I’ve had two tattoos and 4 piercings done here within the last 6 months. Kat and Damon are absolutely amazing. The shop itself is inviting, clean and comfortable. All the artist that I have met there are super nice. Will only get work done here. As long as Kat is there of coarse.

Kat is the best tattoo artist I’ve ever had! She’s also easy to talk to and super fun! Blaine, Chris, Damon…really anyone that works there is awesome, but I go for the Kat🤘🏻

My husband and I are visiting from AR & we decided to get tattoos. The girls there were super welcoming and very friendly. Very clean and organized, and the tattoo turned out amazing. Next time in town were coming back here for another. Big shout out to them. Highly, highly recommended 👌

The best tattoo shop on the Coast hands down. Every time I have gone it is has been a clean, open, and professional environment. The artists always make sure I am comfortable before tattooing.

I got my first tattoo by Kat done in June of last year and I’ve only gone to her ever since. I’ve never left disappointed with the results of any of the 8 tattoos I have. The shop is a great and welcoming place and will be the only place I ever go for my tattoos.

I LOVE Carnivale Tattoo, I got my septum and nostril pierced here by Kat and everything went smoothly. When I had an issue about the look of my piercing, Kat was eager to help and made sure I was happy! highly recommended!!

Chris did this one for me, it is perfect without question! I went in with my wife for an early fathers day present, and he made me and my wife feel right at home. He is an amazing and genuine person and the vibes were perfect during my entire tattoo. We were able to pick the show to watch, music, and he even offered us drinks and snacks during my breaks. I got a small piece on my forearm and with the close attention he paid to placement and the details inside the tattoo itself, I know ill be back for larger pieces in the near future! If you love all black tattoos, anime, or video games Chris is definitely your man and will not disappoint!

This place is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I got tattoos from Blane, Kat and Annabelle and Im so happy how they turned out. Prices are really good and they have someone for any style you want. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Dont not go to carnivale tattoo!!!!! I went yestersay for the Friday the 13th event and yes granted tattoos were only $20 dollars and some would say you get what u paid for!!!,but the thing is it was an event to also help promote your business the work should have been good. I got 2 tattoos on my arm, done by an older white gentleman with a tattoo on his forehead he was so unprofessional he was blowing all over the tattoo gun with my needles in place didnt clean tattoo area or nothing ill never go back. I literally left the shop in tears me and my gf went for matching tattoos she ended up walking out and no I didnt leave a tipPs Ive been to this shop a couple different times threw out the past few years but for piercings

10/10 recommend. This is the only shop I will be going to. I walked In for my first tattoo. I had a bunch of inspo pics and they were honest on which artist would do the best work for my design. Everyone was super accommodating and kind! Chris did my tattoo and he is amazing! I got a loved ones handwriting and it came out perfect! I’m so happy with the result! I will definitely be rebooking! If you want to get an amazing tattoo and experience Carnivale tattoo is the place to go!

They are awesome! My husband and I went there last night and got a memorial tattoo for our stillborn daughter and they showed so much support and love! Most importantly they will now be our go to artists! They are very passionate about their work and value customers and each other! Very chill! Relaxing and fun environment! They are extremely clean! Sterilized EVERYTHING in front of us! If you nervous they will try their best to make you feel comfortable! Personally I have anxiety talking to people but I was extremely comfortable talking and being myself around them! Cant wait to go back!

If youre looking for anything new in black or to cover something up in black then Annabelle is the one. She did an awesome job!! Loving the new ink!!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!My soul sister and I waited 20 years to get our matching tattoos and Faron and his fiancé both exceeded our expectations.Faron did a small cover up of an old tattoo that I had since I was 16 and I am now 53. It’s incredible that I can’t tell that it was ever there. These two are the SUPER A TEAM!Go let them tattoo you, you won’t be disappointed!!

My wife got her first tattoo here. Annabelle rocks! Very gentle and sweet, especially knowing it was her first and she was a little scared. Chris AKA Therapy Session did an AMAZING JOB on my ikagi piece. Anyone who knows more about anime than me is ok by me!

