The vibes at the studio were great I felt so welcomed. My piercer was Ro I only went in for a simple ear piercing this time but I asked a lot of questions concerning other piercings I might want in the future. She was very knowledgeable on what the healing process will be like & aftercare I would need for different kinds of piercings like using a saline wash to keep them clean & avoid an infection. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time & was very sweet. I watched her sanitize everything before and after my piercing, so I wasn’t worried about any cross contamination. I will definitely be back :)*bonus* Her room is beautiful!! It’s pink & covered with awesome wall art 💕

Okay so Ive been coming here for YEARS. Steven is my go to for tattoos, both my husband and I got cover ups by him that are AMAZING. Will never not go to him!The piercer Ro , is honestly one of the best people Ive ever met. She pierced my nipples last year and any time I had a question or worry she was so kind and patient with me! Changed out my jewelry twice for me , because I was nervous ✨. Going back to her soon for a nose piercing ☺️

Great experience, environment was clean and workers were super friendly! Amazing work done by Ro she was super sweet and did a great job at making me feel comfortable, everything was so clean and she was so informative about piercings and aftercare. This is the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to highly recommend. Ro my piercer was amazing and does an excellent job, she exceeds and goes above and beyond for my needs. I asked her a ton of questions, she answered every single one with detail. I am very satisfied with the work i got done.

Ro is terrible! Incorrectly pierced me, and acted rude when I said something about it the next day. Was super passive aggressive, and it led to me having to go to the ER because of a serious infection. Gave me a stomach piercing instead of a belly button piercing, and acted condescending in response to all of my concerns. Told me I could change my piercing on my own and told me not to use saline - which is what literally any piercer knows is required to keep piercings sterile. If you care about your body and don’t want a jacked up hospital bill, DON’T GO HERE!!! And yes, I have photographic evidence since they removed my last review

10/10 best tattoo shop in Austell. Steven the owner is very experienced, premium quality tattoos. Ro the piercer is also very talented and professional. Will be back for more tattoos and piercings

Highly recommend this tattoo shop for any body mods. they have crazy good service make you feel like you right at home with the professionalism. I came in and was given a couple of artist to choose, i chose bryan. he did an amazing job. definitely going back. have to see their bathroom tooo 🤩🤩🤩

The small black kid doesn’t listen well. He started a tattoo for us, drew it one way, made the stencil but tatted a different tattoo when it was time. The tattoo is still not finished and he refuses to continue because we complained. All payments have been made

Steven was great. My daughter and I both got piercings. He explained every thing before and while actually doing it. He made us feel very comfortable. Kudos to Steven for his professionalism and outstanding customer service. We will be back for some new tattoos!

I like the shops layout it’s nice, I got a nose piercing done with my niece.The piercer was very nice and explained the process and aftercare. And a while back my boyfriend got a tattoo here by Steven and it came out nice.

If I could give a zero I would. I got SCAMMED for $750 tattoo that’s not finished lol made me pay full price for a SMALL tattoo I sat for 8hrs for he took long breaks more than 1 and tried toTell me for him to finish would be another $300…. Don’t go here seriously maybe for a piercing but other than that a hard NO.

This shop is AMAZING, from the quality of the tattoo artists, to the professionalism of the piercers, and friendliness of front desk personnel. I have really enjoyed coming to this shop as often as I can. I will ALWAYS recommend to friends and family when they are looking for a new piece of art or a piercing. I know they will get the same outstanding service I did each time I visited! Highly recommend!

Zeros is what this place deserves. The Customer Service from Steven today set the tone for me to never do business here again. Not worth your time or money..

Positive: Steven is a great tattoo artist with tons of experience and is very nice and patient. I enjoyed my experience and tattoo so much that I really wanted my husband to get his next tattoo done by him for Father’s Day.Negative: This place is TERRIBLE with communication.I emailed them a week in advance and asked for an appointment for the next Saturday for my husband.They emailed back a day later and said I could send in the pictures or have my husband come by for a consultation. I emailed again with the pictures, asked for the price range I should budget for, and what time the appointment would be on Saturday.Literally never got a response. I sent a second email, no response.I waited three days and then left a voicemail stating I just needed to know if we were able to get an appointment as the weekend was approaching and if they couldn’t accommodate then I still needed time to find another place before Saturday.Waited all day, never received a call back.I called again and no one answered the phone. Called back later and a receptionist answered. She was a bit on the rude side, said “the only reason someone hasn’t called you back is cuz they are busy tattooing.”-yes sweetheart, they are tattoo artists, I get that. But we are literally 2 emails and multiple calls into being ignored at this point.She said she will get me an answer and call back.She did call back, I was unavailable but saw there was a voicemail.It was just 3 minutes of background noise in the tattoo shop lolI’ve never dealt with a business that makes it sooo hard for you to give them money and business.Insanity to say the least.

My daughter has had multiple piercing from them, my son got a tattoo from them and i got my nose piercing from them. They do an awesome job and quick about it too. They are the only ones we go to for anything

Very disappointed. Sat in a metal lawn chair ,paid 225 for a 3 inch tattoo just letters. Cookie monster is not a good artist. I got screwed. Dont go there.

