I’m someone with an autoimmune condition that’s extremely reactive to injuries and any contaminants that get in them. I can say I had a 100% positive experience with this studio and it exceded my expectations. Dorian was someone with a clear passion for piercing and high standards for his work. He re-did my lobes that had closed last year and my friends nipples that had closed multiple times previously with the same professional consideration and precision. He was very informative about the piercing process, sterilization, aftercare, and what to expect at every step. My friend and I have had virtually no pain during the healing process. I had no swelling, crusting, bleeding, or anything with mine, which is exceedingly rare for even a tiny scratch I get with my condition! I think it speaks to Dorian’s abilities as a piercer and the environment he keeps. Excellent studio Id return to for any future piercing of any sort!!!

Amazing experience, both the front desk person and piercer were very nice and funny lol! They made sure I was comfortable and informed me of everything I needed to know. They were also very professional as well, if you want to get pierced I’d recommend going to their shop!

Got two dermal peircings done today for only $150. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Piercer was very professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 would would go back and recommend to anyone else looking to get pierced.

I got 2 types of piercings here a little over a month ago, my nostril and second lobes and the experience was AMAZING. I 1000% recommend, my piercings have healed so so good. Everyone was so nice and helpful and you can tell they really care about their clients and sanitation procedures. If I ever want more piercings in the future I would definitely come back!!!

Such a nice place fr. the counter staff are so friendly and my dude dorian is so professional without having zero personality. the decor is so welcoming and they have such a cool variety of body jewelry to choose from. not to mention how CLEANN it is in there i LOVE😋 i got my septum, nostril, and navel done and i’m thinking about coming back soon to get my bridge done. i recommended this place to 2 friends and they’re both so happy with the results. yea long story short i love this place and i’ll be going for years to come 🫶

This was hands down the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. The folks behind the counter were super friendly and were helpful with picking out my jewelry. Dorian walked me through the whole process, and was very informative and meticulous about sterilization. It’s been about two weeks since I had my piercing done and it’s healed better than any other I’ve ever had. Looking back at other experiences I’ve had at other studios, I’m sure a lot of it had to do with how careful and professional Dorian and his team are with their jewelry, equipment, and their process. It was a bit of a drive for me to get to this studio, but it was so worth it. Already thinking about my next one!

I had such a great experience at Doorway Beyond. The studio was quiet and clean. Baylee was super helpful and thorough with helping pick jewelry and providing the written aftercare info. Dorian is a super talented piercer. I had my nostril and septum done and the placements were perfect. And as a nurse I appreciated how seriously he practices his sterile technique even down to giving me the pen he used to mark my skin! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend this studio!

This place was amazing! My 7yo wanted her ears pierced for a long time now. We scheduled her consult and they were so friendly and explained the whole process. The most exciting part, she was able to choose her earrings that day! We came back at a later date for the piercing. The place is very clean, awesome with kids and everyone who works there is so kind, you can tell they love their job. The piercing itself was done in minutes. They do both at the same time which is huge! We are 3 weeks into the healing process and they look great! They use needles, which I think definitely makes for an easier healing. I think my favorite thing is they make sure it’s your child’s choice. 🫶🏻 I would recommend this to anyone, especially those with children who are able to make the choice themselves.

The best piercing place around! Dorian is super experienced and great at relieving stress. The people that work here are super nice and cool! Very helpful in selecting jewelry and providing me tips for healing. They take covid seriously and are very cautious. I felt super safe in their hands!

Had a consultation with Bailey for my 6 year old to have her ears pierced. My daughter was more at ease knowing they wouldnt pierce her ears without meeting her first and going through the process and expectations with her. We had such a good appointment she wanted to book her piercing immediately. We went back the next day and had an overall excellent experience. I sat right next to her while both ears were done at the same time. Thank you Doorway Beyond!!

All of the staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable ! The sanitary precautions were so impressive from sanitizing the jewelry you chose to being able to keep the marker they mark your piercing spot with. I will definitely be back to purchase additional jewelry and have mine changed in a few months. I would definitely recommend my friends to come here for their future piercings!

