The Loyal Sparrow Tattoo and Piercing

My daughters both wanted to come get a piercing and it was one of their birthdays!🎉One wanted her ears done for the first time and one wanted her nose pierced! They were both 14 and Jimmy did an excellent job of walking them through everything - how it was going to work and how to take care of them after! They even got us in right at closing after we got stuck waiting for our car to get fixed! The Loyal Sparrow is incredible conscience of keeping everything clean and sterile to make sure the piercings have the best chance of staying❤️. Anytime we want another piercing we will definitely go back!!!

We were on vacation in Yellowstone and drove by their mobile shop and decided to stop in.We both got tattoos and I even got a couple of piercings!Jimmy, Nina & Kyle were absolutely amazing!!! Service was amazing, and they are incredibly talented & friendly and easy to converse with.There is no better souvenir than a tattoo! If you’re in the area I highly, highly recommend them! If youre still debating on this tattoo shop drop your doubts and make an appointment asap.This past weekend I decided I wanted to get my first tattoo and the folks at the Loyal Sparrow made it the best experience ever. After an easy phone call they got both me and my friend in the same day and by the time we made it to shop they already had stunning designs for us. We were set up with Ethan who was so friendly and talented. I was beyond satisfied with his line work and it was exactly what I had envisioned in my head. To make it even more special I got to ring the first tattoo bell once I was all wrapped up.Needless to say I will definitely be back for the rest of my future tattoos and you should too!!

Loved the atmosphere and the people there, super friendly. They all made my daughters first tattoo go so smoothly and Shay talked her through the process, helping her with her anxiety. Then she got a piercing and Jimmy was great, way better than the last place that did her first piercing. We both love our tattoos and cant wait to go back for more!

This is the most amazing shop! I come to Montana every August and got a tattoo last year but this year, I am staying near the airport so decided to google where to go. I called and they said come in an hour. It was busy but they got me in. I did something have never done, a stick and poke , with Sarah. Absolutely amazing. No pain. And beautiful detail. This is the place to go!!!

I went for a conch (ear cartilage) piercing mid-May, and had an excellent experience. Jimmy did an awesome job explaining the process and finding the perfect placement. It has healed great so far, and appears to be almost fully healed. It was my first time in a tattoo and piercing shop, and I had fully expected it to be scary like in movies, but was instead met with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Felt very welcome, and did not feel like I would be made of fun for my pain tolerance level(as I had feared would happen). Cool place. I plan to return for more piercings in the near future.

These guys are amazing! Ive never felt so comfortable at a tattoo shop before. Ethan has given me a couple tattoos now and they are SO good. Hes an amazing artist and a ray of sunshine human. Jimmy gave me a septum piercing while I was waiting for one of my tattoos, hes super clean, efficient, and really up front and honest with people when they come to get pierced. I love talking to and hanging out with everyone who works at the Loyal Sparrow. Awesome shop, awesome people

Great place and experience. My daughter was super brave getting her ears re-pierced by Mimi (first pierced at Claire’s 😖 & fell out/got infected soon after). Mimi was super nice and explained every step - giving my daughter lots of confidence. Would highly recommend! Booking online was super easy and efficient.

Everyone at this shop seemed amazing! I got my cheeks pierced by Mimi, and she was absolutely fantastic!! I absolutely loved that she spent extra extra extra time with placing them just perfectly! It made me so much more comfortable! She was highly knowledgeable about cheek piercings and all the ins and outs about doing them! I am so glad that I found someone with expertise!! This is by far the best tattoo shop I have ever been to. I have a few smaller tattoos from other random shops, but Nina and he staff at the Loyal Sparrow really went above and beyond. I went back and forth on a few designs and she was so patient with me and really made me feel super comfortable and confident to get exactly what I wanted. The tattoo came out AMAZING, and really shows the depths of her artistry. Im so grateful this business is in Belgrade and highly highly recommend.

We first discovered The Loyal Sparrow by being recommended to Ashley for hair . We had our 3 daughter in for cuts and a color (she is amazing) . I came back for a tattoo with Shay. She did amazing work and was cool and friendly, easy to chat with. My daughter got her nose pierced here also and the girl who did it was amazing and gentle with her (I forgot to ask her name) . Walked her through it and made her feel at ease! Everyone in the shop is friendly and welcoming. Their shop is very clean and just really relaxing feeling . We will be back in the future for sure.

A family member and I went in for piercings and had an amazing experience. Everyone is so nice, great prices, and high quality jewelry. My eyebrow bled way more than expected but the piercer and his apprentice kept their cool throughout and made sure I was okay. We drove here from Bozeman after all the local shops were too busy but this is now my favorite shop and will be coming back in the future!!

Went in to get my Tragus pierced today and it was amazing. Jimmy took his time to really explain and show me everything. He also took his time to ask how I was doing after the piercing and got me a drink when I felt nauseous. As a person with high anxiety I really appreciate that. My experience at the Loyal Sparrow was amazing! The inside of the shop is so cute. From first walking in, the staff was so nice. My friends and I had made appointments online to get piercings, the process of checking in was fast and smooth. The process of the piercing itself was so easy and fast! Jimmy did my piercing and he explained everything before doing it and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay and ready. You get to pick your jewelry from a lot of options. Jimmy explained how to take care of my piercing and what to watch out for.He told my friends and I that we can always call or come back if we had any questions at all or needed help with changing the jewelry out.I highly highly recommend this place. Very efficient, such nice staff and quality service.

