Chuck is great! Booking my tattoo session was easy and due to the type of tattoo I received and my pain tolerance, I was done in under 10mins! Chuck also did my nipple piercing Christmas Eve and had no issues addressing my concerns about my healing process weeks later!

I went and got a tattoo here a few weeks ago and it was an absolutely great experience. It was close to closing but I called to see if they could by any chance squeeze in a small two word tattoo. It was an emotional day and I needed this. A tattoo that is so small but is so powerful and meaningful to me. Without hesitation he told me to come right in no problem. Come to find out it was his birthday and he stayed later just so I could get this. That’s a business owner right there. Small moments of kindness and grace go so far and that night was so extra special to me in the way not only was I able to get it but also In a style and placement I love at a place that simply held space. He was so patient with my picky and very respectful. Super clean shop and will be returning for more! Thank you good sir for your generosity and good spirits!

Amazing and kind staff all around! I’ve gotten multiple piercings here and the employees are so thorough with attention to detail, precision, cleanliness, and explaining something if you are confused. The prices are fair as it matches with the service you receive. Would highly recommend this place! 💘🥰

We just moved to MI and are so glad to have discovered this shop!! We walked in for a piercing and for my grandfather to finish a small line work tattoo on his ankle, and they fit us in immediately. Ryan did a fantastic job with the tattoo, and his father did my flat piercing, which turned out perfect. The shop is so nice and clean, and has a huge and comfortable back room. The prices are incredibly fair, and everyone there is great to chat with. They also have some really cool merch for sale!! Well definitely be back 😊

First time here and the two staff working today were phenomenal! The receptionist was very bright and all full of smiles as soon as you walk in the door! Ryan the tattoo artist was a spot on steady hand that recreated my tattoo and brought it back to life! I will return for all future tattoos because the price is good and the staff here are phenomenal! Thank you elite ink staff for bringing my tattoo back! I have another tattoo in mind but will return when I heal!

I got my snakebites done re-done over the weekend and I wasnt a fan... I wasnt instructed to use mouth wash before hand (which was the 1st time ever in between getting my snakebites done when I was a teenager and getting my tounge done when I was 19 or 20) I dont think the jewelry and stuff was fully sanitized since it came fresh out the package. And my cousins percier said that doesnt mean its fully sanitized so now Im freaked out over that that I might get an infection or contaminated in some way. Ive gotten 5 other facial piercings done in my life between two other studios and I wish I checked to see how much they wanted instead of spending my money here... I didnt even see a percing license on the wall like the two other tattoo shops Ive gotten percings done at. I got longer posts in thankfully he tried to say it was inflamed from hot or spicy food and that he put long posts in I didnt even eat any the posts where to small for the swelling and eveyone around me saw that to. (I could tell those where normal post sizes when I smiled) Im still worried about the needles and jewelry sanitization and the experience of the piercer this was an experince I never experienced between having my eyebrow, nose, 1st round of snake bites and tounge done. In my life over all I would not get a percing done here its also the most pain Ive experienced from any percing being done... my right side hurts so bad and I cant tell if it still swollen or if it infected.

I never leave reviews for places but I have to give a huge shout out to Ryan, he at this point will be doing all of my tattoos. He is amazing at his work and is extremely nice and professional. Make sure you ask for Ryan the next time you need some good work done.

John was so professional, nice, knowledgeable, and quick. I got both of my rooks done today along with my goddaughter and friend, for my goddaughter birthday. We had a ball. I definitely recommend John hands down. Best piercer Ive had, and I have 4 other piercing.

My BFF and I got tattoos yesterday.. we didn’t have appointments but they took us right away.This was my first tattoo and everything was great from start to finish, and I LOVE my tattoo. The artist that did our tattoos was great!

Absolutely love these guys! Local hardworking dudes and dudettes making us all look and feel amazing with our new tattoos. Sometimes you need to help your old ink who justly needs it because you didnt get it with them to begin with! Well thats okay! That new or old ink just needed new love and or colors tapped into them! Or to be covered up completely so they can breath new life! Well, with these guys I have done it all and plan to do more! Love both their Van Dyke and Mound locations and everyone in them! Im HIGHLY disappointed in my tattoo! It DOES NOT look like a professional did it at all. Im so sad. So depressed. I wasted 275 dollars on it plus I was still nice enough to give a $40 tip.

Took my 17 year old to get ear piercing, Jen at the front desk was super friendly and awesome. John was great with my daughter, she was nervous. It was clean and quick. I even decided to get a second piercing in my nose after she was done. I would surely go back and recommend.

