This is the place to bring your girls to get their ears pierced!! I brought my older daughter here 2 years ago and my younger daughter today. The staff Casey and Autumn know their stuff. They make sure my girls feel comfortable and feel in control of the process. And they are an amazing resource and support for aftercare as well. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful as well. Thanks again for everything you guys!!!

Best experience ever! The atmosphere is chill and friendly, and everything about the process felt safe and professional. Casey did an incredible septum on me without clamps thats perfectly straight, and made sure it was as comfortable of a process as being stabbed can be. The person staffing the counter (So sorry, did not catch your name) was also wonderful and friendly. The piercing was super affordable at $40 plus jewelry cost, and they have an incredible collection to choose from. Dont think Ill ever be able to go anywhere else for another piercing after this.

My partner’s daith piercing fell out from a different studio and we went in to have it put back in. The workers were phenomenal! So kind and explained everything! They treated my partner wonderfully! Ya’ll are amazing!

I got a double helix done at different place and almost a year later it wasn’t healing no matter how hard I tried. I saw the reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Autumn was fantastic! She looked at my piercings and switched the earrings for better quality jewelry. She was so good at answering my questions and educating me on the proper aftercare! My ears feel better after just less than a week! Everyone at the front was super friendly as well! I will definitely be getting my future piercings here!

My 8yo requested ear piercing and I wanted to make sure it was done right- with a needle, with the child understanding what was happening and consenting to the procedure, knowing they could back out any time. When I heard about Autumn and Punctured, I didnt think they could be as amazing an experience as I was hoping for- but it turns out they were even better! Autumn explained everything so thoroughly, let the kiddo lead, and made the experience painless. It was seriously amazing and I would recommend Punctured (and especially Autumn) to anyone looking for a piercing.

Our girl had her nosed pierced a few months ago. This was done out of state as she is a college girl. We were recommended to Punctured Piercing by our daughter in law. They were quite busy, but Autumn asked if we could come back later that evening. I’m so glad we did! She took such great care of our girl! I would recommend punctures to anyone who is interested in getting pierced! I went to punctured to receive help with a previous piercing. They were so kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. I ended up going back to get that piercing repierced by Autumn. Autumn was thorough, knowledgeable, kind and just amazing. The studio itself is super welcoming, clean and just a safe vibe.

I had to come into the shop because my previous shop had pierced me with the wrong jewelry for my daiths and that jewelry got embedded into my ear. Punctured piercing was amazing they helped to get it out and put the right jewelry in and Im feeling so much better. They were so professional, patient, and kind and Im ready to do all my future piercings with them.This shop is a must

Casey (the shop owner) tattooed me and my dad. Super cool dude. Im not vegan, but heads up its a vegan friendly shop which is pretty cool. Not heavy handed, super clean, great work, and fun to be around. Also very fair with pricing. Update: ive now been tattooed by Casey 3 times, the work has held up beautifully and I continue to gets lots of compliments on the pieces he’s inked on me. Seriously an amazing artist and well worth the wait to get in for an appointment. Further update, I’m still going to Casey for almost every tattoo. Tad (another artist at punctured) has been tattooing me as well now and he’s also fantastic. Tad usually has a shorter wait if you’re impatient!

The staff members here are so kind and knowledgeable. I came randomly to get my nose ring swapped out and have been back several times for new jewelry and to get some piercings. They have been super patient with all my questions and Autumn helped me curate my ear pieces and piercings. 100% recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at Punctured Piercing! Our appt was for a consult for a piercing for my teenage daughter and we ended up getting it done too. Autumn took time to ensure we both understood each step, that she felt confident my daughter had the capability to take appropriate care, and asked for consent with each step in the process (also provided a great platform for follow convo around consent)! I came here to get an initial large gauge piercing, and everyone at this studio could not have been more awesome and professional. Casey performed a very high quality piercing with a flat blade scalpel at the proper angle with measurements taken to ensure evenness. Casey and staff explained everything in detail including how the piercing was performed, sterilization procedures, quality of jewelry, and after piercing care and healing time expectations. This was my first time coming to this shop. It was recommended by a friend and this place is awesome! I came to get my septum pierced and it turned out amazing. Kaylynn did my piercing and she was so sweet and explained every step and the healing process. Very sanitary and a very warm welcoming environment. Ash was also very sweet! I’ll probably be coming here for my next tattoo, I definitely recommend.

