I cant stress this enough: I ADORE the place! The artists and staff are absolutely amazing and are just excited about your tattoo/piercing as you are! It is always a joy to come in and know I am in good hands! Literally everyone, and I mean everyone, who works at Killer Ink is phenomenal. The studio and equipment are clean, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming, and the conversation is always fun!Ive trusted them with a lot over the years, and Ive never regretted it or had any complications! Ive been to Killer Ink over the past four years many times. Ive gotten my snake bites, conch, flat, industrial, septum, and good ol cartilage done as well as three tattoos, two by Jon and one by Vaughn (Im so sorry if I butchered the names!!).If youre looking for a place to get a new (or maybe your first!) tattoo/piercing, I highly recommend Killer Ink ❤️.

I had my nipples pierced by Victoria and she was a dream! She was so incredibly kind and professional and made me feel super comfortable in the chair - laughing through what is normally a pretty painful experience. Victoria took the extra time to make sure the piercings were perfectly horizontal and symmetrical, also making sure that I was happy with the placement. She talked me through every aspect so I knew exactly what was going on. She was so easy to talk to and Im so glad she was my piercer.Id recommend Victoria to anybody looking to get a piercing!

Killer Ink is the only place I get my piercings! They are such great people and work fast and safely. Mindy is super sweet and does some of the best piercing work. I’ve gotten 4 piercings here, two lobes, cartilage, and nose, and every time I have loved the results. A great place to get your piercings done at.

I went here for my 18th birthday and got my nose pierced! Victoria made me feel so safe and comfortable and was wonderful to be in the presence of!! Would come back (and recommend to my friends!!)

My favorite and only place I will ever go to get piercings! I have gotten several piercings here and have only had good experiences. Matt pierced my septum and navel, and he was super patient, kind and made me feel super comfortable. He was not only fast, but efficient and made me feel very welcomed. Mindy did a great job with my navel piercing! She was clean and professional. I watched her sterilize everything and she made the process much more comfortable! She has a bubbly personality and is really enjoyable to be around, after the piercing I did end up passing out, but Mindy and Matt took such great care of me and made sure I was okay. I couldn’t have asked for any better treatment. Definitely go to killer ink for a navel piercing, and I really recommend Mindy.

Im huge on piercings. I have 16. Lilly was amazing but she’s gone, Johnny is wonderful! I was a walk in one day and Terri was not great, sorry. I was pierced completely crooked. Decided to give her another chance on another piercing a few months later as she was the only piercer, again and same thing w my belly button. She was rude and instantly blamed me nearly passing out on me “not eating” even though I had eaten a hour before. Off center and crooked. So sad that I wasted over $100 on her botched piercings.

Victoria was amazing! My husband and I came here to get snake bites together. She was super informative and had the best customer service. My snake bites came out perfect, and we both left super happy. Prices are reasonable compared to other local businesses. Not to mention - she’s hilarious! Loved this place and will be returning for future piercing/tattoo services.

Got my eyebrows pierced here this past Sunday by Matt! Did an excellent job, everyone was so friendly! Iced it when I got home for about 30 minutes, swelling went down, and its been healing beautifully. My second piercing from them and I will continue to go back for any of my piercing or tattoo needs!

Victoria is a sweetheart! I had a great experience getting my eyebrow pierced by her. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome right away, and she really took her time working with me to make sure the placement was exactly what I wanted before proceeding. Im thrilled with my new piercing :)

Not just tattoos!When my two girls wanted to get their ears pierced (ages 7 and 9) I knew the experience needed to be a positive one, and Johnny was like the Mary Poppins of tattoed piercers. He was INCREDIBLY patient and supportive as my older girl worked through readying herself for the process, and talked her through the details before she made her decision. The piercing itself was quick and easy and I felt comfortable knowing he is experienced. The shop and equipment is immaculate, and the jewelry is high end metal with a lot of options to chose from.My girls love their ear piercings and were treated to cute fake tattoos after they were done. One of the other artists even drew a little cat on my older girls arm cast. Would totally recommend.

They were amazing! The place was incredibly clean, and the staff was awesome. They were super friendly and welcoming, and we were in and out in less than ten minutes. I first came here with my wife to get her ears pierced and the shop was so friendly, welcoming, and professional that I knew it was the place to get my first tattoo! Jon was a pleasure to work with and he collaborated with me on the design to make sure it was perfect and would heal well as a tattoo. He was great and we chatted the whole time, easily keeping my mind off of the discomfort. 11/10 recommend.

This is the best and only place I get my piercings done at. The staff is amazing they are all really good at their jobs, super professional and they are super sweet people. I got my eyebrow pierced yesterday by Victoria she’s the best, she was super gentle with me very patient, she’s a very bubbly person which made me way less nervous to get anything done. This is a really good place to get any of your piercings or tattoos done I highly recommend.

