Paid a stranger to stab my nose today and it was great. 10/10, would recommend.The place was clean, well designed, full of friendly staff, no issue parking. It was a good time. A friend came with me who had had 20 other piercing and said this was the best experience they had had with a piercing. Devon took such good care of us. Will be back again!

Today was my first time at Reflection Room and I will definitely be back! Sara was my tattoo artist, she was so sweet and professional and she did an amazing job on my tattoos! I came for their Friday the 13th event and I loved the selection of flash they had up, all of their artists are clearly very talented. Everyone I interacted with in the shop was welcoming and had a really positive energy, you cant say that for every tattoo shop. Cant wait to go back!

Im not impressed with how they handled the friday the 13th tattoos. i wasnt that far back in line, somewhat in front even... so it wasnt like i had nothing to pick from after entering. its just that there wasnt really anything to begin with. the spooky/halloween/13th vibes were lacking considerably. i counted a mere 7 small flash designs from a single artist that had that theme... and only those were $31. there were also maybe 5 other $31 flash choices but they were basic meaningless designs.i was expecting to walk in and see an entire board filled with cool $31+ spooky themed from several artists. the small-medium size tattoos ranged $100-500. i watched someone pick out a sketch of a plant, maybe an inch in size... marked $300... just couldnt wrap my head around the prices at all.. and yes, my entire body is filled with tattoos. im not trying to harp, make them what you want. im just bluntly saying they were overkill though.in conclusion, the majority of flash, say 90% of, was random images not pertaining to the event... just flash that literally looked like the artists had it already in their books and slapped them up to be chosen.the $31 marketing was a gimmick to get people inside. i also wanted to make clear, i arrived with $370 in my pocket, so i wasnt only looking for a $31 tattoo.

Highly recommend Devon for piercings! Ive had many piercings over the past 15 years, and I was very satisfied with my experiences with Devon. I received a new piercing, and re pierced some older ones that hadnt fully closed. Very clean and professional setting and experience. She was helpful throughout the process and easy to get along with. I will definitely be back in the future, for piercings and new jewelry.

I had permanent eyebrow makeup done by Kat at Reflection Room Tattoo, and I could not be happier with the experience and results! The facility is clean & inviting, and I was highly impressed by Kats eye for artistry, professionalism, skill, clear communication, and strict adherence to tattoo safety protocols. At my first service appointment, she took extra time to ensure that my eyebrow mapping was perfect, and followed up with me afterward to check in and elevated the results even further at the included touch-up appointment six weeks later. My eyebrows are now fuller but still natural looking—exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Reflection Room for any tattoo or permanent makeup needs!

Reflection Room is straight up the nicest studio Ive ever been to. Its welcoming, has a relaxed environment, the nicest staff and is the cleanest studio Ive seen in all my years. Sara has done many tattoos for me at this point and I can honestly say her skill and attention to detail is unparalleled. Absolutely love going to both locations of Reflection Room. The studios are quiet and clean. The staff is super friendly. Taylor at the Vermilion location did 2 amazing pet portraits of my dogs. I love them! 5 stars, would recommend!

I have been corresponding with reflection room tattoo about a new tattoo. I wanted to put on my right arm after setting pictures and going over the description for them, the response that I got back is that they do not feel comfortable in doing that for me, and no more to the explanation, I’m not sure if they’re not comfortable doing it because it had the word Jesus in it or because of the intricacy of the tattoo, but having had tattoo and piercings done there before I would’ve appreciated a better explanation than just not being comfortable with doing the project. It left very open and ambiguous as to the reason why they could not do this project. Fortunately, I have found another tattoo company that will be doing the tattoo.

Jesus at the Avon Lake location did a outstanding job on my new ink. He took my ideas and created a magnificent piece that was way beyond what I had in my head. I will be working with him again on a couple of other ideas.The Reflection Room is a great place to get some work done. Friendly, clean, and professional ( As a drunken sailor I may have had to inspect tattoo shops in foreign lands for my Marines in the far wayback) Several of my neighbors recommended them and they were right. I have already had several people ask who did the work and I pointed them to RR.If you are considering getting some work done, do yourself a favor and call the Reflection Room. They do tattoos, medical tattoos (which is a fantastic service), piercings and a whole bunch of stuff I dont know about like micro needling. Check them out!

