Under the Gun Tattoo

Been putting off a tattoo and or piercing for 8 yrs now..! Finally pulled the trigger on a simple Piercing for now and it was a great experience ! All fingers pointed to under the gun so figured Id go there ! 1 phone call , same day service ! Girl working there had a good attitude, very respectful and considerate, knowledgeable, made sure I was fully sure and satisfied with what I was getting to start off with and placement and did an amazing job !Around those facts, good interior tattoo and piercing shop vibes, clean, definitely enjoyed being there !Left a good tip and cant thank her and under the gun enough !

She did a vary good job on my nose and it healed perfectly

I got my nose (both septum and nostril) pierced here. Always a good experience. The piercer always explains the process of the piercing, lets you pick the exact spot, and pierces very quickly. Shes very kind and tells you everything you need to know and gives you an extra piece of jewelery in case you lose it. Best place to get pierced in town.

The lady who did my sisters ear piercing was PHENOMENAL! Super nice and makes sure that the piercing is exactly how you want it placed. I couldnt have asked for a better experience for my baby sis to have, also it was a very clean environment. My girlfriend and I made an appointment for both of us to get a tattoo. Jason Parker was the artist that did the work and we were/are extremely happy with what he did. While getting the tattoos and talking to him we found out he had been the only tattoo artist there for the majority of the day, our appointment was for 4:30 and it was very close to closing time by the time my girlfriend was done and he was cool enough to stay past closing time to finish mine. Jason is an awesome dude that does awesome work. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back to see him for more work. Thanks again Jason, if I could give more stars I would.

Erica pierced my septum about a month ago and she did an amazing job! The shop was very clean and she was very professional and answered all of my questions. Ive used there facebook messenger to ask her questions a couple of times after and she always responds in a timely manner and always answers my questions without making me feel like a bother. Id definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get a piercing! I cant wait to see her soon and get another piercing!

Clean and nice atmosphere. I got my daith pierced here. The woman who pierced my ear was very kind, she answered all the questions I had. She even said that if I had any follow up questions or needed help putting a earring in my daith to come back and she would help me anytime. The whole place is very clean and all the tools used were sterile and or new. Very nice place.

Jasons work is extraordinary! For me anyway, he was really quite fast and still talking and being very pleasant. His lines are on point. I have more work i need done and i will be returning!

This is and still feels like an old-school tattoo parlor. I have got many covers and both my sleeves done here. The art is second to none and I would never go anywhere else.

Did nose piercings with my daughter! Ericka was so great going through the process step by step and made my daughter feel very comfortable, I thought she would chicken out lol but now we have a fun,awesome memory ❤

I called last week and asked for an appointment. I made it explicitly clear that I worked in Tawas and didn’t get off until 4, so the woman on the phone told me I could come in on Tuesday at 5:30. I drove here and the place is closed and no one is here.

Some guy named cowboy. .or rather some other tool name like that gave an unsymmetrical botch job on a tattoo that is the size of a golf ball.I cant say anything about the work of any others.. but really disappointed.Its on my wrist (in the open) and my only dang tattoo.Not ragging on the shop, but Im bummed about the experience.Tried to get it fixed and was told Id be charged more.....

Received a tattoo from them, believe it was the owner who did it as it was early in the day, he was the only one there, and others have told me he owns it. Appears to have been inconsistent with his pressure as parts were done super deep and others shallow. I understand that it was a difficult location doing lettering on my collarbone, but the line varies by nearly double thickness in spots along with the parts that were done too deep having healed to raised scars. He also didnt check my ID at all, didnt look at it, didnt copy it. Not a Prime™ place. Didnt open the needle in front of me, so couldve been dirty. Can post photos of the work later if yall want them. Edit: Checked my calendar and i visited February 2nd 2018, a bit over a year ago, for this tattoo.

We also had two nights in Alpena on our tour of Michigan and since I really wanted to bring a tattoo back from vacation, I spontaneously went to this studio. It was actually possible to get an appointment at very short notice. Unfortunately I dont know who tattooed me but it turned out wonderfully and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much... what a great souvenir of this great trip 🫶.