I just got this done today and Ive never been this impressed before! My tattoo artist name is Ryan and he did my leg and its perfect!! great conversations about games and movies while tattooing me and very patient when my leg kept jumping. I have been going to this place as a kid with my dad while he got his tattoos (the only place my dad goes to). I got my first tattoo here when I was 17 by Ryan. I went back today for another tattoo from John, he does his work fast and efficient! This tattoo was small-medium size with small details. John even fixed an older tattoo (small wrist tattoo) I had gotten (by another shop) that wasn’t fully shaded in. John also worked on my moms tattoo that was a little bigger than mine but same tattoo image and we both love how fast he worked and good they look! I would definitely recommend this place and trusting John to give you some ink :)

Ashley was great with my fairy wings! She didnt stress out my skin with going over it too many times and it was done quick and well! Just 4 days after it was done it is almost healed and didnt hurt as much afterwards as my first tattoo did. It looks awesome, I am happy with it.

The guy who did my tattoo was very nice! And professional! The receptionist..eh? Not so much very impatient and made it difficult for me to choose art work..

A friend & myself went in with an appointment for 2:00pm. She requested 2 ear lobe piercings along with 2 snake bite piercingsThe price seemed fair for around $130 for everything. The tattoo artist that did her work was professional & courteous. He was very efficient & sterile

I had a great experience from the time I walked through the door. The mom of the person who pierced me (John) greeted me and gave me a little history of the company. She was very welcoming and joked around with me. When I went to the back everything was so clean and sanitary. Wonderful pictures of art throughout the place that I enjoyed looking at. John is very good at what he does! When he found out it was my birthday today, he gave me a wonderful gift before I left. So happy at how I was treated here and will be looking into what I want done next just to visit them again!!!

Walked in, no consult, was there a total of I think 25 mins? Got fantastic service and a fantastic tattoo by Ryan. They are friendly there and do great work I think I waited longer to have the tattoo printed than it took to do the tattoo! Ill definitely be back!

The shop itself was pretty dope!! And the lady who checks us in was cheerful!! But the guy actually doing my piercing he had to do it twice cause it slipped out the first time -I almost didn’t get it after that- but the second time was a success! I just wish he would have told us like great ways to take care of our piercings and what to do if it slipped out. But overall it was quick and awesome!

So sweet and i got two piercings here so far! unfortunately i forgot the piercer’s name i think it’s john but he did so good! finally got the septum i’ve been wanting for ages! 🤗👍🏼 will be coming back

Walked in the shop today and had no idea what to get! Just knew I wanted a tattoo. I looked at some art they had and decided to add more art to some stuff I already had and make it better. Met with Ryan and we went over what I had in mind. He was awesome and very professional. Tattooed exactly what I wanted right then and there. Very cool guy. Very clean shop. Definitely gonna be back in a few weeks.

I’ve gotten a good number of piercings here over the last few years and just got my snake bites done.never ever been disappointed !they do an amazing job- quick, very sanitary and looks super good afterwards. all of my piercings have healed properly :)

Would never use this place again. (Try to make a long story short) I called to make an appointment and they told me to email them. I emailed with someone name John. I sent him pictures of what I wanted and described in detail what I was looking for. I walked in on the day of my appointment and they gave me a guy name Ryan to work with. He quoted me a price that was waayy to high but I allways heard good things about this place and we all know the saying you get what you pay for so I was hoping for a great quality tattoo. Needless to say that wasnt the case. I got home, looked in the mirror, took some pictures of it from different angles and was not satisfied at all. I called to voice my frustration and they told me to come in. Upon returning I expressed how the tattoo was missing details from the picture I showed them, expressed how I was expecting better quality for the price I was paying. Ryan demanded that I pay more for finishing the detail he left out. I told him I was not going to do that. He went and got John. John lied to my face telling me he was just a guy who helped Ryan. After explaining my situation I asked for the owner and then John finally told the truth and said he was the owner. WORST TATTOO EXPERIENCE EVER!

I walked in for an appt to get my nose pierced. I wanted tattoos as well but was already planning on having to make an appt. John did my nose and I was talking to him about my tattoos and he drew them up for me and did them right there. I was very happy and I appreciate you doing that. It was overall a great experience. Will be back..

Horrible! DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS!! He’s careless and unknowledgeable. I went to get my ears pierced and they sit completely different from each other. The jewelry he used was too short. My whole earlobe is swollen and sinking in to the hole after 3 week of my piercing. I went back to get it looked it and he told me everything was fine while my whole ear was red swollen and skin flaking he didn’t notice I was having a reaction I had to go to another place shop that was very informative and professional. I was informed that my piercing is pierced at the wrong angle. And that I was having a bad reaction from the jewelry they used. So I decided to take them out to close. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I recently had my first tattoo done here & it was a great experience. I knew what I wanted but Ashley truly designed & transformed it into art. The studio is clean, professional & youre made to feel very comfortable. I’m going back next week for more work & highly recommend Elite Ink.