Sara is literally the best ever. These are pics of my second tattoo by Sara, certainly not the last. (Second photo is of the tattoo 3 months since getting this beauty!) Sara radiates amazingly positive energy. I love the entire process of a visit with her from start to finish. I love that she takes her time with the artwork, details, and placement. I have gotten over 6 piercings done here and I stay extremely happy. Devon, her space, her style, the studio and set up is just outstanding. I usually go in with some sort of plan or idea but give Devon the creative freedom to test some things out, and I’ve never ever been disappointed in the slightest.I have actually had certain piercings “re pierced” that I always had trouble with, but with Devon’s expertise, she has successfully repierced and have had no issues since, which is such a relief.She always answers my crazy list of questions with ease.Now let me remind you, this is not some quick, in and out, cheap jewelry cheap route. This is QUALITY work and art. The jewelry she provides is top notch. Never dulls, never have had a true healing issue, or malfunction with the products.You are truly getting what you pay for. Cleanliness, immaculate customer service, professionalism without being uptight in any way, and just great conversation and consultations.We vibe so well and she totally understands the look I’m going for and always has recommendations for me and my anatomy for whatever we’re piercing that day.I seriously cannot say enough good things about her. I have sent multiple people to her because I truly believe you shouldn’t be pierced by anyone else.I drive all the way to Bay/ Avon area from North Royalton because she’s the only option for me. I usually never take the time to leave Google reviews but that should tell you even more how strongly I feel about Devon and her work. & just THANK GOSH I found her. Reflection room is such a quality studio. So clean and all staff I’ve ever interacted with are SO nice. Even during crazy flash events everyone is always so sweet and accommodating. Sara has done a few tattoos for me and she’s the real deal. She’s a super talented and knowledgeable artist and can’t stress how kind and down to earth she is on top of that. This is a class act tattoo shop! I was tattooed by Hailey Bartish, she did amazing work. From the moment you walk in the door you will be impressed. The owners of this shop STRIVE for excellence in every aspect of their craft, from the artwork they provide, to the cleanliness of the shop, to educating up coming artists, and the knowledge of what they do was unbelievable and very impressive. Kyle was a supportive and patient teacher, advising Hailey every step of the way. Mikayla blew my mind with her wealth of knowledge in ALL things tattoo related, from aftercare to how your body reacts to tattoos and everything in between. If I was an apprentice this is the shop I would want to work in!!!

I am so so happy I found Reflection Room! I have been on the hunt for a professional tattoo shop for months and I found this one by chance. Liv was incredibly respectful and helpful to recreate my father’s handwriting which is neat and dear to my heart. She not only provided me with the art but also informed me of everything! I felt incredibly confident with my decision!I came back and had a consultation with Devon, a fantastic piercer who helped reintroduced earrings into my closed up holes. Her professionalism and sense of humor put me at complete ease.I can’t say enough about how incredible this business is. They certainly have made me a fan for life!

Sara did my first tattoo, and she was very helpful! i had no clue how i was going to react but she first of all talked me through and helped calmed my nerves. she even did a test stroke w the outline to help me know what it would feel like. this first tattoo was meaningful for me because it was dedicated to my childhood cat, and the work she did has me very grateful!edit: just an update, got it done about a month or two ago, here’s the healed photos!

I got my daith pierced by Devon a bit ago. It was my first non-lobe piercing and I was very nervous. I’m not great with pain and get squeamish around needles. Devon was very professional, reassuring, and informative. She did an excellent job and if I lived closer to Avon Lake, I’d get all of my piercings done by her.

Devon did my helix piercing and I had such a great experience. She’s super knowledgeable, explained everything, and gave me detailed aftercare instructions. Aubrey did my downsize and was equally wonderful. They make a great team! The decor is very inviting. Not “scary” looking like many places are.

I got both my septum and my nose piercing done by Devon! As soon as I walked in, her energy and overall vibe is very warming and made me feel comfortable getting my nose pierced. I also prefer to wear gold jewelry and she went out of her way to customize the septum ring to make it gold! If you have the chance, schedule an appointment with her, she made my anxious self so comfortable getting these piercings done!

