Went here twice to get ears pierced and both times they were super chill and helpful letting me rest before going and clear instructions for what to do. Would definitely recommend if looking to get a piercing

We came in wants to get a tattoo .The employee tried to attack us with a baseball bat as soon as we walk in the store. I was scared and asked them why they are greeting customer like this. His answer was my boyfriend was wearing sun glasses and glove.They think we are bad person . I explained to them my boyfriend has terigien, eyeglasses which was prescribed by the eye doctor. We both were wearing gloves because our hands were cold. They were extremely violent and rude. So we just left.This store judge peoples by their look and try to attack us. I never experienced this. What a horrible store.Not recommended!

First and foremost good morning, today is Tuesday, February 21st 2023. My wife went to this establishment to get a tattoo on her wrist, so before we came to this place we called around this place was the most professional so we decided to go in. I am so glad that we went to this place because my wife was so pleased with the results and the artist had such a soft touch when she did the tattoo. All the lines were clear and the Tattoo looked amazing. All I would like to say is tattoos are forever so if you are interested in high quality with a soft touch I recommend this tattoo shop. 👍 👍

Wouldve given a much better review but was immensely ripped off by this place. Apparently a 3 inch tattoo of lines making a rose with 2 colors that took a grand total of 20 minutes, is worth $200! A $60 tattoo anywhere else, is somehow valued at $200? Everyone agreed with us that this shop ripped us off hard. It was my girlfriends first tattoo, and I feel they took advantage of her naivete. Pretty scummy and low ball.

I went in yesterday with no appointment for a nose piercing and they were all so nice. The place is clean and has a great vibe. The girl that pierced my nose was really nice and did a great job. I recommend this place and will definitely come back again for another piercing soon!

Met the guy juice he was super cool I needed help with a question about something he totally guided me me in the right direction he is very knowledgeable about piercings!I recommend him to anybody looking to get piercing you wont be disappointed down to earth dude!

Alisa is my tattoo artist!!! Shes the best. She is my 3rd tattoo artist that I have gone too and I dont think I will go to anyone else now. Started with some poppy flowers on my back now I have a garden going on ;)

My boyfriend just went and go a dermal done. And he said the hospitality was awesome! He got a little light headed after and they told him don’t feel like you have to rush outta here just cause I’m done with the piercing sit down and all get you some candy and some water to help you feel better! And he road his motorcycle there and they took that in account and said just chill bro and wait tell your a 100% before leaving and hoping on your bike! So he chilled for a bit and said it was a great experience!!

I called and asked if they do piercings. And the guy that answered the phone said yes. I told him that my daughter wants to get her ears pierced for the first time. I told him she was 7 almost 8. He told me to bring my ID and her birth certificate. I told him no problem. So, I go there after I picked her up from school. My daughter was so excited. When we walked in it was completely empty. Only the staff were there. This guy told me to fill out the paperwork. And right after I finished he tells me the person doing the piercing didnt feel comfortable doing it, because shes so young. It would of been better if she was 14... Are you serious? You should of established that when I called and told him how old she was. He wanted to know who I talked to... I wouldnt be surprised if it was him. Now I wasted my time going there. And my daughters heart was broken. He told me to go to the mall. SMH. I thought it would be more perfessional at a tattoo shop over a mall. Highly disappointed with their failure of communication. You would think when I told the guy her age on the phone it would of been a good idea to tell the person doing the piercing to see if they wanted to do it... It was just a regular ear piercing.

Eric was wonderful to work with and designed matching tattoos for my mom and I. They turned out beautifully and were even more perfect than we expected. I threw a lot of vague design ideas his way and he put it all together for us. Mom got her very first tattoo at 61 and Eric knocked it out of the park for her! We will definitely come back.

JUICE IS THE BEST! HES COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. BUT BEST OF ALL HE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE WELCOME.

Loved this place!! They make u feel at home. My artist was Ray n he nailed my tattoo. He managed to design exactly what I envisioned without me even giving him details. Amazing artists, wonderful atmosphere!! Will recommend to everyone looking for art work. Thank you Ray!! My tattoo was in remembrance of my late father n u made it perfect!!!!

I came to the right place! Very clean and comfortable. Alisa came highly recommended to help me fix my dark and ugly rose tattoos. So far it looks so much better! I cant wait to go back in two months and again and again!

