Samantha has been amazing with helping with my piercings. I’ve had multiple medical procedures this year and she assists each time with helping me remove and reinstall all my piercings. I appreciate their quick turn around time and availability with appointments.

I had a good experience here. Piercing prices of quality jewelry isn’t for the faint of heart. Definitely spent more than I planned on spending. But I appreciated the cleanliness of the shop, the piercer was very nice.I had to fix some piercings I got from Rowan where they used piercing guns on my cartilage 20g butterfly backs that would not heal.Replaced at green light with titanium flat backs. The process was pretty quick. Everything was sterilized.I’ll go back to downsize the posts after my ears have calmed down from stretching out the holes to proper 18g.Lesson learned to do some research first but I’m very glad Green Light was able to help me.Their earring selection also best everyone around. Tons of choices.

My pal and I both got perfect septum piercings from Fish this weekend! two in a row, can you believe it?? he and Sam were so accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process, space and practices were very clean / sterile, and he even made us laugh along the way. so much fun! will 100% be going back for any new hardware or additional piercings

Got my seconds pierced here earlier today and my nose pierced last year. The place is clean and well taken care of, they have a HUGE selection of jewelry (it is a bit expensive but it’s good quality, so it’s worth it!); I’ve gone to Sam for both of my piercings and she’s wonderful. Both Sam and Fish are very kind and very reassuring if you’re anxious about the pain, Sam even gave me a little squeeze toy to help calm me down and it was a huge relief. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I don’t write many reviews but I sure do when I have an exceptional experience somewhere. Pretty much every other tattoo/piercing parlor I’ve been to has been at best generally unwelcoming and at worst an actual nightmare. So I’m over the moon about the treatment I got at Green Light.They helped me with my septum, gave me tools and advice, made me feel super comfortable, acted professionally. Everything looked perfectly clean and they sterilized my jewelry for me. Very lucky to have come across their website. Only place I’ll go to for piercings from now on. Thank you guys!

I brought my daughter to have her Navel Pierced and they explained how to care for the piercing and what to avoid. I was impressed with their attention to detail with piercing placement and strict sterile procedures. I was worried about how much pain the procedure would cause but to my amazement my daughter felt nothing and didn’t even realize the procedure was completed. I came here because of their excellent rating and I understand now that they have definitely earned their high marks. I would absolutely recommend Green Light to anyone looking for a piercing.

Im obsessed with this place. Its clean, not dingy or dark. The couple here is so nice, they make you feel comfortable right away and give great advice on what piercing is going to look the best for you. I had no issues with my piercings afterward, everything came out beautiful. They also have a huge selection of jewelry to choose from and if you bring in a photo of something else you like they do their best to find it or find something close to it. I will for sure be coming back for future piercings, best place around.

Initially i went on a recommendation from a young lady at my Church who got her nose pierced, it looked really good so I went and got one( I’ve been wanting one for years). The next month I went back for my second piercing, a rook, during the holiday special. In my Keith Lee voice “I give em a 10/10” They are squeaky clean, very thorough, appointments only and no nonsense. I’m going back!

The shop is extreamly clean, efficient and professional! Fish and Samantha know what theyre doing and will be honest with you about aftercare and the healing process. Ive had several piercings in the past but no piercers have been as thorough and detail oriented. Very informative and passionate about what they do! Ill be back for more piercings!

I’m completely happy with this place! I called at first to get some information and fish (piercer) was more than happy to provide all the information I needed. I made my appointment and I just left there place today. I walked in to fish immediately knowing I was Mary and welcomed me, and helped me pick out my jewelry, he explained what everything is, the costs and he didn’t push anything on me, just the information I needed and let me make my decision. And as far as changing the jewelry he made sure he explained the cleaning process of the jewelry which made me feel a lot better. He changed my jewelry and I didn’t even feel a thing. He was great to talk to and in the end of the appointment Samantha his co worker join in on our conversation and was very helpful about my future piercings I’ll be getting. Not a good place to go if you want an easy experience with taking your young adult children. My daughter felt uncomfortable and so did I. Is this man trying to steal identities by needing birth certificates?! And with the original seal that’s a bit much.

