My piercer, Megan, was amazing throughout the entire process, from selecting a piece that fit the space well, to the piercing process itself. They’re clearly passionate about their work and making sure everyone has a great experience.The rest of the staff were great too—super friendly and helpful. They also have plenty of good quality jewelry in a range of prices. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend High Priestess (and Megan).

I had 3 cartilage piercings in the same ear. High Priestess has a good selection of titanium posts that are either threaded, or pushpin styles. Logan was excellent at being patient while I picked the colors for my jewelry. Megan had great technique when making the piercings, it hurt like a vaccine stick, and less than a blood draw where they dig the needle around. Megans and Logans advice is sound, they dispell piercing myths and poor practices toughted in the past (looking at you, Claires in the mall). Ill be back for more piercings here!

It was fine, they said to come back and we can get a quick and free size change. So we went there three different times and each time they said no you need this, no you need that, oh yeah it’s also gonna be $20 like it would be fine if they just told you what to bring and were actually honest about the fee. However you cannot tell someone to come back anytime for a quick and free size change when it is literally anything other then quick or free

I always love to go to this piercing studio! Amazing, friendly staff who are extremely helpful. Amazing quality jewelry and can even order in jewelry for you if they don’t carry it. 110% recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Regis for my first ever tattoo, and it was amazing. He was friendly, informative, funny, and seriously helped put my nerves at ease. He ensured I was 100% happy with my placement and subsequent tattoo, and the entire experience was nothing but positive. I loved how my finished piece turned out, and I will be absolutely be going back to him for any future tattoos.

A lady with purple hair was fabulous as she helped me change out a piece of jewelry. Excellent customer service and very kind. The young man running the front counter was okay, he gave the young cute girls that came in great customer service. Lol, but gave me okay customer service.

We came to High Priestess about 15 minutes ago at the Corvallis location. Ws were looking for a diamond studd and didnt need any support inserting in into my nose. We were planning to spend up to $300. My experience with High Priestess in other locations has been great but the moment we entered the Corvallis location we were greeted with impatience and negitive attitude from the woman present at the counter. Her first statement was were actually at lunch right now. But then asked if I was only buying then that would be okay. Then she pulled out the product I didnt ask for and needed to go to the back room when I again said I was looking for a diamond studd. Other costumers came into the establishment asking to have a piercing removed and she said that she was already over her lunch time, so we felt like we were being blamed for her missing her lunch. This is either a serious management problem or.. She told the other people they could come back at 6p and that they didnt need to make an appointment yet when I looked on the online appointment scheduler there were no appointments open until 7p. When we said we were going to leave and think about it and she could have her lunch it was the first time she smiled. She definitely appeared to need a break yet the website says walk-ins welcome and there is no posted lunch time on the website or the store. We were also very concerned about the product we were buying. If the person selling it to us isnt sure if the product is diamonds or CZ AND there are no refunds there is no way we are spending that kind of money.We were very disappointed and will not be returning to this location, we drove from out of town on a special trip today just for this.

My daughter got her belly button and ears pierced today and had her nose ring changed. They did an amazing job and had great service. The jewelry looks great. The only thing I didnt expect was the price. She paid $244 before tip and got a small pair of earrings and the most basic belly button ring and a simple hoop for her nose. Her nose was already pierced so it was just a jewelry change, so 3 piercings total. I highly recommend their work but be prepared to pay a decent amount.

Editing my previously 5 star review to 2Reason: one of the piercers here is extremely condescending. Called me “baby” and gave the feeling like I was being talked down to. It felt like someone calling a grown man “buddy”. I’m a grown woman- you dont talk to other adults like that 🥴, it’s just disrespectful and honestly rude.I don’t know the piercers name or pronouns but they have short brown hair and it was a very negative experience. After they talked down to me for like the 4th time in a row I had to walk out and went to the one in Salem.The blonde woman is always a pleasure here in Corvallis- sad to see the other piercers don’t live up to my previous review.I would only go here if the wonderful blonde woman is in the shop- otherwise it’s worth it to drive the 35min to Salem where the entire staff is amazing.HP Corvallis Please address this with your staff- a really unfortunate experience. Anytime I need piercing care Im going to drive to Salem to protect my dignity, sanity and have basic levels of respect.!!let this be the review that convinces you to go to high priestess instead of anywhere else in Corvallis!!Could not recommend this shop enough. Love the vibes in this shopMy experience with HP and other shops in Corvallis:I went to rising tides to get a piercing with a friend of mine. She got a rook and I got a double helix. About 1 month after- my friends rook was swollen- had irritation bumps and looked like her ear was swallowing her jewelry. It was obvious that her piercing was pierced with a super short bar. Her sister has the same piercing and her bar was a lot longer than the one my friend got pierced with.We made an appointment here and they were able to fix her up right away and get her looking good! She had instant relief and it’s looking and healing so much better. Piercing bumps are gone for her.When we went to get her rook changed out I got a vertical helix. Piercer was super gentile and they worked hard to ensure I had the best placementNow back to my double conch that I got at rising tide. I got both conches at the same time, I have over 18 healed piercings - several Cartilage piercings , and this was the first time I’ve ever had serious issues with a piercing.The top conch was doing fine, but the bottom felt really tight against my ear. I felt like I couldn’t dry my ear off fully or clean it because of how close it was against my ear. I had serious pain and a big bump on it. My throat/lymph nodes felt horrible one week and the piercing was acting up (sign of possible infection)Keep in mind:I don’t sleep on my ear- I dont touch it- I clean it twice a day with saline and try to dry my ear after.I went in to HP and asked to switch the bottom barbell- and turns out rising tide pierced my bottom conch with a smaller barbell than the top conch. Please keep in mind these piercings were done at the same time. He literally pierced both at the same time- there should be absolutely no reason one barbell is smaller than the other, especially when the bottom conch is going through more cartilage than the top conch.I will go here for any piercing I have in the future. My forward helix I got when my friend got her rook barbell changed out is healing perfectly. Bar is perfect length and I’ve had literally no issues.After swapping out for a longer bar in my conch- no more swollen lymph nodes- my piercing bumps are literally gone. Within 5 days! I’m not super sore on my ear.Let this be the shop you go too. I will say it’s more on the expensive side- but you get what you pay for. Don’t end up like me- going to just any shop in the area. You will have to pay extra to end up fixing what other shops do.Anyways - thank you to the team at HP for being super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate all the help