Took care of my piercing after metal moon tattoos messed up my septum piercing. They were also able to work with me of stretching the septum piercing metal so it could fit under my nose while having the spikes on it. Will be coming back for future piercing!

I came here back in February to get my nipple piercings done. John did an amazing job, his guidance as he was doing the piercings helped to calm my nerves. He provided me with information on properly caring for them and what to expect with the healing process. I run/workout nearly everyday and havent had any issues with them.

Ryan has done all of my art work and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. Definitely recommend Elite to all my friends.Great job!

I received Daith ear piercings at Elite Ink. Since receiving the piercings, I have only had a few migrane headaches. The intensity is much less than they were prior to the piercings, and perhaps only two per year rather than several per month.

Ashley is AMAZING. I seen her for my first ever tattoo. I was nervous and she talked me through the process. She was so gentle. Her work exceeded my expectations!! I will never go anywhere else! John did my piercing, he has in the past, and still does an amazing job!! And Natalie at the desk is the sweetest most kind person!!

I came in for an eyebrow piercing with John and initially had a good experience and was satisfied. After a few days and the swelling started to go down, I noticed the piercing was done too shallow. There was only a thin layer of skin over the jewelry (I included a picture below). The area started to feel uncomfortable and even caused headaches despite taking good care of it. I went into one of my previous piercers to get my other eyebrow piercing changed out. This is when my suspicions of the piercing rejecting was confirmed. I had to retire the piercing after only about three weeks. I gave Elite a call to see what they could do. They offered me a free repiercing which I did declined because it makes sense not to return to a piercer who did not leave me satisfied. They refused to give a partial refund even though I am now left with two holes in my eyebrow that I have to wait months to heal before repiercing. I even sent pictures to show the piercing rejecting but was told that “a piercing cannot reject in that amount of time,”which it clearly was. Overall had a good initial experience and John was a very nice guy but they could not accommodate for the troubles and discomfort they caused me so I will not be returning.

They were really great, patient and understanding that it was my first tattoo. Highly recommend!

I wanted to get my ear lobes and cartilage pierced so I called this shop, was able to make an appointment for the same day, and I’m very happy with my piercings! The front desk worker was very nice and professional, I can’t remember my piercer’s name but he was also very professional. The shop was clean, he wore gloves, sanitized, and used new materials. The piercings were almost painless. I agree with the other positive reviews and I’m glad I chose this shop, I would recommend coming here and will likely be back again!

First timer using Elite Tattoo today February 3, 2023... The Centerline location. Those guys are awesome 👌🏼 John did a stud and hoop on each side of my 👃🏼 nose..And I gotta tell you,he was quick efficient and kind. Made me really comfortable, with minimal pain ‼️☺️👍🏼.. This place is great I have gotten 3 tattoos from here but I have an issue with one of my tattoos that john did it seems like it hasnt healed propeely, its like dry I dont know If thats normal the ones that Ryan did on me healed fine, (no problem) but its been like 7 months since I got the one tattoo by john on my leg!!! Other than that Ryan does great work!!!

These are beautiful people. The owner and the artist are the BOMB!! This establishment is so clean and comfortable. Great customer service.They definitely make sure you get what you want. I’m sad to write this review.12 of my 13 tattoos came from Elite Ink.Orhan was my original artist and his work is amazing, 10/10. But he quit working here after Covid.I tried Ryan for my next tattoo session, he did a good job and I planned on getting my next tattoo from him.Yesterday, my appointment is set for 2 pm with Ryan to find out he has a tattoo session already in progress? I get rescheduled to 4:30 and pay for it, to come back to be told they over booked him and if I would like to reschedule again..never called me, let me drive all the way there AGAIN and this happened.John decided to do my tattoos, I never met him before. I got two tattoos. One is a Harry Potter tattoo of identical feet print…a lot of them are not matching? Didn’t notice until after my appointment. My other tattoo is a Tarzan tattoo. The coloring for Tarzan’s mouth is outside his mouth rather than in it. Just to name a few issues…Overall extremely disappointed with my tattoos and experience. Already looking into laser removal for the two tattoos because the quality is not my expectation or matching my other tattoos.A lifetime Elite Ink customer has been lost after yesterday. If it wasn’t for my prior good experiences, I would give it a 1 star.

Took daughter to get her nose done. They were fabulous. Quick CLEAN and efficient. She was very satisfied. She called a bit later in the evening, but they were very accommodating and let her come same day. I thought that was really great since it was so last minute on my daughters part. Highly recommend.