On 8/22/24, I came in to get my second piercing for my lobes. I was assisted by Teri who did a phenomenal job. She answered all my questions, addressed any concerns I had about the healing process without judgement, and was just a delightful person to be around. 10/10…would recommend :)

Mindy & terri are the absolute sweetest people.they talked me through my nose (both times i got it done), they made & included me in on jokes, and made the entire process very nice.the piercings look amazing, and they let me know of that.this is an incredible place & i couldn’t recommend it enough. they really know how to treat their customers/clients like part of their family.10 stars

Terri was amazing! Pierced my daughter’s ears. My daughter was so nervous but Terri made it a pain free as possible. So professional! And their method of pierce hurts less and is more hygienic that the “mall places”. Highly recommend!

Changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because everyone here is super nice but they sent me home with a septum piercing that went through my cartilage, and was too low. It could literally migrate out of my nose if i left it in. I didn’t realize it was pierced wrong until someone else who knows piercings pointed it out. Your septum piercings should not hurt, and my first clue should have been how much it hurt me and how much I bled 🤦🏼‍♀️ I went in October and was pierced by Terri, she is a sweet lady but I’m disappointed I was sent home like this by a reputable place

All of the staff here is exceptional and I have been coming here for the past 2 years to get all of my piercings done. Last week I went and got my seconds aswell as my Tragus done. Matt was a great help, he was able to make the piercings swift and easy. His energy is warm and energetic and he was able to satisfy everyone’s needs despite the lobby being packed full.

Great place to get your ears pierced! From the moment we walked in with a warm welcome, we knew we came to the right place. Teri is a gem and made my 8 year old feel so special during her piercing!

I cannot stress this enough ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! The professionalism, the kindness of the staff, the artists, everything in Killer Ink is impeccable. I was tattooed by Ben and got a black and grey pelican who I named Dave. This was my first tattoo with shading and he made it such a comfortable experience. Ben checked on me and made sure that I was ok and talked me through the entire process. Such an amazing experience which such kind and sweet people I cannot recommend this shop enough they are top notch and I cannot wait to go back in September to get tattooed again!

I stopped in on Friday the 21st of June and I was welcomed by Matt and Johnny, they were absolutely wonderful. I had my navel pierced. I also scheduled to have a tattoo done.I have heard such good things about Killer Ink and I was referred to them by a friend.

Exceptional customer service and ability!Myself and some friends were worked on by a gentleman by the name of Ben. He engaged in wonderful conversation throughout, while marking some truly Killer Ink.It was my first time, and all questions / hesitations were addressed in a sensitive yet confident manner. I cannot sing their praises loud enough! I had the absolute pleasure of sitting through a 5 hour tattoo with Jon. His line work and shading… killer. He had some great input on the design and included the elements I wanted so seamlessly. Not to mention he was awesome to talk to and kept my mind off of the pain for five hours. 15/10 artist. The shop is super clean (I’ve had piercings and tattoos done here and have been so stoked about all of them with zero issues). All I can say - Jon, you’re the best (those lines are fantastic - you killed it)! Killer ink is definitely the place to go. Thank you guys!

Ive gotten multiple piercings here, with different people, and every single person has been incredibly kind and professional. Ive had Mindy a couple times now, and every time she has been nothing but warm, informative, and professional. When I wanted the marking for the piercing to be moved a little, she was absolutely encouraging for me to say what I wanted, and was totally open to listening to me. Ive never had a negative experience at Killer Ink.

Came in with a friend on February 11th 2024 for a belly piercing. March 30th the piercing fell out because the piercing they put in was not good. It broke. When this occurred I was out at dinner in Atlanta and the only place I could find open was a 24 hr tattoo and piercing place at 11pm. Since it was an emergency that was the only option I had and so had to pay again for my piercing.Shortly after this my piercing became infected and I had to go to urgent care for treatment. The total medical expenses were over $1000. I called Killer Ink in April and asked if they could refund me for my piercing and was told I had to come in person to speak to a manager about it. I travel internationally a lot and also own a business so was unable to go in person until today July 22nd.When I came in they told me they could offer me nothing. I told them that all I wanted was a refund for the piercing since it lasted just over a month, broke, and then cost me extra money for a new piercing and medical expenses. After threatening legal action the owner offered me only a 50% refund. I turned this down because I felt it wasn’t good enough given my expense and experience.The owner welcomed a lawsuit and said she would rather pay $5000 in legal expenses than refund me the total cost of the piercing (which was maybe $70-$80 max can’t remember). I was calm during the entire exchange, but given the owners lack of self preservation and low IQ I will oblige her invitation to pursue her in court over a $70 issue and retain an injury attorney shortly.In short, the employees at this location are all professionals. All very kind and knowledgeable. The owner however has little customer service skills and is clearly not very intelligent. She should probably outsource interactions with customers to the rest of her staff, will likely save her thousands in legal expenses.Overall I cannot recommend this place because when something goes wrong the owner does not care about you and will not do the right thing. Buyer beware basically.

