Tiffany and her shop are AMAZING! I had such a great experience there today. Im up from Florida and needed to replace a lost helix piercing and then had a closed cartilage repierced. Tiffany was professional and explained everything perfectly. She had so much high quality jewelry to choose from. Her store is clean and welcoming, feels more like a salon. I cant wait to go back!

Tiffany is absolutely amazing! She is the only person I will go to for anything piercing related. I lost part of my nose stud she went out of her way to get me in that day so I didn’t lose the rest of my stud. She goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and understand every process. If I could rate her at 10 stars I would!

Tried to look at Jewelry during their business hours but the door was locked. I was wanting to get something for a friends birthday, I should be able to simply walk in to purchase jewelry without an appointment. Its very weird there are no walk-ins allowed period. Not very inviting.

My first piercing experience was a great and easy one thanks to Tiffany. I chose to get a piercing that isn’t too common and Tiffany had no issue doing the piercing. I really appreciated the private appointment experience that is offered. It makes it easier to get all of the information and make jewelry decisions without feeling rushed. The piercing studio is well maintained and very clean. The jewelry was sterilized in front of me and all the supplies needed were opened in my presence. Whatever your piecing needs are, I highly recommend DV8 Body Art.

Tiffany is awesome! She pierced my tragus, conch, and forward helix. She has a beautiful and clean shop. She takes her time to make sure you are comfortable and are happy with everything! The money is definitely worth it. 100% recommend getting pierced by her!

For her sixth birthday, our daughter was asking to have her ears pierced.She was nervous once we arrived.Tiffany was honest, patient, professional and so respectful of her the whole time.She assured her all along that this decision was 100% hers and if she changed her mind, all would be fine.She never pushed, rushed or pressured her. Dont be like my neice... She shopped for less expensive jewelry and piercing. She now has a scar from cheap jewelry that her body rejected (naval piercing) and infection that occurred from less than sterile environment. ( Ended up at doctors office. ) I told her not to go to anyone else!!!!! But she found a good deal. Ive Been going to Tiffany many years. It may sound wierd needing an appointment to shop but she helps guide you to a purchase BEST for YOU ! This allows personal time. She will not sell cheap jewelry or hire inexperienced staff. Try it! You wont be disappointed. She is amazing and so gentle. High quality for sure.

Tiffany is my forever gem of jewels. You couldn’t pay me to even start looking for someone who could do half of what she does as an artist or business owner. Is there another professional who is sanitary, professional, and beyond knowledgeable in her field. I suffer from hyper sensitivity to say the least, and from my first appointment on, I have never felt rushed, unaware, or unsafe. Had a consultation yesterday, for my daughter. Called in the morning to verify her appointment. Never received a phone call back. Daughter drove up there for her appointment, called, no answer. Sat in the parking lot for 30 mins, and 3 more phone calls. Still no call back. It is now the following day. No professionalism what-so-ever. Spoke to a couple other people who went to her, and they had similar complaints. Not really sure how she has good reviews. Maybe because she’s from the area for so long, and they are her friends. Idk. But, thankful we didn’t waste our money on her overpriced piercings. Bluz Tattooz is the way to go. They were much more friendly, and professional. Not to mention, better pricing.

So while I cant make it out to MI to see Tiffany (any time soon) personally, she suggested where I should go in my home state and OMG its perfect. Exactly what I was looking for and APP accredited as is Tiffany and exactly the high end studio that I was looking for. Even miles and miles away, shes so helpful and knowledgeable. I cant wait to make it to MI.

I wouldn’t recommend this place my significant other came here and did not have the best experience…the owner could be a bit rude too as well . They used to be more professional and less argumentative with their customers.

We had the BEST experience visiting DV8. All around very clean, professional and experienced. The beautiful Interior design is also on POINT!! The location is spacious and the shop area is filled with all kinds of stunningly beautiful high quality jewelry. Basically a dream shop for any piercing business. Tiffany pierced my teenagers navel and her process from beginning to end was more that I ever imagined it could be. She explained the process with great clarity and put out mind at ease. Forever grateful for passionate artists and visionaries like Tiffany who take great pride in her work and location to guarantee a safe place to get body art. Highly recommended and we will be returning for future piercing and jewelry too.

