I came in for a nose piercing about 7 weeks ago. The piercer was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The piercing was very quick the pain was not as bad as I expected it to be.The only issue I had is with the jewelry. Yesterday I noticed the jewelry turned green and looked terrible. I googled the shop and saw that they were still open for the night. I tried calling a few times to make sure they’d be able to resolve the issue but no one picked up the phone. This upset me because my piercing is not fully healed and I did not plan on changing the jewelry until it was. I decided to go to another shop to have the jewelry switched.

Marie was Awesome! She gave me an amazing First Tattoo and she had a great energy. Definitely coming back for more. And her line work was impeccable

Marie was my artist, and she made the experience a fun one. She was very communicative, and made sure that I was satisfied with every step of the tattooing process. We had good, hilarious conversation, making the entire experience unique. I would recommend Marie to anyone getting their first tattoo, as it will be a good memory to look back on, and I look forward to having Marie as my artist in the future.

Raven is a phenomenal artist and is extremely thorough! If this is your first tattoo, or your hundredth, Raven is going to take great care of you!

I had an appointment to get my tattoo 4/15/21. I arrived on time for my appointment and Heath was 30 minutes late and then it took him almost 2 hours to get started while he instead helped an assistant tattoo herself. He wasn’t able to finish the tattoo in that session so we made a second appointment. I messaged many times and called the shop to schedule and finally got ahold of him to schedule the second appointment on 7/31/22, after requesting a refund of my deposit and stating I was going elsewhere to get the tattoo finished. Due to personal reasons, I had to hold off on securing a date. Finally was able to schedule the second appt for 1/4/23. On 3/18/23 I went in to the shop so they could look at how it healed and they suggested a touch up was needed. I tried to get a date for the touch up from 3/18/23 until 6/29/23 at which time I had to tell him I was pregnant and couldn’t get a tattoo at this time. I asked if it was okay to reach out after having the baby to schedule the touch up, which he agreed to. I reached out again 2/17/24 and let him know I had my baby and was ready to schedule my touch up and he said he’d get back to me with a date. He has left me on read and hasn’t responded to me. I’ve called the shop and messaged on IG which is primarily how we’d been contacting for the tattoo. This is completely unprofessional and infuriating since I paid for the tattoo and the touch up was meant to be included. Heaths work is great but his professionalism and organization is trash. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the tattoo turned out good, it just needs some touching up.

I had this vision of a hummingbird tattoo and Raven was able to bring it to life. I love my tattoo! Very professional and personable.

We came in as a walk-in to get tattoos in remembrance of my mother who just passed this week and Corey took us in and did them all four of us. He did a fantastic job! He was very professional and made it very comfortable for us. I will definitely be looking to book with him in any of our future ink therapy.

Madison is a gift from up above. This is my second time getting my n!pples pierced and I can tell you I will highly recommend her to any and everyone. Madison is the sweetest! She is very educated (one of the most knowledgeable piercers in the county I’d say) and she makes sure to pass her knowledge on to her clients. Staff was absolutely amazing! Especially Kasey, he greeted us soon as we came in for walk ins there was 2 of us in town for vacation, and him and Raven were able to get us in. I’m a professional piercer with another company and reached out to Madison for a pair of symmetrical eyebrow piercings and she’s truly a master piercer. Piercing another piercer is intimidating and she did so flawlessly. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. 2nd chair at front tatto artist was so racist and no sense of customer service at all ,I walked in to ask a simple question and he just came and in from of me the customer give the biggest tantrum to the girl at from I definitely no recommendation On my end ,horrible experience

Hello , I got the left side of my nose done and the experience was amazing 🤩. Madison walked me through the steps of what she was gonna do while doing her job all at once and she told me to let her know whenever anything felt uncomfortable . Carried a positive attitude through the whole appointment . I’m very pleased with her service I will be coming back to her for more !:)

Madison is an excellent piercer who is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She takes her time and is very educated on piercings, placement, and makes recommendations on which piercings will best suit you. Madison takes pride in her work and you will love the result!