I just got home and couldnt wait to write a review, I struggle with bad anxiety and was very nervous, but the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable very quickly and calmed my nerves. It was not my first piercing I have several; however, this is the best place I have been to!! Aubrey did my piercing and she was amazing very kind and bubbly. But to top it off with amazing customer service, The detailed explanation of the piercing itself and the aftercare was amazing. I got to know every step. Absolutely coming back!!

Their piercer, Devon, pierced my 7 year olds ears. Devon was great with her, hyping her up and making her feel confident. She gave us clear guidance on how to care for the piercings and they are healing up nicely. The shop was clean and cute and inviting even for a young girl.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this shop! Most recently, Aubrey did two lobes and a helix piercing for me. She was so kind, knowledgeable and communicated well with me throughout the process. I love how they turned out! I have also had an irritated nose piercing (which was done by someone else) checked out by Devon who is great and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things piercing related. Got a tattoo from Kyra and they did a wonderful job! I originally got the knife from a different shop and they completely transformed it. They were extremely professional and clean and very helpful when I was being a bit of a baby about the pain. I definitely recommend this shop and book with Kyra if you get a chance because they are amazing.

I cannot recommend Sara enough! She has done several tattoos on me and is always very warm, accommodating, and professional. She pays attention to every single detail and makes me feel safe and comfortable whenever I’m in her chair. Not to mention her designs are awesome and line work is so good!! Had an amazing experience today with Devon at Politely Brutal Piercing (located inside Reflection Room Tattoo) for a nose piercing jewelry swap. She was talented, kind, and extremely helpful. The shop itself was clean and modern and the person answering the phone when I called to make my appointment was wonderful as well. Highly recommended overall!

A tattoo situation went a little sideways for me & the owners made it right - this was a really important tattoo to me & I was fully heartbroken when I realized what direction it was starting to go - it isnt what I originally wanted (& couldnt be), but Im completely happy with what it could be recovered to. Thank you SO much.Ive never felt like I had a shop, I just go to wherever .. but this team has made me feel like more than a customer. They truly care about you & your experience with them. I would trust anyone at the studio to do excellent work but I’ve specifically worked with Mikayla and her work is phenomenal. I am always looking for an excuse to book another session. Highly recommend for first time tattoos as well!

Mikayla is my artist and I’ve had a great experience with all of the work I’ve received. She has done 5 of my tattoos. She is hard to get in with for a reason, but when her books open the booking process is professional and easy. She has reasonable rates for the work she does. Reflection Room is a clean, comfortable, and high-end studio. It’s certainly the nicest I’ve ever been in. It’s the best shop around and you won’t be disappointed. The entire experience is worth the wait and every penny.

Within seconds, I submitted an appointment request and I am so thankful I did! She has been free handing my leg sleeve in dedication to my late parents and every single detail is perfect! Her attention to detail is unmatched. Even in her studio, it is clear as soon as you walk in that client safety and security is the priority. My tattoo artist is Sara and she literally has our business for life. Sara is an insanely talented artist, and so creative. I’ve seen her multiple times now take a basic idea and make it into something that is so incredible. She thinks of things I would have never imagined up. She was definitely meant to do this.Sara also fixed my microblading that another local artist did and she was not only able to educate me on everything that should have been done differently and why from my previous artist, but had expertise to fix it. My brows had a full color correction and shape redo to ensure my brows were properly aligned and properly shaded. So many things clicked when she explained the little details to me. That and she is so gentle! I probably could have fallen asleep on her table!Sara’s passion, talent and attention to detail is unmatched. Absolutely can’t recommend her enough!Lastly, this shop is absolutely beautiful. Super clean, friendly staff and super helpful all around. It’s cozy and feels very comfortable.

I absolutely love this place! I have now been there 4 times since July and I will always go back. I finally found a place that I feel can be my regular studio. Sara did an absolutely amazing job on my eye brows and a tattoo on my arm. I love my nose piercing from Devon! Both made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and confident! I can’t wait to go back again. Everything is so beautiful and clean. Everyone is super particular (in the best way possible) that everything gets done correctly, efficiently, and enjoyably!

