Porthole to Soul Custom Tattoo and Piercing

Was a great experience to take my teenage daughter to get her ears pierced. Chris is great with communication, customer service, and is super professional and very friendly. I just recently got my angel fangs pierced here and the experience was wonderful ! Cj was super kind and helpful. I have a low pain tolerance so I was very nervous, but he made me feel very comfortable and the atmosphere was very inviting ! I’m excited to go back soon for a jewelry change

I recently had my nipples pierced by CJ. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable! The piercings themselves deserve a 5+ star review, as you can imagine having your nipples pierced would be pretty painful. Not with CJ, I seriously did not even know the first one was through, he walked me through breathing exercises and had great disco tunes in the back lol. On top of the flawless experience I had, one of the piercings had become swollen ( due to my own activities) and CJ took me in at 630am to custom bend me some more jewelry. He truly is a superstar, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a piercing!!! His artwork is also spectacular looking into getting a tattoo with him next!

I was in Sedona with my husband and two kids when my little one snagged my nose ring. I was clueless on how to remove my jewelry in general but after the universe brought me to Porthole to Soul I realized, I was even more clueless than I thought. On my way up to Sedona I was feeling very drawn to the full moon energy and just thinking of what I wanted to clear in my life, what needed to be released. I struggle with PTSD and I was genuinely nervous to go into the establishment due to past trauma. However Ceejay and his wife/partner (not sure and I forgot her name,sorry) both made me feel very comfortable. My husband went in before me to make sure I’d be safe since it was late night and he was unable to go inside with our kiddos. Well he came out and said “He (Ceejay) is a super chill dude, you’re safe.” I went inside and Ceejay immediately started educating and having good conversation with me about sacred geometry which I love. He helped make me comfortable with lidocaine on my nose in order to make my experience a bit less painful. What I really appreciated was the affirmations he said with me as he switched out my jewelry. He also educated me thoroughly on my jewelry and I later went and confirmed he was so so knowledgeable with piercings just like he was with Sacred Geometry. It was a huge blessing to have my piercing snagged and have to make an emergency trip to Ceejay! One thing I can say is I don’t think I’d want to get pierced anywhere else. I had terrible jewelry that could have caused serious damage to my nose especially considering I have a one year old who often snags at my nose ring. Also had a major breakthrough the following night through a dream and I feel deep in my heart that my experience here had a ton to do with what I’m clearing energetically (inner-getically) Thank you for helping me on my journey and if you are in the area do yourself a favor and stop by 🙏🏼 Satnam Ceejay

I got a septum and eyebrow piercing done at the same time by Ceejay. He was very professional and treated it like a medical procedure. I plan on going back for more work and would recommend this shop to anyone. Ceejay is a very clean guy and has a great vibe.

Got my belly button pierced here. Had plenty of jewelry to pick from. My piercing is perfectly straight and CJ was awesome, nice n cozy atmosphere too

I got a dual nose piercing done and didn’t hurt at all when super smooth it was my first facial piercing and it was the best experience 10/10 recommend

Amazing. Took my best friend to get her nose pierced. Ceijay was very sweet and funny! He did the breathing exersize with her and it seemed to calm her nerves. I would recommend this place any time

He WAYYYY over charged me, put the WRONG pierxinf in, and now my skin is growing over the pierxinf because it was too short for the area he put it in, EXTREMELY unprofessional! Didnt even sanitize the piercing, wore some cheap gloves that werent tight to his hands, and the piercing wasnt even straight! I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied! Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Its a complete waste of money and now Im going to have to go elsewhere and spend even more money to get this fixed! Honesty, this business needs to be shut down, and if he doesnt give me my money back I may have to take the proper steps to have that happen! 😒

Can I give 10 stars?? I love the art!!! Jonny from Porthole to Soul Tattoo is the most light-handed artist I have seen.... His professionalism is beyond reproach!! Cie-Jay is extremely welcoming and courteous!! Please come down and see these guys for a stellar experience!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Quite the nichè, a beautiful hole in the wall studio!!!! I called ahead and asked if they cold just nose jewelry, which they did. I should’ve asked what size which was my fault. However, I show up and the guy reeks of weed. Then he gauged my nose from a 22g to an 18g, charged me extra for doing it. Then I check my bank and he took extra money from my card. If 0 stars was an option I’d give it that. I’m so pissed.

Got a small tattoo on my wrist and it is awful. You need practice or maybe you were just tired when you did it but I hate it. People have been telling me it looks like I let a little kid color on me with sharpie. I will absolutely NEVER return and anyone thinking about going needs to reconsider. Best tattoo place is Leap of Faith. Ask for Kat.

Chris’ composition he did on me is world class. His attention to detail is impeccable. Also his hospitality in making me comfortable was very kind. Will be going to him again.

My friend and I got sugar skulls on our backs...... they came out absolutely awful..... everyone kept saying look like a toddler drew on us...... extremely disappointed with the work we had done would never recommend them to anyone!