For my daughter’s 13th birthday all she wanted was her ears pierced. We chose DV8 based on suggestions in our city FB group. I’m so happy we went here. Tiffany went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable. She was patient in answering all of our questions and thorough in providing after care instructions. The entire place is clean and professional with a very chill vibe. There were lots of options for jewelry. My daughter chose a beautiful black opal pair of earrings. Overall, a great experience and how you want to feel when getting a piercing (or watching your child get one).

I got my left tragus done today by Tiffany Hall at DV8 on Union Lake Rd as a birthday gift. She was so nice and friendly! We had a great chat while waiting for the sterilizer to do its thing. 8 minutes! It is a very clean place and you can tell the effort put into to safety for everyone who enters. Its also decorated super chic!! Jewelry options are fabulous! Very high quality! It is by appointment only. Masks required.Let me tell you this was hands down the BEST piercing experience Ive ever had and Ive had A LOT!! Gabby at the front and on the phone when making my appointment is an absolute superstar! She was so nice and made me feel so welcome and comfortable! I cannot wait to go back for so many other piercings!! Thank you all so much!!

I went today to get my nostril pierced by Tiffany. She is very kind and makes sure to answer any questions that you may have. They are a bit more expensive than other places, but its definitely worth it. You have to call to make an appointment anyway so if you have any issues with the price just go elsewhere. Although, you probably wont get service as good as you get here. Its definitely worth paying more to get it done by Tiffany because she is VERY professional. She makes sure everything is sterilized and wiped down before doing anything. The piercing service even includes cleaning solution. So thats a plus. She even throws in an extra smaller bottle of it for your backpack if youre under 18!

Tiffany did an amazing job on my piercing, she was super easy to talk to and made the whole experience a walk in the park. They make you very well informed on all questions you have and the rest of the staff was very professional and kind, it was also very clean. I highly recommend going here! Tiffany pierced me for the first time almost 19 years ago 😲 and Im so happy she stayed local because I wouldnt have anyone else pierce me, besides Matt who I know is held to the same standards as Tiffany. I love Matts bedside manner, he is definitely a great choice for children or nervous clients.The shop is clean and well stocked. They are both professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable.They have gone above and beyond on their certifications and are APP certified. The receptionist goes over all paperwork with you, and answers any and all questions. They verify all sterilization and show your needle being disposed of so it is not used again.Definitely worth the visit.

I love this place, I was introduced from a co-worker . It is not that close to me at all, but worth the drive. The staff is friendly and thorough. I went to Matt for 1 piercing and it was done so well I went back for another. Made me feel extremely comfortable through the entire process. They have check ups to make sure the piercing is healing properly as well.

Matt at DV8 is absolutely amazing!! I cannot stress this enough. I have a few piercings and tattoos and no artist has made me feel so comfortable! He walks you through the entire process, is super patient with answering all your questions and does a very thorough job of placing your piercing! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Then mi mom celebrated her 75th birthday with Tiffany to get a conch piercing.The options of all the jewelery are only high grade, all procedures follow the highest standards.If youre looking to be treated with the best practices by a fabulous artist and staff, go to DV8. I really did my research before choosing my piercer. The shop itself is extremely clean, and with covid you must have an appointment. Great variety of jewelry to choose from. Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. This was the second time I have been pierced her, and I will definitely drive an hour to come back again! I can definitely see why they have been voted Detroits best many years in a row!

Matt is great! My daughter has always been nervous about getting her ears pierced. Matt was patient and took a great deal of time to explain everything to her and answer all of her questions. He spoke to her instead of speaking to my wife and I about her. Great customer service, very friendly, would 100% recommend.

My wife and I went here to get her Tragus pierced. We werent quite sure what to expect before we walked in, but we were blown away. To start, the staff is super friendly. We were a walk in and they were pretty booked up so we set an appointment for later in the day and came back. The lady that did her piercing was super friendly and talkative. She was very informative and gave my wife lots of tips to ensure her piercing healed in the best way possible. They also have quite a bit of jewelry options to choose from as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to ensure they get a quality piercing, done in a clean and professional environment!