Wow! When you walk in you feel like youre in a nice salon. I was so frustrated that 2 other places i used previously didnt respond to emails or calls. Reflection Room has a great response time. Jesus was my artist and I highly recommend him. I dont have any plans (yet) to get more , but would definitely come back to Reflection Room if I do.

The entire experience with Reflection Room was amazing. I scheduled a tattoo appointment with Olivia and a piercing appointment with Devon for the same day. Scheduling was super quick and easy. Olivia was SO nice and gentle handed that I swear I almost fell asleep while she was tattooing. She put me at ease and was very professional throughout the whole experience. She did an amazing job. The other artists are also very nice and helpful with advice to each other. The shop is really nicely decorated and clean. Devon was very quick, professional, and efficient with my rook piercing. I will not go to anyone else for a piercing.

After learning that it’s safer to get your ears pierced with a piercing needle vs a piercing gun, I decided on the Reflection Room for my 6 yr old daughter. I’m so glad that I did, Devon was amazing! My daughter got pretty nervous once we got there and the tears started. Devon knew exactly how to talk to her and made her feel comfortable. She was VERY patient and put absolutely no pressure on her to go through with it. My daughter is so glad that she did it and hasn’t stopped showing off her new earrings since.Also, having been in other tattoo shops where the decor isn’t exactly kid friendly, I have to say that I felt very comfortable taking her here. It was very clean and decorated appropriately for any age.

LOVE this shop! The atmosphere is inviting, extremely clean and professional. The staff is always friendly and make you feel welcomed. I have been in 3 times in the last few months to see Sarah, twice for brows and another for body art. She is AMAZING!!! All 3 experiences were fabulous and Sarah makes each appointment feel fun and effortless. She is a master of her craft, both permanent makeup and body art! 💯

Reflection room is 100% the only place i will go to for piercings. Devon and Aubrey are not only hilarious and kind, they are so knowledgeable and precise. Not only did they make time for my last second ask, they treated me as if it was no big deal, labeled my jewelry bags for left and right, wished me well and sent me on my way.If you made it this far, go book with them. My sister and I made appointments at the Reflection Room for brow micro shading in October after being referred by a stylist in Lakewood. I live in Virginia and my sister lives in St. Louis so we really had to coordinate to make it work. Sara was our artist and we scheduled with her for an entire afternoon. She was pleasant, thorough and educated about her craft. I have been back for my touch up and plan to go back again, it’s worth the trip! I would strongly recommend this artist, she takes all the mystery out of the tattooing process, she’s honest about what results to expect and in my case, she has given back my eyebrows that were lost over 10 years ago to a thyroid condition. More than that, she’s give me back my self confidence. It’s so fun to be able to express myself with my facial features again and for that I am and will continue to be grateful.

I’ve always been very self-conscious about my lack of eyebrow hair (and more-so lack of color) but very nervous about getting any permanent work done to get the desired results, so I was constantly using a lot of makeup. Sara made the process of creating a permanent brow tattoo very comfortable, thoroughly explained everything to me, and made sure got the desired look, shape and color that I wanted. I’m so happy with how it turned out, and frequently receive compliments on how nice my eyebrows look! Not to mention that Sara is very sweet, and great to talk to during the process. You’ll enjoy her work, and getting to know her!