The shop was very clean and had a nice atmosphere, everyone was very pleasant.I got a fairly decent sized tattoo from Raven and I absolutely love it. I had my nose done by Jess. She was amazing and so sweet. Such a caring soul and her customer service was awesome. I had to go back to get a longer piece of jewelry because my nose was being silly and the owner Heath came in and helped Jess figure out the best solution for me. They were very helpful and kind. Rachel was awesome. She took my idea and turned into something so much better. She also did a fabulous job on my touch ups. If you want a tattoo and have a basic design definitely go to Rachel you wont be sorry!

I called and I was told that no appointment was necessary and that currently they were not busy to come on by! I arrived and was seeing Jessica for a piercing and she welcomed me immediately and presented me with the necessary paperwork and went to prep her work space where she would be preforming my procedure and was back in a flash to take me back! Completing the paperwork took longer than the procedure which was completed in a professional manner! I highly recommend Soldiers Ink and Jessica for their professional establishment and timely service.

This is the best place if you want to feel like youre gonna be taken care of. Madison is not only the best piercer due to her knowledge but she genuinely cares and guides you through everything and she provides EXCELLENT customer service.

My favorite tattoo shop I have found locally. Rachel was an absolute dream to work with and designed my favorite tattoo to date, as well as being extremely accommodating, professional, and overall made me feel comfortable and in control the entire time. She has the energy of somebody that really loves what she does and this hasnt been an experience I have always had with other places. Everybody was professional, I never got that absence of customer service that sometimes comes with tattoo shops (I have been to quite a few), the vibe was comfortable and friendly, I could go on and on. The playlist makes this shop deserve 6 stars if it were possible, a little something for everybody and I practically overdosed on nostalgia by the time I left. Small detail that made my experience that much more complete. Thank you guys! Ill be back many times and recommending to anybody that is looking to get work done

I went to this shop to last year to get my dermals changed because I was new to Winter Haven.I was skeptical and didn’t know what to expect by me be African American.Needless to say I was welcomed with a very nice group of people.Jess was my piercer ,professional,friendly and kind.I’ve never been treated so welcomed.Anyway I still continue to go there for my girl “Jess” and get a good hug every time I leave. But I will always be a loyal client.And I refer everyone to this shop because I only refer them because I know they will be treated with the same respect.Client forever

I called last night freaking out because I tried to change my nose ring on my own but couldn’t get it all the way through Dakota told me to come up and she changed it for me no question or judgement (even though I got my nose pierced in old town)!! So I will definitely be going back for more piercings and Tattoos!

After reading some of the reviews and due to its close proximity to my house I stopped in to get my tongue re-pierced. The staff were very friendly and the establishment was clean. The piercer, I dont remember his name,was curtious, knowledgeable and very skilled. I hardly felt a thing even though he went through the original hole. The prices were very reasonable. I will be going back in a few weeks to get more pierced!

Ive known Heath personally for years now, hes a great person & amazing artist.. his staff are also very professional & awesome artists.. went a couple days ago & saw Dakota for some jewelry, she was great; very sweet.. I wont go anywhere else for ink or piercings

I called them to get my baby earlobes pierce.They were very nice and professional by the phone and in person.They can not be do it because my baby was 7 months. But that doesnt mean we are not going to do business cause Ill be back in a future for some ink 😏They do kids earlobes piercing but 3 years or older.

Heath did my sister’s and my tattoo. Amazing quick linework. Funny guy makes you feel calm and comfortable while you’re getting a tattoo. Love it here.