Absolutely amazing, I had the worst reaction and seriously they were angels in there without a freaking doubt!!!! Amazing work. AMAZING!!!!Holley was my piercer, friendly, talkative and definitely informative. & not to mention the amazing attitude of the front desk gal she also was amazing!! When theyre there, the entire place is a vibe!

Went to go get a sternum tattoo and when I met with Regis he was asking some get to know questions, when I brought up that it’s my first he was super helpful and explained why that could wouldn’t be a good idea as a first tattoo. Helped my decide on a new placement that would work better for first tattoos. Regis walked me through the whole experience by saying what he’s doing and making sure that I was comfortable and was sure it’s what I wanted. I would recommend him. I will be going back. It was a fantastic service. The shop is lively and the other employees are super nice.

The atmosphere is nice and if you can make an appointment with Bryan (tattoos) I would suggest it. Had him finish a piece on my arm and chest and Im very pleased with the results. My roommate had him do several different tattoos and all of them came out great, he is a very versatile artist with great line work. Went back with my partner and he did a bigger piece for them, looks phenomenal.

I came here for my first piercing outside of just my earlobes and I had a wonderful experience! The procedure was quick and painless and I got all the information I needed. They made me feel so comfortable even though I was really nervous. I had my upper cartilage pierced. Ive been following their recommend care and it is healing very well! I have no pain or swelling because of the consistent cleaning with the saline solution they sold. I would definitely come here again for another piercing!

Wow I’m impressed. Holly was great and gave realistic expectations even though it was super busy. Sam is great at keeping the place moving among walk ins and scheduled appointments, making sure people are comfortable and not rushed but also know where they are in the queue.

I had a tattoo done by Regis and had a phenomenal experience. I told him what I wanted and he created several options for me to choose from. He let me make adjustments to the design and placement. Some artists are a little touchy, but Regis was so accommodating and gracious. He actually encouraged me to give feedback and be a part of the process which I appreciated. During the tattooing, he was very professional with every step, and created a chill atmosphere. I honestly left the experience feeling so great. The tattoo itself turned out incredible too, and was exactly how i hoped it would be. He provided great aftercare instructions, which helped the tattoo heal perfectly. This was my 5th tattoo (different artists) and Im absolutely going back to him for my next!On a separate note, the shop was very clean and the rest of the staff was very nice and supportive. I highly recommend Regis and this shop for your tattoos!

Took my 16yr old daughter in for Belly piercing...has history of passing out with shots... Nikki was absolutely the best, most patient, positive and encouraging piercer!!!!!... new exactly what to say and do to ease my daughters anxiety! And my daughter do amazing! She is already talking about more cute piercing from Nikki!!! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for her to remember!We will definitely be going back there...ALL the staff were kind and inviting and the shop was immaculate!!

Enjoyed my experience here!The guys are patient with me being new to piercings and a little anxious.I even got a little bit larger piercing to help me reach my goals faster which I didn’t even know existed as an option!My piercer Steven was straight to the point and got me in and done avoiding any build up for anxiety. I didn’t have to wait long and the price was fair for true needle piercings. So thanks High Priestess! I got what I wanted.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Have been in twice, first for a piercing and then for the tattoo. Piercer would not do the piercing I wanted because he wasnt confident it would heal or do well; was disappointed, but Im glad he was honest and shows integrity. Tattooist was great and executed my idea perfectly. Prices are a bit high, but reflective of the quality.

I highly recommend seeing Regis if you are looking for a tattoo. He does high quality work and makes it an enjoyable experience every time. I definitely plan on being back for more!

I took my daughter in to get a nostril piercing for her birthday and this shop is INCREDIBLE! From start to finish the appointment was well done. The shop manager Sam greeted us with the biggest most amazing smile and personality! She helped my daughter pick out her jewelry and encouraged her to 100% love it before the actual piercing! She also helped me pick out some jewelry to exchange one of mine with! I love that they offer high quality internally threaded jewelry for very good prices!Dylan did the piercing and walked my daughter through the whole thing step by step! It was done in one swift motion and turned out beautiful! Both him and Sam answered every single question we had and they were very easy to have a conversation with! I really appreciate the amount of time and care they gave to us. The shop was clean, and very nicely put together! Dylan gave very clear aftercare instructions and also on the way out Sam repeated them and made sure we were comfortable leaving. He also swapped my old jewelry for the new!I 10/10 recommend this shop if you are new to piercings or tattoos. They are always so nice whenever I come in. I went in for my nose piercing and they were so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The piercing came out amazing and they have the best quality metals that are medical grade so when you get something there you know its going to last. Megan is literally the sweetest and so gentle. As well as Holly. They are amazing and I suggest them to everyone who needs piercings. I havent gotten a tattoo there yet but they are first on my list based on my experiences so far.