Chris does AMAZING black and gray work, and Kat does AWESOME full color tattoos! 10 of 10 recommend both of them, along with the other artists I havent had the pleasure of working with yet!

I had a very pleasant experience here! I worked with the staff for easy scheduling and got in at a great time. They are extremely flexible with scheduling when they can be! The place was clean and well kept. Loved the atmosphere - it was cool! And then the artists were very detailed and passionate about their work. Even with just my small piece, artist Farron was taking his time to made sure it was just the way I liked it and showed it off to the shop when finished. This place is full of people that you can tell love what they do. They aren’t rushing. They aren’t pushy. They listen and check in on their clients during the tattoo. I’d recommend this place to everyone on the coasts and they deserve every penny they get. Also shot out to Annabelle who did my friend’s piece! She is amazing as well as Farron!I will be coming back here for future pieces and I don’t even live in Mississippi. Far better than my experience with Jack and Diane’s (3/5 stars) if you are someone trying to pick between the two.

I went here with my husband, I have never been so nervous. But the moment I stepped through the door I was excited, every single wall is covered in awesome designs. I met Drew and he was very cool, while doing the piercing he realized how nervous I was and was very kind and explained things for me and how easy it was to take care of a septum piercing. Just recently got my first ever tattoo here and it was a pretty sizable piece as well. I highly recommend Lex, she definitely knows what she’s doing. The service was great the whole time and I’m glad I got my first tat here :))

Customer service is horrible. Dont recommend this place at all. Called and asked for a piercer and they said 1..We showed up a little earlier and then they said 1:30 and another guy said they might not even come in today. Don’t respect a place that doesn’t hold their employees to a standard to even be on time. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Carnivale tattoo was amazing, especially Erandy! If you need a tattoo while you’re on the gulf coast she’s your girl! She’s responsive to email, patient, kind and gentle! She worked with us to ensure we loved the design and had all the detail and femininity we were looking for! She explained the whole process and used sterile techniques to provide a great tattoo experience! The are that the shop is located looked kinda sketchy but once inside we were pleasantly surprised! Carnivale tattoo does appointments as well as walk ins and has separate areas and artists to ensure they are able to accommodate both! They also offer piercings g but we did not have those services performed at this visit! Can’t wait to come back again, my mom and her are already working out her next design!!!

Chris is by far my favorite artist!! he’s done 2 of my tattoos and touched up 2 from another artist who messed them up, he definitely knows how to make you feel comfortable.. if you haven’t went to him, your missing out!

Went to get my piercings changed out the other day. Drew is the coolest guy and super sweet. I have a forward helix and my ears are super tiny and the spot was a tight fight but drew was so gentle I didn’t even feel it! Can’t say enough good things about him and everyone there! Much love 💗

I cant recommend this shop highly enough! Faron is an exceptional blackwork artist and I have gone back for four tattoos by him. The shop has a variety of very talented artists with different styles as well! They keep a very clean shop and handle everything with care. The shop itself is incredibly fun and welcoming, with a tremendous amount of flash art available and all sorts of interesting decor - including a fantastic Selfie Room made entirely of fractured mirror! If you are looking for precise, quality tattoos, this is the place to go!

I left no pain when I got a second nose piercing and have had no problems with swelling or pain, for that matter

I was so astounded by the atmosphere, environment, service and talent at Carnivale after getting a tattoo from Matt K that I returned the next day for another. I could NOT be happier with the work he did and the experience I had. I now have two new, beautifully done, meticulously worked on and fairly priced pieces of art that I adore. Matt takes his job very seriously and works to make sure his clientele are in love with their new art. 10/10 would recommend.Edited to add: more than a year later, I get sooooooo many compliments on my shoulder cap lotus mandala. People ask all the time where I got it, and then are disappointed when I tell them Mississippi and not somewhere local. My daughter has a spazz attack at another tattoo shop getting her ears pierced yesterday and refused to let the lady pierce the other ear. She’s only 6 and has extreme anxiety. We walked into one of the only tattoo shops open at a decent time on Sunday (or open at all) and Drew greeted us. He was so incredible he eased my daughter’s anxiety, talked with her, wasn’t pushy or insistent and showed her the different tools. He asked her if she wanted to sit by herself or in my lap. She picked my lap and she went with it! No crying, no trying to cover ears, no bleeding! If you have a young one needing to get pierced and don’t want to take them to some awful place like Claire’s. I highly recommend bringing them to Carnival and talking to Drew! I’d give ten stars if I could.

