I had a virtual appointment with Kruti and she was extremely helpful in explaining the process and then I came in the very next day and had an appointment with Jodi who helped me feel at ease and explained everything again before she did anything, I will be coming back for sure. Thank you to the staff at Strella for making things so easy and comfortable!

I came in for a complimentary facial and was well taken care of. They took me on time and made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. Jodi then did my Botox and explained everything fully and was super gentle. I had a lot of questions regarding the lip flip and she made feel confident about it and I can’t wait to see the results :) thanks strella for a top notch experience!

Front desk staff and scheduling, especially Laura, was amazing! Warm, welcoming, informative, accommodating, educated to answer all questions. Strella hit the jackpot with Laura! And Maribeth who gave me my skin analysis was so knowledgeable, kind, fun, informative when I had questions, and very talented with the facial. My skin has never felt or looked better. She struck a beautiful balance of discussing what products she was using and their availability to purchase without being pushy. I cant wait to come back and plan to book the Halo treatment this winter! Not only did Maribeth recommend it, but Laura answered more questions and directed me to a website where I could view more before and after results.

I wrote a detailed review of my experience with Strella. A few days later I got a call from their attorney asking me to remove the review. Initially I had no intention of removing it, because the review accurately described my experience, but honestly, he is making me nervous. He has called and/or emailed every other day for almost a month. So my review of Strella is this: they did refund my treatment, but buyer beware.

I come to Strella for tox treatments and I’ve always had a great experience! The aestheticians are really knowledgeable and great at what they do. The staff isn’t pushy and they do a great job informing you of any promotions and best care for your skin.

Shannon is the best! She is so accommodating, make you feel at ease and informed the entire time! I’ve been going to laser hair removal and while the procedure itself can be a little uncomfortable Shannon does a great job of making you comfortable and relaxed during it all. Highly recommend!

My consult was free and they took their time to explain every option to me and allowed me to decide which was best, not only for my treatment but my budget to get the maximum results. The office was so clean and comfortable too! So far Ive had 2 peels with Shannon and she made me very comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. I had an amazing experience. They put lidocaine in the area. I felt nothing during the procedure. This was my 2nd time getting it done and it’s a long-term effect that is life changing. I definitely recommend this if you excessively sweat.

I am so pleased with the whole team at Strella. It was my first time and I went for a CoolSculpt consult and then a subsequent treatment. The Consult was not only informative but enjoyable. It was like chatting with two friends, which made me feel comfortable and allowed me to ask any questions I had. Marisa performed my treatment and she was wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable during the whole time. She also thoroughly explained the whole process and what to expect in the next coming weeks. Recently, I saw Michael for Sculptra, he is great.I would highly recommend checking Strella out. They have monthly events and occasional holiday celebrations with prizes, information and demos. I went to Strella’s open house last week and was blown away! It was so fun. I love the design of the building and it’s right across the street from Whole Foods! All the staff there were so friendly and knowledgeable. They easily answered my questions. I returned the next day for a HydraFacial. It was incredible how clean my face felt the next day. It was glowing. I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments and bringing my sisters.

I had a hydrofacial with MaryBeth and it was great. Skin is softer, fine lines less noticeable and makeup goes on smoother. She took time explaining and giving me a tour of the various services they offer at Strella, which I asked to know more about. I purchased hydra balm & eye cream from skincetials. Hydra balm is perfect for the cold weather and doesn’t leave a thick residue. Better than aquaphor. Highly recommend Strella and their staff.

Abby at the front was so helpful working around my busy schedule and getting me an appointment. She answered all my questions and when I got there, they were prompt with wait time (which is not the norm with most places!!). Ive seen both Jodi and Shannon for tox, hydrofacials, prp and anything to make me resist aging. Theyre both AMAZING! Theyre honest about what would work best for my skin and make recommendations. Im so happy I found this gem.