100% recommend this place for all your piercing and jewelry needs. Matt contacted me ahead of time to let me know of a cancellation so I could get in sooner. Taylor was courteous and patient with me upon arriving and going over the paperwork. Sanitation and sterilization all done in front of me and Matt took the time to go through best practices as I was piercing an area previously pierced. It had been awhile since I received a piercing so the nerves were present but Matt’s bedside manner was perfect and calming. Following his instructions and materials given to me, two and a half months later no issues with healing. He also checked in with me twice since. Far and away the best piercing experience I’ve ever received and would recommend Dv8 and their staff to anyone.

DV8 is the only studio in Oakland County that is recognized by the Association of Professional Piercers, you get what you pay for (for anyone who has called it “pricey”) and I highly recommend DV8! Taylor the receptionist has been so helpful with me having such a busy work schedule, and Matt did my nose when I was 16 and re did it when i was 19 after i had to take it out for 6 months, and made me incredibly comfortable both times! Very clean office and very nice jewelry! You can also book online at their website which is very convenient! And if you want an appointment sooner than what you scheduled you can call and request to be added to the sooner if available list and they are very diligent about calling and offering everyone times for cancellations they get! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a piercing :)

Matt is the absolute best! Always answers me questions and is the most helpful person! He is very accommodating and will help you with whatever you need. I didnt like the biggest size jewerly for my piercing (after it was cleaned and put in my ear) and he changed it with no fuss! He talked to me while the other piercing was cleaning and it was so wonderful! The lady at the counter (I am so sorry, I never caught her name), was so sweet! She talked to me while Matt was setting everything up. Everyone there is fabulous. Prices are a bit high, but if you want quality you get what you pay for.

Aesthetically, the shop was beautiful, clean, and well put together. Tiffany and her staff were extremely professional, and friendly. Their selection of jewelry was the largest I had personally ever seen, with a variety of different styles. I went in to have a tongue piercing done, after being assured and shown that all equipment being used was sterile and safe, it was over in seconds and I didnt feel a thing!It may be a drive from my home in Madison Heights, but I wont be taking my business anywhere but DV8 from now on.

I visited DV8 today for a nostril piercing. It was a great experience. I had an appointment with Tiffany. The place was clean, obviously well sanitized, and they are going above and beyond the state-required precautions with respect to COVID19 safety measures. Matt checked my temperature at the door, I washed my hands before going in, and we went over paperwork in the lobby. Id followed the shop on Facebook for a while, so I know Tiffany was ahead of the game when it came to safety, and thats really the only reason I felt safe getting something like this done right now.Tiffany helped me pick the perfect piece of jewelry - they have a LOT to choose from - and she was patient with my many questions about all the choices. Once we got back into her room, she took her time sterilizing everything and setting up, and made friendly conversation while she did so, which totally put me at ease. She explained the entire process as we went along, which was great. After we were all done, I had a brief moment where I felt a little dizzy because I got up too fast, and she sat me down and got me some water. I was back to normal pretty quickly and was on my way. Ill be back in a month for a check up to see how the healing process is going.Overall, it was a great experience and I cannot recommend this place enough. Tiffany and Matt were both really friendly and helpful, and theyre obviously professionals who care about their work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If my daughters decide they want their ears pierced sometime in the future, this is there I would take them.

I had the pleasure of working here at one point and saw firsthand that this studio holds itself to the highest standards in every way. Their autoclaves are nicer than some that I’ve seen at medical facilities and they custom-fit their jewelry to fit your unique anatomy. They only carry the highest quality body jewelry and it’s all purchased from ethical companies. The best part though, is that Tiffany and Matt are both absolute sweethearts who genuinely care about giving you a new piercing that will look great and heal great. I will never go anywhere else for my body piercing / body jewelry needs. They’re just the best!

