I just took my 9 year old to get her ear pierced for the first time here and Trina was awesome!! Id definitely go back and highlyrecommend her. She was great with me and my kiddo. I also got my ears done again. Very friendly and clean!!

Had my appointment, Talk about pressing way to hard!!! Although it looked great after, the purple didn’t take and the reasoning i got is “ purple is a hard color to take. So as time goes bye ( couple weeks the dots fall off , one leaf completely gone, now mind you i put another 50.00$ deposit to start another Tatt. I get another appointment to fix the Tatt and the picture is the result, Looks like crap and i’ll get it “ fixed elsewhere. 50.00$ deposit i got 2 small tatts to start a band, i’ll also go elsewhere. I’ve been getting piercings at coopa for years and I absolutely adore the people here. They’re all so friendly and professional. Coopas Creations is the only place I’m comfortable going to for piercings and I fully intend to go to them when I’m ready to get tattoos.

After having a poorly done labret piercing at another shop, I called here and asked about having my snake bites done. I requested having hoops instead of studs for the healing process and Jordan was more than happy to do that for me. She walked me through the whole process from piercing to healing. She marked, measured and double checked with me about placement. They came out beautifully and I love them so much. I will definitely be back for any other piercings I get!

I had Starsky do a piece on my chest that he was able to draw up with a somewhat poor explanation from me as to what I was looking for. After the first draft I was able to point out what I liked and what I wanted to change and he nailed it on the second one. The piece came out better than I could have hoped for or imagined. Will be bringing my girlfriend there for a memorial tattoo and then another piece for me later on. Highly recommend

Trina pierced my helix yesterday and did an amazing job! The piercing part was painless but about 5 minutes later I ended up passing out due to anxiety and she handled it very well. She was extremely calming and helped me relax once I woke up. I will definitely go back to her for another piercing!

Jordan helped me out today when I stopped in to get replacement jewelry for my navel piercing that had fallen out. The hole had shrunken a bit so she tapered it back to its proper size. She was gentle and had me refitted with new jewelry in just a few minutes. I am so happy, I will definitely come back here.

Went with my daughter and we each got a piercing. Trina did an amazing job she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend her to anyone!

I do not recommend. To start she used iodine to clean the area. Second when she originally pierced my ear she said I had a baby hair stuck in the hole so rather than remove the hair with tweezers she removed the needle which made me gush blood to the point I could feel it pool in my ear. She then re-pierced the same or close to the same hole and placed the jewelry in. Also the bar she used to pierce it was by far too short. The whole experience was extremely traumatic for my ear and I was set up for the piercing to fail even with proper aftercare.You also get no jewelry selection here.I went to Ink Manifesto today and Missy did a wonderful job cleaning the piercing (now wound) and sent me on my way to heal.0/5 recommend this place5/5 recommend Ink Manifesto two minutes down the street

Jordan pierced my bellybutton and it was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. She was very gentle&quick. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and be back myself for more

Went with my kid to get our ears pierced. Trina was great at alleviating worries and made the whole process as easy as possible. Will absolutely go back for more piercings with her. The shop was clean and had a welcoming vibe. Only downside is I didnt know tipping wasnt available on a card so I will go back with cash to tip my artists definitely next time. It was absolutely worth the drive. Trina is fantastic!

Katrina, was so amazing with my daughter. She got scared the first time and went back about 30 min later to try again. She talked her through the entire process. Couldnt have asked for a better person and experience getting my daughters ears pierced.

Got a double helix done the other day - Trina did a great job. Super sterile, virtually painless, and you can tell she knows her stuff. Staff was amazingly friendly and the prices were decent. The waiting area did smell like an ashtray, but the area I got my piercings in was very clean.

I got a naval piercing done by this facility last March, and I’ve had complications ever since. When I went to other professional piercing shops for help, they’ve stated that my original piercer had pierced me way too high, and used jewelry that was too small for this particular piercing. They also noted that the jewelry itself was not good enough quality for healing. I’m not sure what that means, but I’m just putting it out there. I am overall not very happy with this experience, and personally would not recommend this shop specifically for piercings

Super nice, super helpful. I had an issue with a piercing I received elsewhere (it was my fault - personal negligence) and they helped me out on the house.

Excellent tattoo shop! Coopa is a true artist and really works with the customer to ensure that their tattoo will look great, flow with the shape of their body, and continue to look good over time. I have worked with him twice now and definitely will a third time (at least). The rest of the crew is awesome as well and always provides top-notch customer service. They are all kind and down to earth people-- I have never felt like I wasnt cool enough to be there which was the feeling Ive had in other shops. I highly recommend!