Great place! First honest friendly and professional. I came in with an idea and was told that it be the due to the structure my ear it wouldnt be good for healing and would cause a lot of problems. However Fish spoke with me about what I was going for and proposed a great alternative. Not many places will be honest as to whats the best move for your body, but only care about taking your money. Best place to get a piercing! I was looking for a place that would take their time to analyze my ear to see if the piercing I wanted would work. Samantha showed me many piercing types that I could get and then I was able to choose. The price for service and jewelry was very reasonable. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. You can tell they know their stuff about piercings. Highly recommend.

Samantha did my nose piercing and flat helix piercings back in October and I had a fantastic experience. When she switched out my posts 8 weeks later everything was awesome. Sadly my nose piercing yanked out in a freak accident caught in my daughters hair, and Samantha came in ON HER DAY OFF when I messaged the shop to fix my piercing. Cannot say enough good things about Samantha and Green Light Piercing!

Came here with my sister to get philtrum piercings and it was a great experience. The shop was very clean and they had a nice selection of jewelry. Fish did our piercings and he was awesome, we loved his sense of humor and he made us feel super comfortable! After our piercings we got aftercare instructions and he even gave me a recommendation for a piercing shop in Vegas (since I’m only visiting Michigan) for when I need to get my bar changed and IF I have any issues with my piercing!All around great experience, don’t go anywhere else for your piercings.

Samantha was so great and professional during my appointment. She helped me find the right jewelry and ensured my piercing was put in the right place because I had scar tissue from a previous piercing. They also ensured my jewelry was sterilized.

Ive been coming here since 2020 and always look forward to chatting with fish and the other artist here (i feel so bad that their name escapes me right now because i love them both, fish has been my piercer but i always talk to them as well). I got my navel pierced here by Samantha! She did a great job. It barely hurt for being a thicker piece of jewelry and the healing has been wonderful. Fish is always a stand up and selfless man. Whenever I needed something he has always been there to happily take care of me. Plus they have an amazing jewelry selection!Just editing my review to mention I just got my upper lip pierced by Fish and it was a breeze!

Came here, after reading the great reviews, to get two piercings done for my birthday. Sam was great! It was my first time doing anything that wasn’t just my ears. She helped me feel comfortable and the process was pretty smooth. I just came back in today because I felt like I needed a longer bar in one of them, as it was getting sucked into the piercing hole! I am really glad I came in. She said it was good I had it taken care of before any irritation happened. They fixed me up the same day I called and it feels so much better. They were so helpful and nice. Would 10000% come back for any piercings or any updates I need. The shop is very clean and the people are great. They also have a very nice selection of jewelry.

I also really enjoyed that they were honest about whether or not I would have the correct anatomy for certain piercings, which is amazing. Had been trying to find a shop that I felt comfortable with for a while and was recommended to go here while I was visiting the area. I am SO glad I did! I never write reviews, but I felt i needed to for this shop. I got my nipples pierced by Samantha a couple of days ago and out of my 16 piercings, I have never been more impressed. They were so fun an professional, the shop was very clean and inviting. I didn’t want silver jewelry so they iodized (?) it TWICE until i was happy with the gold shade. The placement was perfect, they didn’t give me a giant bar like i was anticipating—which i was so relieved about. There is definitely enough room for healing, but not too much that it’s obnoxious. On top of that, she gave me a sheet with all the information about the jewelry (gage, metal, etc.) which i have never received before and was really happy to get. I am literally so obsessed with the results and will be returning to Samantha for any future piercings. they only do piercings here, which made me confident that they knew exactly what they were doing, and they absolutely did. HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!

Sooo I’m a 35 year old mom who had a mini mid-life crisis and decided she needed her nose pierced. I stumbled upon Green Light and am so happy I did. I’ve had my nose and eyebrow pierced here by Sam. Awesome experience both times, healing is going great on my nose, eyebrow is fresher but looks great so far. My partner had her septum done by Fish at the old store location after a botched piercing healed, and she still has it and loves it today. I think I’m done with getting piercings now but if I change my mind and do even my ears I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.Edit: I got a third piercing done by Sam.

