They took the time during my initial visit to provide a full background on the laser, process, their pricing and the science behind the procedure. Just stopped in for my first consultation and ended up with a tattoo removal procedure on three tattoos. The office is clean, friendly and professional. Roberta is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Great pricing! I wish I started this procedure years ago.

I had 2 PicoSure Skin Rejuvenation Facials with Roberta. She is extremely knowledgeable on the science of the laser, very safety cautious, and she is a fountain of education, and provides excellent client care. This was my first experience with a more aggressive path to achieving wrinkle reduction and skin smoothing, I admit, I was nervous. The sensation was exactly as she said, Prickly Heat, I was never uncomfortable.My face looked like a I had a mild sunburn (which was kind of nice in January) and the next morning the redness was gone. There is noticeable tightening of my skin on day 1. I trust Roberta 100% to perform any aesthetic treatments on me. She’s also a very friendly, easy going and fun person. I went there twice now for laser scar reduction and had a great experience. She was very honest about what to expect. The scar I was looking to get rid of was an old one from a really bad burn I got as a kid so she told me that the treatment would not fully remove the scar but would even out the raised area and remove some of the hyper-pigmentation. I really appreciate that she took the time to explain how the laser worked and didnt over-sell the results so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Prices are reasonable, great customer service and a nice environment.

I’m currently going through the tattoo removal process. The team here made me feel comfortable by explaining the process thoroughly and answering any questions I had. The procedure is quick, much less painful than I was expecting, and affordable. I would recommend going here to anyone looking to have a tattoo removed!

🚧 Be wary of fraudulent charges. Receipts that do not have what you purchased on them are a catch 22. Your card will let them go through; but its impossible to dispute without going through the nursing board, consumer protection bureau & better business bureau. ⚠️Typically had, had a very good facial with the picco laser. However, the Fraxel laser had very poor results including but not limited to burns, welts & scars that have not disappeared 5 months later.Went to this facility for a long time until the above occurred. I found the owner, felt she did not have to address patients complaints and/or concerns. An extremely unpleasant experience. With no follow up until - you go through the above. ⤴️

I have had multiple facial rejuvenation procedures as well as lip injections here at Laser Ink. Not only am I completely satisfied with the results but I will never go to any other facility for my procedures. I trust Laser Ink implicitly. And that says it all!

Scheduled appointment and confirmed. Arrived on time. Place was closed, no one answered phone. Very frustrating!