I called Carnivale on my way to Biloxi. Drew answered the phone and was very very nice and helpful. He asked me when I wanted to come in. I told him and he told me that he would do the tattoo himself. He was very thorough and very clean. Not only that he was one of the nicest artists I’ve ever had, I would definitely go back to him again and again. Thank you Drew for a wonderful experience. ☠️

Dalys Annistyn did a such a great job on my tattoo and I’m highly satisfied! She responded quickly in regards to an appointment, was very professional, and super kind! Faron did my blackout sleeve and I am in love with it!! He was really knowledgeable, professional, and seemed to really have my best interest in mind. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated! If you are looking for a blackwork tattoo, Faron is the artist to go to!!

Went for a few Friday the 13th tats and was blown away by the customer service! Amazing people. Rough with the application. But its to be expected with how many people that were waiting in line. I will definitely be coming back.

Had to drive out of my way to come here to get an infected dermal anchor on my face taken out, was worth it. Clean shop, nice area, nice people. The guy who took it out (Drew) was very nice and made it quick and painless. Gave me extra bandaids and qtips to take home as well.

Went there twice, the second time is when I had sort of an issue. It was late and the tattoo artists advised me to just come the next day which was ok with me, but one of the artists said she could do it. She had been crying or was having a mental breakdown. I asked if she was alright to do it, and she replied yes. I guess my mistake was trusting her. I asked for coordinates and they came out crooked, the upper part is even lighter than my lower part. Then she went to charge me $180 even though it took less than half an hour and they came out messy. They have good tattoo artists there, just be careful who you choose 🤷🏻‍♀️

Kaitlin is a nice young lady who I have been to many times and she has always gave me good quality tattoos I never had issues with healing. Shes very light handed but its to not destroy your skin and she does FREE touch ups! Very affordable and nice quality!

Got a tattoo done by Kaitlin, she was extremely polite, professional, and did an amazing job! She tattood for like 5 hours straight while taking minimum breaks and being personable. Would, and probably will go back. Kaitlin gets 5 stars, but the shop gets 4 because I cant stand when tattoo shops dont take card.

Dalys Annistyn Brought my vision to life and then some! I felt so comfortable with her gave me an amazing tattoo! I’m already thinking about what I want her to do next! Definitely made a client out of me! The shop itself and other artists there had an awesome vibe! I would rate more if possible!

I got a septum piercing about 4 months ago from a really nice piercer here, and it has been down hill since then. She never felt for my sweet spot, just went straight in with the grip/pincher, which hurt A LOT but I was told that would be the most painful part. When she pierced, it made a loud popping noise which shocked us both, and that was when the pain really set in. For the past four months I have been in so much pain, I haven’t even been able to kiss my husband normal or touch my nose in general. I went to another piercer who confirmed it was through the cartilage and not my sweet spot, and I had it removed. I do recognize that I probably should have taken it out sooner, but I really wanted the piercing to work out. I also probably could have gone to the shop and talked to her about the situation, she was very nice, but from what I have been told she should have known that it was the cartilage and also I just did not feel comfortable having to go to the shop and confront anyone. This review is an overall review of my personal experience. I would like to think the business is not a one star business, but thats what the review system is for, so people can discuss their experience and review of it.

I was very fortunate that one of the employees from this tattoo shop told me to try this place out !! I got a very large piece on the fleshy part of my arm and armpit, my artist was Nathan and he did a very good job. It barely hurt and the healing process was so easy. One employee stood out as well! Jewel was very helpful in setting up my appointment, she was quick to show me who my artist was, she was there to help me with literally anything i needed and it was all so quick ! I was very appreciative.

Absolutely love getting work done from Faron. His line work is impeccable. He’s done two of my tattoos so far and we’ve already planned out for a third. There’s no one else I’d want to tattoo me.

