Jeff is the guy!! Hes the real deal. Hes everything you are looking for. Believe me when I say hes the one!! He fixed someone else mistake that shouldnt have been done. Black sheep pierced my daughters belly and it was the worst regret of my life. The issues we had and how deep it was we had to take it out. My poor child went through hell and will always have the mark on her that this lady did.She owns black sheep in Dickson City PA.

I recently took my 5 year old here to get her ears pierced. We had a bad experience with my other daughter at piercing padoga, so I wanted to go to a professional this time. Jeff ended up being really great with kids! He really helped lighten the mood, make her feel more comfortable, and even got some giggles out of her (and me too)! Overall great experience! I would definitely recommend this place!!!

I did not have my piercing done by Jeff, but a friend of mine recommended him to me when I was having trouble with my nostril piercing healing. I was at the end of my rope, exasperated , and about ready to take out my piercing. I thought my nose might be disfigured for life.He was wonderful and took the time to walk me through the steps to heal my piercing and even followed up with me. I can happily say 2 weeks later my nose looks fantastic! My next piercing I will have to fly to PA to have Jeff do it!!

Got (half of) a coverup tattoo here today and i am SO disappointed. lines are wobbly, super thick, and uneven. shading is super patchy. artist didn’t even ask if the stencil placement was okay and she seemed confused and out of it the whole time. so glad i asked for a break and ended up tapping out, because i will not be returning to get this finished.

Jeff did an amazing job with my daughter on her 6th birthday. He made her laugh, let her know what he was doing, and kept her at ease the whole time.

I got my earlobes pierced by Jeff. I am in my late 20s, but I have struggled with needle phobia all of my life. Ive come a long way, but I was still really nervous about getting my ears pierced. Jeff was amazing! He was super calm, and didnt seem to waver when I started to get nervous. He was also really gentle, and while I was still pretty afraid, I dont think anyone could have done the piercing better. Truly a great place and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

When my daughter expressed interest in getting earrings, I wanted to take her to a professional rather than a place that uses earring guns. Jeff was wonderfully patient and friendly with her, and she loved reading from the children’s books. For my helix piercing, he marked options away from the vein and had such a gentle touch that my piercing didnt bleed. All tools were sterile, and scheduling was super easy. A month out and the piercings are healing well.

Best customer service experience. They are a great place to go don’t hesitate to go hear. John did my first tattoo and i don’t regret my decision.

Jeff the impaler was awesome!! He pierced my 16 year old daughters nose he joked with her and made her feel really comfortable so she wasnt nervous. Then my husband and I also got our noses pierced that same day did amazing job very clean and professional definitely recommend going to him for piercings.

Ive been coming to Renaissance since they opened! Absolutely love Jon and Jeff! Jon has done numerous tattoos on me, and my friends. Hes really great in making you feel comfortable and safe. And Jeff, I got my monroe and dermal done by him and hes just wonderful! He gave me a discount for my dermal because I was a returning customer and not only changed the top for me, but didnt even charge me and taught my husband how to do it at home! Absolutely would recommend to anybody. And definitely worth the hour ride!🙂

Got my very first piercing and Jeff was amazing he really knows how to make you feel comfortable and anxiety free. I overall had a very good experience definitely will come back for more piercings

I loved Jeff he was great. i was super nervous at first but he made me feel alot better about it. he joked around with me and overall was fun to be around. when it came to the piercing it was very clean and quik. I encourage going there to get something done. youll love the people and the service they give. Ill def be going back in the future for other piercings.

Got a tattoo from here about 4 days ago. Already looking for a cover up. Lines are bad. Shading is bad. Its way bigger than I wanted. I dont even want to go back for touchups. Now Im looking for someone with skills to fix this mess.