Called yesterday (a saturday) just to get my nose repierced, was told i needed an appointment but they got me in as soon as i was off work so it was fast. place was clean, woman at front desk was nice, john my piercer was very friendly & fast, they let me put a hoop back in my nose instead of a stud just like i wanted, & they didn’t make me give them my kidneys in terms of pricing. highly recommend!

I had my first tattoo done at the Telegraph Road studio. Its been almost 4 years and the color is still vibrant. No bleeding of the colors or the lines. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the studio and the tattoo site prep process. As a Nurse, that was the most important first impression.

I got my septum pierced for the second time by John. Both times he was so sweet and patient. He’s very good at making you feel comfortable. He has such a calm voice. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming too! Thank you guys

Had a appointment at 5 sat and waited about 5 people came in after me and were all taken care of not one artist came out to talk to me about the design I waited for 30 minutes after waiting I approached the front counter they said oh sorry someone will be right with you waited another 10 minutes still no service so I walked out! I get that you are busy and have multiple artists, but you should not schedule so many people as your studio can not handle the volume!! Bad Customer service all the way around!! Do not recommend this place!

I went here back in November for my 16th birthday and got my first nose piercing. My friend recommended Elite Ink as that is where she got her nosed pierced as well. It was such a welcoming environment and the staff is so friendly! Everything was professional but comforting. Definitely coming here for future tattoos and piercings.

I was scared my tattoo would be blurry cus I have very tiny fingers. I wanted the lines to be clean and I think it came out great.

I love this shop. A few years ago I was tattooed by Oren and was very happy with the result. July of this year I gave myself a birthday present and was tattooed by Rick. I brought in a quick drawing I did and he did such a beautiful job I brought my friend with me a month later to get matching pieces done by Rick. Both my friend and I were very happy with our tattoos. Very friendly studio. I recommend them to everyone that asks.

I’ve had 3 of my pieces done at the centerline location and they have been nothing but kind and professional. The facility is clean and welcoming and as a nurse I appreciate the voluntary health unit inspections however unnecessary. I love the artistic ability of their artists and will return for more work.

Dissapointed with their customer service. I scheduled a consult and met with Ryan. The consult felt a bit rushed and he didnt take notes of the the consult. I explained and showed him what I wanted. Since the tattoo was scheduled for the following week, I didnt give much thought on the rushed consult. He told me he would put something together to show me prior to tattoo day. Called several times and was told he was confused on what I wanted and the day prior to the scheduled tattoo, was told to come in the day of the tattoo to discuss this again. Decided to cancel as it seemed I was not taken seriulously. Totally unprofessional!!!

I don’t know why but every time I go up there to talk about a tattoo or pricing everyone is so rude and they make YOU feel like you’re dumb for asking a question.

They took me same day on one of the hardest days of my life, during a worldwide pandemic, and did such a great job on a tattoo I got for my mom on the 3 year anniversary of her death. Ryan was awesome, my tattoo turned out AMAZING, and the owner was so sweet and made my day a little brighter. Thank you so much!!!

Called and made an appointment and they were very helpful. Showed up to my appt and they continued to be helpful and very friendly. The place was clean and mask wearing and social distancing was practiced. The piercer was quick and very professional and seemed to be an all around good guy. Not from here and am visiting and would recommend them to anyone looking for good, quality work.

John pierced my nose today, & 3 years ago and he remembered me! He is so polite and so reassuring. He opened up all the instruments in front of me and everything was so clean. He took the time to give me his advice on the placement of my piercing, which i needed! He talked me through the piercing and did it quick and easy. John is so awesome and i will be going to him for all my piercings & so should you :)

John was fantastic! He was quick and (mostly) painless for a piercing in a spot that could have been extremely painful. He was very professional, clean, and helped me a lot with letting me know how to care for my daith piercing after. Everyone there was SUPER friendly. I have actually been here two times. Once a few years ago to get a tattoo on my neck. When I walked in and showed them the drawing, they said that Ryan is the man for the job. They werent lying! He did an amazing job which prompted me to come again 2 weeks ago for another tattoo from Ryan. Im not very good with pain and the whole time he reassured me that it was all good. I felt comfortable the whole time I wasnt sketched out in any way and my tattoos are amazing! I highly recommend this place if you want a a great tattoo in a great atmosphere to go along with it!

My brother and I got our first tattoos there about 2 years ago and been going there ever since. We both saw Rick and we always loved his work no problems. Good conversation, always make sure you are ok, and always does a good job. I have a half a sleeve (looking to get more done soon) and one on my calf. All healed very well and looked great once healing was done. Great tattoo artist, truly loves what he does. Thanks Rick!!!!