I had originally went to another shop per a friend’s friend recommendation for a conch and daith piercing. I should have done my own research. I went too Doorway to have Dorian check my piercing and he told me I had to remove them as they were not pierce correctly. A month later and I have my ears repierced and have had no issues. It was not as painful as it was when I got it from the last place. It’s been two weeks and they feel great. Dorian is knowledgeable and amazing I highly recommend Doorway. I’ll be back for more piercings.

I love this place. I came here twice for a nostril piercing in the past. I forget the piercer’s name but he was really kind, professional and fast. They’re very clean here as well.

I got my septum done here and I had a wonderful experience!! Everyone was so kind and friendly!! Dorian was also an incredible piercer!! After the piercing was done, I came down from my adrenaline rush really hard and got nauseous and he made sure I was okay and got me whatever I needed and let me stay for as long as I needed too till I felt better. I will definitely be coming back here for another piercing!! :)

I got my second lobe piercing done here back in April, I wanted to see how the process was before getting a more complicated piercing. My experience was fantastic, the staff made me and my cousin so comfortable while getting our piercings and the jewelry they pierced our ears with is fantastic quality.I didn’t see this anywhere when I was looking up the business but you cannot bring your own earrings to have them use those while piercing, I didn’t know that when I went so just prepare for that!

Cleanest piercing place ive ever been. I’ve been coming here for the past 8 years and every piercing I have besides my ears and nostril are from here. Guess which piercings I’ve had issues with? My ears and nostril. No issues with any of my other ones. I live about 45 minutes away now and still make the drive whenever i get piercings! I also recommend them to all my friends.

I got nipple piercings and a couple of ear piercings about 4 months ago. This place was phenomenal, Dorian was my piercer and he knew exactly what he was doing. The woman at the front was so nice and they were both funny and cracking jokes and it helped relieve my anxiety. They also allowed me to have someone in the room with me while I got pierced which made me feel a lot better as well. It’s pricey compared to some other places but honestly I rather pay the price knowing I am safe and getting a good piercing. They also have a smaller selection for jewelry but it makes it easier and faster to choose. My piercings are still healing but they haven’t given me a problem. I’m definitely staying with them for future piercings!

I have been pierced by Dorian for 9 Years. He is skilled and extremely professional. I have anxiety disorder and I know when I come to this shop there will be no stressful events at ALL. He makes sure you are comfortable in the entire process from beginning to end. The experience is always as pleasant as can be. The shop is accepting of all gender identities. The shop is clean, and I would not even consider going anywhere else, EVER. I am also the type of person who is weary of men, and I had my nipples pierced by him and felt 100% comfortable through the process. Thank you!!!!!

They ask for paperwork more than TSA screening!For simple ear piercing. You need birth certificate and the kid who’s underage has to have some type of ID👎. Now kids can go for far more dangerous Body operations without parents approval yet this store acts like a World War II German hospital😁.The girls at the front were nice though not much for the guy in the back who’s acting like a Doctor

Got my bridge pierced by Dorian recently along with many other things over the past 7 years. He is very clean and kind, making sure you feeling comfortable through the entire process. No reuse of anything; including the marking marker. He even lets you take it home. After everything is done, he goes over anything question wise and is inviting about follow-ups or any concerns. I’ve taken several friends to him, as well as my mom. If you’re looking for a safe piercing space; no matter your identity, this is the place.

