I don’t leave bad reviews ever but Zach didn’t do what I asked. Over charged from the agreed upon cost and time frame. For some reason, it’s the only tattoo that I’ve gotten an infection from. Stuck now having to have another artist clean it up. Zach was terrible.Edit:Jay, Im not sure why or how to reply on these reviews but heres what I have to say in regards to your response.Yes, Zach and I discussed the hourly rate of $150 per hour and I had timed the entire interaction of the tattoo. My price at the end shouldve been $300 and Zach gouged me for $400 unprompted. So I was 100% charged more than $150 per hour, Im not sure where youre getting that I didnt even pay that. After seeing the result of the tattoo, I wanted to get out of there. I was heavily disappointed with the tattoo. I asked for black and grey with minimal color, Zach did the polar opposite and did pretty much all color. Its not what I asked for and if I wasnt laying down in the position I was, I wouldve likely caught it sooner and called him out.In regards to the infection, Zach was eating literally right before the tattoo and didnt even wash his hands, this was just one observation. I just felt it was interesting that after ALL my tattoos in my life, the ONLY one to get infected was the one I received at Super Sauce Tattoos.

Just got a tattoo yesterday from Zach. He worked with me through some design changes and did a great job! I would definitely recommend this shop. It was recommended to me by a couple friends. I will be back for more ink soon!

Had a few pieces done here over the years and all turned out clean and vibrant. Zach also has a real knack for synthesizing loose ideas into something unique and tangible. Im sure the whole crew of artists here is A-Team status experts. This shop is a definite gem for creativity.

I was a walk in and my artists name was Cory. He was able to get me in right away and did a great job. A month after the tattoo was done I saw a few minor details that needed to be touched up so I stopped by the shop and Cory as able to get me it right away to do some touch ups. I had a very positive experience all around. Shop is clean and staff is very friendly.

Cory absolutely crushed the moth I got and we had some good conversations for the almost 5 hours I was there. Everyone in the shop seems like a big family and it’s a fun place to be while you’re having to sit and endure some pain. Definitely coming back for more from Cory, but also looking forward to get some done from the other artists. So many talented artists in one shop. Great experience and a ton of fun conversations!

I came in today as a walk in and it was an amazing experience the moment I walked in. Curtis and Corey made me feel comfortable and made the whole session enjoyable from jokes to conversation. Curtis explained everything in detail for me and answered all my questions. He kept checking in on me and was the best experience I’ve had at a tattoo shop. Love this place, very laid back atmosphere. Curtis is the man. I’ve gotten 2 tattoos by him and been extremely pleased, especially the original art leg piece that took 3 sessions. My rating: 6 out of 5 stars

I recently had some work done by Cory, and my expectations were exceeded! I sent him some pictures of a bear and some flowers from a trip to Alaska, and he created a beautiful piece for me. Not only was my tattoo better than what I had hoped for, I was cracking up the entire time. The banter between the artists at Super Sauce is hilarious. Extra bonus…. They got me a Pam’s corn dog from Minooka Summer Fest. I will be back soon for my next tattoo. Pictures will come soon once my tattoo is fully healed.

Matt did my tattoo 100% recommend I’m not the talking type but he still made conversation and the tattoo came out exactly as I want. If you want a good tattoo this is the place. ( 2nd tattoo by them ). It was clean and watched the tattoo artist sanitize everything.

Zach did full-on gorgeous work on my ribcage piece, I couldnt be happier. And everyone in the shop was chill and helpful -- the vibe at Supersauce is far and away better than other shops Ive visited in the area. Ill absolutely be going back for more.

This is the CLEANEST shop Ive ever been to. It was clean and even smelled clean when I walked in. While being tattooed, I was able to witness every artist thoroughly clean their work areas and equipment. They are very professional and in my opinion, very funny. My several hour tattoo session was an amazing experience. I WILL be back and refer my friends and family here for their tattoos.

Jay’s shop is the only place my entire family will go to ever since he did my thigh piece. My brother even drove in from Nebraska for his last one.Insanely professional, clean, and accommodating for his clients. Not to mention the art is absolutely phenomenal. I’d recommend this place to anybody and everybody in heartbeat.

Been going to Jay for over a Decade for Tattoos. Hes an amazing artist and so is every person he employees. Supersauce is a very talented group of tattoo artists each with their own specialty and style. All very friendly guys. Jay has always been about the safety of his customers especially when it comes to being a stickler for having an organized and impeccably sanitary shop. Would reccomend to anyone in the area thats looking for solid work.

Marisa has done both of my tattoos and I absolutely love them. I felt very comfortable the whole time and she’s a great artist!! I’ll be coming back!

Great experience here. I made an appointment a week ahead of time, put a deposit, and got tatted the next week. Staff was nice and place was clean. I would come back here in the future.

Very clean and professional. I wanted a simple tattoo that had meaning to me. Which I know sometimes can be boring for these creative genius’s. Being my first tattoo I was nervous, but my nerves were calmed the moment I walked in the shop. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Curtis is the best!!! I love the atmosphere and artists attitude. I have 12 tattoos, you get what you pay for. They are reasonably priced and do amazing clean work.

Undeniably unprofessional. Cannot handle criticism. Employees have the mindset of they are right no matter what. Infectious equipment. Unsanitary environment. The list goes on. 0/10, will probably get a response attacking my character as a person in a “professional” manner because they can’t remove reviews on google like they can on other platforms. If you care for yourself and your body, DO NOT go to this shop.
