I had an amazing experience with Candace! She was absolutely wonderful! Funny, talented - she helped me create the perfect piece to honor my grandmother. I love it! I received a gift card for christmas that a friend bought from Celtric Crow on Black Friday, so it carried a value matching service (so buy a $100 gift card for $50) which i also thought was amazing. Will definitely be returning....hopefully very soon

My mom, best friend, and I came in to get tattoos while in the area on vacation. The shop was clean and had a welcoming environment. My mom and I got matching tattoos (my moms first) and Scott did an amazing job. He was nice, professional, clean, and did awesome work (the art came out better then i hoped!). He made the experience well worth the trip. My best friend got a beautiful piece done by Dale. We highly recommend a trip to Celtic Crow, we will definitely be back.

The tattoo artist Kat is amazing! A true prodigy at what she does. I came in with an idea and a piece that needed to be covered from a traumatic experience. Love this place! I got 6 piercings today and Brandon was amazing. Me personally is scared of needles but I honestly didn’t even feel my first 4! I definitely see myself going back i highly recommend and if you’re doing any kind of piercings go to Brandon. Also it’s really affordable.

I’ve gotten my belly button and nose pierced there they were awesome and did great. I also got a tattoo done by Dale and he did a great job and is a good guy I do recommend going there.

I came in as a walk-in and was treated very good. Definitely a laid-back environment. Cat did my tattoo and she was super down to earth and funny, for the price she did an amazing job and was just so nice and amazing I can’t say enough about her!

I had my daughters ears pierced with Celtic Crow and was so happy I skipped the gun piercers! They were super nice with my 6 year old and her more stressed Mama and big sisters. Seeing the cleanliness and sterile procedure set up made me feel immeasurably better that we wouldnt be facing lobe infection as Ive seen so many times with the piercings in jewelry shops. The staff helped put her, and us, at ease and even stepped in for hand holding when the rest of us just froze at the sight of the needle in her ear!

Was very rude when we came in for an eyebrow piercings did not wanna do the piercings 🙄 just plain out rude. The lady was Kat and we went in ask about getting it she went to every reason on why she wouldnt do it so we went to time piece no issue. Definitely needs more training in customer service. No need to be rude just say she didnt wanna do it.

This place was awful. my dad and I went there to get my ears pierced (im 15) and they said they weren’t able to do it because i could have kidnapped my dad. We told them that my brother had came up there plenty of times and they refused to pierce my ears. We went to a place about 5 minutes away and they said it’s honestly a good thing we didn’t go there because they have had so many issues the health department had to get involved because they screw up almost every piercing. overall it was an awful experience that i would never go to again mainly because of how rude the people were.

Every one who works there is super nice and very friendly. Very patient with the customers too. Even with the highly difficult ones that came in while I was there! They took their time helping me get the exact size and perfect design of the tattoo I wanted. I had alot of laughs while I was there with them and just felt comfortable. Tattoo did not hurt at all and was done extremely well. I definitely recommend this place. I will for sure be back if I decide I want another tattoo soon. Place is very clean. I had wanted a piercing for years and finally got one. I called to set up an appointment on a Tuesday because that’s my day off. The head piercer takes that day off as well, but offered to come in that day just to help me out. I was amazed with the customer service. I felt a little light headed and they went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable and not embarrassed. I plan on coming back for more piercings and a tattoo. A very nice establishment.

I came in today on a whim and was overwhelmed by the attentiveness and kindness of the entire staff. I got a small tattoo on my wrist and my nose pierced. I am overly satisfied with everything. They are very caring and professional and the artwork displayed in this venue is phenomenal. This is definitely a diamond in the middle of North Georgia. I will be back!

Ive been by this place a million times and always assumed it would be sketchy because of the location. I finally went in to buy some body jewelery, and it was incredibly clean and well put together. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the bathroom was spotless, the artists were all personable and professional, the waiting area was nice, the entire shop was full of stunning and spunky artwork, and they had a good selection of jewelery. I was helped by the owners daughter in law, Mackenzie, and she did a fantastic job and was knowledgeable about all the products and procedures the shop offered. Im very pleased with my experience, and I will return :) great job, you guys!