I got my lobes pierced here back in December and I am stunned at the quality of service, the relaxing atmosphere, and most of all, the patently clear experience and skill Dorian has.I have to admit when I was checking the piercings in the mirror after they were finished, I thought they were a little uneven. However, I realized later that this was only because I was checking each side individually. When I looked straight on they were perfectly even! It was my lobes that were uneven and Dorian compensated for that!! 🤯And I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Dorian does a great job of making you comfortable. No surprises, no stress and only the tiniest bit of pain. The piercing room is very clean and Dorian took sanitary practice very seriously, but at the same time the room is decorated and cozy despite being an exam room in all other respects. On top of this, I went this week to get new fronts and posts and Dorian installed them for me and didnt even charge a service fee!These were my first piercings since my failed childhood lobe piercings and though I was rather nervous going in, when I left I was already thinking about what I wanted to get pierced next!Update 5/22I came back to get my septum done yesterday and once again I have only good things to say about the experience. I was much more nervous for this piecing than my lobes and joked that I couldnt chicken out because I had already signed the contract. Dorian assured me that wasnt the case and I was free to change my mind at any point. And that honestly made me feel so much better! Even though I was only joking and knew that I actually could back out, the way he made sure I knew that it was okay calmed my nerves quite a bit.As for the piercing process itself that went amazing this time too. Dorian was very thorough in making his markings and talked me through everything he was doing. When it was time to finally pierce my septum he gave me time to ready myself and we did a breathing exercise to countdown to the piercing. It was definitely more painful than the lobes, but not bad at all. My eyes didnt even water! Also he pierced it freehand which is just really cool? Ive heard the clamp is the worst part of getting a septum so Im not sorry to have missed it!So yeah, this place is awesome. The phone was ringing every few minutes and for good reason! Once again I am already thinking about which part of my body Im gonna want Dorian to shove a needle in next! 😂

I cannot recommend going here for any piercing enough. Customer service is excellent and employees are all friendly. I’ve gotten multiple ear piercings and a face piercing done here and have nothing but good things to say about the experience.

Dorian is excellent. I was a bit nervous to have my septum piercing done, but he put me right at ease. His staff member (didnt catch her name) was really sweet and very encouraging, also put my nerves at ease. I will be returning for more work in the future and recommending Doorway Beyond to friends and family.

Got my 11 years old daughters ear pierced for her birthday here. Woman who greeted us was friendly, I like they have the child make the decision. Only con was not a huge selection for initial earrings. Dorian was nice, definitely knew what he was doing - my daughter felt comfortable. Good experience.

I recently got both sides of my nose pierced here, it was very clean and they made me feel very comfortable!! they are also very reasonably priced, i’ve had my nose pierced before somewhere else and it doesn’t compared to doorway beyond! they gave me the perfect rundown and specifics on how to keep my piercings clean. they were also very fast and i was in and out! thank you so much and i would for sure come here again for future piercings!

Dorian is amazing. I havent been pierced since I was 3 so I was a bit nervous going in. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The entire shop has an awesome atmosphere and is beyond clean. All the jewelry and equipment is sterilized and in really good condition. I got 2 cartilage and 2 lobes today. It was a great experience and I will be going again for other piercings.

Excellent service! The team here is extremely knowledgeable about piercings! They will not give you false hopes but only state facts and what they know to be true! You have to appreciate that! I had an additional ear piercing done and also bought additional earrings (gorgeous pieces!). It was no more painful than expected, extremely hygienic, and each piece of jewelry was sterilized before using it! I was educated on what was being done and what I should expect in the future! Perfect! I had been looking for a piercing studio in the area that was affordable, reputable and trustworthy. I found Doorway Beyond and decided to stop by and was very happy with what I found. I believe Madie did my lip piercing, and she was so sweet and it was such a great experience. When I returned to get the post shortened about two weeks later, Dorian took care of me, and he was just as wonderful an experience. Went in for my first piercings ever and was super nervous, however the staff there made me feel comfortable and are extremely knowledgeable. The guy that did my piercings (who I believe was the owner) was very good and made sure I was calm and ready, honestly it was actually kinda fun too. This place and the people there care about their work and the job that they do, I dont plan on going anywhere else but here for any next piercings and would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