Best tattoo shop ever! All the artist are super friendly and they always make you feel welcomed. They all do great work. Ive had 4 of my tattoos done from there and I still plan on going back for more. Corey also does great piercing and is super awesome.

Called at around 6:50 asked if I could walk in for a belly button peircing an woman gave me info told me to get there by 7:30 to get a piercing done. Got there at 7:25 after driving 10 miles and was turned away by likely the same woman. Not a pleasant experience. Hope you have better.

I walked in today during my lunch break for nipple piercings. The place has a very chill vibe and Corey was real nice and professional. The process was quick and smooth. He walked me through the aftercare and all that. I walked in a bit after noon and was literally in and out in like 15 minutes. They are cash only, so be prepared for that. And don’t be a dick, make sure you tip! There is an ATM in the bar two doors down in case of an emergency. ;)

I took my daughter to Rubes Tattoos recently for a ear piercing, an Industrial piercing which requires 2 holes and is done on the upper ear... Juice was the man who did the piercing... He is experienced and did the piercing quickly and efficiently... A good experience for everyone... Both employees I came in contact with were very nice and patient with all the questions I had during several calls I made before the work was done... So thanks to Sam and Juice for the great experience....

I got Alisa working on a cover up which is amazing already! 1 session down, maybe 2 more to go. But this shops environment is so chill and laid back. Everyone has a down to earth attitude and Alisa is AMAZING!!! Cant wait for her to finish this piece up!

I totally never ever mind waiting till midnight when it comes to Rubes. The wait and atmosphere is what makes the experience worth going there. Mikellah was amazing and extremely gentle..super comfortable and painless with my two wrist flash! Thanks Rubes, Ill definitely be back in December or sooner!

This shop is amazing. Every tattoo Ive gotten has come from different artists in this shop and each piece of art is more beautiful than the last. Tho Doug got the best ink imo 😎 This will be my forever tattoo shop!

Went to get my tattoo this Saturday. Thankfully Carlos had a time slot to work with me! I told him what I wanted and came out better than I imagined it would. I fell in love with it the moment I saw the sketch. It is very sentimental to me. Carlos was great. Very friendly and professional. Made be feel very comfortable and helped calm my nerves since I was extremely nervous. Definitely planning on going back soon to get my next one! Thank you Carlos, from the hoodrat lol

Came in to get a tattoo of mine get covered up and Carlos killed it! Came out better than I expected and will come back for some more art. The entire RUBES family is super cool and makes the time fly by while youre getting painted on!

Mikey did most of my tattoos and I always get compliments on them. Hes one of the best out there and very modest. Thanks Mikey have to visit you soon.

Definitely do not get pierced there. Their piercer is definitely not certified. Totally botched one of my two piercings. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it redone.

A month ago today I went in and got a tattoo from this shop for the first time, clean and welcoming place. Doug did my tat in a professional & timely manner. I definitely recommend this place!

Came in to get my ears re-pierced, Evelyn helped me fit my new earrings. Highly recommend!

One of the best tattoo parlors in the San Gabriel Valley area, the whole staff of artists are great to go to to get work done. Been going there for years. They never disappoint with the kind of work they do.....

I recently went in for 2 tragus piercings and was left highly disappointed and in pain with a trip to the Hospital urgent care, to remove one of the piercings. Here is what was done wrong: 1. Piercing was done WRONG at a side angle and caused severe jaw pain. 2. Jewelry that was used was a 16 gage sterling steel with a butterfly backing with no room for swelling. 3. Severe torture for two weeks cost me my money and out of work for 2 days while I had to heal and take antibiotics. Im leaving this complaint bc I dont want this to happen to anyone else and highly urge anyone not to go to this establishment for piercings as the correct methods were not used and I may be left with a scarred ear bc of the lack of professionalism. I understand mistakes happen but this could have been avoided and I would ask for my money back but I know I signed those papers upon walking in. Terrible job and experience!! I do Not recommend!

To be honest, my tattoo artist did a good job and I say good because it did come out nice not what i imagined bcuz he drew something completely different from what i wanted and so it took longer .he ddnt finish and one of the main reasons I ddnt go back to finish was bcuz I ddnt feel comfortable to go back. He kept hitting on my friend.

This place is great. The guys there are friendly and helpful. I got my nose piercing there and its really quick and left no pain.

Nice at first. Noticed it didn’t look right after it healed. Went to talk and the Dude got super defensive and tried to be intimidating and actually said “skin isn’t supposed to have ink in it that’s why it looks like that”.. wow
