Relevant Tattoo and Piercing

My daughter got her nose pierced. Clean, perfessional, great service. He put her at ease and answered any and all questions. Piercing looks great and shes very happy. Will go back.

Only place in the area with a halfway decent jewelry selection. Owner went out of his way to check to make sure he had what I needed before I came in, and stayed open a couple extra minutes late when I ended up changing my mind.

Tom does wonderful work! Great price! He definitely has our business again!

Huge disappointment. I was initially optimistic because they were very responsive and i was able to make an appointment for my daughter to get a piercing the next day after school. However, I slept through my alarm, having worked (13 hours) last night, threw clothes on and ran out the door. On the way out I noticed a missed call, but no message. We got to the shop at 2:59 with 1 minute to spare....it was closed.

Doug does some wonderful work! Hes quick and doesnt have a heavy hand. Id ha e him do tats for me anytime

This shop is amazing. Ive had my ears done 4 times and this is the first time I havent had to take the rings out. Customer service was awesome! I even received a discount because shop was so busy. Highly highly recommend!

Sam doesn’t deserve what happened to her shop after her passing. The tattoo artists here are arrogant and rude. They used to give the best service and now they SUCKKKK. Doug has a heavy hand and does not care what the finished tattoo or piercing looks like. My tattoo has things i didn’t ask for and my piercing is crooked. Tom is absolutely clueless about what it takes to make people actually enjoy his shop. no wonder they never get clients anymore. If samantha was here she’d be very disappointed with how her shop is being run.

This place is so amazing. The staff are very caring and thorough. The establishment is clean. I highly recommend tattoos and piercings be done here.

My son got his ears pierced today and everything went great. Everyone was super friendly and they made my son feel very comfortable because he was nervous. The whole place is decorated nicely, extremely clean and just a welcoming environment all around.

The worst experience here. Avoid piercings here at all cost. My boyfriend had his septum pierced through the very tip of his nose, barely hanging on (see photos). Left dripping with blood. I had my nostril pierced. I stressed the importance of getting it even to the other side, it was not even remotely close to being symmetrical. Both were taken out immediately. Not happy.

Sam was outstanding. She was very accommodating because I am not from the area. She went over the tattoo with me in great detail; the look and adjustments I wanted to the original.I heavily researched artists work to find the perfect person to do my tattoo. I had to drive 1.5 hours to go to Sam (and another 1.5 to get home). I am extremely happy with the work. She is my artist from here on out!

Ace did tattoos for me and two friends and we had an incredible experience. He was personable, fun and did fantastic work. But all of the staff that we interacted with were absolutely fantastic. Highly, highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

Ive gone to Sam for 3 tattoos and will be going back to her for 2 more in a couple weeks, and I ABSOLUTELY love her work, and her price is decent, especially compared to some tattoo shops. The first time I went to her for a tattoo, she was easy to talk to during my session. I will ALWAYS go to her for tattoos and recommend her to EVERYONE I know.

By far the best work Ive gotten done!! I waited to start my sleeve until I was 100% confident in an artist. I am in love with my artwork and I cant wait to go back and keep adding to it! Samantha is so gifted and made the whole experience a dream. I recommend her to everyone!!

This shop used to be amazing, when Sam owned it. It has gone down hill since her passing. They are tacky, unprofessional and bizarre. Claiming other artists work as their own. Do not give these people your money.

I have went there to a prior artist who was wonderful. I have recently saw them posting his work, misrepresenting it as if it were the new artists. Beware, the work on their page is not a true representation of what you may leave with on your body forever. I would stear clear.

I had no problems with anyone when I went to get my piercings done Ive had my tongue re done on my birthday in 2012 then I had my helix top part of my ear done sometime in 2016 they did a great job

Sam is an incredibly talented and professional artist! Shes wonderful at taking your ideas and visions and bringing them to life. The studio is incredibly clean and inviting. I live 30+ minutes from Coldwater but even if I lived 3 hours, I would happily travel to Relevant for all of mine and my daughters tattoo and piercing needs!

I have been using this establishment for about 8 years and have been back about 10 times. It is a very clean & professional business. It is not like your typical Tattoo Parlor, it has more of a salon feel to it. The staff is professional, friendly and very courteous. I would recommend them if it’s your first visit or 10th.

10 out of ten would recommend this place. Tom and Ace are so nice and funny they really made my mom and I feel comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

I came here about 6 months ago to get my navel done, and it has been my only piercing that has healed flawlessly. However, I didn’t fully appreciate the place.. just didn’t think about it. as i went on to get other piercings at different places, they all became messed up or weird in their own way. so when i wanted my septum done, i remembered this place & their wonderful piercer, samantha, & made an appointment. Samantha was absolutely wonderful with me, talking me through everything & making sure i was calm and ready. she even fixed my nostril piercing that i was having consist trouble with for me! she was so nice to me about my previously botched piercing that she gave me a free bottle of salt spray. I hope Samantha gets all the recognition she always deserves, she’s the best piercer i’ve ever encountered! I trust her with all of my piercings, and i will no longer go to anyone else!

Company is dishonest and hides reviews steals prior artists work and represents it as their own. Deletes comments saying any negative experiences. Very unprofessional

Went to the previous artist there, was so dedicated to this place and an AMAZING artist, new artist is posting the old artist work of facebook claiming its his. Super disappointed in a place that use to be so great. Will NOT be returning.

After 3 days of having my tongue done, I unfortunately had to take it out because I think it started to get infected. I have a knot now in the middle of my tongue and my it would swell up and down. I looked at it from the bottom and it was like a whitish green.

My 39 year old brother didnt have an ID. I had guardianship papers and my ID. I was told they needed paper, not papers on my phone. I lost my $50 deposit, and they wanted me to pay another $40 to make another appointment! I will not go back. We were treated poorly.I could have emailed the paperwork and you could have printed it.

Sam is great. I have two custom pieces done by her. One was a cover up, I was told by 3 different artists that it couldn’t be covered with what I wantes. She killed it. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Sam.

After calling and asking if they did walk ins and them saying come on in we get there and the lady at the front was knitting and when the other lady asked if she had time to do it she would’t even look up from her yarn to comment she says NO. Then she states that they don’t really do walk ins unless u have appointment. But NO one else was in the place Hmmm so why tell me to come in. Guess ur yarn was more important than ur customers

I have never been to such an amazing place. The artist was gentle and was so light handed. The shop I also have to say is the cleanest ive ever seen. So impressed and its definitely a diamond in the ruff in this town for sure.

On first impression, the parlor was very clean, as well as the rooms in the facility. I got my septum pierced by Samantha and she was well informed and very good at her job. I would definitely recommend them for piercings. Don’t forget that it is cash only!

I simply stopped in for some lip rings, the woman was very friendly and helpful. And they had the largest selection to choose from that I have came across that was not online.

Google said they were open, drove from battle creek to them and they were closed. Should have called first.

I have gotten 8 tattoos for her and the color always look nice, she is very respectful and have good manors. I will always go there in future.

I got this done April 11, 2021 I just never really do reviews, but I love my bellybutton piercing so I wanna review it the workers here are kind and patient.

Samantha is a very good tattoo artist with 15 yes experience , decent prices / clean and fully professional .
