Place environment is very nice and everyone is very friendly.My Tattoo artist was Alejandra she so sweet, we talked for hours and she did the most precise fine line work I’ve ever seen, my first tattoo was my baby name and loved it came back to get another or my favorites flowers.Owners are so nice and very respectful people.Love the vibe in there and will definitely be going back. I recommend this spot for all kinds of work you need.

I have 3 tattoos from yari now and they couldn’t be better. She helps you with fine details to add and take away to make the piece the best it could be. She’s one of the best artist around and she works quickly and efficiently.

I had come to Moonlight Gallery on a whim for a tattoo late last month and worked with Gavin, I was so happy with my experience that I came back for their $50 piercing and $70+ tattoos end of summer sale! Their piercer, Fatma, is a doll! She is super quick and professional. Their whole team is incredible and I can’t stress this place enough to anyone!!

Get a tattoo from one of the most talented artists ever. Ale cares so much about her art and it shows in every aspect of her service from the conversation before, during, and after, the thoughtfulness of how the design will be tailored for you, how to take care of the tattoo afterwards, and the touchups as well. She exudes passionate energy which is something you should look for in someone inking your body!!! Her floral designs are unmatched. Consider getting a peony tattoo from her. I came into moonlight gallery today for the 50$ piercings to get my nose pierced. Fatma pierced me and she did an incredible job. She did it so fast, was so professional and it looks amazing! Would definitely recommend!

I recently went to Moonlight to get a half sleeve of Zeus and I had the best experience and am overall so happy with the results. I heard of Moonlight from my gym that I go to as they had a table there for an event. Izzy hands down is amazing and takes her time making sure she can make the perfect tattoo that you will fall in love with. The moment she showed me the design she had worked on I knew that this was going to look absolutely amazing. We finished the tattoo in 3 sessions and they were all great sessions. The shop itself has a great atmosphere around it and everyone there is very friendly. Izzy by far is now my favorite tattoo artist. I’ve gotten other tattoos done at another place where the artist seemed uninterested in working on my design and we’re only interested in getting paid. However Izzy truly cared about my piece and overall made my experience 100 times better. I will definitely be coming back

This is the place to get your next tattoo! The vibe in the shop is amazing it felt like hanging out at a friends house yet it was still extremely professional and clean! All of the artists were very friendly and very encouraging about the work getting done. Oh that looks sick was said 100 times while I was getting my work done.....and let me tell you...it does look sickNow about Izzy. I know who will be tattooing me for the rest of my life. I had an amazing experience with Alejandra! Overall the studio is so clean and the workers are all so welcoming and friendly. Super not intimidating which I liked alot !They sell coffee and snacks too and the lattes are absolutely delicious ! Me and my children got matching tattoos for mothers day by Fernanda and my experience was amazing. She was so sweet and talented. All the artist were so polite and made the experience even better. Wouldnt recommend any other shops but this one.

I had my tragus pierced by luv vega, the jewelry fell out and I had to go back and get a new piece of jewelry. The piercer on site charged me $73 USD for a piece of jewelry and $25 “installation fee” for their impotence.. Absolute robbery. That price was almost the same as the piercing. I think business is slow and they’re desperate but this is pathetic..

This shop is amazing, very attentive as soon as you walk in. Everyone is extremely nice. Amazing work. Fernanda was my artist and i could not be happier with the work she did, would recommend anyone thinking of getting a tattoo to come here. Will definitely be back in the future.

Moonlight Gallery is truly a Long Island GEM. The entire staff is phenomenal. Marsh is my go to wax girl, shes blessed my brows + more, shes also helped with my piercings + has made the whole experience super comfortable. Ive been tattooed by Micha and Andy so far and cant wait to add more work from the rest of the artists. The shop is clean and professional. You definitely feel the love radiating from everyone!

This is one of many pieces that Yari has done for me. Yari is just an amazing tattoo artist. She’s a great with details amazing at realism also great helping you build an idea if you don’t know exactly what you want for your piece. Every time that I go, her station is always clean and after tells me the tattoo after care even though I have been with her for three years, but make sure that I know. another thing too. She cares about her clients and checked up on them even after the fact that the healing process is done, asked for pictures and make sure to just check in. The thing is, I have been to other tattoo artist, but something always sells me to go back to Yari because I truly love her work snd attention to detail!!!! Over all, if you’re not booking with Yari what are you doing!!

I had a tattoo done by ale in march 2023. The quality is not great . So many broken and faded lines not even a year later. It looks incomplete due to lack of shading and to top it off it was copied from someone else’s design (later found on TikTok) . This explains why so many of the things I wanted added supposedly couldn’t be added. I had another tattoo done a month after this one somewhere else and the difference in work is crazy a year later. Every time I get a new tattoo I realize how bad this one actuallyIs .

I had my tattoo done by Sara, she was great and did exactly what I wanted which was my dad’s handwriting and his favorite character. I am so pleased the way it came out and healed. It’s something very special to me. The place was very clean and professional, the artists were very friendly. They took the time with me beginning with the consultation and with my tattoo. I also had a previous tattoo, which I received somewhere else, touched up that day. I never felt rushed. I had a great experience and you will too!!

Had my first ever tattoo with Yari , I was really nervous at first especially doing a whole sleeve for my first tattoo. 2 sessions into my sleeve already and Yari has been such a huge part of my piece since she was the one who designed the sleeve herself and worked with me to make it so that I could make any adjustments I felt comfortable with.

My tattoo artist was Victor, he did an amazing job! Blackout tattoos are very difficult to do with the amount of ink going into your skin but he did awesome! It healed beautifully, definitely looking forward to keep going to this shop! Everyone in the shop is very welcoming and feels like home! My husband and I both got tattoos recently and we both absolutely love the work that was done. I had some line work with Andy and he was incredible throughout the process. My husband had Micha and was extremely happy with his. The place had a great atmosphere with good vibes, making it easy to hang a few hours for the session.