Tiffany Diamond was very nice. No high-pressure sales. Very calming. Very experienced. This place feels like a spa. Somewhere you can take your mom. The jewelry is expensive (we paid about $130 for 2 14g posts and 2 fronts with installation by Tiffany) but it is well worth the price. We were given proof that everything was autoclaved. Great experience.

Matt was great and super professional. I went in there after I changed my own jewelry incorrectly and messed up my conch piercing. He helped me pick out new jewelry (which was reasonable for the quality), replaced the bad ring, helped me find a good piercer nearish to where I live which is out of state, and was extremely polite and understanding the whole time. I will 100% go there whenever Im in town and would suggest them to anyone. Also their jewelry selection was amazing, anything you could ever want they have!

Caddy was great on the phone when I called and she got me in that day. She has to be the sweetest receptionist ever, so kind and informative! Kenny did my nose piercing and was such a cool guy and made me feel in control the entire time (I was extremely anxious, I hate needles). Didnt get my original piercing here but wish I would have! Matt takes such good care of me everytime I visit. The studio is incredibly clean and they have top of the line jewelry, as well as more affordable jewelry. The receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful, I always leave feeling taken care of and super cute.

Very clean, calming environment. Ive met 3/4 at the place, had something done by each. Matt did my initial piercing, wonderful job. He has a very chill and calming personality and is super gentle.Tiffany and Jef both did jewelry installations for me. As long as your jewelry is bought from there or a reputable piercer that they know has quality jewelry, they will autoclave it and put it in no problem. Other places will just use rubbing alcohol... It does nothing. I will always go back to DV8 for all my piercing needs.

Update 6/2022:The piercer, Matt, left, and this place is now a hard avoid. Overpriced, undertrained piercers, and the new staff is rude.OLD REVIEW:Clean shop, clean people, and clean equipment. I didnt get any work done this time, but I overheard the receptionist telling clients exactly what they do, have then sign sterilization strips, and other paperwork. The artist, Matt, did the same thing. They were very patient, and made sure everything was fully explained, safe, and sterile.The place is a bit expensive, but worth it.You must park in back.

I absolutely love this studio. I just got my 3rd piercing done by them. I got my conch with Tiffany. I have used both peircers and love them both. They know what they are doing. They get excited when we come in and add new piercings. They take the time to make sure it looks the best. As a mom, I honestly was a bit nervous. However, Matt did a nostril piercing on my daughter and he was AMAZING!!You can see and smell the cleanliness as you enter the building. Matt had credible experience w/awards, answered all of our questions with ease, he used all sterile equipment, was very thorough in explaining the steps, most importantly, he was very calming and gentle throughout the entire process. Of course I was concerned about possible infections, but you can return at any time if there’s any concerns, they have you return in 3-4 weeks for a check-up and you continue your check-ups once a mont for a few months after.I highly recommend DV8 Body Art and will ONLY go to them in the future!

Great, clean, quick septum done by Matt. He was efficient, clean, and explained everything. I was a bit late because on the voice recording it says that they will meet you at your car but they wait at the door(which is fine it was only five minutes), they did their best to colour match my necklace which was sick, their selection of jewelry is pretty solid, authentic pieces, and they check up to make sure youre doing alright which is nice.

She has pierced my ears, including various cartilage piercings, an industrial piercing, both my eyebrows at different times, and a nipple piercing!I was quite heavy at the time I had my nipple piercing done and was nervous to lift my shirt in front of her ... I said told her that, and Tiffany, without skipping a beat, said want to see my tummy? and lifted up her shirt to show me her stomach as we shared a laugh. It was a sweet, and truly touching gesture that made a big impression on me. Shes quite the inspirational gal. I mean that wholeheartedly.I recommend her to all my friends and have personally taken my friends to be pierced by her. Those piercings include my friends nostrils, belly buttons, a septum piercing, a set of male nipples, and possibly more when I wasnt the one driving them! The woman who pierced my nose was not very friendly and kind of condescending. I get that she does piercings all day everyday, but it was my first piercing and I was nervous. I did not return to this shop when I changed my stud for a ring. The piercer who helped me at another shop (very highly rated) commented that my piercing was too high and not placed properly on my nose. I was very disappointed.

