My online pick up at store order wasnt ready within the 2 hours window time.In fact...its been 24 hours since I placed it and...still havent received any update.I wont be ordering from them again.Youre better off going to the store for purchasing.

The young lady working on 3/13/22 did not know how to process an even exchange of merchandise. I don’t know if this is her fault or if whoever trained her did not teach her how to process this type of transaction. Instead of processing an even exchange she charged me for exchanging the same merchandise. Bottom line I will not purchase from this store again and will tell others not to buy from here either.

The girls at Claires were super nice. They pierced both of my daughters ears at once which I think was the only way she agreed to do it. They had really cute earrings and the kids just loved being there, its so girly. They were busy but they still took the time to help my daughter get this done as quick and painless as possible. They were also really knowledgeable. My daughters first holes closed up after using a cheap pair of earrings one time and they said that happens a lot to people. The disinfecting liquid for her ears was included in the price and they gave both my kids stickers and lollipops when we were done, which was really thoughtful. I left with two very happy kids.

They are the best piercing shop possible they are all really kind and helpful and dont get me started on there aftercare i can talk for days about that but bottom line there aftercare is the best it is so gental and soothe for my ear my ears feel so relaxed and calm after applying it and there piercings are not that painful campare to other shops where its done with a bare needle and they have a wide varity of piercing to choose from but at the end of the day they put a smile on everyones face