Ive been here a few times, for piercings and small tattoos. Their work was good, and the shop is definitely cool, but no one has ever been friendly (to me at least). Idk if its me or what, but I always make sure to be polite and tip well. Ive also messaged the fb page and a couple artists when looking to get somethig done, and have been ignored. Maybe its time to look elsewhere.

Matt is AMAZING! He is so damn good at his art it is ridiculous. I moved here from New Orleans two years ago and just happened to find the shop and decided to try it out. Matt had an opening and I went for it. His work is impeccable and any touch-ups that need to be made after healing he is happy to take care of. Everyone in the shop is friendly and willing to help out in any way. The way the team gets along with one another is so awesome! Matt has done 3 pieces on me and I am no where close to stopping!There was one night I was in there with no one with me, waiting to get a piece done. There was a rowdy customer and one of the guys (I wish I knew his name), came to check on me to make sure the rowdy guy wasnt giving me any problems. It was a very simple act of kindness that you normally dont get at other tattoo shops.Great job Matt and Carnival Tattoos. I will be a long time customer and will always recommend you!

I had an awesome experience for my first tattoo. Came in with some references but dont exactly have a clue on the official design. Nathan really executed on how I wanted it to look like. He also made it look better than I had imagined. The line work is clean and crisp and I cant wait to go back for more!Shirley also does my piercings and she has been amazing to work with!

Closes at 9pm. Was there @ 647pm with a very simple piercing request (get help putting the balls in the cars in my ears), no piercer was in shop and no other help given. Sad way to do business.

My friend and I had tattoos done today during their $20 tattoo deal. When we walked in, around 2 pm, we were welcomed warmly by Cat and Kristin and had a great time chatting with those in the waiting area. We had about 5 people in front of us so we stayed because duh $20 tattoos! Around 5 pm, we got called back to Kaitlyn, the tattoo artist. We then spent almost an hour waiting on a stencil to be properly fitted and Kaitlyn was already aggravated and frustrated before we even got called back. Every time the stencil was placed incorrectly, she would wipe it off aggressively and talk about how frustrated she was and she didn’t want to be doing this part of the job. She made several “jokes” about not getting paid enough for these tattoos and mentioned getting “ripped off” as well. My friend and I were very excited about these tattoos and highly disappointed afterwards because of Kaitlyns poor attitude. Thankfully, our tattoos do not reflect her thoughts of her job and turned out very clean. I don’t recommend Kaitlyn as a tattoo artist, but I do recommend going for the rest of the welcoming shop staff.

The shop was able to get me in day of. Everyone was so kind. Drew did a marvelous job on my tattoo and I would definitely come back for another tattoo.

Gaia was my piercer and she did a great job! I got my belly button pierced and she was quick nice and helpful. The shop is very clean and welcoming.

Wonderful service, I was able to walk and and be greeted by someone who made sure i was helped, they went out of theor way to be able to make me the tattoo I wanted for a reasonable price, I will be going back for more.

This location does not care or have any concerns about scheduling. We attempted to go in as walk-ins to get two tattoos and we were told that they didn’t have anyone available and then we will have to come back tomorrow at 12 PM we will be the first customers… We get there at 12 PM the next day After waiting for an hour we were told that no artist were available or would be available until after 5 PM. we were also advised that if we come back four days later someone might be able to assist us…4days??? We don’t live in the area so the 4days wasn’t a option..:,We asked if there was any other tattoo shops in the area and we were told there are no shops open on Sunday other than them. Which I felt was a huge lie……So we did our own search and so glad that we did we found another shop That brought us in and was honest and did an amazing job. Do yourself a favor stay away from this location they don’t care about your time so don’t waist it here !!!!

I came in for a pierce not so long ago, possibly a month ago to get my nose pierced. It was very standard pierce but a pierce non the less. Kay was so awesome and had amazing confidence! Her work was very professional and was quick and clean! I will always request her if I decide to have another pierce!

I went in to get my septum pierced and the piercer was amazing. I forgot her name, but she was super nice and quick. I was super wary of getting any piercings, but my nose is healing great, no irritation from the metal at all. I cant wait to go back 😌

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Waited 45 minutes after a girl said they would draw a tattoo up. A couple walked in 35 minutes after us and was able to get hers drawn up and measured on her arm. We asked and the guy said, “I only talk to certain people.” He literally have ZERO cares. Do not recommend this place.