My mother-in-law and I came in today to get our noses pierced and Matt, Mindy, and Victoria were amazing!!!! Mindy pierced my nose and was so calm and collected and made sure I was ok the entire time. Victoria pierced my mother-in-law’s nose and she was so nice and informative. Matt helped us out in the front and he was super nice too. I’ve gotten pierced there before and I won’t go anywhere else! Drove 30 mins out of our way just to see them because they are the best!! Thank you for always being great!!

We walked in to get lobes pierced. The staff was professional. The environment was great. Matt helped us decide which studs to choose and made sure we were informed of what he was doing at all times.

My daughter had an ear piercing in her cartilage that wasn’t placed well. Killer Ink did a great job fixing it for her. They made sure to get the angle straight when they fixed it and now it looks so much better. We appreciated the time the staff took to examine the shape of her ear, angle and the thickness of that cartilage area so they could place it properly. Thank you!

Did a walk-in piercing. Fast service and amazing people! Tristan did my conch piercing and I am in LOVE with it! I’ve already gotten so many compliments. He was the sweetest. He was comfortable and knowledgeable, which was super reassuring. Very clean. Literally the chillest dude ever. This was my first big piercing, but it definitely won’t be my last. I recommend him to anyone!Tip: Their Salt water cleansing spray is the bomb and makes cleaning so much faster and easier. Definitely worth the buy!

Then Lilly who did the piercing helped my daughter pick out ear rings to match what she already had. She used needle and a clamp as it is more sanitary. It was quick and painless. Called this place up on a Sunday hoping they had availability. Very nicely, they were able to work me in with Cynthia. She does amazing black and grey line work. I really appreciate that the shop remained open until my piece was finished. And not rushed. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on this tattoo. I’ll definitely return. Had two amazing experiences here for piercings. I came to get my nose pierced and ended up right back a couple days later for two lobes and a helix. Terri was my piercer both times and she did a rockstar job. She is SO friendly, so knowledgeable and helpful in picking what I want , made the experience as “pain-free” as you can get bc she’s super quick and gentle, and overall has me obsessed with piercings lol. My first visit, Matt is another honorable mention for his assistance. And I witnessed some pretty insane tatts being done too 🔥🔥 Everyone in the shop was so nice at both visits and I just love the energy and workmanship here. Tattoos otw next!!

Lily and Victoria were great to me. It was my first time getting pierced and they made sure my experience was very comfortable. The piercing itself was done nicely, with little to no pain. They also gave me a step by step explanation and paper on how to properly clean it. Ten out of ten would go again

Terry did my eyebrow piercing last night, and they were amazing! The other people I was with got their ears done and they were super patient and accommodating. The person at the counter that helped out (I cant remember their name for the life of me) was super sweet and helpful! We ended up talking for longer than the piercings even took, and they made us feel so welcome and more than happy to answer any questions. My friend even set up a tattoo consolation cause he loved it there so much. I will definitely be back for more!

My girlfriend and I went in today as walk ins to get our nipples pierced together. Lilly was our piercer and she was phenomenal. She was very patient with us and walked us through the process calmly. She never made us feel uncomfortable or anything and reassured us the whole time. She did a great job helping us get past the nervousness and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend Killer Ink and Lilly.

I received my very first tattoo here on Saturday with Ben as my artist. From the time of my consultation back in February to the moment it was walked out of the door last night, I am so incredibly impressed at the professionalism and overall positive energy from artist, staff, and establishment all together. Just went to Killer Ink to get some piercings and they were awesome all around.My boyfriend got his ears done & I got my snake eyes and 2nd navel done.Terri and Lily were both extremely accommodating especially with explaining the process/risks of the piercings I was looking to get and with some other piercings that I have had done.The way they make you feel comfortable and welcomed in their shop is like no other, so thank you guys. It was a very pleasant experience, and we hope to come back soon!

I got my nose piercing with them January this year. My experience was good and they were really nice but I have had so much trouble with the healing. I cleaned it 2-3 times a day for four months straight and am still cleaning regularly just to be cautious. At first it kept bleeding and got around two infections. I have been so careful with it but 8 months after I am still having trouble. This had never happened to me with other piercing shops. It’s so sad cause they were so nice and welcoming, but I won’t be choosing them again

Very clean, well lit, most inviting parlor Ive very been in. Ryan was extremely kind, & knowledge. He explained that the tat size & style in my head may begin to blend and fade in a sort time. I really appreciate him looking at the longevity of the work & coming up with a tat that is better than what I could of imagined. He then made sure I was 100% happy with tat & placement of tat. He work is amazing & flawless. Did I mention he was kind & had a pleasant attitude! Ill definitely be going back to Killer Ink. March 2023 I returned to added to my wrist. Took a friend to get her 1st tat, she was very impressed. I was blown away Cynthia an her work. The shop is still on point as well!