Top notch service, highly recommend! Daughter had earring all infected and they got her in quick and treated her well. Reasons are more expensive than other places but great quality. Weve spent more on garbage earrings that were supposedly good quality before.

Took my girlfriend to get her septum pierced, she wanted it done for over 2 years, I wanted my nostril pierced and couldn’t find anyone to trust. My coworker told me this was a great place to get tattoos or piercings. Everybody was so welcoming, made us feel very comfortable and relaxed :) 10/10 highly recommend👍🏼 Kaylyn or Kaytyln (can’t quite remember) is phenomenal!

This is my absolute favorite place to come to for piercings! They have quality body jewelry and so many different options to choose from. The wonderful receptionist helped me choose the jewelery and was super helpful and friendly. I have been pierced by 3 different piercers here, and all have done quality work. The atmosphere is so inclusive and made me feel very accepted and safe. They are super helpful and take the time to answer any questions you have.One thing that stuck out to me was how Autumn handled piercing me. She asked for consent every step of the way, and took their time even though it was a busy day. I cant stress enough how amazing this shop is. Thank you!!

Great place, super sterile. They dont do piercings under the mask unless youre fully vaccinated. I got an eyebrow piercing today and definitely will come back when Im fully vaccinated for a septum!

Quick Summary: What an amazing experience. Cleanliness is huge here. We wore masks, and sanitized our hands. I saw every staff member sanitize their hands at least once while I was in the shop. Staff members were friendly and helped us quickly. The confidence boosts given to my daughter by _every_ staff member were huge. I highly recommend this establishment.----(I am terrible with names. Names are approximate.)My daughter has very high anxiety about her ears. She asked my wife and I to take her to get them pierced which was a shock to us. I found this shop on Google Maps, and Ive seen it while in line at Arbys. After checking reviews I decided we would take her here.We were greeted at the door by Ash(?), and she walked us through the start of the process. She told us that my daughter is her boss through this entire process. Casey(?) with the flatcap reaffirmed that as he walked by.Once the earrings were picked and release forms were signed, we went back and met Kaitlyn(?). She went through the entire process with my daughter. She explained that its her body and stop means stop immediately. She absolutely will not do anything with the piercing without her consent. Shes the boss.My daughter was not able to garner enough courage this time. Even though we werent able to do the piercing, everyone was extremely friendly. Its not about the sale, but rather the customer. When my daughter is ready we will be coming back here. I fully recommend this business and their approach to customer service.

Absolutely amazing service! I just got my ear lobes pierced by Kaylynn, she was super pleasant to work with. She is very caring and has a beautiful personality. I took my 11 year old daughter here for her first ear piercings, and it was an amazing experience. She sat down and the piercer talked to her about how this is her body, and at each step of the process, she has the ability to say no or back out at any time. She was walked through everything that was happening, and it was amazing!This is the second time I’ve taken her to get her ears pierced, but the first time she was too scared to continue after watching her sister get hers done. This place was a night and day difference, and I’m so glad we decided to spend the extra money and come to Punctured!

I’ve been pierced a dozen times here and always feel comfortable, heard and more like myself every time I leave. The staff are all working to become the best in their field and are just hands down so precious.

I didnt get a piercing here, but I did come to get high quality jewelry for a daith piercing Ive had for 7 months that is still healing for some reason. Customer service was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. The jewelry is pricey - I paid around $126 for three daith captive bead rings and three gemstone captive beads that I can exchange with any ring. While not the cheapest, it is a high quality implant grade titanium, not just some mystery metal that could give you a reaction. My daith piercing is less painful after changing it for three titanium. They also were able to fit me in as a walk in to help me change the ring and they answered all my many questions. Will be coming back here for more ear jewelry!

My absolute favorite piercing shop ever! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They still require masks (which they happily provide since most of us arent carrying them around anymore), which is totally understandable they deal in puncturing flesh! bodily fluids might happen! I figure if my doctors office is still requiring them, it makes perfect sense that a shop like this would, too. All in all I have never left Punctured Piercing & Tattoo without a huge smile on my face (and usually some fun free stickers!)