Reflection Room is the absolute best tattoo shop that I have been to! The shop has a wonderful atmosphere and is always extremely clean. The customer service is great from the receptionists to the tattoo artists themselves. So far I have been tattooed by Mikayla, Kyle, and Liv and all of them did amazing work for me. This might be the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable (physically and emotionally) tattoo/piercing parlor Ive ever been to. All the people who were working the day I went in for my piercings, were absolutely incredible and kind. I was super nervous but literally when I walked in the door, everyone was so welcoming and that definitely made me more comfortable. Like I said, the environment when you first walk in, puts you at ease and then Devin, along with everyone else who was there made me extremely comfortable. I usually go to the same tattoo artist for my ink, however, Ill definitely be coming back here to get ANY and ALL of my future work done at Reflection Room. I have gone to Reflection Room twice now and have loved going every time. The staff is quite amazing at making you feel welcome and safe in the shop. I have now gotten three piercings from Devon (Politely Brutal Piercing) now and have loved how all of them have turned out. Not only was the whole piercing experience very pleasant but I was talked through everything and we even mapped out what piercings would work the best for my ears specifically so if you arent sure they will be more then happy to give you some piercings ideas that will turn out great. I had the best healing I ever have thus far from a piercing and after care was gone over in great detail which I really appreciated because of the fact that I have gone to shops and had none given to me. She even has you come up to get your jewelry switched out once the swelling goes down. The atmosphere of this shop is so pleasant and not like your normal tattoo shops! Loved the vibe. Devon pierced my nose, it was my first piercing besides my ears, which were done forever ago. Ive gotten 3 piercings done from here and every single time has been an extremely pleasant experience. Devon is so nice, so through and educated and makes the experience so very pleasant.Today I got my second lip piercing done so Id have snakebites and, of course, the session went by beautifully, they were having an assistant working with them. After the piercing was finish and we were going over the aftercare a little, I started to get really hot and like I was going to be sick. (typically does not happen to me while getting tattoos and piercing, today was just one of those days) So I rolled up my sleeves and started fanning myself with the brochure and the two of them immediacy noticed and asked how I was feeling. They had me lay down, put a cold cloth on my head and gave me some water and glucose tablet and let me just chill out for a few minutes. They handled it so extremely professional and were so kind as I kept apologizing cause, like I said, this doesnt ever happen to me so I was a little embarrassed hahaLove, love this place so much, the inside is always so clean as well and they take sanitizing things and the tools really seriously as well. Highly recommend for anyone to stop in :)

This is hands down my favorite tattoo/piercing/permanent cosmetic shop. All the employees are incredible at what they do!! I’ve gotten tattoos from both mikayla and Sara and I couldn’t say enough great things about these two women! They are so professional and experts at what they do. Kat is also incredible and fixed my eyebrows up for me so that I never have to fill them in myself again!! (Would super recommend micro blading) Devin did my nose piercing and it’s healing so well- she went over aftercare thoroughly which I appreciated.. Devon is a top piercer. I went in for a tragus piercing in both ears, both quick and relatively painless. Shes super nice, answers any questions, thorough in explaining what shes doing and how to properly take care of them after. Each healed wonderfully! Seriously, go here for your piercing needs.

I emailed this afternoon about getting some ear piercings and was responded to within 20 minutes. They got me in for a same-day appointment where I had 3 ear piercings done by Devon; 2 lobe piercings and 1 conch piercing. She was very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about the piercings. She walked me through everything and gave me thorough aftercare instructions. In addition to that, the shop was very professional and clean. Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I came in today to get a few fine line finger tattoos. The staff was friendly and so much fun. You can tell they have a tight knit group of people and a positive environment. Everything was very clean and sanitary, especially considering Covid-19. My artist was Mikayla, she was so awesome! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and she did such a beautiful job! They turned out better than I ever couldve imagined. I would give Reflection room 100 starts if that were possible. I’m from Ohio but recently moved out of state, I have continued to drive the 6+ hours home to Cleveland to get my tattoos done here. I have had work done by both Mikayla and Rie. Both are spectacular artists. I’ve brought them ideas and let them create the pieces and they have turned out so much better than I could imagine. Everyone in the shop is incredibly nice and professional. Booking is easy and fast. The shop is clean and beautifully decorated. They play smooth jazz through the shop which creates a spa like atmosphere. I have so much faith in the shop that I have even talked friends into making the 6 hour drive with me to get work done here. The minute i walked in I fell in love! The space is so beautiful and professional! I had an AMAZING experience with Devon and Aubrey! They both made me feel so comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough. I came here to get my doubles pierced (by Devon) and everything was amazing. First of all, I was shocked when I heard the prices at this place because there are sooo many places that charge like 2 or 3 times that, yet the service here is so much better. Devon fixed one of my previous piercings (done at another studio) and did my doubles, and she is literally a life saver! Both of my piercings look fantastic now and are healing up really well. She also made herself super available with aftercare--I messaged her on Instagram and she got back to me right away. I feel like you constantly hear so many differing explanations of things when it relates to piercings (how long they take to heal, what aftercare should look like, etc.), but there is no opinion I trust more than hers--she clearly knows what shes talking about and has debunked several misnomers out there for me. I live outside of Akron (like an hour away from Reflection Room), but I plan on coming here for any other piercing or tattoo I will get because they are so fantastic! (Also the staff at the front desk is always super nice and welcoming!)