I LOVE VICTORIA! She instantly made me feel like her best friend. We got carried away talking and was just so genuine and the sweetest person alive. I’ve had many experiences with piercings in the past, and this was by far the best experience in the world. We did a vertical labret piercing, and she took her time to make sure it was perfectly placed. She talked me through the whole process and was super encouraging the whole time. She’s just a sweetheart. I definitely recommend you come to her for any piercing needs. She’s the best! I will definitely be coming back just to see her.

I have gotten 2 different piercings at Killer Ink a few years ago: a double lobe and a tragus. I’ve never had a bad experience in regards to their customer service because everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. However, my only concern is the placement of my piercing and the outcome. It would greatly improve the experience if they were opened to showing the placement of the piercing before going through with it.I recall instances where the piercer didn’t show me the precise mark of the piercing, which was a trend that persisted when I would visit again with my friend and sister. My tragus piercing has healed and turned out amazing. However, my second lobe piercing is positioned a bit too close to my lobe piercing, in which makes it difficult when switching jewelries and causes irritation. I remember the piercer specifically saying “just trust me,” although in my view, the customer’s input regarding piercing placement should be given more weight. This can be quite frustrating, particularly because it is not a straightforward option, and the customer shouldn’t have to consistently ask the piercer to see before proceeding with it.I strongly recommend that people ensure they are satisfied with the proposed placement of their piercing before proceeding. Preferences regarding position vary from person to person and should be respected, considering it’s ultimately our own piercings.

Love the staff. got multiple piercings done here.i have very sensitive ears and swelling can vary on the piercing i get done, so i wish they had a wide variety of options of jewelry especially dealing with sensitive ears.like i wish they had longer bars so the healing can be better & i wish they had the jewelry that had internal threading.

This is by far my favorite place to get my piercings done. Both Lilly and Terri have done piercings for me recently, and they both did an outstanding job. They walked me through the process and made sure to check in with me throughout the actual piercing. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everyone was happy to answer any questions I had. This review is long overdue, but I went in for a nose piercing back in May. From start to finish Matt and Victoria were amazing! They are by far two of my favorite humans! Funny, engaging, talented, and have the best energy to be around! I can’t wait to go back for my next piercing!

I heard great things about Killer Ink so decided to get my next tattoo from them. Shop was clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. Chad free-handed my tattoo and did an amazing job! My wife got a tattoo also and Ben did some great free-hand work matching a font perfectly. He also suggested red instead of black for the color and was right on. I could not say enough good things about Chad, Ben, and the entire group at Killer Ink.

I had a great piercing experience at Killer Ink. Mindy was gentle, comforting and so sweet. She explained everything and what to expect before proceeding with the ear piercing. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. I loved that she used a needle vs the piercing gun. The staff was great and it was very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend Killer Ink. Looking forward to my next piercing with Mindy!

Took my 10 year old to get her 2nd lobe piercings. Lily was absolutely wonderful and made it a great experience. She explained everything to my daughter and kept her engaged/occupied so she didn’t even notice when the piercing was finished. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love coming here. I came in on Thursday to get a double nose piercing and was helped by Victoria. She was absolutely such a delight to get pierced by. So personable and funny. She was super professional and patient when it came down to the actual piercing. She made sure I was ready for a needle to go through my nose and when it was time, man was she quick! This was my most favorite stop by I’ve had this far from all the times I have come to this shop. If you are looking to get pierced Victoria is the absolute best! I had some piercings done at another shop back in 2021, and still till this year, have had difficulty with healing. They were also uneven. A friend recommended Killer Ink after having her tongue done. I was a bit nervous about removing some of my piercings to have them redone, but after a consultation with the lovely Victoria, I was thrilled. Victoria is very patient, gentle, and such a ball of joy! After my first awesome experience, I returned to have my tongue pierced. The process was smooth like butter!

My mom, sister, and I stopped by randomly on a Saturday afternoon to change out our nose studs. Lilly was incredibly sweet, gentle, and QUICK with replacing out our nose rings. It’s always a pleasure to see the lovely Victoria. Both ladies are so welcoming! Highly recommend this shop for piercings.

Was originally supposed to go to Claires for my ear piercings, but decided to drive to Killer Ink last second. I was worried that they wouldnt accept walk-ins, but my piercer Victoria welcomed me with a great personality and made my experience insanely better. It was definitely better than anything I wouldve gotten at Claires. I will definitely be going back for my first tattoo and any other piercings in the future.