I came in for a jewelry change for my two helix piercings. They ended up being upset cause the rings were too small, so I came back in. Which is the only reason why this is a 4 not 5 star review. Kaylynn fixed the issue and made sure all the seamless hoops were actually seamless. She was so kind and gentle on my upset piercings. Definitely recommend going to see her on a Sunday, you wont regret it!

I brought my daughter here to have her ears pierced. She was so excited to have it done, but then struggled when we got there. Casey was super patient and kind. He helped her work through what was upsetting her. He never once pressured her to do it and made sure she felt completely comfortable and on her own terms. I know her appt took way longer than normal, but he never appeared to be bothered. He spoke directly to her and made sure to help her have the best experience he could. I was very happy with how well Casey did working with my daughter.

This facility is so welcoming, and clean! You watch them sanitize everything right in front of you. I can tell they go above and beyond to maintain a meticulous level of cleanliness. I was impressed and felt very comfortable with the sanitation.Tad did an AMAZING job with my tattoo. He sketched up my idea perfectly, and did a wonderful job. Its healing nicely and Im impressed with his work!This is also a very welcoming place to have young girls ear piercings completed. This place was amazing! I have a illness that makes a needle pinch feel like a amputation. But the girls that were there were really patient and understanding of my illness and anxiety. Their hair and piercings were amazing too. Thank you for being so kind and understanding and for Casey with his artistic work.

Extremely over priced especially for just surgical steel. Talked me out of getting my piercings placed now I wanted them because of what HE considered to be more aesthetically pleasing. Took his advice and ended up not liking them. He also put the VERY wrong kind of jewelry in for a new piercing to be able to heal. Low and behold piercings did not heal and ended up rejecting after 3-4 months of following cleaning rules to a T. Not worth it for the price at all.

Ive been going to this place for a few years on and off now. I just recently got a tattoo done there and I love it! Theyre currently really strict with covid rules but that is to keep themselves and customers safe during these uncertain times! Theyre very health forward, and also ask for pronouns with paperwork as well as in person. They make it a all inclusive area! And their jewelry is all locally sourced from local artists, and theyre amazing!

Great place! I took my 9 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced after another piercing studio refered us to them. They were so nice and walked me through the entire process. We made an appointment to come back later in the week and when we went back for our appointment, they explained everything again and answered all my questions. The place is very clean and they are thorough with sterilizing. Casey did the piercing and it was so quick- I asked him when he was going to do the second ear and he had already done it! I love their jewelry selection too. Unfortunately some earrings were out of stock, so if you are picky maybe go preview the selection beforehand to make sure the ones you like the most are in stock. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them for piercings!

Kent did my nipple piercings and they were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, and the piercings turned out amazing. They used surgical grade steel and had some great jewelry options. The shop is also a really nice, inclusive space for LGTBQ folks. Its rare to find that kind of environment in Utah, so I definitely recommend supporting them.

Caseys work is amazing. He has done both mine and my husbands tattoos for the last 3 years and Ive never been less than ecstatic with them. He is a freaking awesome piercer and treats his clients on exactly what they should expect through the whole process. The jewelry in the shop is GOOD quality, as it should be. I always recommend coming here versus going to a mall piercer. The quality is well worth the price.

My daughter got her ears pierced here 4 months ago. They were amazing to work with. They talked her through everything and made her feel in charge of the process. They were professional and kind. This place is so worth the money. We had to take her back today because one of her ears was a little red and crusty and I unknowingly took her earrings out to help it heal. Well it started to close up. They helped get her earrings back in and were so kind and helpful. I recommend them to everyone!!

True talent is hard to find. I have gone back multiple times for more work. Always been very well taken care of. I cant go any where else again. Seeing the painstaking steps they take to maintain a sterile and clean shop is truly impressive! They only use Top quality jewelry! MRI safe!!!! So yes the jewelry in not cheap, they dont compromise on that. To me that speaks volumes to how serious they take this. Talented people who laugh, joke, and do everything they can to make you happy and comfortable. Ask questions, get there opinion. Casey will never steer you wrong!