Got my first tattoo here on a girls trip with my mom and sister. Super cool environment, very clean, and Matt was so patient with me as a first timer. He spent extra time to make sure I was comfortable and the tattoo turned out amazing. Will definitely be back!

Service was much better vs the tattoo shop at Edgewater Mall! We walked in & felt welcome. They let us know the piercer was on her way - not bad for a walk in. Gaia is awesome! If I get any more piercings, Ill come here!

This is the second time Ive been to this shop and I absolutely love it! The first time was to get some ink. I came in today to get pierced. Ive wanted my nips pierced for years but Ive always been afraid. I went in tonight and met this wonderful lady named Shirley. The harmony and atmosphere from the whole team of artists here is just amazing. They work together and ask each other if they need or want anything on store runs. Theyre all very friendly and talk to you. And Jessica did an AMAZING job on my hip tattoo. It was my first one and the conversation was friendly throughout my entire 4 ish hours. I missed my Draw up appointment, but she was so quick and friendly about getting me another one and getting me in quick for my tattoo the NEXT day. Also, her work is gorgeous and Im in love with the flower piece she did for me. HIGHLY recommend this place. Great group of artists here. :)

Got an industrial today by Shirley, and was very happy with the experience! She was very polite and professional, while still being personable. We chatted about my 7 year old, who was hanging out with her child while I got my piercing, as well as just chatting about growing up. I felt like I was with an old friend. She was also very thorough while explaining how to care for my healing piercing. If I wasnt moving away soon, Id definitely come back for my next piercing!

Fantastic experience at Carnivale! Went in for earlobe piercing and Gaia helped us from the beginning. Gaia was incredibly friendly and relaxed, helped with the nerves. Gaia provided plenty of instruction and walked us through each step of the process, which was greatly appreciated since this was my first piercing. Price quoted was also cheaper than other tattoo shops in town. Friendly, quick, professional, great price, would highly recommend.

Me and my husband got each others initials on our wedding ring fingers. Patrick designed my husbands tattoo on the spot and we loved it. If we were here for longer wed definitely get more work done here. Everyone was super friendly and the shop itself was super clean.

The best tattoo experience Ive ever had! The staff was so accommodating and nice. I went in thinking I was just going as moral support for my cousin and left with a new piercing and tat! Went in for the $13 Friday the 13th tattoo, the place was completely swamped! There were 401 people signed up and they were issuing rain-checks to customers arriving late. Since we drove 2hrs to the event, they said that they would take care of us if we hung around after they finished the numbered customers. Ended up being 4:00am before leaving. The staff was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Every thing was very clean and organized. Some of the artists had been there for 16hrs just to make sure that EVERY customer was taken care of that had a number. I can not recommend this place enough. The whole staff was AWESOME! I plan on going back and getting a couple of pieces of body art. The portfolios of the work the artist have done , left me with out words to describe the beauty of their work. The crisp lines, the perfect shading and vibrant colors left me with my jaw open in shear awe the the details put into these pieces of ART. Thank you to all of the staff and artist for being so awesome!

I went in yesterday to see Shirley for a VCH piercing. She was very friendly and an amazing piercer! I was very nervous but Shirley put me at ease, talked me through the entire process of the piercing and the aftercare instructions. I went to Shay to get a memorial tattoo. I got two small butterflies. To say she did an amazing job would be an understatement. She was the best tattoo artist I’ve ever gone to. I’ve been getting tattoos from Carnival for the past couple of years and I love them all. I drive from Tuscaloosa every year for a girls trip and we stop in for a tattoo.Faron O’Neil tattooed me this year and it’s my favorite of all of my tattoos. Faron has a gentle hand and I literally almost fell asleep during my tattoo! I’ll be back to see him next year, and maybe sooner if I can swing it!I also got my nose pierced by Shirley and she did an awesome job! Shirley looks at where you want your piercing and gives great profession advice. If the area you want your piercing isn’t right (won’t heal well, you don’t have enough room for what you want, etc.) she’ll tell you.Carnival is a super fun environment and everyone is nice and friendly. You can spend hours looking around and not get bored. Every time I’ve been in the shop it’s been very clean and they clean continuously while you’re there. Every artist is honest and will tell you if something won’t look, heal, last, or work well where you want it. I value their expertise and willingness to provide this information. I’m putting something permanent on my body and I want to be sure it looks and heals the best that it can.

