Honorable Ink Tattoos and Body Piercings

My mom always wanted a tattoo. For a major birthday my wife’s and I took her to Honorable Inc to finally get one! I couldn’t have asked for a better place for her to get her first. Matt and his team are professional, calming, and fun.All three tattoos came out great and we had an amazing time. If you’re upstate and thinking about where to get a tattoo, don’t think twice. Honorable Ink is a class act.

Went in to talk to Rel about a couple tattoos I was looking to get. He explained what he was going to do and we set up an appointment to get started. Well, not only did he do a fantastic job but he was very fast. The tattoo was painless and the healing process has been great. I cant wait to come back for the next one.

My wife and I have been visiting Matt for many years. All of our tattoos have come out beautifully. I will always go back to Matt for all of my tattoo needs. He is the best there is in all of Hudson Valley.

Had an amazing experience! My friend and I did the “get what you get” and the designs were perfect! Our artist was Charlie and he made us feel so at home and like we had been going there forever. Would for sure recommend to a friend and will be back to do another random one!

This is a great tattoo shop! The owner Matt was friendly along with all the other tattoo artists. The shop is clean and the walls are filled with flashes like a tattoo shop should be. The floor is open with all the artists tattooing, which I enjoy watching the other artists work and interact with each other. Matt was great helping me with different ideas to get the tattoo I was looking/hoping for. I was running late to my appointment, but he was understanding and willing to reschedule despite being last minute. We were fortunately able to get it down that day. I’m really happy with this work and the overall experience. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality tattoo. All the artists are professional and very capable. Thanks again, and I’ll be back for my next one!

I have gotten piercings and tattoos from Stevana, she’s amazing. She’s a super experienced piercer and made me feel so comfortable every time. I get informative aftercare for everything that I get and I’m always offered the opportunity to come in for help when I’m ready to switch my jewelry for the first time. I absolutely love my tattoos, Stevana is an amazing artist and checks in with me throughout all our appointments. The shop itself is so insanely clean and everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. I highly, highly recommend coming here.

Got a tattoo done by Charlie the other day. The shop is clean and I like the layout of the workstations. The atmosphere of the shop was great and Charlie did a great job on my piece. $100 shop minimum here and you can pay and tip with a card.

I want to thank Matt for his hospitality and professionalism.I would definitely recommend that anyone who wants work done to pay them a visit,they accept walk as long as the work doesnt take more than 2 hrs in a chair. The staff was awesome as well. The tea,coffee and biscotti are free. Again Happy Birthday Charlie.

Greg is the best! I drove a 5 hour round trip so he could touch up my tattoo he did originally over 2 years ago. He went above and beyond and it healed beautifully! Love the shop and the street its on, Beacon seems like such a nice town. Absolutely an amazing experience! Stevana is truly the best!! She did my eyebrows, which was powder brows! And my eyebrows came out perfect!! She’s very kind, nice and made the experience enjoyable! So Ive been here 3 times and ever time is 10/10. I make my appointments with Matt and hes done both of my piercings and my first tattoo. He was super friendly and it helped make me super comfortable. The prices arent ridiculous for piercings or tattoos. Plus its super clean!Fun fact: theres a card game in the front that I play with my mom and sister(s) when we go and it helps settle any nerves while filling out paperwork and waiting :)

I had actually gone to Honorable Ink Tattoos to get my first tattoo and I would say the experience was amazing. Everyone in the shop was super nice and very friendly so they make you feel welcomed and comfortable.My tattoo artist Greg was absolutely the best and he has such a great personality so it was so awesome talking to him and listening to him as he walked me through how getting my tattoo was going to work and how it felt getting one.Thank you, Greg!!!!!

Matt is amazing. I needed a fix on an old tat that wasnt symmetrical and he was happy to help me. I brought him the dumbest drawing (its not my forte) of what I thought we could add on. He came up with the most gorgeous addition. My back is a work of art and I still get to keep my original tattoo just in a much better way. Price is very reasonable. He does quick and wonderful work. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. Super sweet guy.

