Just visited for the first time today for my daughter to have her ear pierced. They are the sweetest people and I believe 100% that they are safe and trustworthy! Highly recommend! They sell beautiful homemade gifts as well!

Fantastic experience here. I thought for a long time my ear piercings had grown shut. Went here and the gentleman used a tool that stretched the piercing. They sold me a pair of earrings and no other charges. Highly recommend!!

Professional and compassionate about the work they do. Glen did my navel piercing 20+ years ago and I never had one issue. Today I got my nose pierced and my two daughters got piercings as well. Everything was explained thoroughly, the place was immaculate and the kindest people doing a great business. My one daughter is scared of needles and they took such good care of her. But she wanted to do this. We are so happy and we’ll be back! Thank you!

The husband and wife that own this place are incredibly kind and professional. I took my two toddlers with me the day I got my nose pierced and the wife was so sweet to my kids and the husband did my piercing very precisely and spoke kindly to my little ones the whole time. My piercing is healing extremely well. I would recommend these great people to anyone thinking about getting a piercing done in this area. They were also better priced than other piercers. I have went to the shop several times. I always had good experiences with Glenn, so I have no complaints there... but Dave was hit or miss depending on the day. Some of my tattoos were done exactly how I asked and they were completed with professionalism. Some of the other tattoos I took in there were altered so differently from what I wanted. In hindsight I should have either stuck to my guns and told them I wanted what I brought in, or went to another artist. I have some regrets when I think of how I was talked into getting their updated design. And then there was the rather unprofessional conversations and actions Dave had while tattooing. Their prices were fair, but it goes hand in hand with quality I suppose. Overall I would still recommend Glenn but I would urge to go elsewhere for a tattoo if possible,

Definitely recommend for small children. We brought our 6 year old to get her ears pierced an they were so nice and professional and amazing. They made my daughter feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I was visiting family and I live elsewhere. My (still healing) forward helix had fallen out and we were heading home. He was able to get me in and put the jewelery back in shortly before closing. Very professional and it allowed me to keep the piercing intact.

I had such a wonderful experience here today! my boyfriend’s sister and i got our nostrils pierced. i am from wisconsin and she is a minor, but the process was still simple & easy. definitely covid safe & taking precautions, felt very safe! the customer service is absolutely amazing, felt like i had known her forever! the piercing process was clean and quick, gave us helpful advice on aftercare & was very encouraging/kind. great environment, great experience. thank you so much to the both of you again! :)

All of my piercings (with the exception of earlobes done at Claires and Walmart years ago 🤢) have been done at Studio XIII (two nostril piercings, my septum, and my lip). Glen is great at easing anxiety and explaining the piercing process in clear, concise detail in order to help customers understand it! He also is a great judge of (for lack of better wording) competency and awareness of someones ability to care for their piercing. When he pierced my little brothers ears, he was incredibly encouraging and made it an overall wonderful environment for my bro (who tends to be very nervous). Everyone here is incredible. Theyre all very personable and easy to talk to. I never feel afraid to ask questions or express any concerns I have! In retrospect, as I learn more about the piercing/tattoo/body modification community, its crazy how affordable the piercings and jewelry are while still being so high quality. (Ive experienced only one infection of a piercing from Studio XIII, which happened only because of my laziness towards aftercare at the time.)One gripe I DO have has to do with jewelry. The first time I was pierced here, it was with a fixed bead ring (nostril, either 16g or 18g). Aside from my septum, which was done with a horseshoe (my personal favourite), everything else Ive had done was with captive bead rings, which just arent very accessible to a great deal of people receiving piercings. Theyre very difficult for someone without a lot of dexterity to work with. If I remember correctly, Glen told me he struggles to find fixed bead rings anymore that meet his standards of quality, which is understandable, but I just wish Id been informed of the change in jewelry type when I got my other nostril done.Fair warning, parking can be a pain, but its not like the shop has much control over that. I recommend parking somewhere less busy and tolerating a slightly longer walk there.Overall, I absolutely love this place. Glen has done all of my mothers piercings, and I hope to continue having him do all of mine! Ill be in as soon as possible for my earlobe, and hopefully the other side of my lip!-Summer Maxwell

We stopped by the studio this afternoon to get my daughter’s ear piercing fixed (after a very crooked job done by the Claire’s at the Grove City Outlets.) The owners were extremely kind and knowledgeable, the piercing was done with great care and everything was very clean and sanitary. They have a nice selection of good quality earrings and studs in their shop and their prices are reasonable too. They will be our go-to for all future ear piercings! Thank you again!

