I have gotten every single one of my tattoos done here with Sarah, she is phenomenal. Not only is she so detailed but she’s also just a nice person, so is the rest of their crew here. Took my 7 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for her birthday! I would recommend them! We had Miranda and jess. They were very kind and considerate, very patient with my daughter. They talked her through the entire process.We forgot her birth certificate and, jess was kind enough to let us go back and grab it.Definitely recommend!

Absolutely would recommend. Great art and great conversation, cant really get much better than that!! One of the best tattooing experiences Ive had since moving to Missouri from the West Coast. Matt was fantastic and his prices were really reasonable as well.

Very professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to piercings. Removed my piercings because they were done incorrectly. Once these are healed, I’ll be going back to have them done the rite way. Thank you.

My 6 year old just had her birthday days before and wanted her ears pierced. We went here and had them done quick and easy with next to no pain. They put on some numbing cream when we first got in so she didnt feel hardly any of it and gave her many options of piercings to choose from. Very gentle and welcoming with the kids. Made my daughter feel comfortable so she was less nervous about her piercings by complimenting her and talking to her, giving her a show of her choice to watch while the prepped and pierced her ears. They even included her baby sister when it came time for the treasure chest at the end of it all. Totally recommend! Gave detailed instructions on how to care for her ears including giving a paper to go home with in case you forget anything. They give a free 4 week check up and a number to text or call if you have questions during the healing process. Everyone loves her little cupcake earrings!

Just got back from getting my first piece done by artist Roy Rodriguez, the amount of time and detail spent making sure my piece was perfect was amazing. I will definitely be back!

Use to love this shop I have gotten a couple tattoos from them plus matt built my sleeve. But after winning the October 2023 free 10 hour session its been a nightmare to get it done. As its now August 2024 and I only got 2 hours done and they refuse to answer very disappointing.

This isnt my first tattoo with Hex House but I cant recommend them enough Sarah is fantastic very chill atmosphere and good at keeping touch throughout the appointment scheduling through aftercare!

I scheduled an appointment with Maranda to have my niece’s earlobe repierced after her earring fell out while she was sleeping. I am completely blown away by our experience and can’t thank Maranda enough for her kindness, professionalism, and understanding that getting a piercing can be really scary for kids. She was so thorough in explaining everything that she was doing and what we should do to care for the piercing as it heals. This was the complete opposite experience that we had when getting my niece’s ears pierced the first time at another shop, and I will never not recommend Hex House for anybody wanting a piercing (ESPECIALLY anyone with kids that wants a piercer that provides a safe and comfortable space and amazing experience for their kiddo)!

Very great place! The woman who pierced me was very kind and understanding! I originally went for a septum piercing but lost my nerve at the last minute. She never lost her cool, and even suggested different options. She was very patient, and very helpful. I will DEFINITELY be going back!

Could never get my time right on my appointment, after 6 different calls I just canceled. Waste of time! Female staff seemed to be very immature!!

Matt has done both of my tattoos and Ill be going back for more. He listens and works tirelessly with you to make sure your getting exactly what you want. And his artistic ability is off the charts.

My daughters and I went here for body piercings. We had THE BEST most professional service and treatment I’ve ever experienced. Maranda was kind, patient, reassuring and explained every step of the process. Even for a very nervous (or scared) person, Maranda is reassuring and makes you feel very comfortable. Hey quality of work is 🔥🔥🔥. She takes care to fully explain all your follow up care with emphatic instructions to call anytime day or night with concerns. I highly recommend Maranda!!! We will also be back for more piercings!

Fantastic place! I got two piercings and my friend got one. I loved that the piercer explained the whole process to where we understood why she was doing what she is doing. Will deffinately come back!!!!

Would not recommend after 40 mins waiting past appointment time and rude staff walking around with young child on her hip, we requested the copies they took of our ids and they got attitude we were wanting our stuff to leave very unprofesional!