I never usually write reviews but this honestly deserves one. I went in for a simple labret piercing. Nothing fancy. The piercer ,Stevana, seemed confident in doing it for me; even said I had the perfect lip shape for it. Awesome, right? My first warning sign was how much she was shaking before piercing me. While she was moving my lip around she was quite literally trembling. In goes the needle, well, halfway; still shaking like a leaf. And then finally about 30 seconds later the whole needle made its way through. What should have been a piercing done in one quick swift movement was an unnecessarily painful experience. But that’s not even the best part. It’s soooo off centered, and no, it’s not because it’s swollen. She completely messed it up. I’m over the top mad that I have to let this heal and spend more money somewhere else to get it pierced the right way. Do yourself a favor and go to Graceland.

I stopped by yesterday (9/24/13) to get a couple of surface anchors and had probably my most pleasant piercing experience ever. From start to finish, Matt did an incredible job. He took the time to educate me on the specific type of piercing, along with finding the best placement for my anatomy, and having all the necessary tools to get the job done. The end result is just fantastic! He also gave me the run-down for aftercare and offered his help if I have any complications.The shop itself is great; full of friendly people and very clean. Good location. I live about an hour away, but would definitely make the trip again for my next piercing.

I am in love with Honorable Ink. The parlor is so clean, the artists are so talented and friendly!! I got my first tattoo here and let me say, Matt was so friendly and he seemed stoked about my design. During the inking process, he talked to me and I had a blast. The process took like 30 minutes and it came out beautifully. He went through everything I had to do to take care of my new ink. Last but not least, the price was very reasonable and I’m so glad I chose Honorable Ink as my tattoo parlor!!

Walked in with my daughter to get her nostril pierced. Staff was courteous and Stevana was awesome explaining to my daughter the process and how to take care of the piercing after. Definitely recommend this place.

Got my first tattoo here... it was a great experience. Matt worked with me to make sure I would love my new tattoo (which I do), and it came out SO well. The quality is wonderful- it was absolutely great, and I definitely recommend them! I will be going back again!

I recently got tattooed at Honorable, everyone who works their was great and sociable. The tattoo was brilliant and they helped me get my rough idea for what I wanted worked out and drew it up beautifully. I could not have been happier with my experience. The cost was lower than I expected, so I tipped a bit more and the artist was gracious about it. 10/10 will be getting all my work done here from now on

I had my first tattoo and I was scared as hell but in 2 seconds that was gone. Suzee was recommended highly by a friend and they were absolutely correct. She was just so sweet and professional. A definite gift nothing about it was painful and the conversation was really comforting. I would definitely go back and highly recommend her and the establishment . Cleanliness is a definite goal.

I had a divit like pore above my lip for many years. People always asked me if I had had a piercing…One day I decided to actually get a piercing to fill in my flaw. I was so scared. I went to honorable ink and met Stevana. She was so friendly and explained everything to me. She calmed my nerves and did the piercing in what seemed like 10 seconds. It was perfect and she was so sweet and professional. If it had not been for her and the way she explained the procedure and calmed me I would never have gone thru with it.Thank you Stevana and thank you honorable ink!!!! You have a real gem there !! I booked an appointment for my girlfriends birthday with Greg a few months ago, we were reached out to a few days prior to her tattoo date to finalize ideas and to confirm time and date. We have both been tattooed here before and the customer service is consistent and the tattooing is always A class. Anyone looking for an awesome tattoo work with any of the tattooers!

My 3 adult children and I went in for our very first tattoos 2 weeks ago. My kids have been checking out different places over the past couple of years, I saw the review here suggested we take a look. Walked in and they were so friendly, helpful and place had such a good vibe I booked our appointments right there and then. Charlie was wonderful ! He did all 4 of our tatoos. Even kept my extremely anxious daughter at ease. Place is clean , friendly and relaxing. Getting an appointment was easier than I ever imagined it would be. Been here a few times, only once to get tattooed. The atmosphere here is awesome. The people behind the counter are super helpful and fun to sit around and chat with. The artists do incredible work and are genuinely excited to get the opportunity to tattoo you. Cant recommend them enough.