Went here over the weekend for a leg piece. I was helped as soon as I walked in. Tracy was my tattoo artist. She did an awesome job at making sure I was happy with the design, placement and overall just making sure I was comfortable before getting started. It’s hands down my favorite tattoo now and I’ll definitely be going back to her soon.

Faron did my *first* ever tattoo this morning! He made sure I liked the placement and felt comfortable! I got a semi colon in honor of my father who passed last year. He said he would touch it up if it fades and told me exactly how to take care of it! The tattoo means a lot to me and everyone in the shop was kind and welcoming.

Christian run a really efficient shop, very clean and comfortable. The tattoo artist are very efficient. The price is right, you get what you pay for. Cheyenne and Jessica are the best, my favorite two artist. If you want an anime or action based tattoo they are the ones to see. There are other good artist there too, but everyone has a favorite. Carnivale was absolutely fantastic! My boyfriend and I impulsively decided to get tattoos, and they let us walk right in and get a spot with an artist. Understandably, we had about a 3 hour wait. But it was totally worth it! Cory was a super sweet guy and had some really good ideas for my first tattoo. Besides all this, Cory and the other employees were great and helped me feel comfortable while getting inked for the first time. Other than the discomfort of actually getting the tattoo, my experience with Carnivale was awesome, and my tattoo is pretty dope as well. I hope to be returning soon!

I came in on vacation to get a permanent souvenir. I was worried about getting in so last minute but the artist Faron ONeil worked really hard to help fit me in. he was my tattoo artist and he not only gave me a reasonable price I could work with, but he showed the upmost excitement and care towards my tattoo. ive been to a few places where artists make you feel like a burden for being there but that was the opposite with him. Id recommend him to anyone looking for new ink. I love mine and the experience with him made it 10x better.

Went for dermal piercing. Was put in crooked. Piercer let me walk out with it not right. Not cool. I noticed right away it was wrong. She was nice enough and did other piercings decently. I’d just never recommend getting a dermal there. Went it got it fixed/redone at a different shop.

Went there two months ago and had a septum piercing. Today I took my friend down to get an industrial. The piercer recognized me from before, was friendly and personable while still having an air of professional. Would highly recommend.

Carnivale is an eclectically decorated and superbly clean shop with great artists. I visited Matt K. back in August 2013 and was very happy with the work. Ive been tattooed by him before and I have 0 complaints about his work. Hes capable of doing pretty much anything from cover ups to custom work. He also goes above and beyond to make sure that youre getting what you want and that you leave the shop happy. Hes very gentle handed and is quite meticulous about his work and setting up. Never a worry when getting a tattoo from him! I highly suggest him to anyone in the Biloxi area.

I had carnival recommended over so many other parlors here and I can confirm it is among the better ones here. Very professional artists with a chill environment. The tattoo itself turned out very good for a reasonable price. If I wasnt leaving in 2 weeks I would for sure be getting another.

I came in around 2 pm for an estimate on a tattoo I wanted. When I walked in, there was no greeting. I stood there for about a good minute until I realized about 5 people were in the corner booth watching one coworker tattoo another one. They were all staring at me and chatting among themselves. I said “hello?” And none of them replied. I sat there and waited for about 15 minutes until a girl came out and asked if I had been helped. I told her no, and she went to grab someone for me who eventually (after about another 15 minutes of waiting) finally helped me.I think this tattoo shop is only for people that have just turned 18, honestly. As an adult, I feel like I’m in highschool again I this place. It’s not really professional, and the atmosphere isn’t very calming. I recommend Biloxi ink, who has a very lovely environment, and extremely professional staff.