I had such a great tattoo experience with Jordahn Jollet. He communicated with me step by step through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. His lines are exceptional. The tattoo is so beautiful . I hope he knows how much I love this tattoo on my arm. It is his own creation. Right when I saw the flash posted on his page I knew I had to have it. I get so many compliments on it and its only been five days since it was finished. Will post pic when fully healed. I will definitely go back to him for another!!

I went in yesterday with a friend of my moms and had a really positive experience with both megan and bryce. we came in a little early to look at jewelry together and bryce answered all of our questions with great knowledge and care, even with the shop being extremely busy. he was so incredibly patient with us, thank you bryce. megan was the one who pierced us (my friend her daith, mine a nostril, as well as both of us getting a separate jewelry change) and provided amazing service. they really took the time in making sure my nostril lined up with my other existing one on the other side which i really appreciated. despite us both having multiple existing piercings, we were nervous but megan made sure we were comfortable and was very patient, encouraging, and gentle with us. i also had them look at an existing rook piercing i was having suspicions about with the placement (done at another shop) and they were so kind as to take me seriously and told me we needed to pull the piercing immediately as it was, in fact, done very incorrectly to the point where it wasn’t even IN my rook. i’ve always felt intimidated coming into high priestess but after this experience i will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting High Priestess Tattoo and Piercing, and I must say, the experience left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, the staffs warmth and helpfulness were truly remarkable. Their welcoming attitude instantly put me at ease, making the entire process enjoyable.

I went in for a tattoo from Regis and to get my kiddo her second lobe piercings. I’ve gone into this location three times for tattoos now and all experiences were phenomenal. I emailed Regis what I wanted and he got it perfectly done and placed it perfectly the first time around. I’m so happy with my tattoo(a) from this location. When my kiddo got her ears pierced they asked for my consent via the form but Tori constantly asked my kid for her consent and kept her comfortable and informed. I had not used the piercing at High Priestess before and was highly impressed with the amount of effort, positivity, and constant communication within the shop. The person running the till was also very positive and provided a great and positive experience.

Went in for a tattoo but wasnt quite sure what I wanted. Regis had a bunch of dope stuff he showed me but this one was it. Will definitely be going back.

High Priestess is absolutely my favorite place for piercings and tattoos. Recently I was tattooed by Regis here and it was one of the best experiences I have had with getting tattooed. He is very good and kind and understanding and made my exact vision come to life. The prices are extremely fair and I would recommend Regis and the whole studio to everyone I know for any piercing or tattoo or jewelry needs. Everyone is so kind and friendly so if you have any nerves about going they will be at ease in the hands of this studio!

Im still shaking. A few years ago I got the purple wrist tattoo at High Priestess Piercing & Tattoo to commemorate 90 days without a cigarette. I knew I was gonna smoke that day, but I wanted something to remind me that I did it once. Fast forward to yesterday. I returned and asked if they could add to it to celebrate 6 months. He says yes, took a picture, and scheduled me for today. I asked for Jewel tones for ink. When i got there He showed me a clip art of a giant pink crystal with two lillies that he wanted to place in the middle of my arm. I declined and asked if maybe we could talk about covering one on my leg. I show it to him and say eventually over the course of a few appointments, I will want to do more. He replies, You want your whole leg blasted and indicates all the way to the ankle. I say no, thank you. He asks how much I want to spend, and I said I am looking for a 2 hour tattoo. $300 he says to get your leg blasted? And I say no. You are not understanding me. He says maybe this isnt going to work and I said,You are right, we are not communicating well. When I step out of the room, he starts yelling.Get out! Get out! I dont do $40 tattoos! I would be embarrassed by the scene, but I would have been more embarrassed if I had let that clip art having cant do line work failure touch my body.Guess today was not meant to be today. But I have several suggestions for other tattoo artists. Nothing goes on unless I love it

I had a great experience both getting pierced and tattooed here. All staff are friendly and made sure I was satisfied at every stage of the process. Bryce and the piercer, Holly, helped me pick out jewelry, plan out where they go and ere overall friendly and knowledgeable. Nikki is a great tattoo artist and came up with a perfect design! This tattoo healed the quickest of all my previous tattoo experiences. This is a great place for tattoos and piercings!

Pericings are walk-ins. There was no wait time for us. Piercings were quick and hurt less than a pinch for lobes.

Came here for a Friday the 13th flash sale, all of the staff were super friendly and professional. Tattoo went great, and its healing wonderfully! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Megan was amazing. The vibe alone was very chill and upbeat. Megan explained everything as she was doing my piercing. She made sure it was perfect and even shared a few laughs in between. She’s super gentle and quick as well and she praises you for being such a good sport. This place is awesome! You also get a goody bag! Free candy woohoo! Definitely will come back here again.

I just had my first tattoo with Jordahn, He did a amazing job. He was informative and made sure I knew everything about taking care of the tattoo and even what he was doing. He even made sure that he was also comfortable while doing my tattoo so that he could do his best work. Love that. May seem a little pricey but so worth it. He did amazing perfect job and it came out even better than I originally thought. Definitely going back for in the future.

I had an amazing time getting piercings here! I’m scared of needles and the manager Sam held my hand and was a personal support person during the process. Megan pierced my ears and they did an amazing job! Had a great time and would highly recommend! :)

Your manager who helped me pick out nose jewelry could have at least made sure I got the right size?? They also had the music playing unreasonably loud when I came in and seemed impatient while I was visibly overwhelmed. A couple days later I came in to ask about getting shorter posts and I was then told by a piercer that if I had gotten the right size for my nostril piercings that I wouldnt even be able to get them in by myself? So why would the MANAGER send me home with jewelery that I wouldnt be able to get in by myself?I was very happy with High Priestess years ago but yall, get your act together. Im sad I wont be returning.Edit: the piercer who told me about how I wouldnt be able to get the jewelry in by myself told me that in a really condescending manner and said you would have known that if you would have let us put them in. The manager didnt even mention that they should help put the jewelry in for me, they just told me come back in if youre having trouble putting them in. And mentioned nothing about how I wouldnt be able to put them in if they were the right size. This was a beyond frustrating experience as a customer. If anything, management and piercers should be on the same page about these issues. And for gods sake, please dont talk to your customers like theyre children. Im extremely disappointed.