This is my favorite, absolute LOVE, and will only go here for my tattoos and no where else. This is the place if youre looking for top quality. Theyre great with piercings as well. Their staff is amazing and their artists are beyond talented. I cannot wait to return!

Would not recommend this place for piercings to anyone. got two piercings done, a nostril and a medusa. wanted my nostril to be symmetrical with the other nostril piercing i already have and that was not accomplished. shortly took it out after because of how poorly placed this piercing was. my medusa was pierced with the wrong size jewelry and pierced entirely at the wrong angle. the original bar was sooo short that i asked immediately after it was done if this bar would sustain a good amount of swelling (as an oral piercing does) i was told i would be completely fine. the next day the flat back was sinking into the inside of my lip. i called and asked to potentially get a longer bar and was told to ice it and take ibuprofen. i went to a reputable shop called ironcladd and was informed this jewelry was entirely too short and just learned that the angle i was pierced at would limit the amount of time i had before retiring this piercing greatly. since then i have chosen to take it out and get it repierced somewhere else. i would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is the best.We stopped in for some tattoo quotes over the weekend and my wife had them start a small part of a much larger collection of tattoos she has planned.The place was incredibly clean and well organized, which is always great to see unlike a tattoo shop near us that we wont name here, that looked very dirty and run down and smelled heavily of weed when you entered.The staff were friendly and fast, the quality of the tattoo was great and we will be going back there for sure.If I remember correctly we had the pleasure of working with Orhan on my wifes tattoo, he was incredibly friendly and fun to talk with.I would recommend this place to everyone as they know what they are doing and do it well.

Ive been to several tattoo shops in the past and always felt ignored or dismissed by staff. When I walked in here I decided that if this didnt go well, I just wasnt destined to get this tattoo.It went amazing. Brenda greeted me as soon as I came in, asked me about what I was looking for and connected me to Rick, who set my mind at ease. I left that day with an appointment and the feeling that this was really going to happen.I came back yesterday to get my first tattoo and Rick was still working with his last appointment. Rather than make me wait he told me about the talented O, who knocked it out of the park. This looks better than I could have imagined. I cant wait to see how it heals, and proudly show it off forever.The staff here is friendly, talented and accommodating. Ill be coming back and recommending people to Elite Ink.

I went to this shop just to get my piercing put back in my eye brow, they told me it would cost $10.00 bucks, no problem, we went to the back room, the guy tried to tell me I might need another piercing, because it might have closed up I told him No I just took the eye ring out when I came in, he seemed upset, he proceeded to put my piercing in I paid and I left , later that night when I went to sleep, I whipped my face and the ball fell out in my bed, he never tightened the little Ball ! I think he did it on Purpose, because I didn’t want another piercing, or maybe he don’t like People of Color. SAD ! BAD Service !

Awesomeness. I got my belly button pierced here 2 weeks ago. I called on the phone first to ask about price and Im telling you, youre gonna love the prices here. I walked in and it smelled a little sterile, like a hospital but my hubby said thats a good thing because that means its clean. Staff was friendly and made me feel absolutely comfee. I intend on going back to get a cover up tattoo done.

Rick did my first tattoo he made me feel so comfortable, he sent me home with a&d ointment and some instructions on how to care for it, it heel so beautiful thank you Rick and I will be back for another one.

They did a black outline of a sun and a 9 words and charged my niece 250 dollars. Do not go there and the lines are thick itis so basic.Her artist talked the entire rime about how much ink has gone uo.really dude? You only used one color and you didnt even shade it in. .this is not a case of you get what you pay for... the only nice thing I can say is it is all spelled correctly.

I was very nervous and on the fence about a nose piercing. I called to see if I could basically walk-in and I was greeted with a kind man on the phone.......which made me feel like yup, I can do this. I walked in, the staff was very kind, encouraging and warm. John marked my nose, a few times to be precise. Talked me through the process which took my mind off the PINCH. I LOVE IT!!! Very unprofessional! And rude! I changed my mind about getting a tattoo from them because they was printing pictures offline and was trying to tattoo them on my body! I wanted art, not printed pictures offline! Then when I was trying to cancel I told him I found someone that was actually willing to draw out what I want! And he was being rude saying things like! We do cover up for peoples trash art! Like how rude was that just because I changed my mind? Don’t waste your money or time here and definitely don’t recommend Ryan!

If I could rate zero stars I would. It pains me to have to write this too, since Ive had positive experiences with Elite in the past. However, this past time, the artist rushed me through my appointment and as a result the tattoo did not turn out the way I wanted. He also did not provide me with aftercare instructions and it got infected, and when I went in to find out how to treat it another employee gave me inaccurate information about why the infection happened. To top it off, when I called the owner to try and make this all right, he made me feel like it was my fault and told me to send an email detailing the experience in an attempt to get me off the phone. This was weeks ago, and I doubt anyone has even read it. This is an incredibly unprofessional way to do business and I will never be returning.