Truly have never had a more fun and relaxed tattoo experience than with Sara at RR. I got combo powder/micro brows and also freckles. Sara was great at carefully walking me through not only the process but what results I could expect, and I really didn’t feel much if any pain at all. She has a quieter tattoo machine, so even that part is more pleasant- I nearly fell asleep lol.She is just starting to open her books for custom tattoo work, I’ll definitely be back for that (and any touch ups I need).P.s. Mikayla was amazing! About 8 years ago I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction. The finishing touch and last step to that surgery is getting your areola’s tattooed. Unfortunately, I never saw anyone’s work that made me feel comfortable that it would look natural. Wow! Was I impressed with Mikaylas work, not only did it look completely real but better than I expected. Even my friends said they wished theirs looked like mine. Lol! They look natural and she even made me look perky! Every girls dream!;) Mikayla was very professional and made me feel completely comfortable. She knew exactly what color and size to do...her confidence and experience put my mind to ease. I was so impressed with what I saw it made me extremely emotional when I looked in the mirror. Her workspace is clean and organized, and she was very transparent about her process and the healing. I had a tattoo done by liv and she is amazing. I had a minimalist dolphin tattoo done on my wrist that required fine lining and attention to detail. She was precise and a perfectionist which is what you want when getting a small fine lined tattoo. I will continue to go back to her. Artist was rude, didn’t listen to what I wanted, admitted to tracing photos from google, and tried to pressure me into getting a tattoo I didn’t like. Lost $150 from the deposit but better than having a tattoo done from here.I do not care about the deposit, I posted the review because of how the artist, Kyra talked and treated me. This is an accurate review based on my experience that I thought others should know. There was no communication before the appointment to discuss what I wanted, when I explained Kyra what I wanted said she would trace a photo reference I showed of something similar to what I wanted. Kyra started pressuring me into getting a tattoo I did not like, I stated I was uncomfortable getting a tattoo I did not like and she said Im not the artist for you then. I left shocked because I wanted a custom design and was met with traced design (again, she told me she traced them) and rude comments when I asked for a minor change. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, she just didnt listen to what I wanted changed in the design.I just wanted to share how frustrating this appointment and communication with the studio/artist was. Everything I stated did happen. I was completely shocked leaving that I didnt think to even try calling the management because I have never dealt with service like this before.

I’ve gotten work done by Kyra, Kyle , Mikayla , and now Olivia and each artist is unique and very kind all of them i’ve felt comfortable at ease and relaxed and each of them have created an amazing piece of work for me. All the piercings or jewelry changes i’ve gotten done with Devon have been great she’s very laid back and great as well. I’d strongly recommend visiting here for any tattoo or piercing ❤️

I came to Reflection Room Tattoo for a Dermal piercing with Devon and to get my eyebrows done. I would have to say this is the best experience I have ever have in my life with a facility. From the minute you walk in the door you get a very homey and welcome feeling from the being checked in by the receptionist to the very professional staff. Reflection Room is extremely clean and I would definitely recommend this this Tattoo parlor to anyone anytime, this is not your average run of the mill facility by far check them out. Fantastic and talented tattoo artists in a clean and welcoming environment! I have gotten tattoos from Kyra and Mikayla in the last year. They both considered the reference pictures of designs I liked and created beautiful pieces of art just as I envisioned. I never felt rushed during my tattoo sessions, particularly given the fact I have a vasovagal response to any type of trauma to my body including needles (ie., I get nauseous and lightheaded). They were patient and understanding, and I felt very taken care of as I waited for the feeling to finally pass. I couldnt be happier with my tattoos, and highly recommend them -- and the Reflection Room -- to anyone looking for a great tattoo experience. I look forward to going back for more artwork in the near future :)

