I was over the moon when I finally got an appointment with Daniel Wilson because his work is AMAZING. I waited over a year to get into him and when I finally did, the appointment was good, and his work was good thus far. He told me when I left the studio that day that he would contact me in a month or so to make another SCHEDULED appointment to finish my tattoo. A couple months later, I reached out to him to follow up. About 3-4 times he messaged me saying he could fit me in that same day. I work 3 jobs and explained I could not do a last-minute appointment but would love to get one scheduled, even if it was in the FOLLOWING YEAR - I was in NO RUSH to get this artwork done. I then followed up at least three times after that with no avail. He never did get a scheduled appointment on the books for me. Fast forward a couple months, he opens his books for 4 hours from 11am-3pm and closed his books until 2025. I work full time and missed this narrow opening. I also did not see his one Facebook post announcing he was opening his books for that one day - that was my fault. I messaged him asking if that meant I had to wait over a year to get my tattoo finished? Since he had previously told me at my last appointment, he would contact me to make a scheduled follow up appointment, I was confused if that meant he was closing his books to his clients that had a work in progress tattoo as well. I got no response until I thanked him for his unprofessional customer service. He responded, blaming the negligence of the follow up appointment on me and told me he would contact me when he could squeeze me in. I have been told by multiple people and other tattoo artists this is normal behavior for him. Just be warned you may get great artwork but terrible customer service from this shop owner/professional. I felt I needed to leave this review to warn others. I just wanted some guidance to how all of this worked. I had never gotten a large tattoo before and this was important to me (a portrait of my daughter), that is why I waited over a year to get in with him - his work is amazing as I stated above. With that said, I guess I was wrong in assuming I would get this guidance (again my fault). After this experience, I dont even want one anymore. Ill live with my tattoo half done.

Daniel is extremely hard to get an appointment with. He is in high demand. Knowing that I made sure to schedule months ahead of time. I wasn’t in a rush to get something just to get something. He’s won a ton of awards and his detailed work is amazing.Today, I finally got the tattoo I wanted. I had a vision in mind and told him and also told him he could add his own details. The process start to finish was flawless and I could not be happier.I’ll be scheduling again in a few weeks for later in 2024. Thanks Daniel for the awesome job done.

I have called this place randomly around 10 times each day this week during different times, including before closing and just at time of opening and no one answers the phone. For someone who lives about 35 miles away looking for a good shop to get his first tat looking at online ratings and going on word of mouth, is surprising. I think the ratings do not match.

My wife gets work done here, and it looks awesome. Gene is her artist. Ive seen other pieces come out of this shop, and they look damn good. I havent talked to the other artists here, but my wife has and she liked them.

Aaron Wilson is AMAZING! so far I have 13hrs on my Tattoo and it looks realistic af and very happy with it. Cant wait till its completed. Aaron takes his time and his talent is like no other. Highly recommend!
