I was so scared at first but all the information I was provided with was reassuring that I was making the right choice. They take the time to get to know you and your skin and make the right treatment plan. I am trusting the process and its looking better after every session. I cant wait for the end result! I have been going to removery for just over 4 sessions, and each one has been amazing! The initial consultation was polite, informative, and not pushy or pressuring at all. My sessions are with Nicole and she is fabulous, extremely caring, kind, and attentive. I appreciate her absolute professionalism and genuinely feel cared for at the clinic. Additionally, treatments are effective and I am my desired results! It is a little painful, though nothing worse than regular tattoo pain - Nicole’s method of ice packs and the air blower tool make it all the more comfortable. 10/10 would (and have) recommended to those looking into removal treatments!

I started my treatment a year ago while in Australia and happy to say that the first treatment here has been wonderful and on par with the experience I had in Brisbane. I believe the technician I had was Nicole (apologies if I remembered incorrectly), but she was fantastic. It was the least painful out of all appointments thus far.

This Surrey location is great (although it is small! I cant wait until they score a bigger spot, hopefully closer to downtown.) Admittedly, I was nervous when I found out it was within a dental office- but at the same time, I was happy it wasnt in a sketchy basement or something. I was also nervous because clearly Removerys business model is striving to make removal treatments more accessible for people, and that means the employees are not MDs or dermatologists or whatever-- but I felt reassured knowing that (a) the salesperson / Shar was a client himself, getting his tattoo removed too (b) the technologist Nicole is so passionate about her job! We both nerded out over the PicoWay laser and were fascinated by the machine and the skins reaction to the pulses. Nicole is so friendly and accommodating and made the time go by so quickly. I never felt pressured by Shar to buy the package or anything. They were both totally chill and human, and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about their service. I have done 2 treatments and have already seen excellent results and progress! I am so happy this option is available. Thank you!

Shar was super friendly and pleasant to chat with however I was a little upset that I drove 40 minutes for a booked consultation that was suppose to include a test spot for my tattoo only to be told there was no time available unless I could come back 2.5 hours later or on another day.This kind of left me feeling a bit off, if the consultation includes this service I would expect to receive it during my booked time considering everything else we did at the consultation could have been done online or over the phone saving me the drive :(I understand it’s busy but if someone books an appointment you should have the time available for said appointment.Unsure if I will return as it’s just too far to travel if the service is going to be rushed or not completed at all.

Went in for my first treatment to remove 2 tattoos yesterday & everything went amazing! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and made the experience very comfortable. The tech was so sweet & spoke to me the entire time to distract me. I followed the techs instructions on aftercare and Im healing with no complications! Went in for my first session today at the Surrey location to remove a fairly big tattoo. Nicole was so gentle and quick, she encouraged me through my whole session and gave me breaks and gave me ice to make the session more comfortable. I highly recommend Removery!Update: after my third session today, I’m so glad I found Removery!! I previously had some laser treatment done at another clinic but the laser wasn’t the same and I would get huge blisters after each session, but never with Removery.

I had a great consultation with Nicole yesterday. She really went above and beyond with me and even stayed after hours to try to fit me in for a same day consultation and appointment. Unfortunately it appears that my tattoo wasnt fully healed so we werent able to continue. Considering that the other places I went to for consultations were ready to start laser right away, I really do appreciate Nicoles expertise in seeing that more healing time was needed. She is really knowledgeable and I feel really comfortable with her.I am super excited to start the journey with Removery. I understand that its going to be a long one, but I am ready to take my time and I am grateful that I can have a second chance at a big mistake.

I’m near the end of my treatment and my tattoo is fading so well, I am so happy with my technician, we connect so well and I’m sad that our appointments are scheduled for 12 weeks a part now. I started with an initial consultation in August 2022. For the first few sessions, it was every six weeks, then moved to eight weeks, and now 10 weeks. I avoid treatment in the summer months given that there can be no sun exposure to the site for one full month before a treatment. Although its taking a lot longer than expected, the ink has definitely faded - at least half of what it was. Nicole at South Surrey location is a love to deal with - she knows her stuff and she truly cares.