I went here August 4th 2019 for a tattoo. I loved it. The artist was cool as hell and we talked the whole time. Unfortunately the tattoo blew out this year. You can no longer see the details in the tattoo. I no longer live in Michigan and i feel bad that Im going to have to get someone to do a cover up.

Great experience! John made sure I was happy with how my piercings looked and he was very informative on the after care. I will definitely return for any future piercings, it was by far the best piercing experience Ive ever had.

My cousins, sister, and I all came to get our tragus pierced on whim, Ray was so professional and nice and made the whole experience so much fun. I love my new pierced and will be coming back to get my other side done soon. I really recommend this place if you want to get pierced.

I started with one tat and now have approx. 6 that I had done there. Because of their integrity and skill my sons have also started going to them, and I couldnt be happier. This is my first time at this establishment and I was very happy about my experience! I scheduled a same day appointment for a nose piercing with John. John was veerrrryyy pleasant! I looked around on the internet to find an embodiment of a tattoo that Ive been wanting for a long time. What I found was quite impressive. Perhaps I should have used one of those images as a reference.After some healing (day 6) I noticed some defects. Again I am no expert on tattooing, but after hearing the representative over the phone speak with such confidence, i was surprised at what im seeing during this heal process.I will reiterate that there may be some factors that im not considering based on size and location. I feel if there was, a courteous artist would ask about the customer expectations and compare that with what to expect.My rating is based on the permanent mark in my skin that did not meet expectation.I think a more in depth consultation with customers would be in the best interest of the success of this company.(Update, day 10)I have lost so much color. And there is so much scar tissue forming. The line work is poor.Thoroughly disappointed. I must now have this re-done.

Got my conch done as a walk in was quickly but well executed and painless will definitely be back again.

Ive gotten one tattoo here and for what I got the price was too high. One color, 11 letters, about 4 inches long.... small saying on my arm, they charged me $60. I had a larger piece with multiple colors done at another parlor, just as talented artist and paid the same price as the one from this place.Im giving 3 stars because I have had piercings done here and am very pleased with them and the price is feasible. I would recommend them for piercings, but their tatts are way overpriced.

First two times I went there the service was wonderful. Great staff and I was very satisfied with the work done. The third time I went the staff was incredibly rude and spoke down to me, so I left. Whomever answers emails for the company had no desire to resolve my issue nor apologize for the poor customer relations, but also instead choose to talk down to me by simply telling me to turn the ball to the left to remove my piercing. I had simply been asking for help removing the very tight and stubborn ball from my rook piercing. I will not be returning.

This is my first time ever getting a tattoo. This place was amazing! Friendly service clean. Highly highly recommend going there.

If I could rate them 0 I would! I used to come here for all my piercings and decided to get a tattoo from them and They completely messed my tattoo up and I have tried to talk about a refund and I was told to send an email with the tattoo I got and someone would get back to me but never did! I have called up there multiple times and the people on the phone didn’t even know how to help me. The design I asked for and what I came home with are completely different. This is on my NECK and I have to walk around with this everywhere until it heals enough for me to TRY to find an artist willing to cover it up. The hands of the angel I got are unidentifiable and jumbled up, there’s no cigarette in the hand like there was supposed to be from the picture I gave her (Ashley), the chin was tattooed going upward instead of downward like a normal chin, the torso does not line up with where the legs are placed, and it just looks deformed.I’m just very upset because this is a very well known business that is supposed to be good but I am completely embarrassed by the work I have received and will never spend a dime there again.

They were amazing. They really care about all their customers and do everything they can to make them happy. i will 100% go back to them as soon as I decide on my next piece. I forget the name of the guy who actually did my tattoos, but he was so good. He tried to keep my mind off how bad it hurt the whole time. Katie, the manager is super amazing. I told her that my first tattoo was out of some guys house and she was like OMG DONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN! And was did her best to accommodate my budget which I was also extremely thankful for. Mama Mo is the most tell it like it is soul Ive ever met. Besides chatting away with me about tattoos of yesterday and today, she also gave me great advice on how to care for my new piercing. I had a bad experience with the same piercing because I had gotten it at a shady shop when I was underage. They did not give me the proper care instructions which led to it getting infected. Mama Mo made sure I walked out of Elite today knowing exactly what to do. She set me up with Ray who made the process quick (I wont say it was painless because it was painful AF) and easy. He also clarified all my confusion and repeated how to care for it. The studio itself is very clean and they treated me like family today. Thank you Mama Mo and Ray! I look forward to seeing you again very soon!

