Friendly, quick easy, and painless except for the actually procedure. I would say it feels like someone pulling a rubber band and letting it snap back on your skin rapidly. My experience with the removal process of a 15 year old tattoo has been a pleasant experience. I appreciate the professionalism, patience, and the knowledge of the process, Julius has shown to me. In the beginning I thought, the process was going to be a quick removal but, there areseveral treatments to endure. However, Julius has been always available for my appointments which only takes less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a clean and safe environment. Kudos Julius! I appreciate your honesty, patience and great customer service.

Great experience.I have a tattoo on the side of my head that after 34 years I have decided it was time to remove. I called another business but they do not do removals from the scalp area. Contacted Removery Chula Vista and they said it wouldnt be a problem.Calli and Julius are very professional, explained the process from start to finish. The first procedure took less then a minute. It was a little painful, but worth it if you want the removal. Looking forward to going back for round two (if needed).

Came here for an obvious reason, I need some ink removed lol prior to coming in I had little to no knowledge of how tattoo removal works. Honestly, was a little nervous going in, but Julius & Callista were both very friendly & informative. Made me feel comfortable & welcomed immediately. Got my first treatment done a couple weeks ago, & everything has been going great, just how they told me it would. I’ve followed their instructions on aftercare to the treatment area, & I have absolutely zero complications or concerns. Couldn’t imagine how my experience there could’ve been any better. If you’re thinking about getting your tattoos removed here, do it because they know what they are doing.

This place does not give any refunds even if you do not get a treatment. They say oh well no refunds but never mention that to you in the beginning when you sign up per treatment. Then they have the nerve to tell you that you signed up for a package deal which was falsified. They go back and forth trying to confuse their customers and make you get the package deal which we refused. They care nothing about their customers besides money money money. They are very rude and refuse to make it right with the customer. They only do the bare minimum on treatments so you will have to come back for visits triple than what it take to remove the tattoo. I went a total of 2 times to removery. I went to a real tattoo removal place and found out that removery was not even doing the full tattoo. Just poking around acting like they were doing the removal. It feels like hot oil lava on your skin if you are actually getting a real treatment done. Not a little rubber band snap. Wow what a waste of money. If you want to pay a quarter of a million to get your tattoos removed over years and years of treatment and overpriced and rude and disrespectful treatment be my guest. I went here 2 times and they charged me again for a 3rd time when I canceled my visit and then they say no refunds. So Im out over $500 and this company could care less. They are only for profit. Not to help customers but only to take money and not make it right and act. This company will be out of business soon with they way they treat people. There are millions of other legit places that dont start your tattoo removal at a .002 on the scale. Hahaha what a joke. Go somewhere else because if you are not satisfied they dont care and refuse to make it right by their wrong doings.

I always have a good clean experience while visiting this location with the help of Julius and the entire team. I love how simple and easy things are here with no issues at all. I’m continuing treatment here and will always return if needed.

Calli and Julius are awesome! Calli went over the consultation and the time frame for the removal. Julius did the laser procedure and explained to me the process. They’re both very professional and friendly. It can be scary to get your skin zapped but they kept me calm! I’m excited to continue the removal process at this location :)

This review is long overdue!! My experience with Removery has been GREAT so far! No complaints from me. I live about 30 mins away from this location so when it’s time for my appointments, it’s about an hour drive down there, but it’s WORTH IT! Julius and Desmond were very informative, professional, polite, friendly, and helpful when I first came to get more information with taking the next steps forward for my tattoo removal. Once I got all of the information and details, we went ahead and scheduled my first appointment. They both made me feel welcomed and comfortable when it came time for the laser. Julius was careful and attentive during the treatment which made me feel at ease. At one point, I didn’t feel the laser removal during our session! For me, the pain was tolerable. I look forward to seeing Desmond and Julius every 6 weeks! I cannot recommend this place enough! DONT EVER CLOSE!!

I came across Removery doing on line searches for cosmetic laser tattoo removal. I went to the Chula Vista location and Desmond & Julius were very informative and explained the laser removal process. I am amazed at how quick, painless and effective the procedure was! After 1 session, this laser removal almost completely removed my eyebrow tattoos. The procedure probably took less than 10 minutes BUT that is because I had to use ice to numb the location. I honestly think that the actual laser part of it was 2 minutes. In my opinion, the downtime with saline removal is about 2 weeks (swelling, healing, peeling) and with this procedure the downtime is 0. After the procedure (early morning), I had very minor swelling and redness and within a few hours, the swelling was gone. I actually put on a ball cap and ran errands without feeling self conscious about the swelling/redness. If you are in need of tattoo removal, I highly recommend the Chula Vista location. The cost is reasonable and you can trust Julius to be honest! I am highly satisfied! Thank you Julius!

There has been a fair share of procedures done to this body and am very accustomed to body treatments. Some unnecessary and some inappropriate. (For so many reasons and then some!) Tattoo happy persons in whatever state of mind more often than not want them and want them removed. Kind of like the necessary sloughing of skin and the ever changing human body and the human brain that has the ability to change its mind . Having the choice to do so is remarkable.” Removery Tattoo’s” office was simple and the vibe hospitable. The music was energetic and the staff incredibly mature yet spunky. And the flooring looked like paint brush strokes! Both mesmerizing and mod. Environmental design is so important to direct mood and marketing. Lasers really have improved! Thank you human brains!

Came here with my husband to get his hand tattoo removed - we just started the process but I have to say the customer service here is AMAZING. Both gentlemen are very kind and answered every question we had. Very informational. Julius really calmed my husbands nerves regarding the laser and the pain involved. Very friendly. So I got scammed by Laser Away. I paid almost $2500 for 10 sessions to have a tattoo removed and when I got down to my last two appointments, the nurse informed me that they don’t have the laser that actually removes color.She told me that I needed the “Pico laser” and that’s exactly the laser that Removery has. I’ve been going to Removery for about 3 months now and I can see a huge difference in the way my tattoos are getting much lighter so I’m excited to see how fast this process goes.I highly recommend Removery. The staff has been amazing and the service is top notch.

Have been wanting to laser/remove some tattoos that I’ve gotten at a young age but I was putting it off. Saw an ad on IG and it is so convenient that it is near my house. I’m so glad I made an appointment. Upon meeting Desmond & Julius, I was sold lolI thought that it would be very expensive but the prices are so reasonable.Desmond was so informative/knowledgeable and his personality is great! He made me laugh the entire time and I booked my first session right away. I just finished my 1st session less than an hour ago! Julius the RN who did the procedure was so patient and sweet. Definitely hurt(I’m a wuss) lol but it was tolerable because Julius let me take my time. I appreciated that he let me know exactly how much he had left to do. I give this place 5 Stars. I had an amazing experience with removery at otay ranch mall. i came in unsure if this was the right choice for me but after my consult i felt very confident in my decision. the staff is amazing! my consultation was only supposed to be 20 minutes but turned into almost an hour and a half! i definitely recommend this place.
