Wonderful service! Every aspect of my visit was explained fully by the staff before and after I arrived at Premier. The Dr. and nurses pay meticulous attention to making your experience the most comfortable possible and leave no questions unanswered. This is a super nice facility with super nice personnel and very sophisticated medical procedures. One of the nicest, and I give it 5 stars!

Exceptional. The entire facility is impressive and everyone I encountered was professional and just plain nice. Abby and Mimi were great people to meet. Honestly. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start my day with such caring individuals. Mimi had quite the vocab for skin words and she explained every single condition that she noticed. She gave me all the advice I need to care for my skin and she did it in a way that was easy for me to understand. I’m happy to be a patient here and grateful for y’all.

Missy and her crew are the very BEST! I became a patient while living in Bentonville, but moved to Little Rock 5 years ago. I drive to Bentonville to continue to get the great results I get from the Premier team---no one in Little Rock comes close. In fact, many of my friends here in central Arkansas are now patients and we make the open house a fun trip! This team is caring and skilled---the perfect combination!

I had my first visit with Dr Allen this morning. Both she and her Assistant, Jackie were very upbeat and knowledgeable about the melanoma I have. Dr Allen explained in detail exactly what she will be doing to remove all the cancerous cells & how they will know they did in fact get everything. Also, the healing time and then my follow up visits with Dr Williams every 3 mo to be sure he catches any other spots that may too be melanomas. I am so impressed with these two very amazing bright Doctors!! So thankful my Primary Dr Eddy, referred me to Dr Williams!!Thank you Premier for only having the best!!

Hannah.Cox PA was great. Took her time, was VERY thorough, made sure i understood all of what she was telling me.Hannah’s nurse was very pleasant and welcoming.The clinic was clean and well kept. The front office staff could improve on their welcome. SMILE.

Saw Mimi Hill, PA-C today for a full body examination. She is the absolute best. Very professional, extremely thorough, explains everything in great detail and goes above & beyond in her treatment. Highly recommend her. I definitely will continue seeing her for all of my skincare needs.

Dr Allen was my Mohs surgeon and she did a great job. She is friendly and caring. Her assistant were also very helpful to me. They made me feel comfortable while helping Doctor Allen.

Had MOHS surgery on my ear this morning. Dr. Book was great! She explained everything and she did a lot more intricate reconstruction work than I was expecting. So ...I wont look like Van Gogh when everything heals. Every single person I dealt with was very friendly and efficient. Thats becoming a rare thing these days. If you have a Derm issue, go to Premier. Pretty Simple.

Awesome location and easy to find. This was my first time visiting. The staff were very friendly and professional. They were also prompt with their appointment times. I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a chance if youre in need of their services.

Im really happy with my experiences with Premier Dermatology. Dr. Williams has taken good care of my daughter(and myself) and helped her heal from a pretty bad infection. He listens to and addresses any concerns you have. Hes very kind and down to earth. The nurses and the receptionist are nice as well.

Their office is alway extremely clean, the receptionists, nurses and staff are all very hospitable, professional and they always make time to answer all questions that their patients may have. Brittany Aguirre is an angel! She is very compassionate and very caring. She has always provided me with excellent care. I won’t go anywhere else for my dermatology care.

I have only great things to say about Premier Dermatology in Bentonville. First I would like to say the ladies at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, Dr. Allen and nurse Maggie are amazing people. They explained every step of the procedure to me and answered all my questions. Their bedside manner is bar none the best I have ever seen. I was very nervous not having any surgeries in 54 years. 3 skin cancer spots that were removed. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Williams is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable about his specialty. I had been to numerous specialists about my issue for weeks with no resolution but Dr Williams diagnostic the first visit. Love Dr. Allen. My 88 year old dad was scheduled for Mohs surgery on his nose and he had so many questions. Dr. Allen was so understanding, loving and answered all of dad’s questions and concerns. Dad opted to wait on the surgery and come back in 3 months. Dr. Allen was extremely understanding and supportive and for that, dad and I were very grateful.

I receive my Botox treatments from Mimi and she is fantastic! She always want me to leave there feeling my best and I really appreciate her extra level of care and detail.