This place is amazing!! Jewelry is gorgeous, and there are so many different styles!! My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced for her birthday. Casey did the piercing. At the end she said thank you and gave him a hug and kiss on the cheek. Whenever we go to pick out new jewelry she is always wanting to see Casey!! George at the front desk is fabulous!!! Incredible people, and incredible jewelry selection. Ive been Dereks customer for about six years, and the guys at Punctured are absolutely on par with his professionalism and experience. They are all able to give advice, and no matter who you talk to, youre going to be well taken care of. The shop is clean and welcoming, and has an excellent ambiance. Its a nice place, with unbelievable jewelry, and excellent people who work there.

Got a beautiful dainty eyebrow piercing from Casey back when he had a shop in Boston. That shop closed unfortunately but Casey was awesome! Super friendly, advised me well on jewelry choice, and was very professional and explained the whole process as he went. The piercing itself was quick and as painless as shoving a needle through flesh can be. Two months later it is healed beautifully, no migration or signs of rejection, which I think is common with eyebrows.

We took our 6 year to see Casey to get her ears pierced and the whole experience was amazing! The receptionist and Casey both had the best energy. Both were so great with my 6 year old. Everything was sterile and he didnt open any of it until I was in the room. He was great at explaining everything before and after. Just so happy with the overall experience!

I went to get both of my daiths pierced, and I was so nervous! Casey talked about why the piercing goes where it goes, and he talked me through the whole process. He made me feel so calm and made the process really easy. I dont remember the the receptionists name, but they were so great as well! They were bright and happy, and it was fun to pick out my jewelry with them! My mom went with me (because I was too scared to go alone, haha) and she also talked about how great it was and she really appreciated Casey! If I were to ever get another piercing, I would definitely go here! Its also nice that they do appointments, a few other studios I called did not and they usually had a 2 to 3 hour wait.

I was able to schedule a time for my daughter and myself to get pierced. Casey and the whole staff made my daughter feel special, even playing her favorite songs. My Mom and I came in to Punctured last night specifically to be pierced by Derek. Weve been talking about having our helix piercings done for a while now, but couldnt find a piercer or shop we felt totally comfortable with.I called Punctured on a whim, and Derek answered. I spoke with him on the phone for a good 10-15 minutes, and immediately felt comfortable choosing him! He explained to me what to look for in a piercer, in a shop, and in jewelry, so that even if we did not go with him, we would choose somewhere that was safe and reputable.When we arrived last night, everyone at the shop was so friendly and helpful. It was extremely clean and organized, and Derek helped educate us even further on the jewelry we wanted to choose that would best fit our style. The entire process was so enjoyable and pleasant, even the piercing!We love our new little additions, and we had a great time! Thanks to Derek for making us feel so welcome and comfortable, and for educating these newbies on all things piercing!

The jewelry selection is amazing and though I dont yet have a tattoo, if I ever decide on one I will be going here. The shop is kept super clean and everyone there is very friendly.Ive had 4 piercings done by Derek now and every time had been amazing. My first piercing I was so nervous I think I spent a good hour going through everything with him. Probably drove him crazy, but he was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we proceeded. He explained exactly what I should expect for healing and everything he was doing to make sure my piercing not only looked perfect, but was safe.But honestly the biggest thing he did for me was he made me feel comfortable. I have issues with my body and sometimes do not feel comfortable in my own skin which makes it difficult to allow people close to me if Im not super comfortable with them. But Derek is very approachable and loves what he does so I felt not only comfortable, but confident in my body (and its new jewelry). I have plans for several more piercings and maybe one day soon a tattoo.

This is a go to place for my family! My husband got a pretty large tattoo from here, my sister-in-law got both of her daith piercings here and I recently got my helix pierced from here.Each time we come in they are kind, professional and overall wonderful to work with. I was extremely nervous for my piercing and the individual completing it was incredible at keeping me laughing through the process.Also, they are extremely hygienic. Whether they are doing a tattoo or piercing it looks like a physicians office. That is how high their standards are.I am absolutely in LOVE with this place and we will come here for all tattoos or piercings from here out.I would highly recommend them!