Pretty disappointed with the piercing results at this shop. Had my helix pierced, from the beginning I though it was too close to the edge of my ear. I told the piercer this, he did offer to redo it but after all that pain and him saying it looked good and thats where it should be, I said its fine. A few months later it LITERALLY FELL OFF OF MY EAR, now my ear is completely scarred and damaged permanently.

When looking for a place to get a tattoo, I look for a few things: artists that are friendly, knowledgeable, and competent; a clean and comfortable atmosphere; and a reasonable price...not ludicrously high, but high enough that I know they take the work seriously.Elite Ink in Centerline is 5 stars in all of those areas. Ashley L did an amazing job putting my tattoo on me, but she also spent time consulting beforehand and working with me to enhance the art that she was going to do so that the finished product was better than the original artwork, even.I will definitely be back.

I made an appointment days in advance for a nose piercing, upon arriving I was told that the guy that was supposed to pierce my nose was not there, the secretary was very unprofessional. all I asked was for a call to cancel so I would not waste my time going all the way up there. I live all the way across town and I was very disappointed. This is not a decent way to conduct business. And I truly believe that this whole ordeal was racially motivated . Shame on you.

Orhan did both mine and my boyfriends tattoo! Phenomenal work! Both original pieces that he sketched up for us himself! Even tweaked them each a few times for us until they were perfect! Extremely gentle hands, this was my third tattoo and it was the least painful. He made it a point that we were comfortable and made sure we moved our arms so they wouldnt fall asleep! Played amaizing music as well which of course all ways helps! Would recommend him and the entire shop of nice employees to any one! Today I just got my nips done and was scared but from going with my friend to get her nose done I knew I would be comfortable, it was fast, clean, easy and pretty painful but worth it. I was very happy with the tattoo I got from Elite but their service is not the best. I made an appointment with someone and when I went in he apparently was not working that day so I had it done by someone else. He did an awesome job on the tattoo itself, however he somehow nicked me three times with the needle in spots that are not even near my tattoo. He noticed it when he finished and told me that they would be gone in a few days. A few weeks afterwards, they were still there so I went in to ask them to remove them. They made me an appointment for the next day. 30 minutes before my appointment, they called me and told me that the laser was down and that they would call me when it was up again. I never received a call from them in response. Although I love my tattoo, I do not plan on returning to Elite Ink for future tattoos.

I came here to get a tattoo on my leg of some roses and vines and leaves. It was a pretty big piece and this artist Ryan drew it out. He was pretty quite until he actually started tattooing me, and I know some people have doubts about tattoo artists who don’t have tattoos themselves but let me tell you, Ryan Waterhouse was THE BEST tattoo artist I’ve ever seen. His work is phenomenal and I will make sure he is my artist for every tattoo I get. He was amazing.

Well it was my first tattoo experience for my 21st birthday and not only did Ryan go the extra EXTRA mile to make sure my tattoo was more personalized than the initial idea I had, but he was very accomodating and friendly throughout the entire 5 hour process. I got my tragus piercing from here a little over an year ago. I finally decided to change the jewelry today (thankfully it’s fully healed) I realized the piercer pierced it SO LOW that it can split into two in the future. I had NO CHOICE but to leave the piercing alone and close my hole because I didn’t want to risk that happening later on. I wasted 45$ for something that should have been done correctly the first time. I’m so disappointed and I will not be coming back. It’s annoying because I had both of my tragus’s pierced but now I have to wait 3-4 months for it to completely close out to re-pierce it from ANOTHER PLACE. They are ridiculous and give you bs answers if you ask them any questions. I would stoop low and say other things but I’m just going to leave it here and let other people who decide to get a piercing at this place see it for what it is.

I walked in for a consult for a redo/add to an older tattoo. Ryan was able to get me in right away and it only took about 30 mins to complete. He did great work!

The tattoo my friend received was crooked. The studio was really nice and friendly but the artist seemed extremely rushed and then annoyed when asked to fix things. We were a group of walk-ins, which I understand can be annoying but it’s disappointing when artist rush their work and ruin someone’s tattoo. Other than that, the blonde women was amazing and actually took pride in her job.

My two friends and I went to get tattoos, the artist Ryan was very unprofessional and was very discouraging towards me about my tattoo and it’s pricing, and told me good luck finding a good place when I decided not to go there. The receptionist spoke poorly of my friend and I in front of us to one of the artists when we were deciding if we wanted to go through with it. Pricing is crazy, would not recommend going here!!

They are very expensive, especially for the quality of work that is performed. I had them do two simple arrows, which ended up being crooked. I also had them fill in another one of mine, and they ended up going outside the lines of the original tattoo. I quickly switched shops to one where the quality of work is great, and the pricing is fair.