I’ve gotten 2 tattoos so far from Regis at the Corvallis location, and I can’t say enough good things about his work and how creative he is. Both times, I have shown him rough ideas of what I was looking for, and he took those ideas and made them into art that I loved.He’s prompt, pays close attention to detail and exceeds my expectations every time. It hard to find an artist that you can trust, will listen to your ideas, and produce great work. Regis is that guy.I’ll definitely be back for more ink.

These guys are great! I was running late to my appointment and having a hard time finding parking. I called to let them know and they were still willing to work with me on my appointment time. I was provided top notch customer service. I wasn’t sure what jewelry I wanted and when I asked professional opinion was given great advice for size/shape. I’m very happy with the look of my piercing and overall had a great experience.

Got my nipples re-pierced here. Piercer was awesome and super professional. They were running a few min behind, but I can see why! They took a lot of time with me to make sure things were done right and Im sure I just pushed their schedule later. But I never felt rushed and Im thrilled with their work. Highly recommend.

I went in because I thought I needed to have my ears re-pierced. The folks here made me feel very comfortable and actually checked and guess what? My ears were still open, they just needed to get through a bit of skin. This saved me money and months of healing. Thanks yall!

Steven is an amazing piercer, he has done my last three piercings! very patient and makes sure it fits your anatomy. I am definitely a returning customer. all of the staff is amazing and its a great environment.

I wouldnt go to this shop unless you avoid the unprofessional artists. One in particular I had a horrid experience with. This was over the course of a few months. Mind you I drove out of my city to see him... The first appt he didnt listen to what I wanted and manipulated me into getting color I did not want, which I had a bad reaction to that required a urgent care visit and medication. I gave him another chance after that because I really liked his style, and he promised to fix my tattoo after it healed. the second tattoo appt I drove an hour and half just to see he had changed my other design so much so it wasnt even the same image. So sadly and disappointed I left with no work done. The following appt I had we had reconnected about the original 2nd image appt I wanted and I was on board. The night prior to the appt at 9:30pm I get a message telling me that we do things his way or no tattoo. I told him that I didnt feel comfortable with him touching my body any longer and I wanted my money back for services NOT rendered. he refused multiple times even though services had not been rendered and I drew up the design for him because he couldnt get it right. He then got very rude and snarky and blocked me from messaging him. Im still fighting to get my money back from this person. This whole thing was a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to this shop. Horrible unprofessional experience.

Izie Bartland was amazing, I needed a last minute booking to try to get a new tattoo for my birthday ( the guy I had couldnt get it done) and she was not only able to fit me in but she was able to get the design I drew up done. The tattoo turned out great and the healing has been amazing. They were also able to let me get my nose repierced while I was there and overall it was the best birthday for myself in the last couple years. Cant wait to go back for some touch ups on other tattoos and to get more.

Saw Regis Mac today for my matching tattoo with my husband. He did an incredible job!! Hes got great energy, super nice and really gentle artist! I will for sure be seeing him again for my next ink!

The employees were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My son got his tongue pierced. The piercing artist talked him through the whole procedure, which only took a few minutes. We were very impressed with our experience here.

I recently had a tattoo done at High Priestess by Regis, and he did amazing work! Before the color was filled in, a lot of folks commented on the workmanship of the lines and how spot on and detailed they were. They were also surprised to discover that Regis is relatively new to this field of art. But, wow!, when the color was added did it truly pop! Regis was very devoted to this piece and was very conscientious, especially during the last session which was lasted over 4 hours... on the ribs! He was mindful of the pain I was enduring and did a great job of checking in to see if I needed to take a break. He was also careful not to rush himself and took breaks himself as necessary to avoid fatigue. The outcome was a canvas he was proud of (and should be) and one happy camper!! Ill be back to High Priestess in Corvallis for the next tattoo Im already planning.

Got my lobes pierced here a while back, the piercing is good I suppose but the pricing was stupid high. I really dont like how they dont tell/show you the prices for all their jewelry off the bat, they just say pick the ones that speak to you and well go from there. Service was great the first time I went in when it was all ladies working. Went in again and two guys were there. They messed up my appointment time and made my friend and I wait outside in the sun even though my appointment time had already started. They also didnt tell us the pricing for getting our bars downsized until after the fact. Overall terrible customer service from these two. Made things really awkward and had their own conversation about Spotify while my friend and I were just waiting around already late. Also my friend had her helix pierced because she wanted a hoop up there and they said the piercing was embarrassing (even though it was pierced here) and she wouldnt be able to get one. Just has the vibes that they want to take your money. The ladies were wonderful though!

Good service over all! Great selections of jewelry for every piercing, the issue with this place is they do not tell you ANY prices. Just show you a bunch of studs and loops etc. My friend got her ears double pierced to include a double helix, all very simple piercings. Upon check out, the price was over 700 dollars! Gotten piercing all over the US and this is extreme! I got my belly button pierced here and it was a great experience!! the staff was very friendly. the jewelry is a little on the pricey side but good quality. i would definitely recommend coming here.

