LaserAway has been fantastic for my tattoo removal treatments. The staff is always warm and accommodating, making each visit comfortable. They consistently treat me with genuine care and professionalism. Tattoo removal is a slow and painful process, but they have the most up-to-date lasers, which makes me feel better about the procedure. During my sessions, they make it a point to check and ensure my pain level is managed, which I deeply appreciate. The facilities are clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant environment. I highly recommend LaserAway for their excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

Laser Away Corte Madera has excellent service, the ladies at the reception are very friendly and polite. They always let me know about new promotions. I am having my laser sessions with Trina, she is an excellent nurse. She is very professional doing her job and I am very happy with the results.

Friendly staff, But the process is disappointing.I purchased a package of 8 sessions for hair removal in the bikini and Brazilian areas, and I was initially thrilled with the results. By the second session, I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which gave me hope that this treatment would be effective in the long run.However, now that I’ve completed all 8 sessions, I’m extremely disappointed. It’s been just two months since my last session, and the hair is already starting to grow back. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the significant amount of money I invested in this treatment.I expected longer-lasting results, but instead, I feel like I’ve wasted my time and money. I’m really unhappy with the outcome and wouldn’t recommend this service to others.People there are really nice but the process

I was able to get a last minute appointment and had a great experience. I am a regular customer because of the wonderful service I receive and because the staff are so kind and professional. Trina is gentle and caring and is very responsive to your needs. Great results every time!

Never done any kind of laser hair removal before but was excited to try it before my upcoming wedding. Ive had a different RN just about every visit but always felt comfortable and I was in and out in no time. Always had a good laugh with Brianna at the front desk - love it when businesses are personable and fantastic at what they do.

Mackenzie at Laser Away was exceptional. She was incredibly patient and focused throughout the entire procedure, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Mackenzie’s attention to detail and care really stood out. Highly recommend!

Sam is awesome!! always takes her time and is very experienced. I always feel comfortable with what she recommends. The staff up front is friendly, always on time and the office is very clean. Would highly recommend friends to come here!!

I am very happy with my experience at LaserAway! I have had two treatments with Trina (from the Corte Madera location) and she is kind, fun and does a great job. I used to go to Med Spas that were more expensive and not nearly as great of service and I will never go back! I highly recommend LaserAway! Go see Trina!

I’ve been a client of laser away for over 10 years and with the Corte Madera location since they opened. I As I’ve now aged into my mid 40’s, I look at my team at Laser Away as a good girlfriend. I look younger as a result of the consistent Botox that I get quarterly. And the genious idea to be able to bank units makes my life easier and affordable in being able to plan my consistent regiment financially.This time I had the pleasure of working with Nurse Nicole. She was professional, thorough and you can tell she enjoys what she does. She went a step further in validating the number of units and where they were going so I could assess my budget. Get it girl. Thank you for the extra hard work and thank you Laser Away for hiring quality people.

I had a great experience at LaserAway. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Trina was my clinician and she is excellent.

I highly do not recommend this place. I made an appointment with them and when I got there they simply said the price of what I wanted to do again ( even though we talked about it through the phone before the appointment ) and they said they’re already all booked even though I made an appointment for that day!I wasted my time driving almost 1h in traffic to get there and felt very disrespected. I have a very busy schedule and that was very disappointing!I don’t really write reviews but I’m doing that because I really felt disrespected today when I got there for my appointment that didn’t happened.

The staff at Laseraway Corta Madera is excellent!! Emily and Brianna- explain the products tying together outcomes and expectations and answering all questions. I am doing a package of Clear and Brilliant, this takes time, I’ve just had my 2nd treatment spaced 1-month apart. Both times I’ve worked with ( nurse)Abbey. She is A+. Extremely knowledgeable and though based on my schedule I will need to go to different locations (Laseraway is a national brand), I will be back to them at Corte Madera over the course of time! I will comment on results when I am further along! Too early to comment as is the process!

Great front desk staff! Super friendly, professional and very caring. The nurse who performed my treatment was very knowledgeable and surehanded. She was great at keeping me comfortable and informed, and she worked quickly over painful areas. Great experience!

I’ve been going to Laser Away consistently for many many years (since the grand opening of the Novato location). Out of all the staff I’ve ever worked with throughout those years, Byanna (front desk) and Sam (nurse) are my absolute favorite people! They’re both so genuinely caring and sincere. I always feel seen and cared for and the level of service they provide is second to none. The Corte Madera store is lucky to have them :)

I did not use laser away before but now that I used it it is very impressive. I admired a lot the comfort and ease of the treatment as well as the respect conveyed by the employees to the clients. Very encouraging.

I inquired about pricing and was then BOMBARDED with calls, texts, emails, voicemails on a daily—near hourly—basis. I have never stepped foot in this place and I never will.