Had an appointment for a tongue and rook ear piercing. Trina was amazing and made me feel at ease because I was nervous of getting my tongue pierced as everyone was telling me crazy stories. The tongue piercing didnt even hurt! During the wait of my appointment the guys that do the tattooing were very nice to everyone, kind of making everyone feel welcome and comfortable too. Will be back for a tattoo at some point when I know what I want done as well.

What a wonderful experience I had here! I was embarrassed about some scarring on my arm and wanted to have it covered. As always, I was hesitant to show the artist, but he took a look and quickly told me that they werent bad and would be easy to tattoo over. He continued to make me feel stronger and better about them. Im in love with my tattoo and will be going back for more work in the future.

Miss Katrina did an excellent job piercing my daughter today. She took the time to make sure the placement was correct and verbally walked us through every step before she performed them. 10/10 would go again.

This place is awesome! I got my third piercing on my ear lobes and a cartilage piercing. Trina is super professional and definitely knows what she’s doing. The area she takes you to get pierced is very sterile and comfy. Great staff!!!

I have gotten 2 tattoos here so far and I have LOVED both experiences immensely! The art is amazing and the tattoos both came out so good! The shop is clean and spacious and I will definitely be back for more!

I cant wait to have my next tattoo done by Tyler!Ive had 5 piercings done here and they have all been hardly painful at all. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about what they do, and they wont do a piercing or tattoo they dont think will be best for you. Love them!

By far the best tattoo shop in the greater Saco and Biddeford area. I have been there for three seperate block out sessions. All three main artists are great. Taylor is my personal favorite but I would go to any of them any day of the week. Skillful, knowledgeable, and capable hands. I suggest them for all your tattoo wants and needs. I have no piercings but I can second hand pass on that their piercer is top notch as well. Go down, check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I have gotten a few piercings from trina and she is amazing. They are covid19 friendly meaning I watched them wipe everything down everything nicely spaced with dividers .they wear masks.they had even rewashed the floors.this place is so clean. coopa is such an amazing artist. Starsky as well. Sorry if I spelt it wrong. Cant wait I am all booked up for may and ready. Call them if you want ink or piercing.

The best tattoo experience of my life. I got my third tattoo here with my fiancé and we both had a blast. Taylor and Starsky were amazing artists and their customer service skills were just as amazing. My fiancé had his first tattoo here and the artwork was truly amazing.

I came on the $50 tattoo day, when the new shop first opened. I got a tattoo that is wonky, uneven, and looks overall bad. I believe the guys name who did it was Skyler. He had only been tattooing for a short period of time, and I didnt know this before getting tattooed by him. He was the sweetest guy in the world, very very kind, but I feel embarrassed to have this on my body. My boyfriend had his hand tattooed by Coopa that day, too, and his tattoo is remarkable. Amazing and clean lines, healed beautifully. Im just very upset with mine. I debated posting this for quite a while, solely because of how nice and sweet the guy was, but every time I have to look in the mirror I get upset.

New to tattoo world, I had trepidation about the whole process going in. They made it super easy - explaining everything and making me feel safe. The end result is great. Highly recommend!

Called about a piercing got told they were there and able. Waited about 20 minutes before being turned away and asked to come back around 4 asked about making an appointment and got told no come back and try then. I wouldn’t have drove out there the first time if they had said they were busy for the day. Highly disappointed.

Don’t waste your time with this shop. I tried to get a piercing appointment for my kid. They tell me they don’t take appointments, but come in during their hours and they will do it.So I drive a long way to meet them and they never show. They put up a sign on the door, but nothing on their Facebook. or voicemail.They wasted my time and they will probably waste yours too. There are plenty of shops that do great work and act like professionals. Sometimes things happen that are beyond your control, and that’s life. But when you do something like this to your clients you need to work to make it right. These guys don’t care about that and won’t do anything for you.I also had to block them on Facebook because they were hassling me over their Facebook accounts

Had an appointment today with coopa. Amazing work. He did a cover up on my lower back..turned out better then I had thought it would look. I also had 2 piercings done by Trina. She is hands down best body piercer ever..thanks guys!!

We love Coopa Creations! Great vibe! Just an awesome place. Very clean and professional without feeling stuffy or pretentious. We as a band highly recommend Coopa’s! Then even if our singer wasn’t the owner, we would still recommend this studio.😊

Nothing about the tattoos as I dont have any and have not been to the store this review is solely about whoever drives the company car. On 1-14-19 whoever was driving that car was ripping over 80 in the slow lane and going all the way over to the fast lane and back. The driver is reckless and speeds just an awful image for your company. Clean up the driving boys or just get your logo off that little white van/SUV

Ever since I found Starsky at Coopas I wont go to any other shop. The atmosphere is just what I was looking for. Relaxed, sophisticated, no judgement zone. Would highly recommend any of the amazing artists at this shop.