From the moment you walk through the Strella Medical Aesthetics office door your experience begins. You are quickly greeted with a smiling face and offered a coffee, tea or water while you wait or fill out your paperwork.Within minutes you are taken back to one of the patient rooms where your procedure is explained in detail. Lori is my go to gal. I find her well versed in the knowledge of her work. Loris caring nature shows in the way she pays attention to your requests, questions or concerns.The office has recently started using Nitrous Oxide (AKA Laughing Gas, which is an extra charge everywhere). I was so pleased to hear it had finally arrived. Nitrous Oxide completely takes the edge off any procedure.Until something newer and more patient friendly is marketed, I will not do anything else but the Halo. There was no need for a blood draw, like the vampire facial and no messing with serum afterward. The micro needling helped me, but nothing like the Halo. In 2 weeks I was floored. my results have been wonderful. Lori did explain that the down time is about 7 days, so I booked the Halo based on her information. This helped me greatly.Yes, Lori nailed the timing.My results have been so positive that my husband is diving right in. He is doing the Halo treatment right after the holiday season.We want to look our best, but continue to look natural. When you meet Lori, you will realize she is one of those natural looking beauties. Natural beauty is what Lori and this wonderful office staff want for all of us.5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!

Strella recently went under new management. I had gotten lip filler here maybe 2 years ago and within the time I had multiple bumps and migration occur. I went back to get it fixed as things popped up twice. Since then I had gotten pregnant and breastfeed so I couldn’t do anymore dissolving in that time period. Once I was finished I gave them a call to continue the dissolving process which just so happen to be THE DAY new management took over where I spoke with Mary who told me “we don’t really offer the service of dissolving other locations work”. Really disappointed with this outcome considering someone could have given me a heads up as there was a note in my file, also considering I’ve gotten bumps dissolved in the past by Micheal who is still currently working there. All in all poor customer service. I will unfortunately have to take this issue elsewhere to be resolved

I’ve been going to Strella for about a year now for wrinkle relaxer. Jodi is wonderful to work with and any staff I’ve encountered has been friendly and helpful. The office is clean and relaxing. I’m very happy with my results and Jodi always gives me the look I’m wanting (which is on the lighter, natural side). I also get Botox in my jaw due to pain from TMJ and nothing has help like this. If you’re considering it, it’s completely worth it. Strella & Jodi have me looking and feeling better.

I have had a great experience with both Amy and Jackie. Jackie recently left Strella and I have been placed with Amy to do my laser treatments. She is amazing and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone. Melinda at the front desk is always so warm and welcoming. The place is very clean and kept beautifully. You feel like you are walking into a spa. They recently change the bed blankets in which you cover yourself with to a paper disposal cover. Im not a fan, but hygiene is number one! The treatments are done by RN which makes the experience even more comforting for you. Hands down 5 stars! I dont plan on ever leaving then. Any future treatments will be done here!

Ive been doing botox for a decade. I have doctor shopped and even Groupond my way through med spas. One doctor overfilled my forehead so much I had a large bump for 6 months. Another office was fine, but pricing was way too mainline and even the promotional events didnt offer enough of a discount. But one day, a friend referred me to Strella. It was a little far from home, but I decided my face was worth the drive if it meant I could find a quality business that could help me age gracefully. To my wonderful surprise, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office is extremely clean and comfortable. And their pricing was far more competitive than most others. In addition to better pricing, they often run great sales on all types of services and even host customer appreciation events where the feed you so much delicious food you need a long nap after the event :) My best experience was when I wanted to buy Kybella and they recommended Ultherapy instead, saving me thousands. Instead of caring about the business, they care about the patient. They also allow their medical staff to host parties where a group of friends can celebrate friendship and healthy, body positive aging. Strella is fantastic, from the front office, to management, to the qualified medical staff that provide the various services!

I would not recommend this place if you need a MiraDry treatment! During the consultation I asked manager about how many procedures theyd done so far and she said hundreds. Technician that was performing MiraDry procedure said I was number four MiraDry client at their place. Also, technician, that was performing the procedure didnt numb me completely. I was in a lot of pain during the procedure. When I complained about the pain, he said its almost done and there is no need to inject me again. They do not perform iodine- starch test before the procedure, which is very important.After 6 months later my excessive sweating returned.. Very, very unprofessional!!Do not get MiraDry procedure there!!!!
