My daughter wanted to get her second ear piercing for her 11th birthday so we brought her here. Denise was the cashier and she was really friendly and so nice. RebaMarie was the store manager who did my daughters piercings and she was truly fantastic! She talked her through the whole process, let her change where the holes were going to be and let her know when she was ready. She was so kind and understanding and it made my daughter feel so at ease. She also gave us the whole process of keeping them clean, what to do, what not to do and scheduled a 4 week follow up appointment to make sure she is healing properly. I would truly recommend RebaMarie to anyone who is looking to get a piercing!

I got my ears pierced here when I was a kid & brought my 2nd daughter here for her piercings as well. Piercing is great. But 6months later we decided we wanted to get her new earrings I was told to get the warranty & because they were screw post Id have no worries of them coming off. Also, that if they did come off or get lost they would have no problem replacing them since I had warranty. I went this weekend to get my 2 youngest daughters another set of earrings because they both had lost their one earring each. I was told the warranty never did cover it and I basically got, got by the sales girl. It was %40 off everything over $50 so we didnt make a fuss. But the audacity to still try to upsell my husband the warranty once again knowing it serves no purpose is something else. He simply told them no because you arent going to warranty anything and Ill just come back again & buy more instead of wasting anymore money on any extras with you all. So overall its a great place just not worth spending anything extra than buying your jewelry here & highly recommend the piercings

I made a reservation for an ear piercing and was greeted and worked on immediately. Bambi was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and gentle. Everything was clean and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend to anyone getting a piercing or purchasing jewelry.

Bought 14 carat gold earrings for my daughter. Paid them $54.00. After a bit of usage the gold turned dark. These guys are pure cheats or they dont know about gold. I am never going here or buying gold from these folks. There are merchants in Austin who will sell gold which is pure. I dont mind paying a higher price for not getting cheated.

The website makes it look nice, but its still just a rundown kiosk in the mall. I tried returning something that I bought off their website and it was horribly difficult because their POS wasnt connected to the same data as the website. I ended up driving all the way there for absolutely nothing. Frustrating. The staff also didnt seem very knowledgeable. I wouldnt trust them to pierce anything other than my earlobes, provided they use needles instead of guns/plastic devices.

Took my 3 year old to get her ears pierced and was very very satisfied with my experience! They let me be as picky as I wanted with the dots and had the exact earrings I wanted! Highly recommend!

Brought my daughter here today because after getting her ears pierced here she took her earrings out a tiny bit too early and was unable to get the new ones in. My daughter is 12 and was so nervous to even have me help her. I wish I could remember the woman’s name who helped us but she was so incredibly sweet! Got the earrings back in and was so professional! Great customer service and they were so busy! I appreciate her helping my daughter and gave us some tips to prevent this happening again.

Don’t waste your time buying from here. They make mistakes and you’ll be the one getting the short end of the stick. I bought a 22 inch chain. I got warranty on it. Came back to get it replaced and they tried giving me a 16 inch at first until I measured it out in front of them. And turns out when I originally bought the chain, they rung it up incorrectly and it was a shorter chain they had the receipt for and warranty. And there was nothing they could do even though it was their fault. Would not recommend. I should have known better to come to a jewelry kiosk. Even when I showed up, they couldn’t even help the customer that was there before me cause their system was down. Ridiculous.

Jewelry is really beautiful, this is my go to when I want something in the moment. The only thing is the jewelry breaks, and unfortunately this recent time I didn’t get the warranty.. So my earring can’t be fixed. Very unfortunate for me smh

I waited over 25 minutes to buy a nose stud and no one ever showed up.

I have shopped Piercing Pagoda over the last several years. I have confidence in their products. I had Amanda Moreno last time as my sales associate. She treated me with professionalism, caring, and went the extra mile. Its not easy to find all these extra qualities these days.

Very bad quality gold for little kids. My daughter was wearing them over a year and was complaining about pain. When we removed it had discoloration and for sure it was not gold.

Piercing pagoda was a great experience. The employees were thoughtful and very patient. They offered a lot of information to a somewhat anxious girl getting her ears pierced for the first time. Would recommend highly. Great job thank you

My daughter got her ears pierced here and they were wonderful. My daughter was refusing to get her second ear done and they were so patient. She was in their chair for an hour and they never got frustrated or impatient with her(even though I did!). I highly recommend.

I was helped finding beautiful jewelry. Liz an Emily are both helpful and intelligent.

I recently got my ears pierced in this place and overall, the piercing itself was really good. It didn’t hurt one bit and it looks nice. Although, this didn’t satisfy my experience. The lady who did it was blunt and didn’t come across nice. She ranted the cost and the aftercare, as if we were getting it done for free. It was rude and that’s absolutely no way to treat customers.

Got my first cartilage pierced here at 14 not knowing a lot. They pierced with a gun and the piercing never healed right:. Ended up taking it out and still have a bump. Staff was very nice though and they cleaned everything nicely. Would only recommend for lob piercings only

Amanda was fantastic! She pierced my daughters ears, and helped keep her calm and distracted the whole time. She was was so sweet and helpful the whole time!

Called at noon to set appointment. Was given a 4:30 appointment. Got there at 4:20 and we’re told we did not have an appointment and rudely turned away even though they still didn’t close for another hour. Very unprofessional, rude, and ghetto. Not sure how they have any good reviews.

She’s not interested to sale, and wanted people to visit icing and claires, dude i’m here to buy from pagoda and i know about other stores and their stuff, who are you to say what i need to buy. I will never visit this place again.
