I went here on Monday and got my snake bites. I thought everything was good at first because they were pretty even and looked good, but after I thought about it, I realized how unhelpful my piercer was.I got pierced by Hanna and she was incredibly quiet and barely said anything, we got it over with very quickly and she didnt give any kind of tips or stuff to take care of it, not to mention she gave me way to short of bars. The bars are supposed to be a lot longer, so it doesnt get closed up in my lip, which is what is going to happen.My lip has swelled as much as I think it can and is closing over the two backs of the bar. I have no idea how to actually help it other than ice, which has not been working.The only thing that had been remotely helpful for some things was the aftercare tips I was emailed.Im not really sure what to do now, though, because I spent $100 on my snake bites and dont want to just take them out because that money came from family for me graduating high school.If I could go back to the shop, I would, but unfortunately, I cant since I was only in California for a little vacation and have now flown back to where I actually live.I completely forgot about this until now, but when my mom was there and was asking about what things I shouldnt eat or not do, Hanna said, and I quote, Whatever she wants. And just nodded to whatever my mom said as if she just wanted us out and for it to be over. I think it is incredibly unprofessional, and she should have actually helped. Ive gotten a piercing before, and the piercer I had before was really nice and helpful and gave me tips.

Went in the shop with the the artist PG and couldnt be happier with the work he did. He was very professional and overall a good dude, but the Mans work speaks for itself. I went in hoping to like his design and he absolutely blew me away with what he came up with. Overall id highly recommend coming into the shop vibes are good and every artist does great work a few are just a little better than others!!!

Got tattooed by @Madnatart and I can’t believe how much I love this tattoo. She was able to incorporate the flowers of my family surrounded by a goddess holding a heart. I 100% recommend this shop. The atmosphere was amazing they have music and shows playing. The staff was amazing throughout the whole process

Went to get a tattoo but was so disappointed. Everyone was eating everywhere even on top of the tattooing beds. Ive been to many tattoo shops and never have I seen such unsanitary work stations.

Not one artist came to ask if we had an appointment or if we needed any assistance?? We went in 5 people deep an seen 3 artist just sitting on there phones..waited to see if maybe we need to sign in but all we got were dirty looks. UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was first seen by Liz, shes an amazing artist and so patient- Im terribly awkward but she was still gracious and did such an amazing job on my tattoo of my dog. The second time I came in was for a flash sheet tattoo, and Alex/Alejandro did my piece, he worked with me on which placement would be best when I couldnt make up my mind and his execution was excellent.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I come here anytime I want a piercing, you are able to do walk ins and the piercer is really chill. They have all the prices and the piercings up in front on a sign so its very convenient and helpful. I’ve gotten 3 piercings from this place and will always be my go to when it comes to piercing, its so professional, cool and very clean

I took my daughter here a few days ago to pierce her ears, with a super nice young lady. All the staff there was nice and welcoming! The lady made my 5 year old daughter feel so comfortable, she didnt even cry!! The owner I believe that who he has praised her, told her how brave she was and how he couldnt believe she didnt cry..and even said man! I cried when I got my ears pierced. Which made her feel ever more proud of herself, knowing she was so brave. He gave her some candy, and then my son..other kids were at the shop so he went around and gave the other kids candy too. I would 110% recommend this shop to take your daughter/sons to get theirs ears pierced. They definitely exceeded my expectations ! 5 stars 🌟 x5Will be adding picture to show my kid all smiles after getting her ears pierced👍

Went here for a nose piercing last night. I was nervous about getting it but Natalie made me feel at ease. She was gentle and very calm. She’s great! Love my new piercing! My experience was phenomenal!!! Before my cousin and I walked in we were greeted and asked about our request. Luis is very personable and easy to talk to and the rest of the staff are extremely chill as well. The environment is comfortable and Im sure someone will be able to give you what you want. This was my first time getting tatted and Bod did an amazing job. Isaac helped my cousin and he also did an amazing job!!! The piercer and the tattoo artists are great. One guy has a fantastic idea about a continuous cover up tattoo for my husband straight off his head and it was amazing. The girl that does the piercings is very gentle and great at explain it whats about to happen. They play great music and have great customers service, even without an appointment we got seen within 30 minutes. Will recommend and go back.

My family whent like 10 days ago and they really need Customer service. Not even polite. Well hope next time this place have a better people working there ....Customer Service is a most and a plus.

Went for first tattoo,was scared nervous and lots of anxiety, but the gentleman Luis ,was beyond amazing. Asnwered all my questions,explained everything,and made me feel at ease. Super embarrassing! But I got A cartilage piercing in LA with the WRONG type of ring and it got infected and I couldn’t take it out. Had one of the artists (who’s name I didn’t even get) take it out for me, super fast, very easy going. Will definitely come back to have him do the right piercing for me, very knowledgeable. Even though I wasnt the one getting the tattoo, the place is very open and everyone in there is social. A large portion of the art of the art on the walls is accompanied with background stories. It gives the store a sense of belonging to its community. If I ever got a tattoo, but I never will, this place this probably be the place Id go to.

Over charged and the tattoo never got finished. COVID was one of the problems as also the lack of contact. It was my fault for being naive about how much tattoos cost.

Got my septum pierced here like 2 weeks ago. I was nervous it was going to be awkward but my piercer made me feel comfortable and was making me laugh and talking with me through the whole thing and the septum was only $35 with the jewelry included!! Highly recommend

I got my ear pierced with Val and she did an amazing job. She made me feel super comfortable and helped me decide what to get.

If I could i would give -🌟i would. i went to get pierced by Natalie. And ended up in the ER. And when i spoke to the owner about this.. Instead of taking responsibility for the people he employs he fired Natalie. I missed a week of work due to a busted blood vessel. I was told i can try and do something about it. Very bad experience and i will let everyone i know not to visit this shop

Very unprofessionally tattoo shop. My wife had an appointment and the tattoo artist didnt remember the appointment. Instead of doing my wifes tattoo at the appointment time, he did two other peoples tattoo instead.I would recommend a -1 star.