Got my piercing back in April/March time. When I walked in at first and said I had an appointment a bald guy laughed and said “no you don’t” … I checked my phone and certainly did. He warmed up after that sure, but we don’t need to be rude at first right? That moment stuck with me.The piercing was a second lobe piercing, nothing major like cartilage. I chose my jewelry, which turned out to be an obscene amount because it was “white gold”. I believed them, but the earring didn’t even come with a box or card…just the earring. I got out for somewhere around $200 after it all for a lobe piercing and earring.I follow to the protocol for the months to come, disinfect. I had my other two lobes pierced as an adult so I knew. When the three months was more than up, somewhere between three and four, I took the piercing out, ready to use the piercing for another earring. The earring I purchased was a huge gauge for a new piercing. I clean and put one of my actual gold studs in for the months to come because the piercing is still hurting and crusty. Now I took it out, a keloid is forming, and the piercing was a waste of time.I’ve gone to these “fancy” piercing artist shops before for my left lobe. They also overcharged. It took forever to heal, and actually did eventually. Then I went to a regular tattoo piercing shop for much cheaper and that piercing healed quickly. All hollow needle. Truly bothered by the waste of money on this. Reading any negative review shows me the business just retorts in a rude fashion instead of reflecting on their ways. Wish them the best with that.

I have had several piercings over the years. Fish and his assistant did an amazing job. What I had pierced was very sensitime it Hurt for 30 seconds. Im now 3 days into it. And I have felt 0 pain. Thank you, I would refer your service to Anyone that wants anything pierced

Fish did my nose piercing a few years ago & unfortunately I had to remove it for a job & it closed up. Then the pandemic hit & I was finally able to have him redo the piercing at his new place today! Got my septum pierced here by Fish & he was awesome! I was nervous as hell because everybody claims it hurts so bad but he explained to me about the anatomy of nose, etc beforehand & my pain level was literally a 2 maybe even a 1. Just felt like a real hard pinch. I went with a black septum which was a bit more pricey, but worth it. I am happy I chose Green Light for my piercing. If I get any in the future this will be my place to go! Thanks again Fish 😊Samantha was cool too! ❤️

I went for a nostril piercing on each side and Sam was amazing. She took the time to do and re-do my placement dots many times because I have a wonky nose and she wanted to get the placement as perfect as she could! Okay. So, my husband came in to get his first piercings ever…his ears. This was his take on his experience at Greenlight… First of all, the place is spotless, well-stocked, and full of great energy. Both Fish and Sam were welcoming. Fish immediately began making thoughtful recommendations to create the most informed experience for a first-timer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gave an overview of the best styles in jewelry options. Once the jewelry was selected, he and Sam worked like a well-oiled machine; making sure that the piercings were symmetrical and properly placed. The environment was incredibly clean, and all equipment was obviously single-use or freshly sanitized. Their lighthearted personalities made the piercing process enjoyable, quick, and as pain-free as possible. After the piercing was complete my husband got a thorough explanation of what to expect during the healing process based on an average timeline, what to expect, and when to reach out. All of this considered, I HIGHLY recommend getting your piercing done here, as there was not a single misstep from the moment he walked through the door until he walked out of it. These guys are professionals and awesome at what they do. Long story short, we won’t be going anywhere else if we decide to get further piercings. Go there and patronize this business! 5/5 stars!

I was traumatized from letting a friend do my left nostril at home, so naturally I was really nervous about getting my other nostril done. Sam was amazing! She was done so fast and it nearly painless. She took extra time to make sure the holes were as symmetrical as possible, I couldnt be happier with the result. I went in to have my rook jewelry changed out and a new daith piercing. My piercer was very professional, knowledgeable, and the facility was very clean. The jewelry selection was large and the quality was top notch, although a little more pricey than the other shops I have been to ($300+ for an artisan gold hoop). The piercing itself had a bit of a mishap when the piercer missed the transfer from the needle to the jewelry. This caused my ear to bleed significantly into my ear canal. The piercer was extremely apologetic and remained calm. The only issue was they didn’t have the cleaning supplies in shop to help me. This resulted in me rushing to CVS to get cleaning solution to alleviate my clogged and throbbing ear canal. I wish the piercing would have gone a lot smoother and maybe a bit cheaper, but I am happy with the jewelry choice and the placement of the piercing.

Green Light is clean, comfortable and staffed by professionals all the way. Fish did beautiful work and had a super personable attitude, too. I highly recommend Green Light Body Piercing! They also top quality jewelry.