Love love love this place! i’ve gotten both my eyebrow and industrial done here, and they’ve both been healing great! Josh took into account mask wearing when placing my industrial so it wouldnt snag as often and it definitely helps. super welcoming environment, all the staff here is extremely nice and informative when answering questions. price is on standard for an APP certified shop that uses high quality jewelry. so happy to have a piercing shop here thats just as amazing as my shop back home :)

I originally came in to do both my daith piercings. Steven was my piercer. He refused to do both ears at once. At first I wasnt happy about his, but he took the time and answered all my questions as to why. He was straight forward, honest, and stuck to what he believed and knew was best for me and my piecing. So, I only got one done that day. Later when I went back to work I was SO HAPPY he only did one. I answer phones all day and it would not have been comfortable to do that with both ears done. 8 weeks later I came back to get the other done, again by Steven. I would not want anyone else to do my piercings! Hes Awesome! Plus I really appreciate when someone doesnt cave to pressure and sticks to what they believe. THANK YOU!

I went there to get .y ears pierced and also get a Daith piercing to help with my migraines. They were wonderful there and very professional. Id go there again for any other needs. I highly recommend them!

Last weekend, I went in to get my septum re-pierced. The initial experience was great, they were clean, fast, professional. After determining that my septum had closed up, we decided to re pierce with a retainer. I was nervous about the width of the retainer, but they said it would be fine. After piercing, it was incredibly painful and the piercer said that it was more resistance than usual and we figured it was because of the scar tissue. [Spoiler alert: it went through my cartilage] The retainer was incredibly tight on my nose but they said it would be fine. After leaving, I felt massive anxiety about how tight it was-- I had asked for them to stretch it open but they said that wasnt a good idea.I wasnt sure what to do, but something felt off. I did end up going to a different piercer and they told me that the new piercing nicked my cartilage. After closer inspection from me, the new piercing is in a completely different place than I had it before, too. I can see the old hole behind the new piercing.Im leaving this review to say, remember to advocate for yourself and look at the placement of your piercing before saying yes. I keep blaming myself for the experience-- its been a very painful healing process so far and the placement is very high up it makes me a bit queasy to look at. I dont want to take it out because I paid for the dang thing, but also, I would like it to be in a faster healing spot! Informed consent is important when it comes to piercings!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Very unprofessional business that hires rude tattoo artists. My friend and I made an appointment with Jordahn to get two small, dainty tattoos. We wanted to be extra sure he was able to do this so days prior to the appointment we sent him our ideas and he said he would be able to do them. We clarified that he could make them small, dainty, and fine lined and he assured us that he could do this after asking us to venmo him $100 for a deposit. We get to the shop the day of our appointment and he told me that he wouldn’t be able to do my tattoos the size I wanted them. I understand if it isn’t his style but I’ve seen these done on other people and he told us he would be able to do them which was really disappointing. Very poor communication on his behalf as a tattoo artist. Wouldn’t give us back any of the deposit. We’re broke college students and we were under the impression he would be able to do what we wanted since that is what he said. Overall a horrible experience and would not recommend even stepping foot in this shop for anything.

Very clean and great service. Not the best place if you just want to get a basic and affordable piercing. Only worth it if you want expensive jewelry.

The staff are all very nice and helpful and are probably the best part about this place. My piercer, Tigger, was very sanitary and professional with my eyebrow piercing. It never once got infected and my experience and final result were both great. However, looking through their tattoo portfolio is pretty disappointing. I dont know who their artists are, but Im not impressed and you probably wont be either. You get what you pay for with piercings, though.

I’ve used high priestess the whole time I’ve lived in Corvallis (it’s better than the other options but here me out)Several piercings plus maintenance and Jesus Christ every time I go in they mess something up and refuse to help or even discuss it. One of my piercings was done wrong initially leaving a pocket that couldn’t heal and then resized incorrectly later, neither time they helped-just trying to sell me healing products.Frustrating service overall.Just go to Albany or Portland for piercings-not here.

I have gotten 3 tattoos and 6 piercings here - compared to where I have had my other ones, the staff here are so professional and helpful. They are very honest with you if they think they cant do something well or dont think something is a good idea. Manager is very nice and the employees seem to genuinely enjoy working there.

I have never had any piercings before and I was nervous going in, but I am so glad I chose High Priestess for my first piercing. The staff there was incredibly helpful, informative, and friendly, and I felt very welcomed! The piercer was very good at their job and the piercing was executed with quite minimal pain. I wasn’t able to leave very much of a tip because I am a broke college student, but this business deserves all the attention it can get. I love my piercings and I’m debating getting more, and, if I do, I know where to go!

I absolutely loved my experience at high priestess. The workers were energetic, fun and they made sure I liked my placement and I felt like family. 10/10 recommend for any piercing or jewelry upgrades!!

I scheduled a tattoo appointment with Rest a couple months out but day of my appointment he did not show. He apparently forgot to clarify with me that he worked at two shops, & did not seem very apologetic that I drove all the way from Indiana for this. At the very least he did refund me my deposit. The person who goes by the name Sam was very very kind and helpful though & they handled the situation very professionally.

Jessica was my artist and Im over the top thrilled with the work she did. She is very professional and does great detail work. She listened to what I wanted, and made adjustments along the way. I would definitely get another tattoo from her. In addition, everyone that works there is super friendly. I checked out a few other places and found the vibe to be icy, not so at High Priestess. Highly recommend.

