REGINA is the absolute best... Great personality, very friendly and wonderful to work with... The whole process from beginning to end was amazing... From the shop being cozy and comfortable to Regina being the absolute professional. Being able to understand the vision (not knowing I was getting the whole leg done) that I wanted to finally executing the tattoo ... What can I say... The outcome was AMAZING... There are not enough words to explain how happy I am with the result of my tattoo... From one little fire dancer to the whole entire sleeve of Magical Greatness.... The details of the tattoo are IMPECABLE... From the Lamp from Aladdin (Her idea), to Squirt (Turtle) to the Mad Hatter Cat and even Jack Skellington. I can not stop staring at it saying wow I am so happy that I did this...For years I wanted to get my tattoo covered up because no one understood what the tattoo meant and finally found Regina to cover my original tattoo up and create a tattoo that is memorable. After a long year of many appointments and brainstorming.... the final product was out of this world.I get so many many compliments on the tattoo. that is sick the artwork is amazing The colors are great.. Where did you go to get this tattoo? The only person that I mentioned was REGINA from Village Tattoo in Bethpage.. Where do I even start? Ive watched Regina over the last 15 years become such a beautiful artist. She has art in her blood and it shows in her work. I asked Regina to create a unique tattoo, to honor my soul dog that I recently lost. To say I love it is an understatement. I just got my first ever tattoo at age 60 and I couldnt be happier! A friend had recommended Regina to me and I am so glad that I went with his advice! Regina is such a warm, down to earth person who instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She really listens to what you want and spends a lot of time on creating different options that she thinks you would like. This tattoo was really special to me as it was for my Mom who passed away 3 years ago. My Mom loved sunflowers so I decided to get a sunflower tattoo to honor my Mom and three smaller flowers to represent my children. Regina is exceptionally talented and watching my vision come to life was absolutely amazing. Reginas attention to detail is quite evident in every tattoo that she does, mine included. What an awesome experience for my first tattoo! When I contacted Gina through Instagram, she responded to me the same day. We went back and forth a few times and I booked my appointment. My first impression of the studio was amazing and spotless. I was immediately greeted by Gina. I enjoyed looking at all the unique decor. Gina printed the template for my tattoo and was so precise in how it looked. She has an artist’s eye and wanted it to be perfect. She explained everything to me before she started. I love my new tattoo and am thinking about what my next one should be! If you’re debating if you should try out Village Tattoo, you should! Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with!

If you want the best piercing experience this is the place to go. I use Lesa who is super knowledgeable and amazing at making it the least painful and quickest experience it can possibly be, but any of the girls who work there are great. They are all knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and patient in answering questions. ( And I had a lot!) The place is extremely clean and everything is sterile and Lesa explains everything shes using and shows them to you before it gets done. Great selection in different price ranges for what youre looking for. Quality jewelry and experienced staff. If you have to wait to be pierced there are so many cool and unique things in the storefront as well. Wont go anywhere else!

My experience here was amazing! I had an idea of butterfly wings, but there wasn’t anything online that I had totally loved. I showed Gina some inspo, and she crafted the most beautiful butterfly wings from the ideas I told her, and I absolutely loved them. Village Tattoo is a super clean, welcoming atmosphere. She made sure I was comfortable the entire way through and that I liked the placement, size etc. It was a very organized and easy going process. This is my second tattoo from here and I highly recommend!!

Village Tattoo is the most pleasant homely, boho style shop I have been in, the shops atmosphere alone is just so cozy and comfortable you are never in a rush to leave! This is now my second time getting work done by Regina and I know personally Ill never get ink by anybody else. This is the third time I have used Gina. I originally saw her work on Instagram and felt that her style was exactly what I was looking for. I already had a blue poppy single flower tattoo (tribute to my dad) done by somebody else and wanted to soften it up and add a little something to it. That was my first visit with Gina. Second visit was a monarch butterfly which also had significance to me. It came out amazing!! As they say, once you start you cant stop, so I had a third visit with Gina yesterday. We added another butterfly and some accent flowers, not take away, from the blue poppy flowers. Gina listened to my ideas and designed something that just was perfect. I am in love with the completed tattoo. She is such an amazing artist. I highly recommend.

The whole experience of getting my tattoo was wonderful! Making the appointment and the deposit was easy. The day of my tattoo, the shop was easy to find. I was glad that they have a parking lot, so I didn’t have to look for parking.Gina was fabulous! We spoke about what I wanted the tattoo to have in it, and why. I did not know how I wanted to lay everything out, so I told Gina to come up with something. When she showed me what she thought would be good, I was blown away by what she came up with! I have had two tattoos that are special to me done by Regina and I love them both. She did an anklet with hubby’s and mine initials. Also my dad recently passed and he was deaf she did the I love you sign in sign language with his signature. Can’t tell you what that means to me. She does amazing work!!

