Kiss of Ink Tattoo

MP, Pauline and Dakota are awesome and very helpful. I have gotten 3 tattoos done by MP. And my wife just got one done by Pauline. Very pleased with them.

Im an employee of Kiss of Ink, and because I cant comment directly on Korinas post I felt the need to leave a review to leave our point of view. Her septum piercing was pierced a total of three times by MP in one day because she was unhappy with each placement. She called later that day to ask for her money back because she was still unhappy with her piercing, even though she loved it after her third placement. We told her to wait 30 days, to let the swelling settle because she was pierced.. a total of three times.. in one day. When she called a month later to inquire about getting a refund, she admitted to having taken her septum jewelry out because her friends told her it was crooked. How could we confirm if it was actually crooked if she took her jewelry out due to peer pressure? Silly goosery happens to the best of us.

I got a septum and nose piercing by MP. She pierced me a total of 3 times for a septum piercing each time was crooked. I called for my money back but I was told that “I was criticizing too early “ and to wait 30 days. It’s been over a month and I am still not happy with my septum piercing. I have pain when flipping it up and I will be taking it out and would still like my money back.

Im here to write a review about Pauline. She has done 5 of my 8 tattoos and she has only ever shown professionalism. She is an awesome artist and funny too! To the person that wrote the negative view maybe they need to reflect on themselves. Because by their words it sounds like they are the problem. Not the people at that shop.Trust them for whatever work you want done. Itll be awesome!

Kiss of ink tattoo has been my place to go for tattoos. Kiss of ink tattoos has a clean and friendly environment with people who are good at what they do. Ive been going to kiss of ink since i found out about the place about a month ago and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience its a little less formal but thats exactly what i was looking for because it can take off that nervous edge that some people have before getting a tattoo. The price is definitely reasonable i had no complaints as far as price went everything I’ve gotten so far has been 200 bucks and below but this also depends on what you get of course. overall 10/10 i highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a tattoo.

Writing a review for Pauline. Pauline did 4 of my 7 tattoos. She did them at the Lynchburg VA location and she is the best artist I have ever had. I was so sad to see her go. If youre looking for water color Pauline is the best I have seen.

Pauline did my first tattoo ever and I’m headed back for another right now! I gave her an inspiration picture and she recreated the work beautifully. Everyone at the shop is kind and funny and despite my nervousness, they put my mind at ease with jokes and easy conversation. They made the experience fun and addicting. Thank you guys!

After reading reviews about the piercer here I stopped by as a drop in during the middle of the week. The first impressions were very good. I was greeted as I entered the door and the staff was more than helpful.Dakota, the piercer, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The location very clean and sterile and all safety precautions were used (sterilizing, etc.). I came with another person and when asked Dakota was able to provide meaningful suggestions and help with the proper placement. Truly one of the best experiences I have encountered.If you are thinking about getting any piercings, I highly recommend that you check out this place. Plus the artwork in the tattoo books from the artists looks top notch as well.

Literally woke up and made an impulse decision to get a piercing. Called before I went and walked into a super friendly and chill environment. Everyone spoke! Dakota (the piercer) was patient, sweet, professional, clean, quick and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! plus they had a full house on a Tuesday waiting for tattoos.

Kiss of ink is my favorite shop. They’re the most professional and talented group of people I’ve ever met.All of my tattoos look amazing (thank you Pauline) and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.I highly recommend them!

Went in ,soon as I walked in i was immediately greeted by everyone allThe girls was dressed super cute and had different styles ofPiercings and makeup so I already knew they was all passionate about this fieldOf work, Dakota did my piercing I got the Monroe’s piercing she explained every step to meShe was all about her hygiene and everything being clean and sanitized the shop was cute and clean both sides my piercing was quickAnd fast i didn’t even feel it and she made sure that I was comfortable with the results before I left and I got makeup tips which’s was a bonus lol and the prices were affordable and they makeYou feel appreciated as a customer willDefinitely be back

Best place in Beaufort to get a tattoo. It’s only walk ins. They take their time with each person to make sure they can help you get exactly what you want. I can’t wait to come back!

When I arrived, Dakota was so welcoming! Everyone there was so friendly as well. Dakota did 5 piercings for me and I can’t wait to go back for more with her! She was so sweet and took her time, it was so clean and anytime she to step away or touch something with gloves, she always changed them. Everything was clean and organized. I highly recommend!! I will most definitely be back and I have already told my coworkers about this place and some are planning to check it out! :)

Got my first ever piercing here, was very nervous but Dakota was very caring and welcoming with a great amount of technique knowledge. I enjoyed my experience and they had good pricing.

