Kaitlyn was great today! She was all alone and the lobby was full. She took her time with every customer making sure to meet all of our needs.

We went in today because my almost 5 year old was ready to get her ears pierced. I couldnt have asked for a better experience for my daughter. She was so excited and every person in that building from staff to other customers matched her excitement and cheered her on!Kaitlyn explained every step of the process and make my daughter feel so at ease! 100% recommended going to Matriarch for your piercing needs! Even if its an hour drive like we had! Dont hesitate just go!

I’ve gotten 5 piercings done here and I love all of them! The only piercing that has ever rejected for me was my eyebrow which I got done at another spot. All of my piercings I’ve gotten from here healed great! I’ve gotten my Daliahs smile done here (corners of my mouth) my through lip labret (not surface), my septum and my most recent being my dermal. They have great staff and do an amazing job! My mom and brother have both gotten tattoos done by the owners husband also the owner of Belton ink spot right next door and they look great! I’ll be going in for an ash tattoo with my grandma at some point, and plan on getting all of my future piercings here. She also had great recommendations for me when I told her I wanted to get my tongue split!

Took my granddaughter there today and Kaitlyn pierced her ears. She was very professional and explained everything to her. Being 6 can be very scary. Ty so much Kaitlyn!!

Love it here! Very clean and great service! I got my nose pierced here and my 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced. Both times the peircer was very friendly, patient, explained all the steps they were taking, and explained all the after care. After my daughters peircing tore from taking off her shirt they helped out with getting it cleaned up and gave us instructions going forward. I couldnt say enough great things about them! Very happy with our experience.

I’m in absolute awe of my new nose piercing. Amanda was absolutely amazing and so so kind! They were so helpful. This place they have is amazing and very passionate people behind the company running it. Of I could give 0 stars I would. Was just told “I should be ashamed of myself” when she found out I was doing a piercing at home. Literally the rudest customer service ever.

My daughter and I had the best experience at Matiarch Body Piercing. Their staff did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable. We also enjoyed looking at the beautiful jewelry and smelling the candles. I recommend the Coffee Shop candle if you like that warm, cozy vibe. Matriarch Body Piercing is our forever piercing shop. ❤️