My girls and I got our ears pierced Doorway Beyond Piercing Studio!Ive seen alot of people ask for info so I figured Id share our experience.They start at 5 years old and anyone age 5-12 requires a consultation first. At the consultation they asked the girls why they wanted their ears peirced and made sure they knew how it would work.They went over the ins and out with us. Then let the girls pick out their jewelry. Then they let us know each girl would need a photo ID (we used the safe smile card that came in our lifetouch school photos) AND their birth certificate and my license.We then went back tonight for the actual piercing appointment.They were absolutely incredible. Clean. Explained everything to us clearly. Extremely patient with the girls who were nervous. My oldest was crying and they were very understanding. They made sure it was entirely up to the girls if they wanted to go through with it or back out. They took the time to make sure it was what they really wanted. I was blown away with the compassion Dorian and the girl (i forget her name purple/ blonde hair) showed.A truly amazing experience. I highly recommend them !!Oh and they only used surgical grade steel jewelry. Which was great bc we have ezcema.

I cant reccomend Doorway Beyond highly enough. I have now had three piercings done by Dorian as well as jewelry changes and I always leave as a happy customer. They are extremely clean, professional, and accommodating. Their main goal other than a clean and safe environment is to make sure that youre happy with your new piercing/jewelry. I absolutely love this place! I have a custom nose ring that Dorian adjusted for me due to improper piercing at a different shop, I got my conch done here, and I just started my lobe stretching journey here. I went and got my nostril done and loved it! I went back and got an intimate piercing. I was alone and scared but Dorian and Madi were right there and were absolutely great. Its clean and has such a great atmosphere. They really helped me. Not to mention they had come back from a day of traveling to do piercings. They are dedicated, knowledgeable and personable. My sister and I took my 12 year old niece to get her cartilage pierced for her birthday! Kali and Dorean were very officiant! We had to have a birth certificate and photo ID for my niece to get this done. We had to leave and come back because we didn’t have the proper paperwork, but as soon as we got back they took us right in. I really liked that they made my niece fill out a lot of the paperwork because it was a piercing on her body. Also, I really liked the fact that they sterilize the earring and needle for about 15 minutes prior to doing the piercing! It shows how much they care about cleanliness and your health. My niece was anxious, but Dorian was awesome about explaining everything and even gave us insight on other information when it comes to piercings! He was professional, informatIve, and very patient! Overall, I would highly recommend going to this place for any piercing! Their quality of work, cleanliness, and efforts really made the experience and process so much easier! Kali who was at the desk was awesome as well! She was very knowledgeable and efficient! If you or your teenager want to get a piercing done definitely visiting this place!! It is a little pricey, but it is well worth the price!

I got my nose pierced here last year after doing research on multiple places. Let me tell you, I felt so safe going here. The prices are high (with tip I paid about $80-90 for my stud+the actual piercing process) but its well worth it. They are so clean, sterile, and knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else for a piercing.

Ive been getting piercings from Dorian for 4 years now. In my opinion hes the best. He makes sure you have all the info you need on the piercing, jewelry, and aftercare. The piercings I have gotten from him are well placed and Ive never gotten an infection or anything. The whole place is super clean and everything is sterile in the back piercing rooms. He changes his gloves a few times duing the process (after touching pretty much anything) to make sure its as clean as possible. Generally a great experience and I will be back for more.

I took my daughter here tonight for a piercing for her birthday after reading all the stellar reviews on Google/facebook. All of the reviews couldnt have been more correct. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, Dorian is amazing at what he does, and I marveled at how sterile and immaculate everything is. We left with no uncertainty of aftercare, and it was all presented in a fun way that will be easy to remember. You cannot go wrong with this place!

Writing a very late review(almost a year). Got three piercings here at once. The woman at the counter was SO kind and convinced me to go for a piercing I was very nervous about. There was another gentlemen working and they worked with me to choose my jewelry and they both accompanied me during my piercings. So nice and kind. Very affordable jewelry and piercing costs. Will be going again soon for more.