I first went here in 2015 to get my nose pierced, then again a few months later to get a few piercings in my ears. Everyone is seriously so friendly and made me feel so comfortable that when I wanted my first tattoo I didnt think twice about coming here this past Saturday. Jon was my artist and he was extremely kind and patient with me even while I, an adult female, sent pictures to my mom before we got started LOL. He did an INCREDIBLE job and I couldnt ask for a better experience or a better first tattoo. The picture doesnt do it justice (swelling + fresh coat of lotion) but I wanted to include it anyway. I was very nervous about getting a conch piercing. Ive heard horror stories on how painful it is. However, Victoria made me feel super comfortable and she was gentle with me and answered all of my questions. While the piercing did hurt, I think Victoria was the key for it not being as painful as it couldve been. The crew at Killer Ink was so nice, Ill definitely be back. I went with my boyfriend and his little sister. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by two very cool and nice women names Lily and Terri. My boyfriends little sister go lily and she went first, she got 3 ear piercings, he third loves and a cartilage piercing and she did really good and she was super fast. Then I went and I wanted to get a rook and conch piercing but was a little worried about the pain. Terri answered every question I had and made conversation with me while I was getting this piercings. At the end they both told us the cleaning and healing processes. They were amazing and helpful. I have always gone here for almost all of my piercings. I recommend everyone I know to go here, so you should to.

Victoria @ Killer Ink is by far the best representation and voice for a company Ive heard in very long time. I called 2 other tattoo places before calling her (all recommendations from friends) and was feeling a little defeated and felt like I was getting the runaround because of all my questions. While I already have one very minor tattoo, I am still very nervous about having something permanently drawn on my body. I want a consult before the actual tattoo and felt that the other locations didnt want to do that.BUT when Victoria answered the phone, I asked about a consult and she took off running! Explained in detail about what a consult is, when they do them, immediately offered an appointment, and explained what to expect. I didnt even have to ask questions or bring up my concerns because she anticipated my needs.I truly feel comfortable and at ease already and I know that they will meet/exceed all my expectations. I am very much looking forward to my first appointment. I will update my review afterwards. Im really feeling a 10/10 recommend coming soon!

Everyone at Killer Ink is amazing, from tattoos to piercings. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have had a great experience with every tattoo and piercing and I normally don’t get anxiety but I was very anxious when getting my last piercings. Victoria took every bit of anxiety away. We laughed, talked, and I actually ended up not feeling a thing. I would give every person at Killer Ink 5 stars x 100 but Victoria gets extra stars!

Ive been a customer since 2016. All of my tattoos come from this shop and they are amazing to work with every single time. This time, it was my sisters first tattoo and she was very nervous about it. Our artist, Bianca, was VERY kind and professional. She talked my sister through the process and made sure to check in every once in a while during the tattoo. Absolutely love this place. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I’ve been here twice and I have to say that all the folks who work here are absolutely amazing!!! My daughter and I went in about 2 years ago to get her second holes in her ears. They were talkative, extremely professional and put her at ease cause she was a little nervous. Well we stopped in again yesterday to get her nose pierced. The experience was down right amazing again! Mindy was super fun to work with. She is extremely professional and can make you feel so comfortable also. Very informative as well! We also love Anita! Updated: September 2023: I returned to get my nose pierced (nostril). Terri was AMAZING yet again, but this time she was beyond OUTSTANDING! After it was pierced, my nose decided to have a massive (and rather lengthy) bleed. She was so calm and dealt with it like a total pro. We talked about all sorts of things while we waited for my nose to calm down. Afterwards, I felt a bit lightheaded and dizzy, and Terri and another worker had me lay down and gave me a Diet Coke. Minutes later, I felt SO much better. My nose piercing looks incredible! I HIGHLY recommend Terri - she is simply the BEST!!June 2022: My friends and I came here to get more piercings in our ears, and we had a wonderful experience. Terri was outstanding. She answered all of our questions, and she did an incredible job. We will definitely come back!

My step daughter and I just walked in here about 2 weeks ago to get our second hole in our ears peirced. Terri and Lilly did an AMAZING job! It was precise and even, and it was quick and painless. Also, they are not infected! For the way affordable price it was an outstanding experience.

Took my wife here for a couple of piercings awhile back and the staff was extremely professional and respectful.... So, naturally, when my 13 year old daughter decided she wanted an industrial a few weeks ago this was the parlor that came to mind. Once again we had a great experience and should the need arise for more piercing I wouldnt think of taking the wife or kids anywhere else.