I have been to High Priestess many times in my years in Corvallis. While I do prefer my shop back home, this place is pretty good and carries my favorite jewelry brands so it’s a good option. The previous piercer there was amazing and I absolutely ADORE the shop assistants, Omen and Sam. However, the new hires for piercers aren’t good at all. Dylan was very nice and personable, but pierced my flat with way too short of a barbell. The real reason I’m writing this though is because of Steven. I went a few weeks ago to just get a piece of jewelry put back on my rook. He didn’t come out of the back for ten minutes (I had a lovely convo with Omen so I’m not too mad about that), was incredibly rude, and told me a clearly irritated (has a bump) piercing was totally fine and there was nothing wrong with it. Didn’t offer any insight on how to care for it when asked and bashed my shop back home that’s 10 times the place this will ever be. If you’re looking for an actually good piercer in Corvallis (also has better prices), go to Sarvas at Rising Tides.

Got two piercings on my nose from them and they both look great! They had a very welcoming atmosphere and a wide selection of jewelery in my opinion. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and the piercer was super careful, respectful and precise. Ill definitely be coming back:) Only thing that would make it better is if they added prices and pictures of their jewelery on their website. If its on there, I cant find it.

I started going to high priestess four years ago. They were very professional and put my nerves at ease. The shop was super clean. Now during covid they are dealing with it really well making sure everything is clean and there are never more than a couple people in at a time. I have gotten 8 piercings with them so far (2 helix, 2 lobe, tragus, forward helix, conch, and naval). They dealt with all of them super well. They give good aftercare advice and their spray works wonders. Dylan is my favorite piercer there although both of them are great. They also will put jewelry back in for you for $5. And they do free checkups on piercings and tattoos. Best shop I’ve been to.

The person who did the piercing was nice and I had a blast talking to her but there was another employee that was incredibly rude. They are also way to expensive with the jewelry and at the end, we ended up spending about $200 for one piercing and a lobe stretch. When we asked why it was so expensive, we got no answer. This place is OK but I would go somewhere else for a piercing.

Come on... these guys here are awesome. Weve been customers for some piercings of the flesh. We love their staff, prices, and jewelry selection. We drove all the way from the coast. They had an easy checkin system and open availability. Radical enough for your wildest dreams, professional in all they do, and gentle enough to bring your child for an ear piercing.

Really COVID conscious and very helpful. Booking an appointment is a dollar, but they dont make you pay any additional money if youre just getting a piercing checked out. Really cool place! If (when) I want to get another piercing, Ill definitely come here.

My review is solely based on piercings (Ive known people who got tattoos here and they dont recommend it). I got my industrial pierced and Tigger was amazing!! Very experienced and informative. It is a little pricey because you have to buy all of the jewelry separately, but they use the highest quality jewelry so its absolutely worth it.

Despite their claims of using high quality jewelry, the tops dont stay on the stud and they charge an outrageous amount for it. They no longer offer hoops for ear piercings and assume the worst from their customers in regards to aftercare. High Priestess in Corvallis is half the company it used be 10 years ago- I suggest a different tattoo shop entirely.

Awkward and weird atmosphere. Not a very open and welcoming atmosphere. Wait time took forever, front cashier worker kinda was rude and more gave his own opinion of what the customer should get rather than see what they want and feel about things....seemed more worried about making a profit and shuffling people through. Other staff were easy going.

I recently visited this shop to have an old (30 years), very faded (but intricate) tattoo re-colored. The young women working the front were professional and pleasant. Most importantly, the artist who re-colored my tattoo (Lyndon) did an amazing job. Lyndon somewhat changed the coloring from the original and it now looks better than new. If, and when, I need more tattoo work I wont hesitate to visit this shop again.

I had a great first experience. They changed out an ear piercing and I was in and out really quick (pre-covid times). Knowing how great my first experience was, I went back to change the same ear piercing and got a totally different experience. Mind you, the pandemic started 5-6 months prior to me coming in again, so maybe they were very anxious? Still, they were very very rude. I drove to their store and tried walking in and the piercer there told me that I could not walk-in to their location until I made an appointment online and that I needed to wait in my car until he called me in (mind you, there was nobody in the store). So I did just that. Once he called me in, he told me to go back to my car because I was not allowed to take my purse, wallet, or keys and had to leave them in my vehicle. Confused, I went back to my car, left my bulky items, and took my credit card and keys (because I need those to lock my vehicle...). And he tried fighting me on it! I refused and instead put them in my back pocket, and he rolled his eyes! I was annoyed at his attitude at this point and was regretting even coming here. Once inside the store, he asked me to sanitize my hands which was fine. I then proceeded to talk to the sales gal behind the counter to help me choose an earring to replace my old piercing with. I touched my ear to show the gal where my piercing was, and the dude comes up to me and says can you sanitize your hands again? and I asked why and he goes because you touched your ear. I was really annoyed at this point. Once I sanitized again, he took me to his piercing room, but before I could walk in, he said I needed to sanitize again! So I did, and after he replaced my piercing, he said I wasnt allowed to leave his room until I sanitized AGAIN and that I wasnt supposed to leave the room without him. I was very confused and upset and proceeded to walk a couple of steps out of his room, and he starts yelling at me! Saying get back here!. All this to say, I will not come back here until I know customer service has improved. I tried looking on their website to see if I could find the piercers name that helped me, but looks like he no longer works there. Probably for good reason. I hope everyone elses experience is much better than mine.