Came here 2 times to get piercings.On my first visit, I got a simple Eyebrow piercing. The lady that pierced me was fast and quick, but the piercing came out somewhat crooked and I have to get to get it redone so it aligns more properly with my brow.On my second visit, I got my Left and right industrial piercings done, and my septum in one sitting. The industrials were pierced shallow and at an improper angle.On my left ear, the piercing was so shallow that it was pressing against the skin in my inner helix causing healing issues and irritation. My right piercing, also done in an improper angle without proper room to heal, is starting to reject.The final piercing was my septum, which was pierced crookedly and is not aligned properly with my nostrils. Was also painful, which is indicative it wasnt done right.Overall - Given that these are standard piercings with so many complications, I wont be going back due to the multiple issues that arose. The staff were fairly nice I guess. Very disappointed at the experience, healing and now loss of the piercings and scarring.

Kasey was so patient and kind with my daughter getting her first tattoo. He never rushed her or made her feel uncomfortable for taking breaks. He did an absolutely beautiful design (especially with her moving often).Heath was caring and courteous while talking with her and relieving her fears and emotions. I cant say enough good things about them. Thanks so much, guys!

No customer service. I came in hoping to get a piercing. I walked in and waited 10-12 minutes without any acknowledgement. There was someone in the back of the shop speaking to someone the entire time I waited. Made eye contact when I walked through the doors with someone. Saw another person grab something from an area in the middle of the shop. We made brief eye contact. There was no hello or how can I help you. Came here from a good recommendation but the lack of customer service was astonishing. Do not know if it is because of my skin color because that has been the only reason for me to receive such poor customer service in the past. Will not return or recommend.

Great place. Very friendly staff. Skilled piercers Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they charge you 5$ if your use your debit card. In 2017 there are so many digital payment options that patrons should not be penalized for using a debit card. Offer Apple Pay or pay pal if you dont want to pay the fee. But passing it onto the customer is a really outdated practice.

Went to this tattoo shop to get tattoo with my wife staff members were no help had poor customer service and acted as we were invisible The entire time. Owner seems like a good guy tried to rectify the situation by taking care of her of tattoo himself but when we schedule the consult with him for Thursday at 12:30 was a no show staff again did not try to help besides one gentlemen that sits in the second seat from front NEXT TOO RACHEL(........ one who initial was suppose to be the artist but has no communication skills so out of a deposit but more upset of final conversation had with owner when we addressed our concerns and he just chuckled same complaints I see in other reviews but he is blind to the fact that has a few PREJUDICE WORKERS NO RACE CARD JUST THE TRUTH.. and makes sense that you don’t care we are in auburndale so your clientele.......so we did not get work can’t review there actual tattoos but from being there twice and accomplishing nothing other tattoos looked nice. Owner JUST NEEDS TO AS HE SAYS WATCH HIS CAMERAS AND REVIEW HOW STAFF ENCOUNTERS WITH DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS PROOF WILL BE IN THE FOOTAGE

My now husband converted me to this shop a little over 2 years ago. Theyre absolutely amazing, professional, and personable. I have had 2 piercings and a tattoo done with many many more to go.

Loved going here and would recommend going to get a tattoo. They make you feel very comfortable there. They also make sure you are okay during the whole course of getting the tattoo. I almost fainted and they were nice enough to go and grab me a soda from next door to make sure I was fine. Great place!!

Just got my tattoo done today by JD. It was my first ever tattoo so i was really nervous but he helped me to feel comfortable about everything and did an absolutely amazing job. I couldnt be happier with how my tattoo turned out, absolutely would reccomend him.

Got my septum pierced here, I’m terrified of piercings and it went great! Been 6 months, wonderfully healed and went back and had it changed a week ago, going to get all my piercings here!

Canceled on me 2 hours before my appointment and when ask for refund based on unprofessional and moving and not able to do the date that was only one given. Stole 700 dollars for a service not done and left me with half a tattoo sleeve

Never been here for tattoos but have been here for piercings, both my sister and I had our piercings done here and I wouldnt go anywhere else... I highly recommend!

Service was pretty quick and the employees were pleasant but didnt get my order right AT ALL. They heard nachos instead of tacos... had a car full of hungry, yelling kids in drive thru and this was an inconvenience.

I actually know the family that owns the place. So I maybe biased but honestly its really nice atmosphere and the people that work there are not half as mean as they look I promise.
