Sarah is so accommodating and open to so many ideas! Her style is versatile and her shop is super clean. She’s efficient, too. I have more than five tattoos from her since 2019 and I love them all!!

Sarah was very personable and easy to talk with, she helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to add to my tattoo to make it a little more unique. She was quick and efficient along with reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend, will be coming to her again!

I chose Sarah to do my first ever tattoo, and I have no regrets. I had chosen a pretty detailed design requiring almost 3 hours of work, but the time actually passed quickly. Sarah put me at ease and let me know what to expect every step of the way, including with the healing process, and the end result is beautiful.

I had some ideas for a memorial tattoo as my mom passed away in March. I sent Sarah some of those ideas and when I walked in to her shop on tattoo day I was literally brought to tears. The image she created was brilliant and just beautiful. It had so much detail and was so meaningful. Sarah also was able to touch up a tattoo my son had received previously, add his own memorial tattoo idea and it came out absolutely stunning. She has amazing talent. My 20 year old son and I spent a wonderful Saturday in her shop receiving the most beautiful art to carry around forever in remembrance of a fabulous woman. I highly recommend Sarah. She is creative, friendly, authentic and the best tattoo artist I have ever encountered.

Sara is extremely professional and attentive to detail. She takes an idea that you have and brings it to life. All of my tattoos that she has done look 100x better than I had envisioned originally. I personally love how Sara is committed to the client and the experience as a whole.

Sarah is an awesome Tattoo artist . She listens to what you want & her designs are beautiful . I have a gotten a few from her especially 2 big ones. I wanted specific things in it & was picky & she did a really good job coming up with what I wanted for a design. I love them both. She is very clean & friendly.

I had my first tattoo today with Sarah, and I couldn’t be more please with the results! I sent her a few ideas and she created a masterpiece. Her studio is clean, private, and comfortable. Sarahs Lane is a true custom artist. Versatile would be the best word I can think of to describe her. Ive yet to see a design she cant make look fantastic. Her cover ups are outstanding and would lead one to not even realize it is one. I found Sarah many years ago on Facebook and I fell in love with her and her work. Since then I have referred many more people to get so much work done. She’s amazing at what she does! These are just a couple she has done and I still to this day LOVE my cover up she did so much! ☀️

Sarah always does excellent work. Ive gotten 3 pieces done by her and each one came out great. She is one of the fastest tattoo artists out there. Every time I tell people how long my pieces took they can hardly believe me. Shes a great artist with a very steady hand. Her artwork speaks for itself.

Sarah is an amazingly talented artist! She was able to create exactly what I was looking for, just from me explaining it. She was even able to use a picture of a live lily and recreate it in my memorial tattoo. I was a bit nervous going in, but Sarah set me at ease quickly by engaging in easy conversation and also by using such a light touch while tattooing me. She checked in with me consistently to see how I was doing and the end result was EXACTLY what I was hoping for! I love it and have nothing but praises for not only the artwork, but for the whole experience, in general!

I’ve been to Sarah Lane for tattoo work multiple times. She has done cover ups for me, as well as a half sleeve, both which far exceeded my expectations. I have known Sarah for a many years as a professional in different settings and started seeing her as a my tattoo artist a few years ago. She has completed my last 3 pieces, which are all custom based on what I verbalized I wanted and she created based on instinctand her artistic intuition. I trust her vision, opinion, perfectionism and absolutely love her sense of humor. Some places you will walk in and feel intimated, definitely not here. She is a real person and will make you feel at ease.

She is the absolute best! If my boyfriend or I are going to get a tattoo she is the only one we go to. The area she does her tattoos feel inviting and safe. She’s able to piece together ideas and create exactly what I’m looking for if not better. The attention to detail always makes the end piece look stunning. Cannot recommend her enough. I have had 5 tattoos done with Sarah. First one was a fix up of one I had previously and it come out so much better. I had a couple memorial tattoos done, one for my late father (which includes his signature), and one for a special dog I lost. She did a paw print of one of my dogs and 21 small prints for each puppy she had, and one with my moms handwriting that says love mom with an infinity design with flowers for her birth month and lilacs which is the flower I like. I would highly recommend Sarah as she does awesome work. Shes very creative and I have looked to her to help me find what I like best

Sarah is very talented, pays attention to detail, line work is on point, and is very professional. I am completely happy with my sleeve Looking forward to start my leg sleeve shortly.The one star review is not an accurate representation of her or her work. Anyone with a brain knows that if you cancel less than 24 hours you should be charged in full but instead she wanted the next session due upfront.You will not be disappointed if you choose to get work done by this talented woman.

Cancelled an appointment due to a sickness in the family and she flipped out on me to end up saying that she would continue to work on my HALF FINISHED tattoo if I paid in full up front before my next session only to ignore me and not respond after I agreed and asked what appointments she had available.Now she won’t finish a tattoo that’s half done because she refuses to respond for me to make a new appointment.Never been to an artist that refuses to finish their work, now I have to find someone that will actually be able to finish a project.Very immature business owner with a high sense of entitlement. Very mentally unstable and violent from when she told me her life story in just 4 hours the first time I met her. Will be spreading the word and definitely urging people to go elsewhere.On top of that she apparently responds to bad reviews with lies and over exaggerates. Makes sense that she would comment on someone’s mental health when she tells a stranger her whole life story in one session and was with someone in the middle of getting divorced.Probably the most unprofessional shop owner I’ve dealt with. Couldn’t even get BLACK ink to saturate on my skin. Can still see my old tattoo through the “cover up” that’s half finished. And honestly the line work sucks, super shaky and the outline of the tattoo is crooked.For some reason she feels the need to lie in a response to a bad review. Never used a “numbing agent” only the numbing cream that was administered when I arrived at the shop which took half an hour out of my day.Also, never squirmed. Must be because of shaky hands. Didn’t complain about pain until 4 hours in. Also, never once showed any type of “entitlement”, must have been mistaken me for the one that sat there and told me her life story for 4 hours. Never met a tattoo artist that can only sit for 4 hours and complains about being “uncomfortable”.Also, never once “no showed”. I guess canceling an hour before is a “no show”.She tattoos her husband for free but complains about revenue. Not making much revenue tattooing for free when you could be tattooing clients that would pay.Great thing about getting tattoos is that there’s hundred of better tattoo artists out there that won’t have shaky lines or that can actually put on a stencil straight.Apparently the owner is too immature to take criticism and without responding in a demeaning and “hurtful” manner. Grow up. Enjoy your 4.9 stars.

After my sister-in-law passed away, I had a vivid dream about a tattoo of a barred owl with her name in her own handwriting on my right forearm. I had never had a tattoo and never thought I would, but after this dream I knew I wanted to do it. Sarah was able to schedule my appointment for the day of my sister-in-law’s birthday, which was important to me, and she met with me beforehand to discuss exactly what I wanted. I was nervous, but she reassured me that I was far from the only 60+-year-old woman for whom she had done a first-ever tattoo. She was confident and efficient, and the result is even more beautiful than I could have hoped.

Always great work! She can take an idea, tweak it if need be and make it work. Honest as in an idea I had- down the road over time may not look as it did initially and wouldnt be able to make it out; id rather know before hand vs later on when my tattoo no longer reads what it should.Highly recommend!