I just had a minor surgical procedure done and the clinical staff were great. That being said : there isn’t much explanation on billing and I feel that more & more of the office focuses on cosmetics. Just an observation more than complaint.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I received the care I needed in a timely manner. I felt confident that my concerns were being looked at as a whole. After having seen my pcp for the same issue with no real treatment or answers it was a big relief to finally have someone have a plan to find answers and a treatment that would help.

I have been getting tattoo removal at Premier and Nellie is great! She is so friendly and personable, and always puts me at ease. All of the employees are nice, beautiful clinic also. The prices are very reasonable. They are definitely the best in NWA.

Everyone I encountered was genuinely nice. I was running late and they still accommodated. Maggie was helpful and made my comfort and procedure plan her priority. I never felt rushed, like I was on an assembly line. This was my first appointment with Dr. Allen. She administered my procedure and the appointment proceeded in a timely manner…again not rushed. This office was clean and the staff were nicely dressed (in scrubs) and well groomed. As far as the staff and medical procedures are concerned, I would not hesitate to recommend this office.

Becky is a Botox and filler genius! Before starting, I had a million questions about the cosmetic services I was considering . She listened really well, offered options for my goals, and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The results are amazing and I am so glad I found such a skilled expert.

They took me back right away. Very minimal wait. They performed a consultation for a laser procedure to remove spider veins from my nose. After explaining everything thoroughly, they offered to do the procedure right then. The whole procedure was done very quickly and produced amazing results! I will probably need 1-2 more procedures to finish the process but already looks 80-90% better. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and informative.

I met with Dr. Clifton and she assured me that I had nothing to fear. She listened to my concerns and gave me a solid plan to protect my skin moving forward. I was very pleased with my recent experience. The doctor removed a small skin cancer. Supporting staff members prepared me while explaining what would follow. The dermatologist then explained the procedure in more detail and asked several times if I had any questions. The surgery went quickly and I was given a sheet of follow up instructions. I was warned there would be some pain. I am 3 days out from the surgery and have yet to feel any discomfort. I highly recommend Premier Dermatology for regular checkups and aftercare if a skin cancer is detected. Jo B. of Rogers.

The operation went very efficiently and was completed in less than 90 minutes total time.I removed the bandage as planned on Sunday evening and saw the result of the closure. It was well along in becoming healed after only two days. This was another excellent MOHS operation performed by Dr. Book.Bill G.Between Nov. 2023 and Feb. 2024, I had three appointments with my Dermatologist Dr, Baltz. She was excellent in explaining while completing several extremely thorough examinations. Dr, Baltz did many pre-cancer removals, 7 biopsies and 3 EDCs all leading to successful results.April 22, 2024, I had the first of three Lase MD Face treatments. Nellie McCully was the professional operating the equipment while Olivia was the nurse doing the prep work and keeping me informed throughout the visit. The discussions with Olivia and Nellie were most appreciated since this was my first time experiencing laser face work.August 1, 2024, was the third of three Lase MD face treatments for me. It was performed by Nellie McCulley. Its easy to see the beneficial effect that has resulted from the series of three treatments. Nellie does excellent work with the equipment while explaining the steps that will be taken before and during the session.

This was my first time here. So glad I found such a lovely place so close to home. From the building to each person I met with so kind and caring. I had Mimi doing Botox for me and she not only is lovely but she listened to my needs and gave me an understanding as to how we would achieve them. I recommend her and this place for anyone.

I am posting this review for my father, Richard Blair, who does not use technology. His experience at Premier Dermatology was excellent. They took the time to explain the procedure to him allowing him plenty of time to think and respond at his pace. They explained the post-op instructions very well, and the nurse went out of her way to recommend suggestions for sleeping according to my dad’s concerns.

This was my first time ever seeing a dermatologist!!!! I have to say I recommend Premier dermatology and Jenny Simmons, PA-C. She is very professionally and knowledgeable! I will be going back!!! I loved their waiting room, it is like sitting in a fancy hotel lobby. If you have any skin issues they are the place to go!

Ive been going to Premier for many years. They are interested in my care, monitor anything that looks suspicious and are a fun bunch, even when they freeze stuff. When there has been more serious bumps to address they fully explain what needs to be done and are pro at executing the procedure. Follow up is a breeze. I highly recommend them.

Although its been awhile my wife and me have always been treated with respect and made to fill like family.