On July 16th 2020 i had Mikayla do my first tattoo. i have a lot of anxiety but the atmosphere of the shop is very welcoming and everyone is very kind and laidback which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. the shop is also very clean and is taking all precautions necessary regarding covid-19 so there were no sanitation concerns there. Mikayla is super sweet and her work is amazing! i enjoyed my first tattoo experience with her very much and i’m looking forward to more in the future. :)

Kyra is a phenomenal artist and person. She is very attentive to your design and is great at making you feel comfortable. Her line work and lettering is the best I have ever seen and she took my concept and went upbove and beyond. She even soothed my anxiety about my design. I got microshading done by SARA on Oct 19th then a second session touch up done Nov 30th. First picture is my brows originally then after first session. Second picture is right after second session.I 100% recommended Sara over anyone to do your brows. I spend over a year searching for someone to do my terrible brows, not sure they were fixable yet Sara somehow managed to kill it!I could go in about her, I never review anyone yet she is worth a good one! Sara was recommended by a friend, she is the sweetest soul and makes you feel so comfortable from the start. EXCELLENT customer service! I go to the shop in Avon and I love the atmosphere, very comfortable and I was made to feel at ease. I have recommended this place to many people I know, and I ESPECIALLY recommend it to anyone with bad anxiety (as I have) because of how well I was treated every time I have been in.

Clean, great, and friendly. Devon helped me with my ear piercings, and I felt very comfortable with her suggestions and changes we made.

Clean and nice shop. Professional folks. Got my lobes pierced and theyre healing beautifully and were very nicely done. Costed me about $80 after tax for the piercings, so perhaps a little expensive but its worth it for the sterile and professional environment. They were careful to make sure the piercings were centered and even.

I cannot express enough how awesome this place is. I got an amazing tribute tattoo for my mom and Kyle knocked it out of the park. The quality of work is amazing here. The place is also so comfortable and clean. Will always be the place I go for any further tattoos in my future. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

My daughter got her ears double-pierced here. Store was very clean and professional and a nice selection of starter studs. So glad Ohio finally allows minors to get their ears pierced with a needle instead of a gun! We had to take her out of state for the first set when she was 10.

Mikayla started my sleeve and does phenomenal work. Her line work is awesome and she’s always open to your ideas and making them come to life. The front desk staff is super friendly and I always feel comfortable and welcomed especially with Mikayla offering her TV in her room so I can watch Netflix while she works on my arm! 😊 very underrated work at this studio.

Reflection Room Tattoo is a clean, professional shop with amazingly talented artists! I had some tattooing over scar tissue and I am so thrilled with the results! Mikayla is an amazing artist!! For sure my go to studio!!

I had a tattoo done by Kyra Verry, and it was absolutely impeccable in every way. She is an incredibly precise artist with total control of her tools and technique. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The shop is very clean and inviting, especially for a person who had never set foot in a tattoo shop before! Thanks for your talent, Kyra!!!

I found all the comments regarding the cleanliness and quality of work to be totally accurate. HOWEVER, I wish the same could be said of their ethics and business practices. Six family members got small heart outlines (no shading) for sentimental reasons. My son-in-law booked the appointment and fully disclosed the number of people and the nature of the work to be done. He paid what seemed to be a reasonable deposit, but was not given the total costs. This would seem like an oversight, but five of the six people have had multiple tattoos and were anticipating a total bill in the $300 to $400 range based on prior work. Upon completion, we were told that they have a minimum $100 per person regardless of the work done. AT NO POINT during the scheduling of the appointment was this disclosed, nor was it mentioned when meeting with the receptionist and the artist. The manager claimed it was disclosed in the disclaimers and waivers, and it may have been. Shame on us for missing the fine print. However, given the limited time and effort expended by them (all six were done in less than an hour total), it is not at all unreasonable to expect them to caution us about this policy that resulted in a cost well beyond the value of the service rendered or the cost incurred by them.

Devon is an amazing piercer. She’s friendly, professional, clean, organized, knowledgeable, and amazing at what she does. She describes in great detail everything she is going to do before and while she’s doing it. 500/10 recommend getting a piercing from her!