This place is run by a husband and wife. The husband does the piercings and the wife does other things, and tells you after care instructions, stuff like that. Super friendly! Clean. I plan on going back and getting my other daith piercing in my ear to help with migraines.

Studio XIII is the best and only place that I will ever go to for a piercing or tattoo. I have been going to Studio XIII since I was 16 (with my mothers consent) to get pierced. Glen is a very professional artist who takes his job seriously. I am terrified of needles, but Glen was able to talk to me throughout each process and make me feel at ease. I have been to two other establishments for piercings and have had to call Glen to get information about aftercare. I have gotten three tattoos from Dave. They are the most amazing tattoos (I may be a little biased). Dave is very clean and thorough with his work. He makes sure that you get specifically what youve asked for, and he takes his time doing it. I was terrified when I got my first tattoos, to the point where I thought I was going to pass out. Dave was kind enough to talk to me about random things to keep my mind off of getting the tattoo. Studio XIII is an amazing place to get art work done to your body. They are extremely clean and professional. I would and do recommend them to anyone that wants an amazing piercing or tattoo. Not to mention you get LIFE TIME care after you get pierced or tattooed. What could be better than that?! Do your research, talk to the artists, and dont listen to everyone you come across =)

Studio 13 is well established tattoo and piercing business. I went there for my first tattoo almost ten years ago and have never had a bad experience. The prices for tattoos are reasonable, and the work done there is work they stand behind. Life time guarantee on piercings and tattoos is a guarantee that when you leave there, you will be satisfied with whatever you went for. From when you first walk in to the time you leave, and the after care advice you are well taken care of. The establishment itself has always been a clean environment, Ive never had a second thought about giving them my business.

This was my first time getting a piercing (that wasn’t one as a baby) and I really enjoyed the service. They were both very kind and gave me very good advice for after care, and made me feel less nervous before I was pierced.

So I went to get a piercing and Glen was SUPER professional and his Wife was AMAZING made me feel super comfortable she held my hand (because im a big baby) they were super clean and just all around probably 2 of the best people I have ever met. I would definitely recommend going to them 😊

We went in on Friday and the guy doesnt do walk ins but I cant thank him enough for doing it for us. We were in town for our honeymoon and just wanted a date added to our tats, his price was very reasonable!! And I cant say enough nice things about the lady that works there, she was so easy to talk to and felt like Id know her forever, will def go back when Im in the area.... With an appt of course haha

Glen is very professional and gives sound advice about cleaning and piercing placement. I have had three piercings done by him, and I plan on going back for several more! UPDATE: I went back for more piercings and currently have eight! Could be more in the future!

The owners are awesome. They made me feel I was a repeat customer that they knew. Everything was clean and the piercings went quick. I wish I would of got all my piercings there.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Nothing seemed clean and tattoo rooms were filled with clutter. Dave had his shirt unbuttoned (no under shirt) and continued to use his vape while he tattooed. Not only that but was a total pervert. Ink and aquaphor was put on a paper plate. By the time I noticed all of the things wrong with this place I was already getting my tattoo. I will say it turned out decent (it was a simple tattoo couldnt really screw it up) except for the fact its INFECTED. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I dont understand how this place is still open. Absolutley horrible place. Would ask for a refund but dont want to go back into that mess. Waste of $40.