All of the staff were personable and I felt they had a caring interest. Easy to feel comfortable with them. Explained each step in the process. All were compassionate. Easy to communicate with all of them. They made a bad day pleasant.

I got to my appointment early and before I knew it they were calling me back. I was seen by Dr Caroline Cunningham both she and her attendant were very courteous and after about 10 minutes she had treated what were described as pre-cancerous spots. Enjoyed her personality and I will be back.

So picture from the moment you check in you are greeted with a friendly face, you are nervous about the upcoming procedure you have planned. The nurse comes out to greet you with a smile, they talk you through what is planned, next dr Clifton comes in and by that point I am huffing on the gas because like an idiot I think I want to drive home. So, after telling everyone in the room how pretty they are (like can less attractive people work in dermatology?) Dr Clifton walked me through every step of what she was doing and what to expect. The Femetight is pretty up close and personal with your lady parts. You leave there pretty numb, I had to wait a bit in the lounge so that all my procedure gas huffing could wear off. So today I am post procedure Day 4/5 and the itching is not as bad as I thought it would be and the swelling is still present. It looks like someone punched your vagina, but overall it was not a horrible painful procedure and EVERYONE there was so incredibly nice. I will update in the future how the progress goes. Hoping for amazing results or not to pee on myself when I sneeze.

I saw Bailey and she was very good! She was through, listened and was very nice, as well as her assistant and support staff. The one complaint is that you cant get an appointment without a wait.

The people and atmosphere is what makes this place. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time with me explaining in detail and answered all of my questions. The facility is very spa like with an open airy feeling and very clean. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I had never been to a dermatologist before Premier. Im being treated for multiple locations of Skin Cancer, two requiring Mohs surgery. For starters their office feels like youre at a Five star facility. The waiting room is gorgeous 🥰 Everyone is happy and very pleasant to work with. The Drs and nurses put you at ease and explain everything theyre doing while they are doing it. I am still under treatment and every visit has been exceptional!

I saw Dr Laura Battle and she was fabulous. This amazing Doctor took her time with my questions and actually asked me if I had the time for a complete body check for skin cancer - and she found a suspicious spot on top of my head (scalp)and sent it off for a biopsy. I went in for a spot on my arm , which was fine . I never would have thought the top of my scalp?? Thank you you much for this fabulous Doctor . I can 100% recommend Dr Laura Battle .

I recently I had a small mark on my back that was concerning me, and also it was time for a dermatology screening . On a physician friends advice, I decided to switch my Dermatology care to Dr. Battle at Premier Dermatology. As a blue eyed fair haired person with lots of freckles, who also spends a lot of time in the sun, I fret about skin cancer, and want to be proactive with thorough check ups, and to feel really confident with the Doctor who cares for my skin!Dr. Battle was the perfect choice. She listened intently to all my concerns in a concise knowledgeable way, gave an exremely thorough check (all those worrisome freckles!) of me head to toe, and was kind and relatable all the while. Her support team also put me at ease through the entire process. Im so impressed with Dr. Battle and her group, and am so glad to now be established with her at Premier as a new patient!

The majority of a serious pre-cancer treatment was done by a young novice. She left me in a closed door room, unable to move covered with a hot mask n strong medicine that was on my face 15 minutes longer than the timer was set for. That medicine caused a headache And complete Exhaustion. I can’t help but wonder if it had been the proper amount of time if I would’ve felt better that night.The procedure and medicine was not explained. I am having side effects from the medication. I assumed it was a topical medicine only that they were using but now I’m having side effects. I realized that this Med went to my entire body. because I am sensitive to side effects, I do my very best to avoid all medicines.

They are amazing! They care about how a mole removal will scar. I have had 3 moles removed and they are very nice and (if I was a scardy cat with all that stuff) are very patient. I love going here for all my skin needs!

Really appreciate the beautiful facility, ease of check-in and check-out, integration of medical and aesthetics, and overall efficiency in which things are run. They also have open house specials a couple times a year that are significant savings on the aesthetics side. Highly recommend!

I was lucky that Dr. Williams decided to do a shave biopsy on a bump my right shin. The results showed squamous cells on the shave biopsy report. He ordered a punch biopsy to make sure no basil cells or melanomas showed up. Results showed neither of these! Thank you, Dr. Williams, for such great care! Kathleen Trudeau