Very polite and helpful with treatment options and all my questions!They know how to work with patients of varying skin tones and coloured and black/grey tattoos. I also appreciated their honesty about what was safe for my skin tone during the consult appointment. I respect that they value my health and safety (unlike other companies, which care more about lining their pockets).They diligently ensure I’m comfortable and cared for during my appointments, offering ice breaks and cool air before, during and after the session. Considering the level of care that goes into my appointments, it’s worth the commute!Booking and rescheduling appointments is very easy over text, and I like how they text to confirm the appointment a few days before.Aftercare and scheduling are very straightforward; if you follow their instructions, you will see the fastest and safest results!Ive included my progress photos after three sessions!

I just finished my second session and will update as the stages progress. I am so happy I found removery! I feel very well taken care of and the staff is extremely knowledgeable with great personality. I was looking for a place to have this chest piece removed for quite a while, being mixed with African background i had every other place i visited had no confidence in being able to work with my skin tone. The level of care this company has is amazing! From the friendly and helpful call centre, to the amazing on-site staff, I am so happy I chose them for my tattoo fading. I’m about 9 months into what will be a lengthy process to remove a few large colourful/black tribal pieces on my arm and legs.Nicole has been beyond wonderful, responding to questions and keeping my expectations realistic. The sessions can be intense because of the amount and density of my ink, it’s no joke and the potential pain is blatantly understated on the Removery website in my opinion (‘hurts as much as the tattoo’), this would be my only negative comment. Whatever the case may be, I want them gone and Nicols’s genuine calming and positive vibes are the only thing that get me through some days.My Olive skin isn’t entirely ideal and progress is slow but it’s definitely happening. Patience and trusting the process is key but time does fly. The long time between sessions made me nervous but the tattoos definitely continue to fade throughout the healing time.I had many consultations over the years and the Removery’s prices are fair. They have been punctual and professional. It’s working (!) but slow and painful is the reality and will be anywhere I think.The photo is after my 4th session. Smaller, 20 year old dark black tribal (I can’t find the before). Gaps are forming and fading is real 🙂.

Came with my boyfriend to get his tattoo removed. Everything went well and professional but the room where he got his tattoo removed was too hot from the removal machine. I hope this can get fixed asap for a better experience.

As someone who had a poor overall experience with laser removal a few years ago at another clinic (had to stop at 9 sessions due to painful blistering and heavy scarring), I was very hesitant and scared of going through this process again after making more bad tattoo decisions..Going through the consultation with Amanda (who is a wonderful, patient and honest person by the way), I was booked into my first session an hour later.It was a completely different experience from years ago. This is such a professional and knowledgeable team. Nicole the technician is the sweetest human and even though I was a shaky, sweaty baby the whole time, she talked me through every moment and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Even the healing process feels so much less aggressive. I am so happy I walked past this clinic and decided to be brave again. I was looking forward to my consultation for a tattoo i am planning on getting removed. i had my appointment booked for over a week. as i was on my way, they texted me 10 minutes before my appointment and told me that they will have to cancel my appointment after i had driven an hour to get there. they offered me 15% off for when i get the tattoo removed, but i am still very disappointed as i have now wasted gas and had scheduled my day around this appointment. extremely unprofessional and i am not impressed with this company at all.

