with my work and I cannot wait to continue my relationship with this shop ❤️. Jim and his family is absolutely fantastic. Very clean and i love how they make you feel so welcoming from the minute you walk thru the door. Just got my 3rd tattoo from Jim and beautiful like always.

Took my daughter there today for a nose piercing. The place is super clean. As soon as we walk in they can tell she is nervous and they are so nice and kind!!! The way they deal with high anxiety is so awesome.( She has an anxiety disorder) Excellent customer service from start to finish. And her nose is too cute. I was hesitant , but I have to admit that I absolutely love it!!! We will be returning for our mother daughter tattoos as soon as my daughter is eligible. Heck, I most likely will be there for one in the upcoming months. I cant say enough good things. Thanks Crossroads!!!

My daughter got her septum pierced. The people were very friendly and the man that did the piercing was very thorough while explaining the process and aftercare. He was quick and got the piercing done in one fluid motion which minimized the pain for her. The pricing is amazing. I had to check 3 times before I was convinced it was right. This photo was taken directly after and you can clearly see my daughter had an enjoyable experience.

I have 16 tattoos, all but 3 I have got here. And these were before I found this shop. I also have a couple piercings from here as well. I love all of my tats and piercings and Jim is a wonderful artist!!! He is always pleasant and works well with the customer to get you exactly what you want!! I will continue to go to him for the rest of my tattoos and piercings. I could not ask for anyone better. And he is not a rip off like the some of the other shops in town!! Keep up the good work!!

Jim is not only a good tattooist but a great guy.Clean place and I wont go nowhere else but to him. Him and his wife make you feel welcome . Just got 2 tattoos done again monday and took my daughter in for one also.. Ready for another.