My first time coming to the Reflection Room, and I was impressed!!! Everyone was so kind, and it was so clean and cozy. Liv was so lovely to work with, and did a phenomenal job on my tattoo! Highly highly recommend✨✨✨

Kyra was awesome and did a fantastic job. The facility is very clean and well organized. There is an issue with artists coming in and out and your scheduled time being changed. I’m not sure if this is common at other places, but it has happened twice and can be frustrating.

Kyra is an amazing artist, I go to her for pretty much all of my tattoos and whatever I come to her for she does flawlessly. I’ve recommended her to many of my friends and they all love her as well. It’s a very clean and pretty shop and all of the other girls they’re are extremely nice.

Mikayla has done 3 of my tattoos so far she is doing a Disney princess sleeve her work is amazing shes super sweet and so gentle and very detailed in her work she made me feel extremely comfortable I cant wait for the next appointment to get more!!! Also Rie did a cover up for me and another tattoo and she is awesome so sweet also made me super comfortableand she actually was the one that told me about Mikayla these 2 ladies are amazing and so talented whenever you want a tattoo I recommend these ladies u will super happy and completely comfortable though the whole process oh and for the shop its super clean I felt super safe going during covid 19 and or any other time thank u to both Mikayla and Rie you two are the best!

Mikayla Brooke tattooed a leg piece for me this summer, July 2020. She took the time to work with me to create a super sentimental and meaningful piece. I could not be happier with the results. The quality of her work is amazing and the space was kept clean and professional. I can not recommend her or her business enough.

Wonderful quality work and above and beyond to make for a comforting and welcoming atmosphere. I live about 50 minutes away but will be going back for all of my tattoo/brow needs from now on! Kat and Sara are absolute rockstars!

I took the micro-blading / shading course with Mikayla & Kat & I absolutely loved it. It was extremely professional and informative. Their entire staff was highly supportive & their hospitality was unmatched. I never once felt judged or uncomfortable. They were so patient & kind to us all. I also learned SO much! Very much worth the investment. They were so tentative to every little detail and together they didnt miss a beat. Not only were they thorough with relaying important information to their students, but also thorough in paying close attention to each individuals personal strengths and weaknesses and building on that. They both truly are good hearted people with genuine intentions to set people up for success. I feel more confident moving forward to build my career in PMU with what they taught me than I probably would have with any other course in Ohio. So grateful!

I responded to a flash piece Mikayla posted on her story in early June. After a couple of messages, she stopped replying. I asked if I should email to book, to which I got no reply. Im sure she was very overwhelmed after the shutdown so that was understandable. I emailed and made an appointment for early August. I showed up today and called from my car as a sign on the door instructed. The receptionist seemed surprised, and then claimed they called me to reschedule even though they never had my phone number. They apologized and offered me a discount to reschedule, which was appreciated, but you cannot claim you didnt know I was on the books while also claiming you called to reschedule me. I looked forward to this tattoo for months, and now will have to wait months to get in at another shop. I would not trust a shop that cannot manage their books to put something on my body permanently. I expect more from an upscale shop.

Kyra is absolutely spectacular! She’s the best artist I’ve ever had, she was so very accommodating! She perfectly captured my very specific vision! The shop itself was elegant, clean, and all staff encountered was very friendly!

Kyra Verry did an amazing job on my cover up. I am so beyond happy with my experience especially with the vibrant colors and design she chose. Since the tattoo is on my wrist and very visible I wanted the right fit for my work and my style and Kyra gave me both.

Got my septum done and my peircer was awesome she made me feel comfortable the whole time and was very informative on aftercare. The peircers here always check to see if you have the anatomy for a peircing beforehand which is great and so professional, love this place!

I came in with jacked up finger tattoos from a shop in Parma called Tattoo Therapy. I was so upset with what I had done, I called it my prison tattoos! Kyra killed it. Shes patient, she will deliever results and work with you! A true artist. I cant wait to keep perfecting my finger tats! I only had one session with her and I feel a million times better.

Sara at reflection room is so incredibly talented. I was nervous about getting my eyebrows done and she was so friendly and inviting and made the whole process so easy. She talked me through each step of what she was doing and was so precise in getting the symmetry of my brows perfect. I would recommend reflection room and more particularly Sara 100 times out of 100.(Also the shop itself has more of a salon feeling than a tattoo parlor, so much less intimidating)