I had a great experience having my 1st laser tattoo removal. Christina was very knowledgeable and outgoing and that made my appt a breeze! I was nervous upon arrival, but felt like I was visiting a friend after a few minutes. I am 2 days post laser (forearm) and have had no swelling or real discomfort at all (other than the hour or so after treatment), a stark difference from what I thought the after would be like! I booked my consult online and was able to see a variety of timeslots to select from.While any removal isnt going to be cheap, their prices are very competitive. Especially when compared to other clinics/practitioners using a Pico laser (an important distinction when comparing total cost); meaning they not only offer attractive pricing per treatment, but fewer sessions overall are required, saving both money and time.They also offer a guaranteed removal rate where you are treated as many times as is needed to achieve full removal. Although this isnt likely the best option for me based on my specifics, it would absolutely take the guesswork out of budgeting for most people. And is not something I was quoted at any other clinic. You can do the math comparing this amount to either per treatment or treatment package pricing and see that its priced fairly.If youre shopping around, absolutely do a consult with Removery and compare. If you just want to make it simple, listen to someone who has (this guy) and trust that they are the place to go.I will update my review following treatment.

Very friendly staff, very clean, and super comfortable. Choosing to remove a tattoo can be scary, yet Im at total ease with the process. Highly recommend if youre looking for a fade or removal.Update: Trying to book any follow up appointments has been a nightmare. A company in the states calls me, not even the direct location. My appointment has been rescheduled 3x, now they have no times except for weeks and weeks off of my goal timing for removal. Tonnes of emails, no tech to do the work. Terrible communication.

Very willing to work with my budget, professional and had payment plans of 0% so didn’t even have to pay for discounted plans upfront was able to just finance with affirm super happy they do packages.Made it so much more affordable than other places I went to and their laser is the most up to date and able to get everything out better than others I’ve researched. Super easy to deal with, already sent a friend to them too.

Easy booking process and very friendly staff. The equipment and room is clean and everything seems well maintained. My next follow-up was booked at the end of my first treatment and so on, zero issues rescheduling. The treatment itself was quick, in and out in less than 15mins. Extremely unprofessional company. I had been looking into potentially doing tattoo removal for my micro blading so i had signed up on the website but I wasn’t quite sold on the idea so i never booked an appointment. They called me a week or so later to try and get me to make an appointment and told me over the phone it would be 1 - 2 sessions at $250 a session and asked if I wanted to come in to do a test patch to see if laser removal would work so i said sure. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I go to the appointment where I’m told that in fact it would be (and pretty much always is) 10 - 12 sessions at $250. I figure i still might as well do a test patch and get through the paper work only to find out that i can’t do it because i have used self tanner on my face in the last two weeks. Why are you lying to people over the phone to get clients? If you are booking people for test patches why are you not informing them beforehand of any restrictions before they actually get there? Waste of my time and gas money. Not impressed in their shady ways.

I went for my free consultation today. I was very pleased with my experience dealing their staff at this location (Surrey). I found them to be very open, honest, and polite, and thankfully, not pushy at all. They are all well informed and knowledgeable on the topic of tattoo removal. All the rooms are clean and hygienic. I will probably start my treatments this Fall.

Bad communication - I signed up online and they blew up my phone and emails waking me up with a call first thing in the morning then a text, after I sent them a pic they said sorry cant help you no test or wanting additional details or anything. Thankfully a good place downtown did it for me and it worked perfectly, so their loss I guess.

Always so nice to be there and super friendly environment :) I always look forward to appointments (despite the removal part lol) but I have to say these lazers hurt less than another place I went once !

Zero stars. I had booked an appointment on May 4, 2023 and they cancelled my appointment the day of via email and text message. They didnt call or text me back explaining why they cancelled my appointment. Not impressed!! I wont be booking an appointment in the future.

I cannot even express how much I love Nicole and Shar. My consultation with Shar was lovely. Not only was he well-informed and professional, he was also friendly enough to carry a regular conversation and answer EVERY question I had which made me feel less nervous. Nicole is just the best in how comfortable she makes me throughout the entire appointments. Ice? Check. Lollipop? Check. Cup of water? Check. Need a break? Check. Humour? Check. Removing 8 tattoos is not fun but I wouldnt have followed through if it werent for these two amazing people.