Had a really good experience here! My sister and I both got cartilage piercings and the staff is super friendly and informative. We came back a few months later to buy new jewelry and Madison was extremely helpful picking it out. She even sized my ear just to be sure she was giving me the best fit possible. Would definitely recommend getting pierced here or buying jewelry.

Ive gotten a few piercings from different shops on the South Shore and Doorway Beyond is by far my favorite. After having my nostril pierced incredibly low at another shop (even after I told them I was eventually going to change the jewelry to a ring), I was told the only way I could wear a ring without having it dangle was to take mine out, let it heal, then re-pierce it. I was nervous to even try again and afraid of the same thing happening again but after a lot of research, I decided to give Doorway Beyond a chance and Ive never looked back since then. Ive gotten another 3 piercings since then (2 as recently as a couple weeks ago) and I honestly doubt Ill ever go anywhere else. Dorian and his team are absolutely amazing. Theyve handled everything with Covid-19 wonderfully and are taking all the necessary precautions while still going above and beyond with their service and attention to detail. Ive never felt more appreciated or at ease when getting pierced and I have just over 15 piercings now from at least 5 different shops so Im rather confident when I say I cant wait for my next piercing from Dorian at Doorway Beyond.

Overall a great experience! I went in knowing only that I wanted my septum pierced and left with a clean piercing and a lot of knowledge about my piercing and how to care for it. I cannot day enough good things about Dorian and his employees. They are patient and kind and really took their time going over everything with me and my daughter. I made the mistake of first taking her to Claire’s in the mall to get her ears pierced. Total mistake (but I only knew better after I researched what I really should have done). I honestly didn’t know there was a better way. Doorway Beyond is sterile with impeccable cleanliness. Not some teenager with no sink in site to even wash their hands to pierce your kids ears. We ended up with an embedded earring and at urgent care. Months and months later after so many problems and infections I took her to see Dorian. He spend so much time with us going over everything. He’s a true professional. If you’re a mom thinking of getting your daughters ears pierced, PLEASE learn from my mistakes and do not take her to the mall but go to Doorway Beyond.

Dorian & Kali put my daughter and me at ease. She got her ears pierced & the process was smooth from beginning to end. They were knowledgeable & skilled but still fun & friendly. It was great that both ears were done at the same time. They use an autoclave for the jewelry before piercing. We needed her passport (photo ID), birth certificate & my license. cost: $117 including earrings & ear cleaning solution. May be a bit more than other places but you definitely get what you pay for!

This is the only place i’ve really gone to get piercings (other than my first lobes) and they have a really chill environment!!! i love the setup and everyone is always super straightforward with you rather than dodging questions. the staff is experienced and friendly, they know exactly what they’re doing.not sure if you can ask questions on here but ive gone my nostril, daith, and seconds done here! its been over a year for all of them and ive never had any infections (just slight discomfort with the daith but it is in fact a piercing so that happens)!!

The shop is very clean, everyone there is very polite and informative, the gentleman that did my daughters piercing was very knowledgeable and showed genuine care for her wellbeing, he went through the process explaining every step and what we should be aware of with regards to the process. Will definitely be going back for my daughter as well as myself. Would highly recommend them!!!

I can’t say enough about this place. I’m from southern NH and wanted a dermal piercing while visiting my friends down in the area. We came across this place and I’m glad we did. The woman who greeted us was the absolute cutest thing and was very personable and nice. Matt was our [my best friend got her nostril done, I got a dermal] and he was amazing. I learned SO much within the short period of time we were with him. We rolled with our jokes and blended in with our personality. Everyone in this studio made us feel so at home. It was worth every single penny we spent. We will be back to have jewelry changed/get more body mods. Thank you SO much!!!