I had a tattoo to cover a scar done by Jon. He was excellent! The tattoo came out perfect and totally hides my scar. I have recently had two tragus piercings by Jeff. His technique is stellar. He is completely professional explaining everything but in the most kind and gentle manner. He uses sterile methods and explains after care well. I would never go to another piercer after having the painless professional experience with Jeff! 20/10

My husband and I took our 12 year old to get her ears pierced here. We had previously tried the mall, but it never healed correctly. We decided for the extra money it was worth it to go to a professional.Jeff The Impaler was great! He took all the time in the world with our daughter. She was a very nervous, but he told her to ask any questions and he was happy to answer them. He was incredibly patient and made sure she had a stellar experience. Everything he used was sterile and brand new, so the risk of infection would only come from outside sources. He also took the time to explain proper aftercare. It has now been a week and her ears are healing beautifully. I will forever be an advocate of taking children to a professional to get their ears pierced. Thanks so much, Jeff!

My friend and I went in on Valentines Day and I got 2 cartilage piercings in each ear. Jeff is really wonderful at his job. He made it as comfortable as he could and was very professional, I plan on returning for a few more piercings in the future. Highly recommend!

Only man on this side of PA that does dahlia piercings and other exotics. Traveled 1 hr 30 mins. Amazing customer service and humor, easy to find, and nice clean atmosphere. The needle went in like butter. Didnt feel a thing. Numbed itself, which is100% correctly done and perfect in my book .Veteran of now 15 piercings.

Definitely the best expirence at a tattoo shop! Jon is currently doing my sleeve and already its coming out great! He opens everything in front of you and he has a more welcoming feeling when you come in. 12/10 will definitely be my usual shop!

Every experience at Renaissance Body Art has been wonderful. All of the artists are extremely professional and makes sure you’re comfortable in the tattoo shop setting. Every item was opened in front of me, brand new out of the packages. I had 3/4ths of my sleeve done there plus both thighs and a few others and could be more happy with them. All the artists that work out of Renaissance are just fantastic. 10 stars!!! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Jeff was great and very opwn about everything. He even went as far as to check a piercing i had done else where a while ago because the starter jewelry wasnt the best for healing and he wanted to make sure everything was okay.

I got a nice sized tattoo done by Jon and it was the best experience ive had with any tattoo artist. The shop is clean and a calming atmosphere. Jon was very professional with a side of comedy. His free hand stencil of my tattoo was absolutely beautiful and my tattoo came out exactly how i wanted it. He constantly made sure i was ok during the process of getting my tattoo and let me see it a few times before it was completed to make sure it was coming out the way i wanted. Every tool (including ink) was prepared infront of me and was all new. The price was definitely worth it as well! I will be going there in the future for more work to be done.

Usually I stick with my usual shop but decided to try someone new because the artists work looked great in all the pictures posted. Biggest mistake I made. Now I have to go to my usual shop and pay more money in order to get it fixed. It scarred horribly and the lines are crooked. Sorry for the review but Im highly disappointed coming from someone who has four other tattoos. Like they say, If its not broke dont fix it! Stick to your usual shop!!

Jeff was fantastic, the process for getting kids ears pierced was quick and painless.

This place must be anti-money… your website is on facebook lol not everyone wants to make an account for that trash. Try to call and got hung up on… No prior experience with this place and no future now either👍🏻 Even hair salons understand how to make scheduling not terrible.

I just want to recommend anybody who wants to go to this place for a piercing as I only tried that looking forward to do the tattoo but they saved me because I had done belly button piercing in New York and it was a horrible experience I had to take it out let it heal went to the shop here and came out amazing without any problems without any keloids or anything the healing process was super easy and the communication is amazing so if you guys want to go I highly recommend them

I got a tattoo yesterday. I got home and their were a few details not colored in my tattoo. The line is not straight at bottom. The lines arent connected well. I would never go to this tattoo dump again! Anyone looking to get a tattoo, go elsewhere! I would give 0 stars if I could, but I cant. This is worst tattoo shop in Scranton! You ask the guy questions & all he says is yeah, nothing else. He gives no detail information about getting a tattoo. After you get the tattoo he tells you nothing about how to heal the tattoo, he doesnt care at all! Its just a waste of time & money. He might need new glasses to see how to make a straight line! This place is a scam!

Went to jon for a lion on the bottom left side of my stomach and it came out a lot better then I thought it would I love it 2 months later and still amazed. Definitely one of my favorite tattoos.