Forgot to review earlier so im combining two visits into one! i got snakebites back in november and upper lobe about a month ago, both by Mimi and she was absolutely amazing! walked me through the whole process and aftercare, piercings have healed very nicely!atmosphere was great and everyone there was very nice!

Got my rook and mid helix pierce about a week ago and it was a great experience! The piercings went super smooth. Jimmy walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Even had a few questions after the fact and they emailed me back right away. The staff is extremely nice! Will definitely be coming back!

Went in as a walk in for a face tattoo. Wanted a moon on my cheek. Girl warned me of the precautions asked her what she meant, said gettin a job. I said Im not worried. Im a personality. So she goes, dissappears for atleast 10 to 25 minutes acting like she was putting a piece together to present me something for a tattoo. Then preceeding to come out to tell me that she isnt comfortable. I explain to her Im the worlds top creator and influencer as well google Reviewer. Some dude next to me who kept trying to imitate my sitting position pipes up like hes important, I dont even have a face tattoo. Like that is suppose to mean something. Shut up drunk.I think honestly she did go prepare something, I think she then came up to see how I would handle the pressure of the presence of someone hastling me. I can honestly respect her as an artist. All the tattoo ladies seemed really badass. I would highly recommend this one

I was a client there last week, it has been 5 days since i got my bellybutton pierced and i had to get it removed. sondra was very rushed didn’t do my peircing properly. it was very bruised and i couldn’t sit without it hurting. the person that removed it said they didn’t do it correctly at all. she also gave me no after care instructions which is also illegal. only come here if you want an infection.

Already experienced different shops, and artists, a few, and different countries. May this place bring to you all the pain, healing, and gratification you seek in their competent hands. I now sit all by myself with a core memory of their gentle ruthless hands. My tattoo is DNR. My days are numbered as of yours. May we to toast for everything that is good, noble and dignified even if we have chains.

My partner and I decided to stop in to the loyal sparrow for some last minute piercings because they were the only shop in the area open on Sunday. We are so glad we did! Jimmy was our piercer and he took phenomenal care of us from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, even though we were just getting simple ear lobe piercings. The whole staff was extremely welcoming and the studio was clean, beautifully decorated, and full of laughter.

Such a great experience always! I’ve gotten 3 tattoos all done by Nina and they have turned out better than I could have imagined, she always knows how to bring an idea to life. She is very considerate and always makes sure the tattoo is what YOU want, where YOU want it. The rest of the team seems awesome as well

I had previously gotten a tattoo in which the experience wasnt great and the tattoo wasnt great and was left unfinished from an artist no longer employed at Loyal Sparrow. I returned today to get the tattoo fixed and finished. The experience was so different and amazing. Everyone was fun and definitely kept me entertained during my hours in the chair. Ethan did amazing fixing and finishing my tattoo and I have no regrets returning to the shop! I have a whole different tattoo now and almost cried when I saw it finished!

Great environment. All of the staff is super friendly. Everyone is joking around with each other, making you feel at home. And they do walk ins when they have an open seat

Walked in with no appointment on a busy Saturday and I was immediately helped by super friendly staff. I couldn’t rave enough about how great my experience was at this shop. I received a tattoo by Shay, who completely slayed the design I walked in to get. Her entire attitude and energy was top tier and made me feel comfortable getting tattooed. This shop consist of the most professional and overall good people to be providing such services. I will go as far to say that this is the best tattoo shop in the Gallatin Valley. As someone with a touch of social anxiety, I can’t express how comfortable i was throughout the several hours I was there. Nina helped me start my sleeve, and blew me away in terms of my expectations. She was very collaborative and honest with her input. I recently went in for a cover up tattoo.Nina did an exquisite job. During the tattooing process, she was gentle and thoroughly explained the process so that I was comfortable. The new tattoo covered up my old one perfectly, and it looked even better than I could have ever imagined. I came in the shop today due to a piercing embedding into my earlobe. Jimmy was really great and helped clean my ears and took out the jewelry that caused an infection to start, and put good quality jewelry in. I one hundred percent recommend this shop!

Clean, sterile, with that nice tattoo parlor aroma! I got my septum, and nostril done same day. Shop crew is dope and thorough with cleaning instructions. Piercings are healing up nice and always able to answer any question you would have!!!

Sondra did an amazing job piercing my daughters ears. She took care to make sure everything was sterilized before starting the job. She was patient with my daughter and her nerves and talked her through it. All in all a great experience. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Jimmy pierced my nose and I loved it. Problem was my 5 year old has no sense of personal space and pulled it out with her hair a week and a half after getting it done. I couldn’t get it back in, called in a panic. Jimmy was super patient and when I still couldn’t get it back through he offered to repierce it! I went the next day and he went through the entire process again and didn’t charge me! Highly highly recommend them, clearly they stand behind their work even when external forces mess it up.

Jimmy pierced my nose and was extremely friendly and professional. He gave me good instructions and told me all his steps and was SUPER sanitary and nice. Would recommend and love my piercing.

Very unprofessional.After scheduling weeks in advance and pre-paying for my daughters ears to be pierced by Sondra for my daughters birthday, we arrived to discover that Sondra was not “available” and had no intentions of following through on her commitment to us. Several attempts to contact her led to her simply turning off her phone. Needless to say, we left with a heartbroken birthday girl and a complete lack of respect for Sondra.If you decide to patronize this establishment, do not make the mistake of requesting the highly unprofessional Sondra.