Went to get my daughters nose piercing. Very bright colorful environment, artwork was cool. Spacious studio and waiting area.Staff was fun, even entertained my little daughter while we waited on my other kid to get her piercing. It was a female piercer, long dark hair, great smile. I forgot her name but she was nice and precise.

Did five members of my family today, each one of us getting our version of a MSA awareness ribbon to support my mom who has the disease and got her first tat today at age 64. The artist and owner Steven is a 10 out of 10 at what he does... majorly awesome talent and work he brings to the table and great person to deal with. He and his staff were thorough, above and beyond professional and attentive. Very patient, and accommodating considering we are a lot to take in as a group to say the least. But they were so good with my mom that she is now hooked... ready to get her next NOW... thank you guys for a very enjoyable experience and making a group of loud opinionated aggressive diverse but loving family feel so welcome and comfortable. oh yeah, besides how great these people are... cleanest shop Ive ever been in and very much attention is given to insure that everything from the work station to all equipment is way above standards for sterile and clean. These are my tat people for life! I will never use anyone else as long as these guys are in business!!

I’ve had nose piercings before and this is by far my best experience. She was very nice and they used a metal stud instead of a Plastic stud which was used by my previous piercer (the plastic stud keep lifting when I slept and took forever to heal).Plus my nieces got her ears pierced and the earrings were these BEAUTIFUL opal (her birth stone) studs.I’m saying all this to say i’d recommend this place 100 times over!!!

I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is great and the people are friendly. I got my tattoo done by the owner/artist, Steven and he did a fantastic job. My tattoo has clean lines and vibrant color. I would recommend him to everyone.

Nicole is the bomb!! Ive gotten 5 piercings from her over the years (tongue, eyebrow, nostril, Monroe/Madonna... And today, nipples!!!). I will always go back to her!! Ive also got a tattoo from Steven about 6 years ago! I still love it!

I went to Elicia & she did a wonderful job, she came up with an even more creative design that what I had originally asked fir & I love it! Her music which created a really cool relaxing atmosphere for what was only my 3rd tattoo so naturally I was a little nervous. She calmed me down and talked to me and did an amazing job it came out better than I had imagined. She was also very informative about how to take care of my tattoo. All & all it was a great expirence I will defitnley be going back to Soloarte & To Elicia

I was visiting here from out of town and wanted my Zodiac sign on my wrist...Alicia was very friendly and nurturing, but not very attentive....I got the Aries ram with the incorrect birthday (04/30, which is Taurus) and still wanted to charge me full price, despite her error. She corrected it with a very basic tribal band (would have preferred a patterned band). Nevertheless, the tattoo is nice, but I dont think I would return for any more tattoos.

So I came here earlier today got a nostril, belly button and lip piercing and I’m in absolute love!! The lady that did them I have a follow on Instagram to help spread word about this place, it was a bit pricy from what I’ve paid before but it was definitely worth it thank you to the amazing kind ladies that were there today

I am over 40 and allowed my daughters to talk me into getting my first tattoo. It wasnt bad and Monster did a heck of a job. She is awesome with the needle. I will most definitely be going back. Wish I could upload the photo of my tattoo.

Well I was really interested in this place at first because it appeared to have a bunch of lady tattooers. Went in and had questions. And they were not welcoming, could careless to have business, and just super rude. I presented idea of what I wanted and she basically told me u need to have an exact picture of what you want. Well lady it doesn’t exist, which means you would actually have to draw something. That is why I brought ideas just to figure out if someone to draw it up for me and work with me. But no just got rudeness, disrespect, and unnecessary attitude. Luckily after that horrible experience I left and went to Hiram and found a wonderful and kind female artist that will draw something up for me and got my business. Overall it was a terrible experience and would never recommend this place. I was extremely disappointed.

I came here to get my nosed peirced almost 2 years ago. It was my first body piercing I was nervous but when I got it done it barely hurt and I came out amazing. I just recently had my first tattoo done by them yesterday. My tatto was all I could dream of and more it was so amazing the wait time was short and he made sure that my tattoo wasnt too painful. I will definitely come back again when I get another tattoo.

Ok I will be honest I have never had a tat done at this exact shop. BUT they just got a new artist there Monster!!! I have to give her mad props as being amazing! I got a piece by her at the shop before this one and she was super professional drew it out on the spot! Even put up with my twitchy ass lol. Dont bother buying products from this place. I came here looking for h2ocean aftercare spray, but all he had was the 1.5oz. I noticed their werent any price tags, so that means he could throw out any random price, which he did...$10 for a 1.5oz! My 4oz i had was $11 ! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else thats more reasonable.

I called to see how much piercings were in I’m just trying to look for the best price because they’re all they range from all different prices and I told the lady that I found a better deal and thank you to have a good day and she said enjoy your infection so I don’t believe that’s the best customer service out there and then she got an attitude with me after telling me to get an infection just because I’m not going to her

I got my nose pierced laying down and I almost choked to death in the seats from swallowing so much blood and I was showing signs of struggle but she did nothing about it, never sat me up no nothing..the piercing was cute i guess