I got my septum done here by Matt. He did an amazing job with calming my nerves and doing everything he could to make sure the piercing would be as painless as possible. He was extremely professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a piercing. The energy and atmosphere of DV8 is intoxicating. My septum looks amazing and it feels great.

Ive been coming to Matt for about 4 years, and I always enjoy my experience. The pain is just a rite of passage. The space is clean and professional, not to mention beautiful. You know a place takes piercing seriously when everything is clean and hygiene is a top priority. I will only go to DV8 to get piercings doneWent in for an appointment to get my nose piercing evaluated. I had it done at another shop, and I was noticing swelling around it (later found out it was due to the type of piercing and cleaning methods they told me)Matt from DV8 was VERY informative and offered several solutions. He assisted me in selecting a new piercing and gave me a new cleaning solutionThanks to Matt the swelling is completely gone, and I can no longer feel the piercing. It also looks a lot nicer

I went to DV8 for double daith piercings with Tiffany Diamond. Wow - what a great place! Super clean, huge selection of jewelry, very kind and patient staff. I have numerous other body and ear piercings so Ive been to no less than 7 other studios for my 12 piercings and this one is really set apart from the rest. The studio is quiet, serene even. The procedure rooms are spacious, very clean and zen like in design. Tiffany took time to help me select the right jewelry, explain the after care, talked about the procedure and about their equipment (they even use special katana needles which are coated in a silicon substance to make the piercing process even easier and faster). Her bedside manner was really down to earth and personable - that really helped me stay calm. My piercings didnt hurt or bleed - it was a really positive experience over all. I highly recommend DV8 Body Art & Tiffany Diamond. I literally drove passed at least a dozen other tattoo/piercing studios to get to DV8 and I would happily do it again because the experience was so wonderful!

I had an amazing experience at DV8! I went in for a belly piercing and my piercer Kait LaRue politely explained that I wasnt shaped right for a belly piercing. So I decided to go for the nose ring I always wanted. She let me pick my jewelry and explained how it worked very well. Then we went to the back and got my nose pierced. It was quick and pretty much painless as far as piercings go. The process was quick and easy and I absolutely love the building! It is clean and purple! I will be back there one day for another piercing and I am definitely taking the offer for free check ups monthly.

I cant sing the praises of dv8 enough. I will only come here for any piercings or jewelry anymore, period. Their piercers have the training and mind set of medical professionals and not only know exactly what and where to pierce to look best, but also heal best. Their rooms are, legitimately, cleaner and more professional looking than most doctors offices Ive been in. Where most piercers just stick a plain metal piece in you that youre stuck with for several months to a year waiting for the piercing to heal, you can customize your jewelry basically however you want here. I send everyone considering body piercing to Matt.

I wanna start this off by saying that I have heard great things about DV8. That they are very clean, do great work, and have quality jewelry. Im not about to be someone who comes on here leaving a 1 star review because thats not accurate.But my first experience with them a couple years ago was bad. I cant remember what all happened, but I went in with questions, and dealt with rude people and left feeling belittled. But I just said whatever and avoided the place since then.Today I was in the area and I had just moved up a guage size and I wanted to get some quality plugs. I was right down the road so I figured why not stop by and see what happens. Its been a couple years, right?I park in the back lot and see an appointment only sign. No big! Its expected with covid. So I call the number to see if they happen to be open just to buy some jewelry because you never know.A lady answered, and I told her that I was in the area and just seeing if they are open to buy some jewelry. She explained that they are closed for ordering for the day, and that I would need an appointment for sizing and what not and the soonest that could be was a few days later.This is all fine because I was literally just calling to check and see if I could pop in and I was fully aware that no could be an answer.What I was going to say back to her was:I was actually looking for something a little sooner, so I will keep looking around, but thanks so much!What I got to say was:I was actually looking for something sooner, so- and then call ended. She hung up on me.Its just irritating. Sorry I wasted your time I guess.