Walked in on a whim while on vacation and was super happy with the atmosphere!! This shop is gold! My experience was amazing. Will greeted me and helped me out as a walk in and luckily Vaughn was able to tattoo me! I’m really happy with my new piece, Vaughn’s lines are super clean and he’s very light handed! This place is awesome, but not as awesome as the people inside. This was my first piercing, and Id like to take you through my experience with getting it just to showcase how amazing the experience was.When I walked in the door, Matt was seated at the desk and greeted me with a super relaxed demeanor and a smile, asking me about what I was coming in for. I was anxious about the entire procedure and very excited, and Matts enthusiasm helped to defuse a lot of my initial nerves, before I was handed a clipboard to fill out waiver, medical, and procedure info. Both Matt and myself were clumsy during the encounter, with the former almost tripping over the desk, and myself spilling out the extra forms from the clipboard across the floor. Jokes were exchanged about it and the entire atmosphere was lighthearted and super welcoming!Once my paperwork was finished, I gave it to Victoria who was sitting at the desk now. She was super friendly and enthusiastic too, and walked back to start some initial preparations for the session. Meanwhile, Matt walked me through some of the other products for caring for the piercing including their own piercing saline solution (which is super convenient and has helped a ton with cleaning, pain, and sterilization). He was very informative, approved of some soaps I had at home to supplement the after care, and despite my introversion found describing my future piercing plans and general conversation to be natural and super easy to do.Shortly thereafter, Victoria was ready, took me through the payment process, and then took me to the chair. One of the things that impressed me the most was Victorias empathy and perception. She originally greeted me by my government name, sensed that I was a bit hesitant with it, and immediately asked me if I had a nickname. I cannot express enough how comfortable and reassuring that was for me. I gave her my preferred name and she was happy to only use that with me for the remainder of my time there.I laid down in the chair which was very comfortable, and Victoria and I just talked a bit about life and family. It felt very natural and really helped me to enjoy my time. Rather than going in with my expectation / fear of having something akin to a doctors appointment - cold clinical procedure separated by silence and the bare minimum of questions, I felt relaxed, comfortable, and treated well. She even described how much she loved giving these Industrial piercings, and despite it being Matts turn to do a piercing, he let her because of how much she enjoys this kind.As we talked, Victoria provided further encouragement - saying my ears were great for this kind of piercing - and showed me a myriad of different orientations I could have the piercing set. She was patient too, showing me the different sets multiple times until I settled on one, before she marked the area. When it came time for the piercing itself, she gave me the option of counting down or just going for it. I requested the latter, and after manipulating my ear, she did the piercing, offering words of encouragement and plenty of communication about what was left to come.The operation itself was quick. It hurt a bit, but that just comes with the territory of these, especially a cartilage piercing like the Industrial I got. There was almost no blood too, and Victoria further affirmed the success of it by describing how well it looked and letting me see as soon as it was cleaned up.After admiring Victorias handiwork for a few moments, she described a veritable encyclopedia on how to take care of the piercing - from healing times to cleaning methods, including hypotheticals like how its best to wash and rinse the piercing after a shower rather than before or mid-shower, and how some painkillers might help if it swells up.After giving me the chance to ask my own questions and giving me a self-care guide, I left a happy customer. It looks amazing to me and I feel so satisfied with the results of the piercing and the experience! I honestly cant wait to come back once this one has healed.

If you are looking to get pierced or get your jewelry changed out do not come here. Went to simply get my cartilage piercing jewelry changed and idk if they didn’t secure the post on the jewelry tight enough but it came undone and the hole to my piercing closed up and now am having to get the piercing redone and go through the healing process all over again.

I visited Killer Ink last Saturday as I was researching the best place to get my tragus pierced. I spoke with Terry. She was super helpful, patiently answered all of my questions, and even gave me an idea for another piercing and where to find jewelry.I went back yesterday and met Victoria (Terry was busy on the phone) who did my piercings. She has several piercings which is one of the things that made me trust her and shes very knowledgeable. She answered all of my last-minute questions, explained the process, set me up with my aftercare, helped me figure out two additional piercings, and advised me on when to come back for piercings in my other ear.I was a little nervous, but Victoria helped me calm down. She was so friendly, patient and sweet. She took her time to make sure everything was just right and made sure I was happy with the placement of all three piercings beforehand. Everything happened just like she said it would and turned out great. Ill be back in three months for the piercings in my other ear.

I had Mindy as my piercer, and she was amazing!!! I got a flat and a middle helix done. I was so nervous, but she was so understanding. Inside was really clean. Overall, I had a great experience!

