Banter by Piercing Pagoda

Came to the Ashland Town Center location for a re-piercing and waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up. The kiosk was unmanned and no sign as to when someone would return.

Staff is always amazing. However, I waited two weeks for an item and it never came so we had to go with something else. It worked out but you would think since insurance is offered, these things would be more taken care of. Like I said, staff is always great so ultimately all is well.

Went to get my ears pierced today and the staff was very professional and did a great job! I definitely recommend this place! Very nice jewelry as well!

Bobbie at the Ashland mall was absolutely fabulous. She was professional and very pt with our little one getting her ears pierced. She helped make it a very special occasion for our family!! Thank you so much Bobbie!!! You’re a rockstar

This was not my first option of a place to get a simple earring but after stopping at several stores I was helped by a female worker with blue hair.I hate that that is how I have to give a description but I do not remember her name.she was very polite and very helpful and enjoyable to be around!I rated five stars due to the help and the customer service that I received.I would go back to this location and would be glad to bring business to this worker and know they would be helped with a great attitude and with as much effort as possible.

The women running this kiosks are embarrassing the entire company.Rude,unpleasant,unprofessional,unkempt staff.One young lady reaks of Marijuana.Employees are always on the personal cell phones when I pass the kiosks while shopping.Each visit has been a long wait,waiting for the gossip to end among staff before I get service.I can not believe they are being paid to sit around and make fun of passing paying customers.Uneducated in gems and stones.Staff was mean to my wife this visit and past visits. Employer will not fix it the situation.

Got my ears pierced, and wanted to say that the staff were friendly and helpful and all around pleasant to be around. They were very clear about the policy, and went over it with me making sure I understood everything.

This is a very good place to shop. I bought a necklace chain and pendant that I got for my neice. They were friendly and informative. This was the first time that I shopped there. Would definitely go back again.

I got my ears pierced two different times here. I spend quite a bit of money on them and the advanced aftercare. Both times ears started bleeding after 8 weeks of caring for them. Could not get money back and I would NOT recommend their ear piercings!!!!

The girls I seen working there was really nice and offered to show me everything I needed out of the casings, very patient and kind, amazing service

Very pushy to sell stuff, made it sound like i was a bad person if i didnt get the item they wanted to sell. Horrible experience. hated the rudeness. Will never go back to any piercing pagoada if they teach their employees to act so disrespectful

This is where I always go to pierce my ears and get jewelry I have allergies to a lot of metal and they help me find what works for me and they are quick to come help unless they are very busy I love everyone of the girls at pagoda

It was amazing! Got a second hole in each lobe, Going back in a few months to get my helix pierced! would definitely recommend them!

Theyve got really nice people working, great merch, and great with toddlers.

I suggest not to buy anyone a gift here.. They have a 30 day return policy so if u buy a Christmas gift in November and the open at Christmas it cant be returned...to me just not good customer relations...