They got my boyfriend in last minute since I was the last appointment and both piercers were ridiculously nice and very knowledgeable. You can really tell that they see this as an art, not just shoving a needle in your face. Fish worked with me to adjust my piercings, and instead of just agreeing with what I wanted and risking crowding, he helped me figure out alternatives that look great and still hold onto the original idea. I must say I did my research before deciding on a particular facility too trust to do a professional piercing as with a level of competence, compassion, for their line of work especially with healthcare at issue with piercings in my opinion that must be foremost the most important sign. Well I chose Greenlight body piercing because Fish and Sam exemplify all the above. Also including genuine friendliness. I felt comfortable through my entire process no time was wasted I never felt I was rushed period.. The office was absolutely comfortable and clean bright as Sam and Fish attitudes. Sam was my piercer shes funny and lighthearted but very business savvy. Sam took me too look at a Vast amount of beautiful jewelry and answered my pricing questions about the different options of jewelry and what choices I have for beginner jewelry piercings. Sam was upfront now moving past pricing reasonings of difference in levels of jewelry. Sam shows me my options for suggested level jewelry as its my 1st nose piercing ever. I chose the emerald green we went discuss the metals and lengths of post every piercing it depends on the customers needs. Knowledge is key Fish and Sam are very knowledgeable with the piercings Services they provide. Sam pierced my nostril quickly least to no pain. My emerald green stone choice Before actual procedure of piercing. Sam had marked my nose area and I was able too hold my chosen stone to my nose while looking in the mirror. This step is really important.Before sam begin piercing my right side of nose. Then the above magic happened. My experience was absolutely fantastic so therefore I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREENLIGHT BODY PIERCING !Thanks Sam and Fish see yall in June Sandy 💯😉😁P.S. Sam verbally explained in detailed instructions for aftercare for my nose and a plus was giving me extra after care information in a pamphlet further explains in detail what Sam says in her verbal after care consult. Including the use of Saline solution of which sam gave me a sampling. So Ill definitely know what too purchased for continual after care for my piercing .💯

This was so easy, Sam did a great job, and Fish was wonderful in helping me pick out my nose stud without pressure towards any gem. I could not have been more comfortable. So glad I chose them. I went to get my septum and nipples done. Fish made sure to triple check and I was advised to not do the nipple piercings for safety and I’m SO glad that he checked and let me know instead of just doing them. My septum was easy and super well done. Both of them were so nice and made me feel comfortable and well informed. I can’t wait to come back!!

The owners are very professional and very knowledgeable. They made sure I was comfortable and that I understood the aftercare process. They even tell you to reach out with any questions or concerns after you leave the office. I’ve never been to a place that cares as much as they do about you and your piercing. I came here to try to get help after experiencing a bad piercer for a double tragus that ripped out and an incorrectly pierced conch. I previously had been pierced by fish for my rook a couple years back. So decided to make the drive to have him help me troubleshoot my piercings. When first entering the new place it was very welcoming and I loved the fact that fish took so much time to throughly explain piercing placement and piercing rejection. He suggested to return in a few weeks to correctly get my tragus and conch re-pierced. I decided to get a vertical stacked lobe piercing since I was already there. I’m glad I did because I loved them. Sam explained the whole aftercare experience and was very informative as well. Friendly vibes from staff. Would definitely recommend and worth the drive.

Ive gotten two piercings done by Fish and Samantha and I doubt Ill go anywhere else. The shop is always sparkling, the quality of jewelry cant be beat, and they are extremely professional while also making sure that youre at ease during your piercing appointment.

As far as I know, its by far the best place in the area.When it comes to getting holes in my body, I want a place thats going to do it correctly the first time. Here, they will. Terribly rude and condescending from the moment we walked in the door. I arrived to get my daughters ears pierced for her birthday. I take responsibility for the reason the appointment could not occur, however the gentlemans customer service was incredibly unkind. I was ready to reschedule the appointment and pay the extra fee for inconveniencing him, however his attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary. No one deserves to be treated that way. Advice: take your money to someone more tolerant and kind, especially if they are putting a needle through your body.

I got a helix piercing done by Samantha about a week ago. It was uncomfortable, but pretty pain free. Since that week, my new piercing hasnt bled or crusted at all, which is honestly unreal. It isnt sore or anything! I will be seeing Samantha for all my future piercings!

I dont know how you could meet this owner and think his demeanor was genuine or comforting at all. Creepy and condescending, very weird vibe. If youre curious, check out reviews for the shop he used to own (Eternal) and sort them by worst. His responses to customers are incredibly unprofessional and rude. Not sure how he managed to get all of these 5 star reviews but dont be fooled by them. Im glad I didnt end up getting anything done here.
