LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop. Everyone in there is amazing. All very friendly. Very talented artist. And Jamie is the best piercer hands down. Shes the only one I trust.

Great experience for my daughters first piercing, The lady was really good with my daughter. Unfortunately most the time we call they dont have a piercer available. Only downside.

They were great. Super fast and awesome customer service and Tyler does great work.

I absolutely love my tattoo design; however my artist does not tattoo near as fast as other artists I’ve been to locally within Shelby county. I will need 12 hours for him to finish a tattoo I was quoted 6-8 hours for. Which is fine, but I now have to have 3 sessions and wait 4 months for the last one to finish the piece. Don’t get me wrong, my artist is very talented and I know it will be worth the wait. Considering they charge by the hour and he’s slower than most, it adds up fast! What I’m paying for how much tattooing is getting done is pricier than most.

Got angel fangs from jaime! she was so sweet and kind! I’d definitely recommend her for all of your piercing needs! :)

Just had our daughters ears pierced here. Great experience all around. Very professional and friendly staff. Our daughter barely even felt the needle...which is a testament to Jamies skill. Will definitely be recommending her to others.

10/10 service! I got my sceptum done by Jamie about 2 weeks ago and it looks good and is healing really well. She was very nice through the whole process and even though I did pass out 💀 she made sure that I was alright.

Great shop! It is very clean and all of the staff are very friendly. I just had my second sitting with Frank on a large leg piece and I couldnt be happier with how well it is turning out. Hes a great artist who listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was completely satisfied with each part of the overall design. Once my current tattoo is finished Ill definitely be back to have Frank work on the rest of my leg. Highly recommended!

I have had numerous piercings done her over yrs majority by Jaime bc she is PHENOMENAL!!! Have several tattoos as well by Chris and Vince both have been awesome artist! hold conversation, laugh with you, listen to you, come with amazing personal spins on the design you have in mind!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I tell everyone about them!

Steep! If all shops are charging 125 for the smallest ND simplest of tattoos, I needed to go over my lines that was it... my jailhouse tattoo are a little Dottie and not the best work I could probably do a better job with a staple myself.

I came here for a rather difficult piercing and Jaime was great! She took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of all of my options of piercing type and locations to make sure I got it exactly the way I wanted without pushing me to choose any one way over another. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and I knew what I was getting! I would trust her with any piercing!

The shop is so professional its clean. All the staff is amazing.Chris is just an amazing artist.

Me and a friend went In to get 3 tattoos. The store manager Jamie was very rude. Gave l us dirty looks walking in. When service was over she didn’t even say y’all can pay here. Just let us stand there. We had to ask her if we paid her. After taking the cash no thanks have a good night or anything. Just silent and dirty looks before we left. No customer service at all. Made us feel like a burden to be honest. Thank god for Frank the guy who did our tattoos. He was very friendly and did a great job.

Monica was amazing!!!! It didnt hurt as bad as I thought it would. She was extremely nice and made my first experience getting a tattoo a pleasant one. I will definitely go back to her for any future additions!

I have had several tattoos over thepast 28 years from different shops and artists. Chris Russell is by far the best, in my experience . Very skilled and knowledgeable, quality ink .

All of the artists are very knowledgeable and have steady, light hands. This is the only shop my family goes to for tattoos and piercing.

Took my sister to get her nose pierced as a graduation gift and the service was great! Fast, friendly and professional, and gave my sister very detailed care advice for her new piercing.

Everyone in the shop was so nice the artist that done my tattoo was also very nice and did an awesome job on my Voodoo doll! I am very happy with my new ink ! I didnt even have to haggle with price , my wife and I were very happy with the price ! I will definitely be back !

Went and got a Daith piercing hoping to it will help with my headaches. Didnt really even feel the piercing done! They were all very kind and professional. On a side note I use to get a headache every day, havent experienced one since the piercing was done...coincidence or nothe Im very happy with the experience!

Vince was amazingly patient and answered all of our questions. My teen says only hes allowed to do any future piercings and tattoos for her.

They advertise a special and label it first come first served but people who get there at 530 leave at 1030 without their work being done that they paid for yet people who walk in at 7 leave before the persons who got there at 530 and 6 and when asked about it we get attitude and Surly looks from the female #falseadvertisment #shadybusiness

So far, I give them 5 stars for being kind while scheduling an appt for a future tattoo. I will add an update after the tattoo
