Kind and awesome people. They got me in after knowing I waiting at another location for hours and Bird did amazing work. The location was extremely clean, I love the tattoo I got and definitely will be going back. Absolutely recommend.

This place is the best! It’s going to be the only place i come to from on! Bird and Raven were the couple that tattooed me and they friendly, nice and professional! Also extremely patient, despite the fact that I kept moving! They are wonderful conversationalists and just super interesting to talk to!

Bird does an amazing job, my husband and I have gotten work done for the last year and a half here. He has an easy hassle free payment plan. We set up for monthly deductions on our credit card and just book appointments! The work is the best you will get. I’ve attached some pictures as well! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Can’t wait to see the finished products on our sleeves!

This shop is A-1. The artist is amazing! Its a super clean facility and laid back environment. Theres even a spot for the kids to chill and watch t.v!

I came to Indy for gencon for the first time a decided to get a small tattoo as a memorial, after calling around to some shops Byrd called me back and took me in already after his studio was closed, these guys are fantastic I will be visiting them again if I come back to Indy

Bird is an awesome artist! All three of my pieces are my core idea but bird always is able to add a little of his own style to it and makes them look that much better. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Holly did a fantastic job! She was very gentle and professional when piercing my nips. My only regret is that I only had two nips for her to pierce. If I had a third nipple I would have gladly had her do that one too!

He does amazing work designing the tattoos, and tattooing the pieces. Super easy to talk to about designs to create exactly what you want. The payment plan be offers make big pieces easier to get done since you’re not paying $5,000 at once.

Great place. We had a consultation with Dusty and he estimated a price then later after it had been drawn up he was true to his word and priced it the same as the estimate. Besides the money it was grade A professional work done in a relaxed and CLEAN setting. My daughter and I were a walk in on Monday early evening hoping to get some new ink. Dusty didnt disappoint at all! He took both of us and gave us excellent service and grade A tattoos. We will be back to see him for sure.

This the first tattoo that I have ever gotten and it wont be the last. I was very nervous and was unsure about if I truly would go through with it. Dusty drew up the perfect design he knew exactly what I was looking for and I almost fell asleep with him working. He has a very soft hand and the only time I really started feeling it was right at the end when he was doing the whites. I am looking forward to my next tattoo with him.

I already had 7 tattoos. I got eighth tattoo in last minute. I lost somebody very important person to me on Oct 29, I was devastated. I decided to get memorial tattoo of her with me. On Nov 1, I got Stitch and Frog from Stitch & Lilo movie. Dusty was very understandable and he did very amazing job. I cried with joy when he finished. It meant a lot to me. I’m recommending Dusty for cartoon art. He did it so amazingly!

I have more than one tattoo from this studio. Dusty is simply amazing. He has a light hand for those of us with more sensitive/tender skin. Bird has a slightly heavier hand, which is good for those of you with tougher skin or with a higher pain tolerance. Both artists have fantastic work and will take care of you with the utmost respect. Portfolios are available upon entering. This is NOT just a quick-stop, stencil tattoo shop. They do CUSTOM INK. Which means you better know what you want when you come in, or at least a vague idea. They will help you with design concept, but they need something to work with first. Their Facebook page has a great view of their portfolios and available deals. Check that out before coming in! Bird is by appointment only, Dusty takes walk-ins and appointments. Do NOT show up an hr before closing and expect a 4hr session. Be responsible with your timing and take into consideration how long it will take. If you have something simple, Dusty will happily get it done for you. If you want, say... a portrait, you better make an appointment. Overall, best shop in the Indianapolis area. I wouldnt go to anybody else!

Man, me and Will started coming to Gold Dragon Ink back in 2011, and I havent turned back since. We loved the atmosphere and the people so much that its the only place me and Will have gone to since. And now working for the studio and Bird its become more of a family to us than anything. thats how I hope all of our clients feel when they come to our studio( like family), and that we really care about the tattoos that you want and make sure you get exactly what you envisioned your tattoos to be. In a calm, loving,and happy environment .

I just want to share that I let my daughter Hailey get her first tattoo for her 17th birthday.... This guy did amazing my daughter picked out 3 butterflies 🦋 and he literally turned them into something miraculous so many compliments and questions about where we went! These butterflies look 3D! Thank you so much!

Dusty was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my sister here for her first tattoo and he explained everything that would be happening and was very patient with her. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Ive had two large pieces done by Bird over the last few years. Great work by a great guy!

It’s a good place to get a staff infection. I’ve never had one in my life. Broke out two days after leaving the chair. I’m on my second round of anabiotic’s In 3 months. Try going to work with blisters and boils over your arms when you’re in customer service. That place needs a thorough cleaning. Over priced and Inconsistent pricing. Nice guys, Great location.

I got this tattoo last November and I can honestly say, its the most poorly done tattoo Ive ever gotten. And about 70% of my tattoos have been done at someones house.The line work and symmetry are awful, and alot of the ink didnt stick. I have around 12 tattoos, so I know how to take care of them, and I havent had a problem with any of them. Also the place just seemed very dirty. Which is a Big negative for a tattoo shop.

Dusty did a great job on my wife and my tattoo. Had a great experience and would really recommend this place for any body art. They do piercing too for those that want that done.

Went to a private TAT party and wanted an old tat recolored. I received an excellent tattoo from Cotton. He really made my old tat new using his own style. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I am planning on going back for another in the near future.

Tried to get a tattoo done here, showed up to meet with the folks and discuss what I wanted, waited for about an hour and the artist never showed. Left my number with the piercer and was told Id would get a call. Been 3 weeks or so and never heard from them. Pretty unprofessional and do not intend on returning.

FIRST TIMER——} comfy set up felt at if I was at home made way for one of my best first experiences! Kind/Understanding/ Clean/ sourseful tattoo guy love that he stayed woke working his magic as late in the night as he did to make sure my husband and I both had fresh ink. 💜

2nd time visiting this studio. My experience is always great. The only thing I would say is its hard getting in contact with the piercer. The contact information is a personal cell phone and not of the actual business.

This place is awesome! Had 3 dermals done and couldnt be happier. The shop was clean and everyone there was friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Plan on going back for a few more and they will absolutely be doing my next tat.

Actually went there for a U-Haul rental not a tattoo but it look like a very good tattoo parlor that being said. And they were excellent at renting me the U-Haul.

Great place the ink work is great and the piercing folks do a great job I would highly suggest going there and talking 2 the tattoo artist about wanting a custom tattoo they do a great job and work with you

Went to sick with it had a half sleeve done for my first tattoo. By far best place to go all my family have tattoos and they don’t compare to this guy he is the best.

My tongue piercing was so crooked I had her take it out all together. She offered to re pierce it the same day which you aren’t supposed to do. Never coming back.