Took my 5 year old and 11 year old to get their ears pierced and couldnt be happier!! Everything is well sterilized, nothing was rushed, and the owner even called me ahead of time to confirm and make sure I had proper documentations before arriving. I love Dorian and Madi. Dorian did my tragus when I was 14, my double forward helix when I was 19, and i got my nose done by Madi after my 20th birthday. They are friendly, helpful, caring, smart, and very clean. Expect to be there for a little bit when you get a piercing; they like to make sure you know exactly how to care for your piercing, and they take their time (I hate when people rush these things, so I love this about them). The store is sparkling clean, and they have great jewelry options. These two great piercers would meet you at any time of the day (literally) if you were having a serious problem with your piercing. I totally recommend you go to them, and I will never go anywhere else!

I got my helix pierced. It is on the pricey side for one helix piercing with a 14k gold stud with all the other fees including tip was 200$, but the man who did my piercing was AMAZING. Very professional. The place is very clean and friendly. The thing I didn’t realize I needed a copy of my birth certificate so just a heads up to anyone. But I do recommend it to anyone in the area. I will be coming back here for future piercings.

I went in for a new hoop for my nose and they were soooo helpful! Due to COVID restrictions they are not doing below the mask services but have adapted so well. A couple people looked at my nose with the mask on and had me move my head to get as good a look as possible and picked the right hoop for me. They also showed me about three times how it opened and closed and how putting it in should be - so helpful! And said to call with any questions. Highly, highly recommend doorway beyond for their professionalism and care/attention to each person and their needs!

Had the perfect piercing experience yesterday.. The shop is very clean and inviting. The actual piercing was explained and done with professionalism. I felt very comfortable with the artist and the tools he was using. I will certainly be back for more.

I totally botched changing my double helix piercings (which I tried to change myself- too early/before it was healed) and I called Doorway Beyond Piercing Studio to see if they could change one of the earrings for me. They were super nice, professional and informative, and even when I was a pain and called them after I already got in my car to see if they could do the second one, to make the earrings match, they gladly let me in. The pricing is super good and I recommend this place to anyone!

The staff was professional and knowledgeable about different piercings. Their customer services skills were superb along with a sterile environment. Everything they used was new and I would definitely recommend them.

I have never been to a better peircing shop. I got my nostril and septum peirced on two different occasions by different people and they both were pain free with a wonderful, comfortable experience. I will definitely be coming here for all my future piercings.

I had my industrial done by another piercer who had recently stopped piercing and it was time to down size. I was nervous about the pain of changing it given it was sore when i went in but the guy made me feel so comfortable and the staff was awesome and really friendly. Ill definetly be comming back.

I dont even know where to begin with this place. Nothing but good things to say. I have been pierced by six different places prior to this one and I wish I had just gone here Everytime. This place should have its own TV show. The owner who pierced me is out of this world. The guy knows every possible thing there is to know about piercing and has cleanliness down to a science ...LITERALLY. I was fascinated at his intelligence and felt like I was lucky to be pierced by him weird as that may sound lol. The whole staff is great and ontop of getting the highest quality piercers you get high grade titanian jewelery that they can explain the benefits about to you. They do extensive research on everything their shop has to offer and back it up 100%. Even their jewelery is lifetime guaranteed because its that good(and dont worry its not that expensive 😉). If you or someone you know is getting pierced go here please do not go anywhere else. Oh and the best part is they are open until 10pm! At first I thought it was weird they were open so late,but I went at 9:30 pm and had the best experience ever

Just went this afternoon for a naval piercing... Dorian pierced it he was extremely informative! The shop is very sterile too! They help you with any questions you have and is a pressure free place! I would def go again!

Dorian is great and super gentle! They take hygiene super seriously and wont even touch the guages and other jewlery they sell without gloves. I would definayely recommend them if you need to get a piercing. Also their variety of jewlery they sell is unique and wide.

This place is fantastic! I got my philtrum/Medusa piercing done there today and everyone was very friendly and the place was very clean! Definitely recommend.

It was 88$ for 2 cartilage piercings and the jewelery is 15$ and isnt the best qualilty, they also used map gas to sanitize which isnt the cleanest burning gas but they sanitized it in a machine after so I guess it got some of the toxins off but they were quick and professional about the peircing and the guy that did it was pretty knowledgable about what he was doing
