If I could give zero stars, I would. In order to book an appointment with the owner you need to send her a $150 down payment, which I did. I showed up early to my appointment and waited 40 minutes for her. I emailed her as I waited, as she specified she doesn’t not answer texts or DMs. She never responded. I attempted to contact her multiple times through email, by messaging her business page, and finally by messaging her directly. Again, she never responded. At first I was willing to reschedule the appointment, but the lack of care and professionalism made me decide that I just wanted my deposit back, of which I still have not gotten and I have still not gotten a response from her. I honestly thought I could trust her as I knew her from another tattoo shop years ago, and I honestly was quite concerned about her wellbeing as she hadn’t responded. However, after seeing her post multiple times on Facebook, I came to the realization that she was just fine and that she was purposely ignoring me. DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER.

Amazing. Always amazing! Great tattoos and get to hang out with one of the coolest people while getting them done!

I have been going to Melissa for years. She is absolutely one of the best!