I got my first tattoo at Moonlight Gallery this week, and I cannot say enough about the tremendous environment. I felt welcomed and energized by the whole staff as soon as I walked in. Going into the process, I was very nervous since I had never gotten a tattoo or piercing before, so I had no idea what to expect. By the time I finished, I couldn’t have been happier with the results, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. Talking to the artists and feeling the shops vibe was a great experience—shoutout to Micha for the tremendous work. I couldn’t imagine getting a tattoo anywhere else or by anybody else.

I went into Moonlight of a recommendation from a friend, and she was everything and better. Isabel Henn is an apprentice right now. Give it time she will be great. This was my first tattoo, and I was treated like she had done 1000. I could not recommend anybody more that Izzy. Absolutely killed it, couldn’t be happier

The place was so nice! very clean and professional! catherine was an amazing artist and created my new favorite piece! she was so kind and made what i wanted even better! if you want nicely detailed pieces, i definitely recommend booking with catherine!

I was looking for a really good tattoo shop to get my piercing and I found this shop on Instagram. I was a little skeptical because I had never been to a shop before and I was extremely nervous. When I got there for my appointment, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The shop was really beautiful, clean and felt extremely relaxing. After filling out the waiver, I was brought back to the room for my nipple piercing. From start to finish my piercer Marsh was very friendly and comforting. She made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen, how it was going to happen and gave me all the time to mentally prep myself lol. We took breaks in between piercings to give myself time to adjust and overall she did a great job and I am extremely satisfied. She gave me aftercare instructions and told me to reach out if I had any other questions. To my surprise the owner himself even reached out to make sure I was adjusting properly after my appointment. I’m very happy that I decided to go with them, I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back for my other piercings and tattoos.

Hands down one of the best tattoo shops on Long Island. Ive been trying to find a good tattoo artist for the longest time to start my sleeve and stumbled upon Victors work on instagram. Im so glad I did because hes an extremely talented artist. All the artist in the shop put so much effort and dedication into their work so that everyone leaves with a beautiful and original tattoo. They also take cute polaroids for you to keep as a memory during your session which I thought was the coolest thing ever and everyone is really nice, chill and attentive the shop is just an overall good vibe. I just want to say that moonlightgallery was giving me Brooklyn vibes. When I walked in, my boyfriend and I thought each artist had there own rooms.. but turns out it wasn’t what I expected. As sad as it is to leave this review after so many other positive reviews, I for one did not have a good experience. I had a consult a couple months ago with one of the artists, who soon after started sketching some designs for me, as they were beautiful, they were not exactly what I wanted. After each sketch it was getting closer to perfect but something was just off and missing. As I put my trust in the artist, I booked an appointment which he then cancelled because he was sick, I tried to reschedule after my summer vacation and this is where it all went downhill. The artist had stopped answering me and I reached out directly to the shops Instagram to get a refund. That same day the artist messaged me back. After stating that I would still like to book an appointment or receive a refund he stopped answering me again and have not heard from him since being it is not months later. Very unprofessional.

This was my first time at Moonlight Gallery and i was blown away by the service! I went in for an appointment with Micha for a small tattoo! I had an appointment for a sleeve for thursday and my artist Victor ended up having some time open up so we did both the same day! Everyone there was so kind and down to earth! i was there for about 9 hours and the whole day was nothing but laughter and good vibes! They even send you home with a picture of you and your artist which i thought was a super cute touch!! Looking forward to my second session in May!

Marsh is the best! I got my nose pierced a few years back and it was horrible, but Marsh was so quick and smooth! it didn’t hurt at all. i did get a piercing bump due to the material of the ring and marsh had me come in asap, switched it out for me and now my nose piercing looks amazing! super happy with it! can’t wait to go back!!

I got my tattoo done by Cat she was amazingg. She did mine and my bestfriend’s matching tattoos. She was very attentive, patient and very gentle with the tattooing, didnt hurt at all. The service in the shop was great as well. The vibe is soo peaceful & they give you a take home bag with thier logo a photo of your tattoo session & an adorable keychain. Highly recommend.

My tattoo was done with Catherine and she was the definition of working as a team. My expectations were exceeded and I mean this with everything. I still stare at the tattoo of my dog she blew out the water. Was patient and still can’t believe how light handed she was throughout the entire process. Answers all challenges that were presented and didn’t want to do anything I wasn’t happy with. I went in and immediately felt welcomed by everyone and the environment was very inviting. They all know I would be seeing them again soon.

Marsh is so amazing at what she does being piercings and waxing! I remember never ever wanting to get piercings or wax and then I met marsh, and I got every piercing I have right now because of her except my first lobes, I have my helix and second lobes (maybe a month now) , nose piercing (first one and it’s been almost 3 months) , and my septum (that I just got the septum a week ago ) and they are all healing really well! I just got my septum a week ago and I can move it there’s no pain which is amazing! She is amazing piercer and she made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was ok after every piercing. 10 out of 5Rating the pain of the piercing for me,nose piercing: 1Septum: 2 only cause of the clampSecond lobes: 3 and 3.5Helix: 6 cause of throbbing

When my husband insisted I use a tattoo shop to get my second and third holes redone I really thought I was walking into a biker den but I was pleasantly surprised that the place was full of gen z sweethearts. Marsh was kind and gentle. She was so patient as I kept asking her to move the marks over and over until we achieved perfection. I had no problems and had a wonderful experience. I am not looking to pierce anything else but if I did I would go to her again.