I’ve been going here awhile but I had to stop, something about this place isn’t the same. I asked for a tattoo of red lips on the neck and the guy who answered along with a female artist both admitted they didn’t have anyone skilled enough to pull it off. I already have a tattoo on my neck from previously going there so I didn’t understand what was the issue with doing it again. After trying to get her to go into more detail as to why exactly it couldn’t be done she got frustrated and said “I don’t know what to tell you this isn’t something we can do but you’re free to go somewhere else.” Never have I ever thought a simple neck tattoo would bring this much complication. I’m currently looking for a new place to go but this one I do NOT recommend. Simple tasks actually proves quite challenging to them.

Horrible place for appointments! Especially for laser removal. I had an appt at 1 & was told someone would be there at 2 to help me. Already irritated from waiting an hour, I come back in at 2 and am told the guy is on his way. So 2:30 comes around and I’m told he won’t be there until 3. I’ve had my appt for a week. Paid a babysitter to watch my daughter until they had to work at 3:30, and made it happen so I was there at 12:45. 15 min early for professionalism because that’s how I roll. The lady was extremely rude. So I found somewhere else to go and not only are they taking care of me but their prices are way better and they keep an appointment book so stuff like that doesn’t happen. So do your research before stepping into this place. Unless you have all day to wait around and time to listen to excuses. I would have went back had they offered some kindness. I work in sales and never have experienced such unprofessionalism.

I went to get my ears peirced the guy didn’t wear gloves and didn’t use a clamp to put the needle in, he was talking to his buddy the whole time and they even joked about how I was their 4th person today to almost black out. he also used inconsistent sizes so one ear is a 14 while another is an 18 the jewelry they used I had to get off with garage tools they were impossible to get off and they were very infected even though I salt water soaked them three times a day. Had to get gold jewelry to help them heal, a year later they’re fine but that was a terrible experience

Elite is the best.! Got all my piercings and all but one of my tattoos done here, everyones always nice and quick to help and the place is super clean.! My husband mainly get ryan because of his sleeve work that ryan started but Ive been tattooed by almost all of them, you wont regret it.!

Had one of my tattoos done here and loved it! When I went back for another, they were booked when I went in. I left a message to get called back and pictures of the tattoos my husband and I wanted. Never received a call back - when I called back I had to leave a message again....ended up getting our tattoos somewhere else that wanted the business.

I called a day prior to make an appointment to get a tattoo done and on the phone they were so respectful and even got a next day appointment and when I went to the place they were all nice and respectful and they did fantastic with the tattoo I had in mind and Im for sure coming back!

Adore this place! Got my nose pierced about a year ago and going in to get my tragus pierced tomorrow.They have great prices, and make sure to sign up for their emails because they send out LOADS of promotions!SUPER cleanly and will go there time after time!

I got lucky and they were able to get me in fast. I had Ryan he was professional and quick. It came out just how I pictured. I actually like the flower better then the picture I showed him. I was in and out in 25 minutes.

The customer service there was awesome! Ryan Waterhouse covered a large scar down the front of my stomach with a beautiful free hand design. Fast and professional. Sales manager Katie is amazing.

I came in for a tattoo and had a wonderful conversation with Ms. Natalie she is such a beautiful person. I had forgot how much pain a tattoo was lol. My artist was Ryan. I had an add on, from a different artist 10 years ago. When I say he did an Amazing job. It looks like my tattoo was completed by the same artist. I will be back to get more work. 😆

They are so friendly and super clean here. Brought my kids because I didnt have a babysitter, and they were just as welcome as I was! Only place I will go for any body piercings or tattoos. Definitely recommend!

I been to this place three times. Rick did both my tattoos and he is wonder. I have changed locations and get the work not only BETTER but at lower prices. John should retired. My first tattoo wording done by John on my chest was done too small and too close. As it was being my first time, and him having experinced he shouldve known better. Makes me think theyre more about getting paid than quality. As an artist you (HE) should let it be known whats not a good idea and what is especially for new timers.

I had an excellent experience here getting tattoos with my sister and cousins. Rick was our artist, and he did an outstanding job making us feel welcome and comfortable and the tattoos turned out exactly as we wanted.

Every tattoo I have (12+), I have gotten from Elite Ink. Rick is my main artist and I couldnt be happier! He is always professional and makes sure he gives me original work. I brought in a photo of a tattoo I wanted to get and he came up with a unique style just for me, it turned out better than anything I couldve imagined! Rick is a great artist, very clean and he is very professional. He has been tattooing for over 25 years and knows what he is doing. Prices are good and if you want a fantastic tattoo I highly recommend going to Elite Ink.
