Chy is amazing!! walked in to see a piercer one day and she helped me change my jewelry for free which was so kind!! went back three weeks later to get my septum done for $70 and she explained things about my anatomy so well. super cool, clean, and helpful. highly recommend her for all piercing needs

Daaaam 180 for just ear piercing is wild I think ya scammed my kids mom if it was only 50 when she asked then in the end after it was done 180 cause ya said oh yea we charge for the jewelry and for my time but its koo bruh its paid for lesson learned have a blessed day.

I got my nose peirced yesterday. Everything was great soooo clean! I was impressed and for it being my first time getting any face piercing I felt vert good about it. It wasnt a dark place with skulls everywhere haha. My only negative is I paid 70 bucks.... for something that took mayybe 3 mins. Im just disappointed I actually paid that.

My last piercing was 6 years ago and so much has happened since then. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday a little early and also do something fun so I looked up tattoo shops who could accommodate.Tim, the piercer, was super nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns and the place is CLEAN. He helped me select my jewelry for my 6 new piercings - 3 on each side of my ears, had them sterilized and explained everything to me before getting pierced. The process was mildly painful and I’m glad I took some ibuprofen with me. After everything was done, he explained after care which was much appreciated. I will definitely come back for the purple vibes and other piercings I’m considering after I see how these heal - oh, bonus - if you have any after care questions, they’ll also accommodate; your business doesn’t just end after payment

I visited Anchors & Arrows for the first time today due to issues with my recent double nostril piercings done by another piercer (NOT from this shop). The cleanliness of the shop immediately put me at ease upon entering. Chy was incredibly helpful; she examined the piercings, suggested the best nose jewelry for my situation, and inserted it without causing unnecessary pain. Her kindness and empathy were greatly appreciated, and she patiently answered all my questions, making me feel neither judged nor uncomfortable. I plan on returning for more piercings in the future. Additionally, I had called Tim before visiting, and he was professional and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Overall, Anchors & Arrows has earned my trust, and I highly recommend their services for a pleasant and professional piercing experience.

I cant believe that they charged me $110.00 for a nose piercing I am so stupid to pay that much.. Fresno tattoo and body piercing only charge $15.. I feel like i got scammed

I brought my 6 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced by Tim. The shop is extremely clean and used only sterile instruments. We purchased titanium earrings to use, which were very reasonably priced and they made sure to sterilize them prior to piercing. The entire staff was so accommodating and really put my nervous daughter at ease- the whole process was super easy and enjoyable for her! The piercing healed beautifully and about 8 weeks afterwards we came back to have the earrings swapped for no extra charge. Tim has been awesome and has been very response to all of my text message questions. Can’t recommend him and his shop enough. Thank you!

I had the BEST experience at Anchors & Arrows. Tim pierced my right side nostril and my ears.He explained everything I needed to know about the piercings. I took my daughter to get an upper helix piercing and was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Tim was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and even had a touch of humor which helped calm our nerves. He used new equipment, straight out of a sealed bag. He then provided thorough aftercare instructions. It was a fast and easy process. Tim, thank you for putting my daughter at ease and reassuring her. She’s very happy with her piercing.

Just got my septum pierced here. Tim was great!! So friendly and professional. The parlor was very clean and open, which put any nerves at ease. When I started getting woozy after the piercing Tim made sure I laid down as long as I needed to. Ill be back for sure!

I just got two piercings done with Tim Kirk and I have to say it was such a great experience. He was very funny and professional; I felt very safe in his hands. Also coincidentally, I used to work in this same building and if I’m being honest it looked like trash before. I can truly see the level of dedication they put into this building and their business. Tim was an amazing piercer!! He answered questions i had, helped me calm down and told the truth when i asked about the pain level. He said it’s bad for some people and not for others and i didn’t feel it at all, he was gentle and smooth with my piercing!! Highly recommend getting pierced by Tim.

My solid gold nose peircing fell out and i needed another gold ring asap before it closed and because i have also been looking for a tattoo shop to get my daughters name i went to this place since it has both. Got there and knocked, lights were on, stood outside and waited, they were open, just ignored me. Luckily this is the only tattoo shop i have ever went with a bad business practice of ignoreing potential clients so the next shop got my money and i was able to get a solid gold ring at the next shop and easily make a tattoo appointment.

**UPDATE 03.19.23*** We decided to add our dogs name and the date she passed to our tattoos. Went back to Bila and once again did amazing. Her work is clean. Already planning my next tattoo for November.Bila does amazing work. We provided a picture of our beloved dogs paw print and she captured it perfectly. During our sessions she was a blast to talk to and get to know. I HIGHLY recommend Bila!

I got a piercing done by Tim and I was very impressed on how clean the shop is and how knowledgeable Tim is. They are all super friendly and I would definitely recommend going to Anchors and Arrows.

Possibly wrong address/shop closed? I’ll admit I showed up late to my appointment however, once I got there the shop was closed. I waited for a little with some other clients and texted the person I thought my appointment was with. I never received an answer and left shortly after the other people did. As I was driving away I saw another person waiting by the door. Bummed out this placed seemed great after doing a search for a reputable piercer

This shop is beyond amazing. The people are amazing. And the tattoos are amazing. I will not go anywhere else. Reno has been my artist from day one and he is amazing. I dont think Ill ever get a tattoo from someone else.

Honestly my best tattoo experience everyone was so friendly and cool to talk to Jessie and vila prepared me and were super nice also reassured I like placement of the tattoo me and my girlfriend will be returning for more tattoos also the after care was broken down really easy I have tattoos already but never have had someone brake it down like them