I would be hesitant to recommend anywhere else but DV8 for a body piercing. I have been been getting pierced here for a long time, and recently was lucky enough to work here for a short while. I can attest to their professionalism and expertise both as a client and employee - DV8 is top notch. They truly care about their work and it shows! Every piercing here feels personal, from picking out jewelry to knowing that Im going to be the first and last person poked by the tools being used. They have a huge selection of jewelry, and its comforting to know youre only putting the safest and highest quality materials in your body. You deserve high quality jewelry because you are high quality! All of my piercings have healed beautifully thanks to their expert placement and care. DV8 cant be beat.

Horrible. You cant walk in and just buy jewelry without an appointment. Everything is 45 questions. You cant just walk in and get what you want and get out like one would assume. Ive been to a million tattoo shops and piercing places and never had to go thru the hoops to give them my money to just purchase jewelry. I easily would have bought a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff as it seems like nice stuff but I dont have the time to make an appointment get evaluated blah blah just to purchase 5-6 barbells for my piercings.

Had my navel pierced. They take the time to assess you,and make good suggestions. Have a one month follow up check which I think is s great way to make sure your piercing is doing well. Friendly, clean and professional. Highly recommended. Bit pricey but worth it.

Came in yesterday to get some help with a piercing that wasn’t healing that well (that I had done at another shop). What a great place, I’ll definitely make the drive to come back here instead of the shop that is closer to me. So professional and extremely wonderful customer service! These artists take their time. They take the time to consult with you, they take the time to make sure a piercing is lined up and even. They take the time to sanitize and clean everything. It’s so kind and professional- but more so, they are patient and show that your time is valuable. I can’t wait to go back.

Piercers are very professional and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. The actual piercing procedure itself was quick and just a quick pinch. There has been no soreness or iritation, and cant wait to come back for more. First and last time visit to this jewelry store, ready to spend a few hundred dollars on at least 4 jewelry pieces and they still want to nickel and time you by charging 10 buck each for removal of other jewelry pieces to replace with their jewelry. And charge you and wont even move them to a different spot to place their Jewelry. Very disappointed, was hoping to have a new jewelry store since my store closed down awhile ago. I was told to visit this place, because its the best. Whatever, if someone is already looks to spend a few hundred dollars in your store you shouldnt be stealing their pennies too. You would think you would want a returning customer instead right.I understand the charges for placing the jewelry, thats expected, but you guys want to change me 10 dollars each to remove jewelry already in my ear but yet wont move them to another existencing pierced hole in the SAME visit to place your jewelry where I would like them to be placed. Its wrong. I was told you only remove the jewelry from the ear for the 10 buck. You guys have a great selection. I was ready with cash in hand. But I cant disgard my little selection I have collected because this jewelry isnt cheap. I have jewelry from two different stores, the second store was more then happy to have my services and move an earring for me to place one of theirs. I never knew of you guys til my friend got a piercing from ya awhile ago, and hasnt stopped talking about you since, so we drove out to you guys. Sorry Id just prefer it all done at once. Not pay ya to take these out, then travel to another jewelry store somewhere else to get these two pieces put back in cause Im not ready to change them out yet. And you dont put other people jewelry back into the ears. For people starting out fresh your a great place and have a very nice selection. But for people that already have a selection going, obviously this isnt the store. Unless they dont mind disgarding what they have already paid from others. And starting fresh with you guys. If it was 10 bucks and you would of moved my earrings. I would of been a life time customer. Came to your store when ready to buy more and change my jewelry.