I would give 5 stars and previously did because I adore the shop and most of the staff. Theyre reliable, knowledgeable, clean and professional, except one piercer who has given me bad experiences every single time I have visited there. When a friend asked for risk info on tongue piercings, he just said thats on you and offered no further information, called his other staff members liars, and made fun of customers in front of other staff and customers. I think his name is Service? Im unsure, he never gives a card. Even when I said I didnt want to lay down when he was just looking at a piercing (not piercing, just taking a look) cause it hurt my back, he didnt care in the slightest. Everyone else here is absolutely fantastic to work with and I cherish their insight and professionalism, but that one piercer is worth avoiding. Cant even ask him questions about piercings or health related to them cause you have to fight to get a real answer. My friend and I avoid him whenever possible

Doing a college visit with my daughter and she wanted a new ear piercing. Super friendly staff and very clean! They listened to what my daughter wanted and then made very good alternative suggestions based on their experience. Great deal - 2 piercings for $30!

I really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, because it seemed like a cool atmosphere. But the piercing got infected, the service was poor and the employees were rude, and they charged over $200 for a second earlobe piercing. I wanted to go back and ask for advice for how to take care of my piercing, but they told me to just look up how to do it.

This place is a joke! They are highly over priced to start! But then less than 4 weeks ago I spent 85 bucks for a nose piercing and jewelry! 3 days ago the jewel fell off the post. I made sure to message them and immediately the person said it was pulled off and I would have to pay for it all over again! First of all, if it was pulled off, wouldn’t my entire piercing come out? Really cheap jewelry, we pay a high price for!

I emailed with Ken a bit to set up my tattoo appointment. He came up with an original design based on the reference photos I sent. Ken really listened to the things I wanted to include. I’m glad I listened to his advice! He did a great job!Super happy with the work!

Got my septum pierced by Dan, and he was kind and did a very good job. They were lacking in 16g retainers, so I got a 14g for the same price (its supposed to cost more). Would definitely go again

I am SUPER disappointed in my experience at High Priestess. I went in to get my nostril pierced in August. I told the piercer I eventually wanted a ring and he told me I could get a ring after a few months or when it healed. I went back in after it healed and they told me I couldn’t get a ring until 6 months after the piercing. The guy was not nice to me when I told him that’s not what the piercer had told me. The WORST part of the whole thing is this. I decided to go to another piercing shop today to get a ring and come to find out the angle/placement of my piercing will not allow for a snug ring. The ring that fit was a huge ring and the piercer told me it had been pierced at a weird angle and the placement was odd for a ring. So I took the dang thing out and will be getting it repierced once it heals at this other shop. I will never go back to High Priestess and will never recommend them to anyone! Basically $85 down the drain!!!! I want my money back!!!

Went in again to change the jewelry and the new piercer was extremely rude and too rough trying to put the jewelry in.

I went in to get a tattoo. Not only were they very friendly and accommodating, they schedule me in immediately. My tattoo artist was Jessica, who drew up the design I wanted within 2 hours. The whole experience was very professional and efficient.

My friend went for a sale. They said the sale was $10 per piercing. Its more if they mess up and have to re-pierce! You must buy their overpriced jewelry. On the phone they said the jewelry is priced $16 and up. After picking out beautiful earrings which turned out to be $150, we asked about the $16 pair. Turns out they were sold out. The cheapest they had were $32 for each INDIVIDUAL platinum stud earring. We felt cheated for being enticed on the phone with stretched truth. Just be honest and level with us please. I feel bad to give a bad review, but if money is at all an object be very skeptical of your business here!! Hope this helps.

Ryan at High Priestess did my latest tattoo job (he filled in an old tattoo) and did an absolutely amazing job. This is the first time that I havent experienced significant swelling, bleeding, itchiness, scabbing (and in some cases, scarring) after getting a tattoo. Three days later and my skin is baby smooth! All of the swelling went down after a day and this is honestly the first time I havent woken up with my arm or some other part of my body adhered to the blankets due to bleeding/oozing.He has a feather-light touch, is very talented, and made me feel extremely comfortable.Most importantly, he listened when I told him what I wanted and the coloring came out beautifully. All of the detail from the existing tattoo is still visible and he managed to enhance the beauty of the previous artist rather than detracting from it. Hell be receiving my business from now on and I highly recommend him.

Sarvas gave me two side burn surface peircings and i really appreciated how calm and kind he was. He did a beautiful job and made sure to warn me of any possible swelling or bruising. He made sure to let me know there are free check ups which i plan to take advantage of before i head home. The front desk attendant was super kind and made sure i know everything i needed to. I wish i had gotten her name because i was quite impressed with her as well

Tigger did my daughters nose piercing which led me to come back a few days later to have my eyebrow bar put back after missing it for a very long year and a half. Both Chris and Tigger were fantastic people. Shop (including bathroom) is immaculately clean. Piercers use fresh gloves and ask about allergies, medication, and enforce age restrictions! Well worth the prices. I have even returned with my husband to get him piercings.

High priestess has always been amazing and reliable. Satisfaction guaranteed.Ive heard done people say that they are kind of snobby. This might be true, but if much rather have snobby than sloppy.They do free walk-in checkups on all piecings. Their tattoo artists are all highly professional and talented.I have absolutely no qualms about recommending High Priestess.

They do a great job on my husbands tattoos. His always look good. But I wanted a 3d beaded rosary style ankle bracelet tattoo. The guy that does my husbands tattoos said he wasnt able to tackle the 3d that I wanted and referred me to one of the girls. Big mistake for me to go to her. No where near 3d and the beads are no where near the color in the picture I showed her. She told me the coloring would get lighter etc. It looks aweful. Will have to go get it fixed by a real artist. Very disappointed. I need to find a 3d specialist. I think I will only go to the real pros in Portland. That seems to be where the real talent is. Corvallis is a joke

I took my fiancee to get a piercing here and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They got everything done so quickly too. It made for a positive overall experience!

The nicest person there was actually getting ready to go to a new shop. Im not a big fan of high priestess in general and would not recommend them for tattoos. Maybe for piercings. And ask for a receipt because they will deffinatly try to overcharge you if you give them the chance!!