I got my first tattoo here- and it was amazing! I was a walk-in with a few of my friends and they took us with no problem and no wait! I didn’t get anything intense, just a heart behind my ear. But I am terrified of needles and they made me and my friends feel like family which put us all at ease. Also, for the people afraid of the pain, they have light touches and it didn’t hurt AT ALL!! Will definitely be back when I decide to get another one! Loved the experience!!! 10/10!

Yesterday was my third time at this tattoo shop I’m from Nc if that tells you anything.Vada has done all of my work she’s amazing and takes her time to make sure you are happy with your tattoo. Only writing this to warn others after visiting a different tattoo shop today:Brandon attempted to pierce my septum yesterday. He goes all the way through with the needle, steps back, and says he has to reset it. So, with the same needle, shoves it back through once again. Then he tells me there’s a bone spur in the way (yes, in a spot with only skin and cartilage and after he had the needle all the way through lol) and that I’m not able to have my septum pierced. I still had to pay for the supplies (even though my service wasn’t completed), left a tip (because he did show up earlier than usual to see me), and left with absolutely no aftercare instructions. I had an off vibe in this place as well. It gets better though!I went to a professional tattoo & piercing shop today, and found out that I have more than enough room to get my septum pierced and that I’m actually just one of the many that has had an issue at Celtic Crow. I also have cuts on the right inside of my nose for some reason? But yeah, my septum is trashed now and now I have to get it re pierced through scar tissue once it’s healed.

About a few yes ago ,I got a retracing and a name.Which I actually paid for the parlors lunch that day. 180.00trce 3 names and ad one.but lat week the gentleman that did come back from his lunch wanted to charge me 80 to 100 for one name.Well lets just say the young guy that did mine was cool.and this older guy wasnt even pricing me right. Its to bad that the young brown hair guy wasnt still there.

The people were nice enough and the artist really had some impressive art displayed, but I paid a decent bit of money to have a relatively small tattoo done only for it to be rushed out and need a touch up because of it. Paid for the touch up even after I was told it would be free because they changed theyre mind and the tattoo still didnt really take. I will be going somewhere else in the future.

My daughter and I went to the Celtic Crow to get our first tattoos. I did not know a lot about tattoos and Candace walked me through how my first idea wasn’t a great choice and worked with me to find something I would like that fit my taste and vision. They were great and friendly while doing the tattoos and gave detailed instructions on how to care for them without pushing us to buy any special products. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Awesome tattoo/piercing place. The artists are very talented, and are able to take the idea that you have in your head & draw it into a kick-ass tatt. Moreover, since theyre extremely talented artists, I advise for anyone going to the shop for the first time to have some extra money on hand because they sell original paintings done by the tattoo artists in the shop — I wish I had. But no worries, Ill be prepared when I go back to for a retouch of a tattoo I got years ago at another shop across the country. Also, Candice will be giving me a few customized pieces.

Not only were Brandon and Vada the most welcoming people EVER, but they made sure we were taken care of. They went above and beyond anything they needed to do. I am so happy, and honestly touched, that I will be returning for any and everything i need in the future. Mwah

Sam was so great! I got an industrial piercing and it barely hurt and was over so quickly! He was meticulously about cleanliness and so friendly. I will definitely be going nack for my next piercing!

Overall it was a good experience. however i didnt really like the way things were handled when i recently came in for a walk in. the tattoo got done and i was happy with how it turned out. but the attitude of a certain employee almost ruined the experience. no harm no foul, but may be the deciding factor of where i go next time.

So I got came in to get my nose pierced and I have many piercings and tattoos. So right after he got my nose ring in my nose started bleeding badly and it started to clot. But then it would start bleeding again so we waited a while and he put tissues and bandaids in and on my nose and doesnt charge me the full price for the piercing. Which I told him he doesnt have to that do but he insisted on it. He gave me his card and told him to text him to let him know what was going with it. And he texted me and ask how it was going. It finally stopped bleeding early this morning. I have never had this happened b4 and Im so glad this happened here instead of a place that didnt care. Thanks again yall it was very nice of yall caring for your customers!!!
