Today I started my process of getting tattoos removed! I saw Mark and he was friendly. Absolutely made you feel comfortable. Attentive. The staff was all friendly also. Easy going. Felt like I was at the right place as soon as I met the woman at the front desk. I can’t wait for my end results!! Will be back for some Botox as well :) the price was amazing too!!

I see Diane every 3-4 months for dysport treatments. Today, I had Alle filler put into my cheeks She won’t oversell and make you look fake! I always ask her what I can do to stay youthful and she is 100% honest!

Everybody was just wonderful! I went in just to have a few age spots removed, and the Doc got rid of some skin tags, veins on my face close to the surface. He took like 10 years from me that day...all for under $200. Can not wait to go back!

I’m very disappointed with this place. After reading such wonderful reviews of experiences other people had had here I thought this would be a great place to help me with my tattoo removal. Well I was wrong. I’m not the type to write a negative review, matter of fact, I usually never write reviews but I wanted people who had in mind to get a tattoo removed to NOT go here. When I first walked in I heard staff talking about other staff cussing as they walked down the hallway. Once I was called back into a room a tech or doctor (I’m not exactly sure what their title is) was asking me what I was visiting for and I began to tell him about my tattoo on my finger (no bigger than an inch) removed. As I was talking to him he pulls out his phone and starts texting. It wasn’t a quick text back either. It was more like 3 or 4 minutes he was sitting on his phone distractingly trying to talk to me. Very unprofessional. Once he was finished on his phone, he then told me about how many treatments I would need to get rid of the tattoo. He said I would need about 10. Then he asked if i have ever had it touched up, which I have. Then he said “oh well that’s going to be more like 12 treatments at least.” Then said “and even then, it’ll probably still not be fully gone, it would be more like a shadow.” I lost interest in the idea and I told him that I couldn’t see spending so much money on such a small tattoo that wouldn’t even be fully gone (better off having it if it’s not going to be gone in my opinion). Once I told him that, he asked “well are you physically active and take daily vitamins?” And I said “yeah, why does that matter?” He told me that since I am physically active and take vitamins that i would have a better chance of it going away. That still makes no sense to me, sounds more like he just wants my money. He also tried persuading me back into the idea again by saying “let me try just taking whatever this is (making fun of my thorn from the rose) off with the laser and you can see just how simple and quick it is.” I told him I was no longer interested and I thanked him for his time and left. I was just not enthused by this visit at all.

I have had three microneedling sessions so far and not only do I see a VAST improvement in my skin but the people there could not be nicer. So glad I found this place and this treatment! Definitely recommend!