Staff is friendly. However, a few days after a recent piercing the jewelry fell out. Went in to discuss with shop and they said Id have to pay to replace it. This was $40 for one earring, so you can imagine why I wasnt excited to drop another $40 nine days after the original visit. Unfortunately our options in Corvallis are limited but I would reccomend shopping around or making the drive to Salem for a piercing.

High end piercings, got the “director” who has been piercing for 22 years apparently. yet she pierced my MASK into the ear piercing. don’t go here. highly unprofessional and a waste of $90.

Lyndon is the man!! I wanted a tattoo of a Jester blowing a bubble for my brother who passed away and he did an amazing job!! He definitely did my brother justice and I am forever grateful!! I was very nervous since it was my first tattoo but he was very gentle and is a very caring guy!

First time in and it was just to change out my nose jewelry but it was perfect. I was disappointed to leace my old piercing place because they were so great but now that I know Corvallis has a High Priestess location I can get back to all my tattoo and piercing plans! 60 dollar piercings are a joke. Also even though the parking lot is for the shopping center, high priestess has taken it upon themselves to put tow away stickers on vehicles not going to them specifically. They put these stickers in spots that specifically obsruct view and cant be removed without cleaners and the adhesive damages car windows. Ha you say its good quality for $60 but my girlfriend got 4 piercings done for $60. Also i was in subway so youre still in the wrong for the sticker. I deliver food, subway amd shogun bowls are two of my main stops, both of which are in that center. You can sit here and pretend all day youre business doesnt just scam college students but anyone that can google a competitor will be pleasantly suprised wont they?

Expensive! I was told if would likely cost $125 to get a very small flower with minimal shading tattooed. (Would have less than one square inch coverage) Staff were friendly but not very flexible or caring. Because of that, this didnt strike me as someplace that I would want to get pierced.

We came in to get new shorter barbells for our tongue piercings. They opened fifteen minutes late, and we were told that the piercer was late because he was hungover and needed breakfast. An hour went by, still no piercer. Someone came in after us looking for the piercer and the front counter lady told her a half hour, the same thing she told us an hour prior. We decided to just leave. Take the extra 20 minute drive to go to Die Hard piercing in Albany, its worth it.

I am not too impressed. First of all they charge you $5 dollars to change out jewelry. But heres where it gets a little personal. They are the only piercing shop in this area, and you have to buy their jewelry from them. And they will not put older jewelry either purchased off the internet or at another shop. They explicitly told me that I have to have their jewelry and then I have to pay $5 to change it out. I have never heard this from any other piercing shop in my life. I have to buy your jewelry for your piercer to remove the jewelry already have and put the jewelry I want in? Who in the hell does that oh, it sounds like a business just trying to make more money. Im sorry I will buy all the equipment myself I guess to change my friends piercings out for them and Ill charge $5 and Ill take anybodys jewelry. All day long give me a call or send me a message here I am, heres a little change for Corvallis everybody. I dont know is a phlebotomist more qualified than a actual piercing person?. I mean we literally put holes through peoples bodies all day long. Probably a lot more holes than a piercer by far gets in a day. Whos more qualified at putting holes in peoples bodies? Go to your Pharmacy buy an 18 gauge needle and just stick it through your freaking ear stop being a pussy its not hard you can even buy all the stuff off Amazon for your own piercing. All these myths and things you heard about nerves and all this other stuff in your ears is pretty much all not true. Anything that requires precision, I would suggest getting it done professionally but Industrials and hoops and belly rings and nose piercings all can be done on your own. Piercing inside the inner ear and more complicated places obviously need to get done by somebody whos doing this all the time. But I think societys graduated to the point where most of this can be done without their bulshit.

Tigger in the Corvallis shop is a piercing goddess. Weve had dermals, lip and nose piercings and she doesnt an awesome job. They stand by their products. When we had some jewelry start to fade, High Priestess gave us new replacements.Kassie gave my wife and I tattoos that are just what we asked for. Shes got a good eye for detail and makes clean lines.

You have to make an appointment to go but they are on top of Covid protocols and are still very professional and friendly. I had to go have a piece of jewelry put back in and it was easy to make an appointment and get in and get out quickly while not having it feel rushed.

Ive had a really good experience here both times Ive gone in for a piercing. I was worried about the quality as Ive had bad experiences else where, but the piercer was really nice, professional and helped calm my worried.

Eventhough they always have long waits(they need more space and ppl, theyre that good!), their customer service and knowledge are great!! Very friendly and make sure you know the best way to keep your new body art clean and well healing.

Living in sweethome we called to make sure they could help what we needed.That was my 17 year olds tongue pierced..they said yes. When we got there they said no..However she has gotten 4 other piercing there..and we were happy....So some place just have bad days right..

My lady lost a ball on the end of her barbell industrial. They happened to have the right kind and only charged her $10 for the replacement. Cheap, quick, and east. Friendly, too!

Nearly passed out but the piercer knew what to do in the situation and was very helpful, also my piercing was done perfectly!

The girl at the counter was rude and very unprofessional she sold me the wrong size of gauges and the only suggestion they had was to size up when it was their mistake. I would suggest to never buy jewelry from them if they cant have someone that knows what sizes theyre selling to customers

Got a lobe piercing here a month ago. Professional, clean, and friendly environment. The piercing was painless, which is not something I can say for my mall piercings. 10/10 would get pierced here again

My sister had got a belly button piercing and it was all the way crooked and the guy who pierced it just sent her out knowing that it was at a angle and not in the right stop. Theses people don’t use clamps when the pierce belly buttons