So far so good. Theyre drawing up a half sleeve for me right now and I cant wait to see what they come up with. I did a lot of tattoo shopping before I stopped here and decided on them. Everywhere from ocean springs to Bay St Louis and this was the best shop by far artwork wise. Usually I dont get extremely excited about tattoos but this one Im anxious, excited, so ready for the garbage on my arm to be taken care of oh, Im just super excited. I have been to Carnivale for two tattoos and 1 peircing, all 3 done by different people. I have never been to a more diverse and inclusive place of business. They are immensely friendly and thorough with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get new art on their body whether it be peircing or tattoos.

We made an appointment at another shop to get my daughters ears pierced for her 10th birthday - we were stood up! We were able to do a walk in at Carnivale and have them done, these guys saved the day! Very friendly and very clean! Well be back!

I have gone to Carnival to get work done 3 times! By far the most incredible work I had done was by Brian Kent! My first two pieces from Carnival were two watercolor pieces on my forearm, a wave close to my elbow and a compass close to my wrist. There was an area between the two that needed to be filled and Brian more than stepped up to the plate to give me an incredible piece. He blended colors to tie all 3 pieces together with a beautiful and incredibly well outlined map in the middle. I first encountered Brian’s amazing talent during the Friday the 13th special where he tattooed an adorable little Dino on my upper ribs at about 2 in the morning! He was just as amazing of an artist then as he was this evening. He has the most peaceful presence and it is expressed in his skill and artistry with a tattoo gun. Incredible artist. Highly recommend and will be the most missed part of Mississippi for me personally!!

But when we walked in, some if The artist were all sitting around talking and none actually wanted to get up and at least see what I was wanting to get. One actually rolled his eyes and blew me off. We actually talked about going somewhere else but decided to see what happened. My artist was amazing, real gentle and very nice but the others just seemed rude and didnt want to be there. I cant remember my artists name.l, but thank you. I love my tattoo! If I could give my artist 5 stars I would, but my review is for everyone else.

I got 3 great tattoos there and today was my 4th tattoo. However because of the poor customer service I got today I will not go again. The two apprentices were dismissive and rude. I waited 1.5 hours for a quote and when they were doing the quote they left me for 20 mins to help a customer that just got in.

I came in today to get my nose pierced and Cheyenne was the absolute sweetest! I was really nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable and now I’m so in love with my new piercing!

I went on Friday the 13th to get one of their special tattoos for 13 dollars. It is my first tattoo, and I was nervous. It was a long wait because it was a special event, but it was worth it. I had the sweetest man doing my tattoo, I think his name was Mike. He calmed my fears, got me comfortable and started on a simple part of my tattoo to calm my fears about the pain. It was the easiest time of my life.Now I have a special cat on my leg and my lucky number, 13. It was a fabulous experience and I am so glad my friend told me about this place. I WILL be back for tattoo number two! :D

A friend and I decided on getting some tattoos so we wanted to get them done at this particular shop. When we walked up to the door a gentleman approached us asking if we were getting piercings or tattoos. We told him tattoos and then he proceeded to ask us what kinds and for a picture. All of that was fine but then he said he will have to go next door to the restaurant, since the artist were out eating, without knowledge of placement or size. The gentleman came back saying the tattoo would be $120-$140. It is disappointing to see that an artist that isn’t willing to speak with customers but charge way more for a tattoo without the knowledge of placement not size. Very disappointed.

I arrived at Carnivale tattoo yesterday after i booked an appointment to ensure the artist Nathan could do my tattoo. Nathan and i agreed on a intricate cross covering most of my forearm. Both of us knowing this would be a lengthy tattoo Nathan asked me to book the appointment later in the night which was not a problem. Nathan tattooed for 7 hours. Yes 7 hours of a forearm tattoo. Not only did the dedication of a young artist like Nathan impress me but all the other tattoo artist in the shop popped in to take spook at Nathan’s work and also check on myself. This shop and all of their artist take extensive pride in their work and it shows in the level of skill and the level of extreme quality this shop produces. This tattoo shop will always have my business. If i could rate more than 5 stars i would but they limit me to 5!!

I got my nose pierced here. Katie Bloom is the BEST! I highly recommend her for any piercing. The place is very clean and the staff is super nice!