My husband and I went here on vacation and they were absolutely amazing!! Pauline and the really awesome purple haired chick (sorry I didnt get your name) did the best job! Fast, professional, and BEAUTIFUL!! I would happily drive the 6 hours to S. Carolina to get another tattoo from these fantastic ladies!

I went here today and got an amazing piece of artwork done by Pauline! The shop was clean, welcoming, and everyone was so friendly.

Got a belly button piercing a couple months ago but had to take it out because it was rejecting. The person who did it hadnt checked to make sure I had the right anatomy to get one:/ the piercing placement was mostly on my stomach

This establishment is the absolute best tattoo shop I have ever been in. The ladies are super friendly, warm & welcoming, and laid back. MP did my work and she was amazing, as was her work. And they have the best prices by far. Stop in and you will instantly love the atmosphere and the ladies. MP, thank you! I will be back because of you.

Really love this place and plan on going back! Real good atmosphere and Pauline was the best working with me through my first tattoo. She also has great conversations with her clients. I recommend everyone here because they are the best in my eyes!!

Beyond amazing, from the time you open the door the environment is just beyond welcoming! Absolutely will be back, me and my got nose piercings. Kiss of ink is and amazing shop for tattoos and piercings, both the artists and the piercer maintain a high level of professionalism and are very polite, MP has done the vast majority of my tattoos and Pauline has done one, i can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed when i walk out of those doors. Sadly i have yet to get any piercings but I’ve only ever heard good things about Dakota’s work.

I’ve gotten two tattoos and my nose pierced here. Dakota was wonderful and explained everything and made the process as painless as it can be (not much). Pauline did a wonderful job expressing my vision for a chemical compound that I hold near to my heart.

The piercer, Dakota was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She made it a stress free experience. I definitely recommend and will be going back!

I’ve had multiple tattoos done by MP and she’s absolutely amazing. I love the vibe of the shop and her work is amazing. I have low blood pressure sometimes and the whole time I was in and out of reality, she was there the whole time making sure I was ok. Truly amazing shop and tattoos. Definitely going back again.

I love this place!! I’ve gone here on two separate occasions and had great experiences both times! All three workers have been so kind whether it was helping me choose sizing and taking photos for me, complimenting the tattoo when it was done, and being tattooed of course! My tattoo is also absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be more excited to go back here next time I’m in town!

Here to write a review for Pauline and vouch for her craft and kickass personality. She did this (and more) in a shop for me in Lynchburg, Va. She’s very talented and always knows how to make me feel comfortable in the chair. 10/10 recommend her, such a great artist!

So if you have gotten any type of piercings, you know you cant go to just anyone. I reached out to Dakota thru IG and consulted about getting something repierced for the third time 🥴... she assured me it was possible but to be for sure I could stop by so she could have a look. I showed up to the shop and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Pauline and asked how she could help. Let her know i had spoken to Dakota and Pauline went ahead and let Dakota know i was there. I was then taken to the piercing side of the shop, YES THEY HAVE A COMPLETELY SEPARATE SIDE FOR PIERCINGS! She gave me the green light and i basically said take my money!😂The piercing was painful BUT not for lack of technique but because of my scar tissue which I expected.. but im in love with them. Everything from the moment I got in contact with her, walking in the shop, the piercing, the checking out.. Everything was 10/10! They are clean, professional and have i mentioned they work on a walk in basis! Definitely recommend them and for sure will be coming back!

Jason was my tattoo artist, he was great, professional but chill. He made it a sweet experience for my sister and I to get cool matching tattoos. Got us in fast and his staff was awesome too. Do recommend.

I had a great time cutting up with that crew . My daughter is soooo excited about the tattoo I got for her graduation from boot camp . I would caution you about this one female that works there tho . Stopped in to get a tattoo the other day and was super impressed with everything. From the customer service of getting checked in, consulting of what i wanted and getting tattooed. All staff members were friendly and thoughtful with the whole process. Would absolutely recommend!

Jason is absolutely amazing! I went in with a sentimental drawing & he turned the exact drawing into the most beautiful tattoo. He stayed after hours to tattoo me. I will definitely use him again & hope to see the owner at my work so I can praise him and show off the awesome work he did. It is a small business but that’s ok.. quality over quantity. Pricing was fabulous.
