I shouldve shared my experience a while ago....but Shane has replaced my regular over-priced Charlotte artist, as my tattoo guy. This man is talented & has a real love for his craft.His prices are very fair & I felt comfortable while getting my work done. NOT at all like i usually feel, like the tattoo artist was doing me a favor. I was skeptical at first, but you will not regret giving him your business.

Joey did great on my first tattoo but every one I got after that looked like poo…..so bad that I had to pay another artist to fix one because it is on my forearm and everyone can see it.Just pay the $150 an hr to go to a BETTER artist…because you will end up paying twice as much having tattooed fixed

My wife and I got tattoos together. Joey has a great personality and even though we got just basic tatts he treated us like it was the most important thing he was doing all night. We will be back.

Been here 4 times 2 neck tattoos had one fixed up once… ink didn’t take and Joey told me to get it redone AGAIN is to pay full price. TRASH place… go to Shiny New Tattoo first 100%

Joey was simply amazing! Took his time and created what I was happy with and did a wonderful job on another ink session. Huge shout out to him and 2 thumbs up on his skills!!

I recently got a rib piece done by the owner-Joey. I figured I would get a decent piece at best since I was not familiar with his work. Well when it came time to see the final product 5hrs later, I was beyond amazed.. I dont think anyone could have done a better job. Everyone I have shown has been impressed. Not bragging, but I think it is a magazine worthy piece. I am very happy with it and would recommend anyone interested in tattoos or piercings to go check out Twisted Ink. Joey is an honest, straight up and very professional dude. The shop is nice and very clean, comfortable, and for the quality of artwork provided, the prices cant be beat. I will definitely be getting some more work done by Joey at Twisted Ink!

Got my second tattoo here yesterday, and I couldn’t be more in love with it! Jonathan Pope is an amazing artist, great attitude and a steady hand. I was super impressed with his line work. I’ll recommend Twisted Ink to everyone!

Have 2 Tattoos from here. Joey is awesome and not as heavy handed as some of my other artists. He works fast but steady and I live what Ive gotten.

Love this shop, and Joeys the best! Its taken us so long to find a shop we were happy with, so glad we finally found it! Only going to come here and 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to get a tattoo!

Gave them a call to see if they could pierce my 7 month old daughters ears and the guy that answer was extremely helpful and let me know that tattoo and piercing shops in NC cant do anyone under 14. They were the 6th shop I called today and no one else informed me of this. Thank you so much for being professional and knowledgeable!

My worst tattoo came from here, I will never go back. It is also very over priced for the quality of work.I give it two stars because the establishment is very clean.

Two months after deposit and still no tattoo at this point I’d rather nit be tattooed by them scheduling was a nightmare and the lady was very unprofessional accusing me of their lack of response in scheduling I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste your time or money