The jewelry is great, but the employees are even better. I went in to get a new nose ring with my friend and Francis was the best! She was soooo sweet and helpful and honestly I would go back just to see her. My friend showed me her tattoo and raved about her experience at this place. She said they also do piercings and have a ton of high quality jewelry. I needed a new septum ring and thought I’d give them a call to find out their prices ranges. I got the price range but was recommended to come in and check the septum rings out since there was a large selection. I showed up later that day and Travis Jamison behind the counter remember me calling. He was super helpful and showed me every septum ring they had, and even brought out stuff from the back so I could find the right one. The environment was family friendly and Travis was patient with letting me take my time in deciding what septum ring to choose. I felt no pressure to buy anything and when I did pick he even helped me make sure it was the right gauge. I left feeling like I had just made a friend. Thank Travis for all the help! Punctured piercing is going to be the new place I get all of my piercing done and when I’m ready for another tattoo I’ll definitely be coming here!

I last minute wanted some piercings done and they were able to get me in the same day I called! They have a large selection of jewelry (and were patient with me as I picked out the perfect pair). They helped me find the right placement for the piercings and helped me feel relaxed and calm. The piercings were quick and painless. Highly recommend this place!

I lost the screw ball off of my earring this morning and had to go to work with just the bar in my ear and some poster putty stuck on one end. I have a cartilage piercing that is still healing and I hadn’t bought any new jewelry for it yet. I am so glad I decided to go to Punctured after work to get a new piece of jewelry. The people I interacted with were super sweet and the guy that helped me put in the new stud did an amazing job making sure to be very careful and efficient. After everything was finished he even gave me some great care tips to ensure my piercing healed in the best way possible. I am definitely going to come here again in the future.

I got a tattoo there that turned out great and I also came here once to get some help with my nose ring which was stuck in my nose because my nose had gotten infected and had swollen up, due to the person who had pierced it not telling me how to properly care for it during the healing process. Had to leave a review after going in the other day to get a few pieces of jewelry switched out. Kaylynn was extremely accommodating, asking for consent and being really gentle when handling my piercings. Also this is the second time Ive bent an expensive hoop i purchased there out of shape while trying to take it out myself, and both times they were willing and able to repair the piece with expert craftsmanship.

Amazing tattoo artists! The employees are awesome. My one complaint is that they have a really hard time starting appointments on time. It often takes a half an hour or longer to get started. Its almost enough to keep me from making appointments there.

I’ve had piercings from Punctured previously and have had great experiences. I called to make an appointment to get another piercing, but was informed that they’re only offering those services to individuals who are vaccinated for COVID-19. My business will not be awarded to companies who are requiring their customers to receive a non-FDA approved vaccination, nor to a company who thinks they can violate HIPPA and ask for my personal medical record.

I was greeted right as i stepped in the door. They helped me pick the right jewelry and told me what would be best. I got my conch pierced and everything was very sanitary and sterile. The piercer (Casy was his name i think) was super nice and gentle and knew so much about jewlery and whatever you had questions about, he answered! Im very happy with my piercing! I would for sure come back again for more piercings! I reccommend you go there!

Got a piercing there. I couldn’t see the placement myself (that was bc it just wasn’t visible). I said as much and was assured it was a good placement. Turns out, my piercing is hidden bc of how my ear is shaped. Tried to go in to buy a bigger earring to see if that helped visibility and was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. Of course I don’t, I’m just trying to buy an earring. I understand COVID procedure, but if you can now walk into stores without a mask, why can’t I spend money at your establishment with a mask, to try to fix a botched piercing. Would have taken less than 2 minutes to allow me to do that. Could have also just picked one out for me and took my card. All in all, not pleased one bit.

BEWARE! Bad business!!! Wont give you the art you want, they dont listen to instructions AND pressure you into a tatoo thats a poor basic art rendition of the tatoo you want even when given a picture to follow.We made an appt but when we arrived they made us wait 2 hours for a tatoo and then kicked us out with an INCOMPLETE tatoo when the next appointment arrived. They took a walk in instead and left us sitting there.They run a very poor business, completely incompetent and disorganized. They caused us major problems and heartache. Dear punctured, if you screw up your appt tines, you reschedule the next customer INSTEAD of booting the paying customer OUT of the chair.The artist also told me he would draw up my tatoo for me, and send it to me and make an appt to do it. I never heard from him AND texted him 4 separate times over the course of 3 weeks. He never responded. DO NOT GO HERE. Find a more established reputable business.