My artist was ready to go as soon as I got their. Really took his time on placement since I had my knuckles being done. Tattoo came out perfect and totally legible. Super stoked about how awesome it came out. Going back in 2 weeks same artist new full color tattoo. Ask for Greg Rosenfeld or on Instagram.

Very quick and easy ! I stepped right into shop and right away i felt welcomed. they definitely know what they are doing and i will for sure come back to this spot ! They are very clean and know exactly what they are doing. i just finished getting an industrial bar piercing and i was walked through the process and not once did i feel uneasy.

I’ve gotten several tattoos here since they have opened. I highly recommend this place. I’ve gotten work from Charlie, Matt, and Greg. They are really nice, and also great artists. I recommend this place to people constantly. Without a doubt they get five stars.

First off the shop is located in a nice area of Beacon with lots of great restaurants and little shops. So if Beacon is a trek for you, you can make a day of it. The shop itself is really rad and the minute you step inside you immediately feel welcome.Matt is a super talented artist. I have a half sleeve and 6 pieces of artwork done by him with plans for more so I think that should tell you how much I trust him and love his work. My Fiance also has a collection of Matts art as well in the form of a half sleeve on one arm and a full sleeve on the other which is in the processed of being finished.While I do not have any work by Charlie, I have seen a lot of his art over the last 3 years and he is really talented as well. They have some great guest artists too. So if you are looking for a great shop with talented artists look no futher than Honorable Ink and check these great guys out!

This place is amazing! I got a large upper arm piece by Charlie and it turned out better than I could have ever expected. I came in the day before with the idea for the piece and when I came back for the appointment, the sketch, which was of two skulls and a banner containing a Latin phrase, was already done and far exceeded my expectations. Charlie did incredibly detailed work on the piece, but also worked quickly and with a light hand, and was really friendly, chatting with me and my husband the whole time. Both Charlie and Matt, who came over to check out the work and consulted me about a future piece, seem to be very easy going guys with a lot of artistic talent, but seem to totally lack any of the attitude Ive experienced in other tattoo studios. This is an awesome addition to Beacon.

After coming here Im not sure if Ill want to go anywhere else for a tattoo! clean & relaxed environment. the owners are very skilled, extremely nice, and easy to talk to--sometimes when discussing prices/designs at tattoo shops I feel like Im being BSed, but not here! I recommend it to anyone that asks about a good local tattoo shop.

This place is awesome! I went in to get my first body piercing and Im super happy with the results. Matt made me feel comfortable and was extra gentle. Definitely worth the trip.

I have a handful of tattoos from Honorable Ink, Some palm sized and some much larger. Honorable Ink is stacked with professional tattooers who can accommodate all styles of tattoo. Clean, respectful and all around amazing shop. If you are in the Hudson Valley and NYC area, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Absolutely the best tattoo parlor Ive ever been to.. I had a tattoo redone after 20 years. It was a mess and Charlie fixed it right up.. I love the new tattoo.. I had the most awesome experience at Honorable Ink. Charlie drew a dancing skeleton playing a Fender Strat with Rock and Roll in script on my upper arm and it looks great. He has the gift of gab and we talked about everything from Rock and Roll to the U.S. Constitution. Charlie not only draws great but he has an amazing personality and is one profound dude. Brother Matt is also a pleasure to be around . I wish these guys the absolute best of luck in Beacon. They are not only top notch professionals who care deeply about their business but good hearted and conscientious as well.

2 stars for the conversation had while i was getting tattooed. Simple tip. Not eveyone is a tatoo artist. 100 dollar shop minimum for crooked lines? Not worth it. Maybe the other artists there were worth it, but sadly not mine. Maybe not even worth the free touch up. Save your money find someone with experience. Or just ask for the an experienced artist. Please ask for pics.

I got my septum re-pierced today by Matt and it was such a pleasant experience!! Everyone there was so nice and helpful and really made me feel comfortable!

Words can’t even describe how nice this place was! Just got my nose pierced. He was very comforting, super funny! He took me in like 10 minutes before my appointment. Amazing place.

I got a bonfire tattoo on my upper leg here and Im glad that I did. I sent the artist the base image that I had and he did his research above and beyond. The end product is my favorite tattoo so far and Im glad I got it there. Very clean environment and friendly staff.