These guys are booked for tattoos until late-September, and it is so easy to see why! I walked into Killer Ink and was immediately greeted by a kind staff. They informed me that they are booked for tattoos until almost October, but were still extremely interested in what tattoo I wanted, and even gave me an estimate of cost, as well as suggestions! I felt as if I was surrounded by friends.I ended up getting my orbital piercing (inner conch), and left completely satisfied. The person at the front desk, as well as Matt, who pierced us, were so kind to answer any questions we had. They helped create an easygoing atmosphere in an otherwise nerve-wracking situation. Very easygoing, yet professional.As far as cleanliness goes, the shop itself smelled clean. Everything was clean. Needles were taken out of the packaging, disinfected, and disposed of properly. When the piercings were over, every surface was disinfected thoroughly.I completely recommend Killer Ink to anyone who is looking to get a new piercing or tattoo. The professionalism of the employees, as well as the charming atmosphere made this trip extremely worth your while. I will be coming back asap! :)

I’ve gotten almost all my tattoos and piercing here. The atmosphere is comfortable, and everyone is super friendly even when it’s busy. Victoria is a piercer there and she’s personally done my industrial, and my double lobes. She is an amazing veteran piercer there and is by far my favorite. 10/10

This is my second tattoo at Killer Ink. The studio is very clean, everyone is super friendly and they do great work. Be prepared to make an appointment a few months out. They take their time with each client and may only see one client per day so the time is very valuable and books up fast, but totally with the wait. I saw Will for this one and couldnt be happier. Highly recommend. Already made the appointment for my next one.

Ive been going to this studio since 2008, and I absolutely love every tattoo and piercing Ive gotten here. Most recently, Jon tattooed me and he was fantastic!! I love my ink and it was a lot of fun. The studio is clean and not pretentious like a lot of studios are. Book early because they stay busy.

Mindy is also super kind, she listens to all of my questions and never makes me feel stupid or like I am a bother for asking them, unlike some places I have been to (cough* magic dragon) I will keep going here as long as they work there!

My experience at Killer Ink was great! My husband and I went in for a nose piercing and were very comfortable and everything went good. The kind lady that pierced us was soo nice and comforting and took her time and was very experienced. We would definitely come back to this place.

Had my lobes pierced early summer. The initial experience was ok, workers were respectful (the piercer was a little grumpy that day but everyone has their days) and overall felt pretty good with my piercings.in retrospect, I have 2 main complaints.1) The instructions provided could be harmful to the healing process if you have sensitive/reactive skin. I was instructed to wash it with a dye-less, scent-less hand-soap around twice a day. This led to my piercings being fairly irritated each time, though it could be a personal issue.2) The jewelry they provided for my lobe piercings were stainless-steel with butterfly backings. I honestly didn’t mind the fact that they were stainless-steel since it’s a pretty safe material. The butterfly backings however are hard to clean and, in my opinion, are terrible as starter earrings.They got infected to the point i had to have the jewelry removed before they got swallowed by my flesh. (I acknowledge that the infection may not be the fault of killer ink.) When i looked at the removed jewelry, I had noticed a lot of gunk on the butterfly backing that had collected within the small gaps and crevices.3 months later I got them re-pierced at a different location. The new location told me to only use saline solution (which has worked without a hitch) and they used titanium “push pin flat back” earrings instead which are way easier to keep clean, and they don’t get caught on stuff.If you do get a piercing here, make sure to get flat-backed or ball-ended jewelry (even if it costs you a little extra). do NOT get the standard stainless-steel butterfly-backed earrings. You could also just bring your own jewelry.

This whole experience was more than I could of asked for! From walking in and being greeted to the whole piercing experience. Amazing! Victoria was a rockstar! She was very personal and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Even when I started bleeding Victoria jumped in with both hands without a beat and didn’t panic which made me not panic! All around a wonderful experience! ❤️ Thank you Victoria for my new piercing!

My partner and I went in for my septum and his first lobe -- and WOW they are absolute sweethearts!! We worked with Victoria for the piercings, and two other gals were in there helping out -- and by that, I mean I passed out when I got mine done, and they make sure I was a-okay. A drink, a fan, everything. Victoria is an absolute blast to chat with as well, and all of them were so, so sweet and helpful with us. Thank you again, and know well be coming back soon! 😎✨

My 8 year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced. We found this place based on a recommendation and it did not disappoint! Mindy greeted us and was very friendly. Johnny was our piercer and he was very clean and professional. I would highly recommend this place.

Matt is so phenomenal. He has the best personality and makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter until you leave. This man is special!! and a true treasure for this business. He has done a couple of piercings for my girls all with no issues. Not sure what other services he offers but Im sure its all stellar. You will have the best experience with Matt.

I love this place! I got an absolutely beautiful sternum tattoo by Ben this saturday. He was incredibly professional and is an amazing artist. He took my inspiration pictures and created a piece that was even more beautiful than I had imagined! I have been both tattooed and pierced at this shop and would never go anywhere else! If I could give more stars, I would!