All of my experiences at Studio XIII have been excellent! I have had 2 tattoos done with Dave (very good tattoo artist!) and 6 piercings with Glen...eyebrow twice, monroe, lower lip, tongue, christina, nostril.. ok thats all of them I think lol Glen was very quick, cleanly, and held conversation with me before he poked (to keep my mind off the piercing.. Im a bit of a pansy with pain but oddly love it afterward lol) He told me step by step exactly what he was doing so I was aware. Even counted to 3 with my first 2 piercings before poking :) The 2 tattoos I have had done by Dave are beautiful! The shading in the one on my shoulder blade exceeded my expectations. Its absolutely gorgeous! He took short little breaks to give me a little breather. Usually after outline and after shading/color then clean up and final inspection. The whole crew is super fun, laid back, and poke/tattoo to your satisfaction! Very professional and very cleanly! I wont go anywhere else to have piercings or tattoos done. Thanks guys for the awesome experiences!!! Looking forward to many many more in the near future! Kudos for Studio XIII!

Ive been a Studio xiii customer for years. He is in fact very clean and organized. He provides great service even if he didnt pierce you. Never have I felt uncomfortable. He is professional and knowledgeable.

I only got 1 tat there years ago, but Glenn has been piercing forever. He did me a few times & he knows what hes doing. Good prices too.

Great warm welcoming staff!! Clean and professional. This was my 1st tat and Dave explained everything before doing each step. Mary held my hand the entire time and hugged me as I cried after!

I would never go here. Ive been with my friends who have had bad experiences with the piercer (being perverted, unclean, etc.). I am not one to slander, but being that my fiancé keeps a hospital-grade sterile tattooing environment, walking into this place gives me the creeps. Other friends of mine have been tattooed and the quality of work leaves something to be desired from the line work to the shading technique and needle depth. Some of the artists are better than others, hence the importance of looking through artists portfolios before choosing someone to permanently mark your body with their artwork. I cannot say what shape the shop is in now as I havent set foot in the place for several years, and it did get better over time, but it wasnt up to my standards of cleanliness and professionalism. As far as their merchandise goes, jewelry can cost upwards of 30% more than most other jewelry in the local area and down near Pittsburgh. I have bought implant-grade steel and metals from another supplier for half the price. Its up to you to decide what you think of this shop and their work and merchandise, this is just my opinion that I would never go here or recommend them to anybody.

I went into the shop today because I had to get some dermals removed (Im just not a careful enough person and I had them in a place not safe enough.) I called first, asked about prices for removal. After a very helpful and pleasant conversation on the phone with the nice clerk, I was now aware that removals were free of charge, the soonest I could come in was 15 minutes from the phone call and I had until 8:30 pm to arrive. I went in about 20 minutes later, was immediately greeted by the clerk and the piercer (who I was familiar with from previous visits), and talked to about my piercing. We went into the sanitary back room and I sat on a comfortable table-like bed. I laid back, as my microdermals were on my stomach, and the artist began talking with me more in-depth about my gems. As we were talking, he was snapping gloves on, moving the jewels around, examining the tissue, preparing instruments on a counter, and other such tasks in a relaxed manner. I barely noticed as he attached the tools and gently applied the pressure that resulted in an extravagantly simple and virtually painless first jewel removal. (1/4..yey!) We moved onto the second one and it was a little more ouchy due to its positioning and original piercing job done elsewhere. The third was a breeze and the fourth one, I was a afraid for. It was the only one that had any issues, but I had pulled it a few too many times. It was pushing through the skin so far it had surfaced and the metal foot was sticking out the side of the skin. I hesitated at its start and asked if it was going to hurt more because of the problems. He reassured me, saying Not really, and that the skin around it was mostly dead anyway. I let him continue, as he was very patient and quick to stop when I showed worry. Surely enough, the fourth, too, was done with quick ease and was nowhere near the most painful one. At the end, my stomach was cleaned and bandaged. I checked to verify that it was a free removal, thanked some really helpful people, and went on my way. Awesome experience!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went there to get an industrial and get out, but they went above and beyond to help put it in correctly. If I wasnt on vacation, Id consider coming here much more often. Overall, great service.