I came to this shop intentionally from reading reviews, I drive whole hour to get here too. When I first went in there and met Tiffany her first question to me was “so where are you from?” Assuming she’s stating I look Different and not “white” I answer, I find that odd. Her prices are through the roof but I don’t mind because I expect good service and quality jewelry. Upon my getting my piercing and trying to sit up is slowly as I’m disoriented and slight uncomfortable from just being STABBED, she says “you can up fine you’re FINE!” As if I was some stray, she was literally just being rude and said that as so not baby me or comfort me in any way. As a professional myself with a state medical license myself, I would NEVER talk to one of my patients like that after I’ve treated them!I paid almost $300 that day for 1 piece of jewelry and it’s piercing. Did not bat an eye.She convinced me after I while I should shorten the jewelry after swelling had gone down and I felt twisting so I drove another hour and did that and bought a few new pieces of jewelry that ended up costing me $500. Again, did not bat an eye.I came up a third time due to the jewelry now hurting and it was obviously red and inflamed and before I did I called to speak to her but Matt had answered the phone and told me “since it hasn’t been 10 days and your jewelry isn’t sitting right we can change it out for you at no cost” so that’s when I drove up for another hour and waited 25-30mins for her Heynis to show her face. Taylor the front desk girl sat me in her room to wait. After waiting well past my scheduled appt time for her (this was an appt BTW I made days prior I didn’t just show up) she storms into her room, no sorry I’m LATE, NO how are you? or nothing. She started off with “Didnt i recommend a different jewelry for you last time” in a very UNFRIENDLY, ACCUSATORY, RUDE way, as if she was the one paying me and annoyed that I was even there. I have common decency and ask her how HER week is going LOL, then she remembers to ask about mine? priceless.After she was done she tells me to go up front and pay and I tell her I was told there was no fee for today, I didn’t anything and I was told by Matt before I made this appt then she proceeded to BARK AT ME, “Yeah but you ASKED for this shorter post, and ITS ONLY $10!!”UHHH EXCUSE ME?!Do I LOOK like $10 means ANYTHING to me?! I just paid your ******* rent for this month you ***** I just spent $800 and didn’t bat a lashh, people really mistake my kindness for weakness, “why not Rip the Arab girl for all she’s got and make her feel like trash because I CAN” type of mentality and ITS DISGUSTING. Maybe that’s why the first Words to come out your month was what am I?I paid the front and was walked out by Taylor, not a word out of Tiffany to “have a nice day” nothing at all she told me to purchase more saline and walked away very dryly even when I was visibly upset, she had nothing to say. On my way home I called to talk to Matt and tell him when she did and how she spoke to me and he stated it was his fault he didn’t know the policy changed. NO MATT ITS NOT YOUR FAULT, you can’t just switch things to LIKE A TODDLER and expect people to know that. HOW DARE you throw your employee under the bus?! YOURE CHILDISH and PETTY! She was told about my call to complain and she SENT ME AN EMAIL, just like a TODDLER who doesn’t respect anyone or anything and wants their way. Telling me to call the front desk for a refund? You wish I’d give you the time of day ever again, you lost yourself a big $$$ account over your pettiness and children’s mentality. What a horrible way to run a business, all the fake kindness you have shows, trust me it’s not genuine and we can tell. Grow the **** up. I don’t want your filthy $10 you can keep it.

Absolutely the place to go with tricky issues or if you are worried about any sort of infection. They have always been at the upper percentile of clean and safe, but their Covid measures are exemplary. Every time Ive been here, their skill, professionalism and knowledge is both apparent and impressive. It is not cheap or fast- and that is 💯 a compliment.

I will say the are very clean and nice. Thats the only reason im giving it 2 stars. But they are double for what i have paid in the past for a piercing. I expected 85 but was charged 105. 50 plus the earring at 35 is 85. But somehow we were at 105. I got my rook done for about 50.

I got my nipples pierced at dv8 and after a week I noticed my left barbell beginning to sink really bad, it was bleeding, and I could barely take the pain. I called to see if I could come within that day or two to have the jewelry looked at and switched out but they COULD NOT SEE ME FOR OVER A WEEK then the person I talked to said to call them if anything got any worst... as if bleeding and sinking jewelry isn’t already terrible. Totally ridiculous. I went somewhere else to have the small jewelry removed and have longer put in for a fraction of the cost. Never will I ever recommend dv8 to anyone. $250 later and I’m not happy

I lost the back to my jewelry during the covid shut down, even though theyre not open yet I was able to get in contact of with someone and they were able to order a replacement and they actually delivered it right to my door!