I am in love with the tattoo that Regina created for me. I originally went to her in June for a touch up of a small tattoo I had gotten somewhere else after seeing her beautiful cover up work on Instagram. While I was there, I told her about an idea that I had for another piece for my upper thigh. I told her I wanted it to include a mountain, a beach or a wave, a peace sign, and the word magic, and Regina designed something that captured my idea so perfectly. This tattoo is very meaningful to me: Its a mountain and an ocean for where I grew up and where I live now and a peace sign for my eternal search for peace which I find in the mountains and at the beach, and the word magic for when I doubt myself to remember we all have magic inside of us. The beach picture we used is actually a drawing of a picture my son took on my beach in Long Beach. Regina was so patient with me and I enjoyed the conversation we had while she was creating her masterpiece on my leg. The shop is so cute, eclectic, and clean, and the aftercare bag that she gave me was great. I have referred one friend so far, and even though I said I wasnt getting any more, I have another tattoo in mind already! Thank you so much for memorializing my lifelong journey where I can look at it forever 🩵

I absolutely love my tattoo. It is exactly what I envisioned- cosmos flowers for my son’s birth month. This was my first tattoo so I was a little nervous but Gina was fantastic throughout the whole process. She designed the tattoo right in front of me and I felt like I was part of the process and I could ask questions and give my input. Had a tattoo done on my chest a year ago by Regina and she was great so I decided to make an appointment to have her finish my half sleeve that needed completion. Had a great experience with Frank. My first time getting a tattoo, told him what I was looking for and he drew it up in less than a week. Went in and had it done. Quick, painless (for the most part lol), and done very well. Have gotten many compliments already for how good the work is and when I tell everyone the price they say that was good as well! Explained the aftercare and everything to me very easily. Would highly recommend this shop, was very clean and very comfortable. Would recommend Frank as well as I havent worked with Gina yet. Regina is an amazing artist! She took what I wanted and made it into a beautiful piece of art that I will cherish forever. She took her time throughout the whole process. Although I chose a black tattoo with shading, she told me that if I change my mind about adding color I can always add at a later time. We came across Regina after knowing Frank being local to the community. Regina was so great. She books out far in advance but was able to fit us in earlier from a cancellation. We showed her our inspiration and explained to her our vision for our tattoos and she drew something even more beautiful than we imagined! She was precise with our placements, made us feel so comfortable, and even explained the different needle sizes and techniques as she tattooed, not to mention so friendly and personable. We laughed the entire time we were there and had great conversations. Our tattoos are absolutely beautiful and we are both so beyond happy with our end result. I was suggested by a friend to see Regina, god am I thankful I did, I will never have another person touch my sleeve. She took the time to really get my design right since it is a memorial sleeve. Regina is a true artist. She heard my vision and designed my tattoo before my eyes. She took time and effort to bring it to life. The end result was more than I could ask for. Now I have this gorgeous piece to look down at and think of beautiful memories with my mom. My mom doesn’t even like tattoos and she absolutely loved it and was so touched by the sentiment. I found Village Tattoo looking for the right artist who could replicate a photo of my dog who passed away. Animal portraits are such a unique tattoo style and I knew i had to find the right artist to do it. Looking through Village Tattoos instagram page i found Ginas work, and WOW was I impressed. After making an appointment I went in and was impressed with the shop. It was clean, welcoming and most importantly sanitary. As Gina started working, I was blown away with how detail oriented and precise Gina was in creating my dog portrait. The final product looked exactly my boy Mac and I could not be happier. I had a sleeve design planned and will 100% be going back to Gina at Village Tattoo when I decide to get it done. Amazing work Gina!

Many years ago, I had made an appointment for a tattoo and Regina was the artist. Boy, did I hit the jackpot! 8 INCREDIBLE original tattoos and the most AMAZING 3 cover-ups later, I am still a devoted client and would never use anyone else. Regina has the ability to take the mish mosh of ideas in my head and create a BEAUTIFUL piece of art-exactly to what I would try to explain. But she always makes it even better! Her ideas, attention to the smallest details, wanting everything just so... is like no other. She takes pride in her work and it shows. Every tattoo she has done for me is a true work of art. I just finished with another one and cant wait to plan the next one. Trust me, SHE IS WORTH THE WAIT!!! Oh - the shop is immaculate and a great environment, too! Perfect setting!

I got both nostrils pierced by regina and i am so happy with how it came out. i had them pierced before by somebody else, but due to healing complications i had to get them done again. she was extremely precise and made sure both piercings were completely lined up. lots of attention to detail which i liked. the piercings came out really nice and she was very thorough when describing the healing instructions. i will definitely be coming back to her next time i want to get something else done.

Frank did an amazing cover up for me. I had a horrible tattoo on my shoulder, big and dark. Frank covered it with a beautiful mermaid and the old horror is gone forever. Frank was ready for me at my time scheduled, the shop is clean and comfortable. So many neat things to look at around the shop. Very clean bathroom (that is important to me) I was afraid to try to have my bad tattoo covered. What if it got worse?!! Frank put me at ease, promised a great result and he kept his promise. He is talent and a damn nice guy. I will be going back for more ink.

Took my 13 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The piercer was so knowledgeable and spent her time talking to us and making sure the placement of the earrings was exactly where my daughter and I wanted them. She talked her through the entire process and gave thorough instructions on cleaning them. Our experience was great! Definitely happy we went to someone experienced. Tattoo shop was bright and clean. Overall a better local option than the mall.

Frank is an absolutely amazing tattoo artist and makes you feel comfortable during the whole process! He definitely wants to make sure that the piece you envision in your head is what “comes to life” for your tattoo. He’s taken a bad cover up tattoo I got done at a shop near me and he’s making it an incredible piece of art work! I will hands down drive two hours when he’s working in Chicago just to have Frank tattoo me, no question. I won’t be going to anyone else for my tattoos! I would even travel to his shop in New York to have him do work on me. He’s fantastic!

5 star experience. I was very conflicted and undecided on what I wanted and Gina sat down and talked it out with me. I ended up with something completely different than I had planned.