Ive gotten my septum and both sides of my nose pierced here, such an amazing environment, I got both my nose sides pierced today by Mindy and she was so sweet and caring through the whole process definitely coming back for more piercings and tattoos!!

My friend and I had our piercings done by Lily and she was fantastic! She was friendly, reassuring and made it as quick and painless as possible. All of the staff were welcoming, the place was hygienic, and our piercings look great! Will definitely come back again.

I had a good experience previously getting a tattoo so I went back for piercings and that was a huge mistake. They couldn’t have been more crooked and off the mark. I had to remove them to get them done somewhere else after they heal. Waste of $100. I messaged them on the link on their site and got no response. Bad experience!

My daughter and I walked in for a nose piercing after calling 5 minutes prior. Was told on the phone no appointment was needed. Waited for over 5 mins but no one greeted us or asked what we needed. Looked right at us but never was assisted. If you’re black, don’t waste your time or money coming to this place. Complete trash and the only reason I didn’t immediately walk out after no one said hello or at least let us know it will be a moment is because my daughter wanted the piercing badly.

Got my daughters nose pierced today, the one that done her nose was super quick. He did an awesome job. This place is even better than all of the positive things I have heard about them. I also booked my next tattoo and am very excited about getting it done. They are very professional, friendly and just feels very genuine. I look forward to my next tattoo and future tattoos.

We have had work done here before however, we tried to add another tattoo (this was a cover up). We tried several times to make an appointment the first couple times they kept saying the owner had to review it and it was always our fault according to them because “we never got back to them”. My wife had to go in for a touch up and Will the owner said let me look into it. Our freind was turning 50 so we figured we would schedule our friends tattoo on her birthday well here we sit three weeks later going in for our 12:30 scheduled appointment and they said did you confirm the appointment (we confirmed it when Johnny called) they tried to say we didn’t confirm the appointment so they nixed our appointment. My recommendation is you can find a lot of good tattoo places around Atlanta don’t use this place!!!

I wish I would have gotten her name but the lady who did my nose piercing was SO nice. Her customer service skills are phenomenal and she did an excellent job with my nose piercing. Nice & friendly staff, with a clean, well-kept studio. I will definitely be coming back for a tattoo!!

I went with two of my friends to get various ear piercings and had the best experience. We had Mindy as our piercer and she was so friendly and quick. I would highly recommend her if you are going to get a piercing!

Ive been here a couple of times. Once for my daughter for Daithe piercings, the second for my nose piercing . The staff is really amazing! I am enjoying my piercing! They are very professional and informative about how to take care of your piercings afterwards. I have been following those instructions and have had no problems whatsoever. I also, introduced KI to my Best friend. She got a tattoo. The artwork is amazing! She is very pleased with the work. I would go back for additional services if need be.

I went in for a piercing. I was being pretty impulsive actually. I used to have my nose pierced but with life circumstances I had to take it out and let it close up. Well, my life is different now so I decided why not?!!!! I walked into Killer Ink and they greeted me right away and got me seated. I was in and out with paperwork and everything in about 10 minutes. Great experience!

My teen daughter was getting her ears pierced. They were wonderful, both sweet and professional. Very hygienic. My daughter said that it hurt less than getting a shot at the doctors. Much better than when I was a kid with the piercing gun at the mall

I’m never going anywhere else for my piercings! I truly had the best experience at Killer Ink when I went in to get pierced. I’ve gotten about 7 piercings other places before and while those times were just fine, my experience at Killer Ink was flawless. I went in to get my tragus done and I was met by such nice staff and they were so helpful and kind. (I think) Carly pierced me and she was an EXPERT. I’ve gotten 5 cartilage piercings before and they kind of scare me sometimes, but she talked me through it and it was done in less than 5 minutes! no lolligagging, no nerves, no nothing! sometimes the build up is the worst, but she was calm and she really knew what she was doing. I was so impressed! about a week later, my piercing accidentally fell out, so I went back to the shop to try and get it put back in. they were busier because it was a Friday night, but Jon greeted me at the door and told me to hang tight and that they would get me all situated in no time. Jon ended up putting my piercing back in and although he is a tattooer, he knew what he was doing and he was seriously so awesome and so nice! my piercing site was irritated and swollen because it wasn’t quite healed when the piercing fell out, so it hurt like crazy (naturally), but he got it done quick and after he was done, I seriously felt like a brand new person. now, my piercing is healing wonderfully and is in such good shape! thanks, Jon! I can’t get over the incredible atmosphere of the shop. such a cool place, everyone there is awesome and you feel so comfortable just being there! I haven’t been in the market for a tattoo in a while, but you best believe I’m going to look at Killer Ink first when I am because I really love their shop and people! thankful for the outstanding experience! I can’t wait to go back!
